In order to raise awareness for the League of Villains, Jinn had decided to host an event. Usually, he just sponsored various music festivals and other such events around the city. This time, however, was his first time being the event organizer! He was both very excited and very nervous about it all. Fortunately, he had the indispensable Stella at his side as well as Maya to handle admissions. Instead of one of those grand tournaments like they had in the South, Jinn had opted for a smaller scale skirmish. A battle royale! The first four that signed up would be allowed to participate. Given that Stella approved of them anyhow. Jinn has all the waivers prepared and the forms required.
The chosen area was actually on the edge of the park, so it added some nice greenery. A tournament field was set in the center with stands all around. Jinn has taken care that the stands were at least minimally protected against try ki blasts. There was only so much that he could do, but he hoped participants would have the sense not to blast away a set of bleachers full of people. After all, the League was full of Villains! Not senseless murderers. They had standards. They had class!
It was busy too! Some of the stands were already packed with people. He supposed they wanted an escape from everything that had happened not so long ago. Well, it was a good thing he had gotten some vendors for food and drinks. Yes! Everything was perfect. They just needed some applicants so that they could get the festivities started. Oh, this would be rather embarrassing if no one showed up at all. He could make due with even just one person who wanted to fight.
“Step up folks! We’re still looking for applicants to enter the battle royale!”

Sashouka's visit - and return from isolation - to Central City only continued to grow ever more interesting. Although his power was being reigned in by his energy suppression, he couldn't help but marvel at the prospects of participating in competitions. It wasn't proper for him to use all of his new techniques but after spending so long away, his martial arts hadn't been honed; if his master had seen him in his current state, it was possible Sashouka would lose if they were to fight at the same strength level. But in a competition, particularly one that was being held at a park for display, was ideal. Such arenas and bouts often drew experienced fighters, ki-users, and other combat experts. Here, he could truly warm himself back into fighting.
His Nimbus hovered low and slow, puttering its way through any onlookers and over to the toward the event's host and other. Sashouka hadn't opted for much of a disguise for today either; no one so far had been able to recognize him. If Pumsen discovered where he was, she would surely rush over to scold him for running off after all this time.
"I would like to sign-up, if you may." He didn't leave the cloud, setting his hands on his knees and sitting upright. "Unless there are specific requirements to disclose who I am; so long as that can be kept a secret, I believe this... battle royale of yours should be rather entertaining."

A battle royal? Of course, Yanwang had to join that. He had not really had much to do since he became the strongest in any universe. Ok so maybe like second strongest, that Tarch kid was almost as strong as him but that was it. Still, he had grown even stronger and if he got serious he bet he could of beat him. So being the strongest he had to test himself against really strong foes. Yanwang arrived at Central City shades placed over his face. Hew as quite sure he was going to be able to beat whoever decided to show up at the tournament. Yanwang walked over. looking around at who was there. No one seemed to be really that cool. He did see one odd thing. Someone riding some sort of cloud. Yanwang snapped his fingers as he remembered his Uncle saying something about these clouds. He'd walked over to Ronin trying to poke the Nimbus. "Woah is this a real deal nimbus mister," Yanwang asked then rubbed his chin after. He wondered if the Nimbus cloud would taste like cotton candy. He didn't think so since clouds were supposed to made of sheep's wool or at least that what he assumed.

Yakone and Jarico both walked side by side, Yakone was in his full garment outfit with the Saiyan Kingdom symbol scratched out from his chest and wearing his white mask/hood. Jarico, on the other hand wore a particular uniform. As they saw what was ahead of them, Yakone took notice at the sudden event that was about to take place and the announcer that came up and spoke, looking for applicants for a fight. Yakone spoke with Jarico within his mind as they both walked into the area.
"Go ahead and sign up. I will be watching."
Yakone stood on one of the highest bleachers in order to watch the event that was about to take place. Jarico on the other hand ignored the two individuals and began to sign up for the event himself. After signing up, he'd look to his two opponents with a faceless expression due to wearing a mask.
"I wish you both luck."
Walking away from the both of them, he found himself leaning against the wall and standing in idle, hopefully the event would start sometime soon. Meanwhile, Yakone continued to speak to Jarico by using his telepathy.
"Make sure to watch out, the red skinned man is quite powerful. Based on my calculations, you shouldn't go easy on him.."
Jarico then focused his attention to the red skinned man and briefly sighed to himself. He knew this was probably going to be a rather harder fight than he had originally anticipated.
Thread PL: 25,000 | Items: Scouter, Spacepod, Blutz Gen. Amara wasn't typically one to join in a tournament of any type. Her competitive drive could often be described as negative rather than eager, and if it wasn't for the bust during the job in the East, she probably would have passed something like this over without a second glance. However... tournaments on Earth often came with prizes, usually direct cash. Needing to fill the hole her ship repairs had burned in her pocket, Amara had decided to scope out the city for any sort of event. It just so happened that she found one, too. Oddly, it was near a park and not an arena. Which was... OK, but the combatants (if they were actually strong) would have to actively hold back to refrain from harming the nearby land or spectators.
She may have missed out in five million Zeni... but the prize here was twenty-million. It'd give her enough cash to crash on for a little while as she leisurely searched for her next job. The Saiyan was running a tad bit late, though, and she arrived in time to see three participants already waiting. A quick check of the scouter revealed a myriad of Power Levels, but she didn't know what kind of transformations any of them had access to - or if they were in them already. Amara's eyes narrowed as she recognized the Ogre, avoiding the group as she went to register.
"Hey." She said, walking up the desk. "This is that 'Battle Royale' hosted by... the uh... 'League of Villains', right? I just have a few questions regarding the prize and rules of the tourney..."
Thankfully, it wasn’t long before a whole coterie of competitors appeared. Jinn breathed a sigh of relief. The first to appear was a young man riding a cloud. Very stylish! Unfortunately, he wanted to remain anonymous. Jinn hadn’t really expected that, but he did want to be a good host and accommodate his competitors.
“Ah, very well! But you must understand that the League of Villains and Evil Incorporated are not liable for any injuries that you may receive due to participating and that you will not hold us legally responsible in any regard!”
Another entrant was apparently a red skinned child. Jinn cast a questionable look at Stella but she just nodded. He must be strong enough. Someone named Jarico was next. He was quickly signed up and accounted for. All that was left was one more participant. And here she was. A Saiyan woman walked up to the desk. Jinn nodded and smiled at her.
“Yes, welcome! Of course. We only have one slot left. The rules are simple really. You can win by either knocking your opponent out of the ring - no flying allowed, submission, or knock-out. If you kill one of your fellow competitors or harm the spectators, you will be disqualified and appropriate legal action will be taken. Did everyone hear that? I hope so! These are the rules! You’ll be fighting for a prize of twenty million Zeni! Would you care to sign up, ma’am?”

Twenty million zeni? Is that a lot? I vaguely recall spending a couple thousand on food once...
The zeni wasn't what had drawn Sashouka in and even now he didn't care for it. Tightening his sash and hopping down from his nimbus and to his feet, Ronin squeezed his right and then left shoulder. Stretching in small motions and lightly checks across his joints was the only warm-up needed. Full stretching only made him stiff; stepping up into the ring, his warm-up ended and he stalked over to his own end of it.
"Those rules are fair; I do not know how to fly, so that shouldn't be a problem."
Although he knew very little of the outside world, the use of 'villain' and 'legal action' confused him; laws weren't unknown to him but from what little he knew, those who were criminals seldom cared if they committed a crime. But perhaps that had been part of their cover, hoping to host an event to improve the public's goodwill or scout out potential hires. Sashouka was no sort of never-do-well but the opportunity to participate in a battle had him excited. He pulled his shirt over and off and grabbed the binding of his hair, letting it fall free. Since his return from exile, it hadn't been cut... and now, it partially blocked his vision with eyebrow-length bangs and shoulder-length hair. It was an ample disguise - albeit simple - with only one final touch: opening his eyes.
"This should be fun though; it'd probably be best to avoid going all out, given the spectators."
Yanwang looked over the last two arrivals people he came to the scene. One of them seemed to be cloaked up and the other he knew all too well. It was that Amara girl who was with him when he was trying to capture that ghost. Guess she wanted a ton of money and unable to win it. Well, it was too bad for her since he was going to win this fight. He was super strong no way he was going to be stopped by any of them here. He didn't see anyone here that looked all that strong so nothing to worry about in his mind. Yanwang looked boredly as Jinn who went on to explain the rules they were supposed to follow. Yanwang really didn't worry about it since he was going to take them all out with any trouble. Though knocking them out of the ring was going to be a little harder then he thought. He'd do a couple of stretches. "Well I agree with the rules I am ready when you all are," Yanwang called grinning. "Question is should I use my full strength or keep holding back?" Yanwang looked at the others to see what they thought.
