NAME: Tarch
ALIASES: Archie (nickname given by his parents... which drives him crazy)
SPECIES: Saiyain (Human Hybrid Saiyan Dominant)
AGE: 12
GENDER: Boy
STARTING PLANET: Earth
APPEARANCE: Tarch is only slightly taller than average, at least for a twelve year old, reaching only five foot nothing, the young boy looked like any other saiyans would, from the back anyways. As soon as one sees his face, his icy blue eyes completely give away his human half, that is if you can see them through his black curtain of hair. His muscles aren't fully developed yet, in fact due to his fight shy nature, he only has slight definition, built more like a swimmer than a brawler. As for his saiyan traits, he likes to keep his tail waving freely, though the brown fur is disrupted by two scars, one long and running down the middle, the other near the base and much harder to see, though the fur growing around it is slightly ruffled from the damage.
BACKGROUND: Tarch hardly knows what Saiyans even are, only that he was at least part saiyan himself. He never got to meet his birth mother, and the only proof he had that his human father was related to him were the icy blue spheres he has for eyes. He was an almost scarily easy baby, rarely crying and screaming for his first year of life. His only issue was that he didn't like being held as a baby, always arching his back from his father. However as soon as he made it to a year old that all changed. Though not even able to waddle, the infant crawled anywhere he could, gurgling happy noises even as he was about to fall off a dresser or cabinet. Despite being slow to walk and talk, the baby proved he wasn't a slow learner after one bite of his own tail, resulting in his father waking up at two in the morning to lull him back to sleep. After that morning, Tarch knew that tails were not for biting. As soon as he turned two, little Archie was walking around and climbing on everything, refusing to let his father keep him caged in a crib.
This served as a wakeup call to his father, who before the baby was a bit of a player. He met a woman only a year older than himself, and soon found himself settling down wit her, giving Tarch a human mother, and another set of hands to try and keep him out of danger. Of course as he grew that became more and more difficult. Once he reached the age of four, his saiyan genetics began to show themselves a bit more. This was evident when the boy would come home, beaming with pride saying that he managed to knock over and destroy his neighbor's trash can. That was only a best case scenario, the worst being when Tarch came home with a bird struggling to break free from his vice like grip. It was then his parents realized that the boy inherited the saiyans desire to hurt and destroy, or so they thought. It was true that Tarch enjoyed breaking things and capturing animals, however he never seemed to do it out of malice, only to see what would happen, not to mention he could never bring himself to kill the animals he caught. Still as he came to his fifth year of life, he was far too strong and fast for his parents to put a figurative leash on, and they preferred not to put an actual leash on him. So instead when the child was six, the family moved to a large island in the south, close to his grandfather on his adoptive mother's side, who ironically was a very good fighter before his age and an unfortunate case of arthritis caught him. There the boy was free to use his "hunter instincts" to catch fish, earning him his first job. This also gave him a huge love of swimming.
Schooling was another beast entirely though, as Tarch was the subject of a good deal of racist remarks, and even bullying as he go older. That being said, Tarch actually shied away from actually fighting, choosing to flee instead. That was until, one of the bigger children got hold of his tail, twisting it so bad, they actually drew blood, leading to the odd ruffle at the base of his tail. After taking a moment of painful shrieking and crying, the young hybrid pulled himself up, and tackled the bully to the ground. Needless to say, the bully didn't fare so well, and Tarch was expelled for not only putting the bully in the hospital, luckily with nothing fatal, but also putting a sizable hole in the wall. As a result, his mother thought it best that Tarch got his tail removed before it caused any more trouble, but Tarch was very adamant about keeping it, saying that it made him special. His father sided with his son, and the little six year old was allowed to keep it. That of course left the question, what about Oozaru? His father actually had a very smart solution. Whenever the full moon was out, and the boy would see it, if he wasn't kept inside, he would be sent out to go fish, where he couldn't hurt anyone. After that, the child finished elementary school at a school near the capitol, where a few aliens were seen before as students. That didn't mean racism was unheard of. Tarch still found himself bullied however his former fighter grandfather taught him a few things, one of which being to never raise your hand unless someone deserves it, or if it's all fun and games. Still the boy was not a fighter, and found himself chased off school grounds by a group of fifth graders, leading to his second scar on his tail, coming from a cut from a metal fence. After that, Tarch gained a fear of school. Both of his parents wanted him to be at least educated through high school, so he ended up being home schooled.
After that, things were relatively normal for Tarch, he would wake up, study, then go outside for his adventure of the day, and avoid going out when it's the full moon. A simple and happy life.

[UP2] Torrent Crash -
A more powerful version of Tarch's signature Torrent Impact, Tarch shoves as much energy as he can into his fist, and unleashes it in a vicious watery blue punch.
[MA3] Torrent Break
- Tarch's signature attack fully mastered. A fiery pale blue aura focuses in his fist, delivering a devastating punch for 100% of his offensive PL.
[VA3] Torrent Raze (Merging)
- Tarch's blue fire can now combine with another technique with similar merging properties. This technique fires at 66% of his PL and costs three KP.
[B1] Stone Skin
- Inspired by Kayen's technique, this barrier starts out unseeable until an attack makes contact with Tarch. When the attack hits, the area it does give Tarch's skin a stony appearance, blocking for 33% of his defensive PL. (I did get permission for it to be inspired by Kayen)
[A1] Galick Gun
- After being taught by Vocado and spending time on his own training, Tarch has learned the ancient beam passed down through the Saiyan Kingdom nobility. The purple beam known as the Galick Gun. This fires at 33% of Tarch's PL and costs 1 kp.Makin' Mr. Vocado proud
SUPPORT TECHNIQUES:
[SU1] Afterimage - From running away from his fights, Tarch has instinctively tapped into his inhuman speeds and can create a static image.
[SU2] Intuitive Afterimage
- With his high speed and excellent energy sensing skills, Tarch can detect and dodge oncoming attacks leaving a moving afterimage.
[SU3] Instinctive Afterimage - Having incredible speed and sensing capabilities, Tarch uses these skills to detect and dodge attacks up to 200% of his defensive PL leaving a recorded afterimage.
UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
[UT] Bulking - Forcing as much power as he can into his offensive capabilities, Tarch gains a x1 to his offensive PL at the cost of -3x to his defensive PL.
[UT] Ki Suppression - With his times of hiding from bullies and school, Tarch also instinctively learned to hide his ki.
[UT2] Energy Setting - You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters. Sorry, no Tarchified description.
[UT] Tail Training
Tarch has trained away his tail weakness.
[UT2] Oozaru Mastery - Tarch can finally stop going mental whenever he transforms into an oozaru.
