NAME: Bobbi Beeu
NAME PUN: Bobbi is a pun on the phrase Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo
ALIASES:
-Blueberry (Loathed nickname)
-The Magician (Hero name)
SPECIES: Majin
AGE: Twenty
GENDER: Female
STARTING PLANET: Earth
APPEARANCE:

BACKGROUND: Bobbi’s childhood was by all means normal. She had grown up in a nuclear family who had loved her dearly. The Majin was raised the same way every other child her age would be: filled with love and lots of fun. From a young age, she had found that she had an affinity for magic, prompting her to study and learn to harness her abilities even further. As a child, she would often find herself showing off her abilities to her friends: whether it be causing sparks to fly from her hands to even summoning items out of thin air. It wasn’t long until Bobbi had decided what she wanted to do with her life: become a defender of all that was good. Looking back on it, she believes this dream of hers was foolish and she was a naive person back then.
At the age of sixteen, Bobbi committed what would be considered her first heroic act. She had witnessed someone being robbed by a thief when she had intervened, sending out a bolt of magic to incapacitate him. This small act had caught the attention of a heroine known as Mistress. Seeing potential in the young majin, she had offered her a position as a temporary sidekick. She would teach her everything she knew until she was ready to become a hero herself. Seeing this as an opportunity, Bobbi accepted, unaware of what it truly meant to be a hero.
Things went well at first as the two would help stop small crimes. As the months passed, Bobbi’s magic improved, allowing her to become a better hero. She was ecstatic, with this opportunity as she saw it as a way to achieve her dream. However, one day her faith was completely shaken to the core. The task they were both doing that day was simple: save some people from a burning building. However, Mistress had found herself in a situation where she had to save a family despite the building threatening to collapse. Instead, she had ordered Bobbi to go in her place, in which she accepted. Unfortunately, the young majin was unable to do so, instead of getting trapped in the burning debris with the family. She had nearly died that day if it weren’t for her species’ natural durability. The family she had tried to save perished in the flames. Bobbi questioned her mentor why she hadn’t accompanied her to save the family. In response, Mistress told her that it was all a test and she didn’t want to interfere and hadn’t realized it was too difficult of a task for her. While she had accepted the response, the seeds of doubt were already planted.
The longer Bobbi stayed as Mistress’ sidekick, the longer she realized the corruption in her mentor. Mistress would often take the easy tasks, sending her to do the harder one. She would often leech off her work, claiming it as her own, claiming that the majin was only here for the experience and that she would be able to gain her own when she actually became a hero. When she had graduated to missions that involved fighting minor villains, she would also find the Mistress’ fighting to be reckless. Often she had severe damage to property and even going as far as to harm a few innocents. She would always be able to evade the trouble. Two years into being a sidekick for Mistress, Bobbi was no longer able to tell the difference between what she was thought was a hero and a villain.
Her view of heroes began to decline. Why were heroes allowed to practically behave like villains and still are worshipped by the public? They didn’t deserve this treatment. Bobbi continued to harbor hatred in her heart, until one day she finally grew tired of Mistress’ behavior. She confronted her, talking to her about her ideology. To her annoyance, she was dismissed multiple times and even made herself seem as if she were the victim of the conversation. Ultimately her hatred blinded her, causing the majin to snap. Bobbi didn’t remember what overcame her that time, but she attacked her mentor. A fight began to erupt between the two, one where an unlikely candidate would win. The next morning, the newspapers reported heroine that was known as Mistress was killed by an unknown villain.
After her mentor’s death, Bobbi continued to train to become stronger. She slowly grew more distant and cold towards her friends and family and continued to develop her new philosophy. Heroes at this age were corrupted and must be cleansed through fear and force. She knew that her actions were not justified and most definitely not heroic, however, the more pacifistic approaches did not work. She knew that going around and trying to kill villains in broad daylight was a stupid idea that could easily get her in trouble. Bobbi knew that in order to kill those whom she despised the most, she had to become one of them. That was the only way she would even hold a chance against this hero-loving world.
TECHNIQUES: Three normal slots unless stated otherwise (*NOT SIGNATURES). Some species start out with 4-5 techniques.
OFFENSIVE TECHNIQUES:
[N1] Pain Snap: A quick attack that Bobbi performs by snapping her fingers which emits a small magic blast. While it only causes 33% of her PL in damage, this attack targets the opponent’s pain sensors (if they have any) which makes it feel as if it hurts even worse.
[U2] Pain Snap: An upgraded version of pain snap, this time the attack can cause 66% of Bobbi’s PL in damage. The pain within this technique, however spreads through the body.
SUPPORT TECHNIQUES:
Afterimage [SU1]: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles.
UTILITY TECHNIQUES: All UT-tiered techniques like Ki Sense or Bulking go here.
