It wasn't a full blown riot, yet. But people were scared, and it only took one idiot throwing a rock to get everyone to degrade all the way to cave men in the matter of minutes. He's seen it before, the crowd was restless after hearing a few reports about what was going on out west. And this city had already been attacked by some dude with a disco ball, and an Arcosian. Times were tough, and the police station was swamped. If this is how it looks up in the North, can't imagine the West is having a good time, Kail thought as he directed yet another line of people. "Que damn you!" Maybe we shouldn't have sent our rookies west just to try and help out the station. Not like there was anything any normal cop could do in times like this. "What do we do if a demon attacks our homes?" Some woman cried out over the din of barely contained chaos.
"Then I'll kick their ass Ma'am, now please go back to your spot in line or you'll be sent to the back of it." The Sheriff growled, his deep tone rumbling enough to send the girl squeaking back to her indicated spot. The TV still showed shakey footage of the current attack on the lookout, between way too many people of varying power levels. "I'm taking a break." The Sheriff yelled over the din to the officer at the desk, who raised a tired hand. Slipping between people on his way outside.
It was already starting to get dark out, the sun setting over the edges of buildings as the Saiyan lit up. His cigar smoldering from a small ki blast, a few rough puffs before blowing acrid smoke out the opposite corner of his mouth. Man, shit was sure getting crazy around here.
"Humans... no wonder they created beings like my father." the silver-haired humanoid mused as Kail stepped out and smoked his cigar. He'd been observing the televised reports regarding the conflict, taking note of the current threats this world faced. Demons and Majin... From what he could recall of his father's records, Dreizehn's genetics consist of one percent of each, since his father had consumed an individual of each type. He wondered what he'd make of these latest ones to threaten the world, purely to push their ideology of evil upon the inhabitants.
Dreizehn sighed as he ran a hand through his hair, looking up at the darkening skies. "I don't suppose me standing amidst the middle of them and firing a blast of energy into the sky whilst yelling for them all to behave, would achieve a more harmonious effect than what your fellow law enforcement officers are coming up with?" the Bio-Android inquired, a smirk playing across his face as he tried an attempt at humour. It was something his mother was quite keen to impress on him as an improvement on his father... He sighed and grumbled as he heard the yelling picking back up again. "I recall something my mother said once, and I think I understand it now. A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals..." he mused.

If the Sheriff was put off by the sudden arrival of the Biotic Android, it didn't show. Just a lazy wave of his hand as he puffed another stream of thick cigar smoke out the corner of scarred lips. No doubt wounds from one time or another long since faded. "Yer mama had a decent head on her shoulders." The Sheriff grunted, taking a casual glance along the oddly empty streets. A lot of people had headed home the moment they heard about the look out attack. "Can't say I blame 'em either mate. They can't fly, let alone fight people the likes of us. Best we at least try to show we have some control over it." Cigar was plucked by fingers, ashing it lazily before replacing the smoke stick with an audible sigh of annoyance everytime someone entered the station. They were coming far faster then they were going.
"Wonder if they'll leave when visiting hours are over." He arched an appraising eyebrow inside at the long, twisting lines.
Dreizehn let off a little snort of amusement. "One of them had to. My father was created purely to be a weapon. Not much room in his design for philosophy other than the art of war." he admitted, resting his head against the wall. He glanced over at the ever-increasing lines of people seeking answers from the local law enforcement, listening to the Saiyan Sheriff's words regarding the fears of the populace. The silver-haired humanoid rubbed his chin in thought at the last words the sheriff had said. "Show we have some control over it..." Dreizehn mused before he sighed.
"I think I've come up with what can only be described as a bad idea... but it is one that could give your boys a bit of a break." he suggested, rubbing the back of his neck. "I look odd enough that I could claim to be a demon and these people here in their current mental state would probably believe it." Dreizehn began to explain his terrible plan, stretching his arm and fingers using his Namekian genetics to demonstrate his point regarding appearances.
"I land in the middle of the crowd, shoot off a blast into the sky, claim that I'm taking over this city in the name of snake boy on the TV, you then show up, your boys cordon off the area, we fight, you kick the crap out of me, and the populace sees that they have nothing to fear." the silver-haired humanoid explained his bad idea. He rubbed the back of his head once more and shook it. "Sounds even worse when I say it out loud." he mused with a snort.

The Sheriff let a bark of laughter out at that, slapping the android on the shoulder in a good mannered way. "Not the worst idea I've heard in my years friend. That'd...." He trailed off for a moment, rubbing his chin in thought as he glanced out over the crowd. "Hm, maybe not that exactly. But something along those lines just might fix it-"
"That just might be dumb enough to work." The Sheriff muttered to himself around his cigar, blowing another cloud of smoke as an after thought. "Main issue is that asshole demon's broadcast. I don't even rightly know where some look out is, let alone why it's so important that thirty some fighters are gathered around it. Couldn't pay me enough to be that far west just to find some crusty old tower."
Dreizehn grunted as the cowboy smacked his shoulder, rolling his eyes a little. When the topic of conversation moved to the broadcast itself, he shrugged his shoulders. "I've been going over the flash imprint lessons my parents put me through, and I can't find any mention of this Lookout." the silver-haired humanoid mused.
"But if I were to guess, it seems to be something of import to those of a mystic nature such as this snake demon. So much so that he believes that destroying it will act as a symbol of evil triumphing over good." Dreizehn analysed. He rolled his shoulders and looke up into the sky once more. "And with any such symbollic struggle, there will be those who rush to defend their own ideas."

"Hmm, might be for the best then that we don't blow up a city street. Victory or not, people still live here and just knowing they can get attacked will be enough to cause some mild complaints. Maybe when things calm down a bit, we'll be able to fight and have us a real spar, without some dick of an alien slamming through and kicking both our asses, eh friend?" The Sheriff's furry tail swayed behind him, even with his calm exterior, it showed he was as eager as any of his species to have another round of combat, just about any time of the day would be him either wanting to fight, training to fight, or having to fix some stupid issue as a result of his badge.
"And what are you doin' round these parts? Hope yer done blowing up statues and causin' me extra paperwork."
"Perhaps." the silver-haired humanoid mused when the option of having a proper sparring session without some alien interrupting it. When Kail asked what he was doing up here in the North, Dreizehn shrugged a little. "Part of its just roaming around. Getting to know the world in the physical sense." he mused. "Another part of it was to take you up on that offer for a proper spar." the Bio-Android admitted with a smirk.
He turned his gaze back to the sky once more. "Met another Arcosian, name of Ledinjin. Thought I was making stuff up when I told him about you and me running into an Arcosian of the World Trade Fleet." he said, frowning and then sighing as a thought came to his mind. "Although, if this is how people are reacting to this Lookout business," the silver-haired humanoid mused as he ran a hand through his hair, "can you imagine how they'll behave when the World Trade Fleet arrives and starts going for the cities?" he inquired of the Saiyan Sheriff.

"Answer is pretty simple mate, we're all fucked." He lifted his cigar and flicked it, the ash vanishing in a spiral of wind as the Saiyan glanced skyward with half grin, half grimace. "Suppose it's for the best we got plenty of wanna be heroes. Course, when the first of 'em die, the rest will scatter like some rats. That's how it always goes." The Sheriff made a glance around the street, at least the line was dying down.
"Might not play villian, but we can at least get that spar out the way eh? Ol' Kail keeps his word." Undoing sash and scarf, the veteran warrior tossed them to a nearby civilian following his hat. "Loose those, and I'll arrest you." He said, with just enough of a smile to make the individual wonder if he was kidding or not. "Let's see what ya got, lucky me I won't be punching metal like the last android I faught." Without his long jacket, the man's cybernetic was far more clear. Shoulder and fist of that metal limb was held forward in a fist, flesh hand held back in open palmed. An odd stance, but no doubt invented by the man for his iron and electric arm.
Dreizehn couldn't help but chuckle at the Saiyan Sheriff's blunt response. "Perhaps." he mused, glancing over as Kail appeared to be stripping off or at least partially so. He raised an eyebrow before shrugging and taking up a combat stance. "Weighted clothing? Or just afraid of getting them torn up?" the silver-haired humanoid inquired of the cyborg Saiyan with a slight smirk. With the vast difference in their power levels, Dreizehn knew he didn't stand much of a chance against the Saiyan Sheriff standing in front of him.
But then again this was just a sparring session and not an actual proper battle... plus not everyone he was likely to meet was going to be of a similar level to his own, even without taking transformation multipliers into account. So with that in mind, he fired off his arms towards the cowboy copper almost quite literally as he took advantage of his Namekian genetics to stretch them out at speed. His goal was to try and sucker punch him with his right hand, whilst his left aimed to try and wrap itself around Kail's cybernetic arm.
He remembered what that thing could do from their fight against the Arcosian in Satan City, and whilst this may be a sparring session, the Bio-Android was willing to show he could take on the stronger Saiyan. And that meant dealing with the threat that the cybernetic limb posed to him.

"I only have the one duster, I work for the government. I don't get paid that much." The Sheriff had just finished fighting a Namekian too, even then he wasn't expecting the bio-android to have green man traits in him! The two fists slamming into his chest would leave bruises, but little more. "Huh, well if you have Namekian genes-" The Sheriff's cybernetic wrapped around both, forearm slamming to bicep to trap the stretched out limbs. With a grunt of effort the Saiyan started to, well, spin. Massive strength forcing his new sparring partner to either loss his balance or be flying out right, either way the Sheriff's intent was clear, to lift Dreizehn up into the air, then slam him right back down into the earth.
Well... should have seen that one coming. Dreizehn thought to himself as the Saiyan Sheriff took advantage of his stretched limbs and started to send him spinning. He could see where Kail's intention with this tactic lay, but he wasn't about to allow it without some measure of retaliation. First he began to retract himself, thereby pulling himself closer to the Saiyan law enforcement officer so that he could try and mitigate some of the damage that he was going to be suffering later.
It also served the purpose of hopefully distracting the cowboy whilst he put his real plan into action. With Kail's attention hopefully focused on the approaching Bio-Android, his arms that Kail had a hold of, or more specifically the hands attached to said arms, tried to gather up energy before unleashing a barrage of close-ranged ki blasts! Even if Kail managed to slam him into the ground, Dreizehn figured that the point blank blasts would be able to generate enough smoke to partially debilitate him. The cowboy may be a smoker, but that much smoke inhaled? Should do something at least. Even if it was just to annoy him.

Flashes of energy from palms so close to his body was enough to scorch the Saiyan, but little else. Giving a warrior's grin of bared teeth, the Sheriff yanked in harder. Coiling the outstretched, rubbery arms until they were like a rope around the metallic limb. A vicious yank to bring the bio-android in where it didn't matter how dense the smoke was packed, they were close enough to sense. And with that, the Sheriff had enough experience to know just what to do when your close up with a foe you can't see. You just start swinging. Wild, vicious blows of his free hand coming for the white haired biological experiment with growing force and speed. Every hit and every miss just helping him hone in on accuracy, and with that he felt more comfortable swinging with more force.
Smoke inhalation plan is a bust, so time for Plan C then. the silver-haired humanoid thought to himself as Kail began to get more accurate with his punches. The Bio-Android really wished that Arcosian genetics had been part of his father's design, because then these blows would maybe be a bit more bearable, although his Namekian regenerative properties were managing to cope with some of it. But he doubted that would hold out for very long.
Dreizehn's hand generated an energy blade with which he tried to cut into Kail's metallic arm in an attempt to not only free his own arms, but to also sever the android limb from its host body. Or at least damage it enough to be inoperable for the remainder of this fight. Hopefully. "My apologies, but given the circumstances I figured it was the best course of action if this were a real battle." the silver-haired humanoid explained, recalling Kail's mention of a low government salary and the probable costs of a prosthetic limb like that one. I just hope he doesn't go ape over this... The Bio-Android blinked at that line of thought before groaning at the terrible mental pun he'd just concocted. He really hoped that the Sheriff wasn't telepathic.
Used [N1] Energy Dagger: PL = 3300
[N1] Energy Dagger: By clenching his fists, Dreizehn is able to manifest his ki into a dagger like shape out from the (pinky finger) side of his fist, almost as if he were clutching an actual weapon.

The Sheriff had been holding back a decent amount, not out of pity, just the fact he wasn't a big enough asshole to use his power level to beat someone up. Especially a friend, which he was pretty sure they were at this point. You don't tag team, then almost die, to an Arcosian and not at least be acquaintances. As energy slammed into metal arm, it skid along segmented plates until becoming trapped inside the inner working of the elbow joint. With a grunt, The Sheriff flexed. Sparks flying out but trapping the dagger inside. Free hand set over bicep, leveling right at the bio-androids chest as energy pooled together rapidly and without mercy. Giving Dreizehn a half smirk before unloading a thick beam of power right into the experiment's chest, yanking his metal arm free in a burst of sparks. A brief test of swinging it back and forth before resuming his combat stance. A steady drip of oil landed on the ground, sparks shooting now and then. But it still worked, they'd made the thing for Saiyans and knew it'd be in combat taking some heavy shots now and then.
