[UT1] Artificial Telepathy: A device around Alva's ear of her own invention allows her to both send and receive mental transmissions sent through ki within a radius of a single planet, despite her lack of inate ki ability.
[UT2] Advanced Artificial Telepathy: With some additional tinkering to the artificial telepathy device, Alva was able to expand its range from just one planet to anywhere in the known, living universe. She's still not sure how she did it.
