Character Transferal
This board is where you will go to post a thread detailing your request for a Power Level or XP/Item Transfer. Keep in mind that you can only transfer a total of 40,000 XP to a new character! Be it in the form of raw XP, the cost of items, PL, in a mixture of all three. If the total cost pushes the new character past 40,000 Total XP, you'll be gut off at the 40k mark. In addition, initial transferred XP is NOT affected by conversion bonuses (*LMB, Arcosian Bonus, etc), and follows a flat 1:1 ratio. XP you earn and convert after uses the bonuses as per normal.
When you post a thread to request a transfer, make sure to link to or tag both accounts in question. It makes the process quicker than if we have to search for the account ourselves.

The Character Swap Slip-Up
Transfers are generally at the discretion of the player, but in order to combat rampant overuse of the mechanic, penalties may be assessed for excess use. In instances where an individual player has transferred more than two characters within a four month period, they will be assessed a small penalty to their experience gain per word. These will increase incrementally until reaching an appropriate minimum gain rate. If more than ten characters are archived within four months, the player will be assessed a more permanent malus.
