Background: Neo was born and raised in an village that was isolated from the modern world. From birth she was trained to act as the village’s shrine maiden when she grew older and as a result became spiritually attuned. She would leave her village after a request from her deity telling her to reunite the five villages to the outside world by acting as its ambassador and helping those in need along the way. So far she has been learning more about the modern culture of Earth and has helped a bit with the civilians. However, after witnessing the destruction and the failure of the heroes in Satan City, Neo began to seek a way to reverse all this damage. After learning about the dragon balls and the long-absent Kami, she would begin her quest to try and take the mantle of kami to reverse the damage caused by the villains, seeking help from the saiyans so that they would take her to Namek to learn more about how to create them.
Currently, she is aiding in the repair of the lookout whilst acting as a caretaker until its finally restored to its former glory.
Why I'd make a good Kami: Despite her cold and untrusting exterior, Neo genuinely loves life on Earth and is willing to help better it. As someone who had lived away from the touch of the modern world for her entire life, she was taught to appreciate the world for the way it is in its purest form. Even after she was introduced into this new world, she had grown fond of it and lead to appreciate it for the way it is despite how odd she views it. Believing herself to be the servant of the Earth, Neo is both willing to put her life on the line to protect the world she loves and die as she believes it is giving back to the planet who gave her life. Due to her current title of being a priestess to her village’s deity whom is good aligned, Neo is also pure of heart. She does not believe in unnecessary violence as she doesn’t want to inflict pain onto others, even those who are evil.
Neo might be young, however, she is quite mature for her age. Due to the amount of responsibilities that were given to her at a young age, she understands what it means to hold an important position, even if being Kami and a shrine priestess are to separate jobs. If Neo were to become kami, it would be as if she were acting out the will of her goddess even further as her goal is to unite the primitive land of her people with the ever-advancing people of the Earth today. In addition, Neo believes in redemption and leading those who have gone down the wrong path back into the light. She refuses to kill anyone, feeling that every source of evil in this world deserves a second chance
As Neo was going to be the kami to be, she also has a small arc underneath her belt. From travelling to namek to learn how to make the dragon balls to even talking to the Saiyan King about said trip. However, currently her dedication to becoming kami is being tested.
The last bit is more OOC, however, I do understand my activity can be a little wonky as shown by the two weeks I went MIA due to school and my inconsistent posting schedule in the past. However, now that I started school again, I can be active and posting daily. So until finals (in which I will be only taking a two-day break at max) or AP testing (which will have me inactive the day before my tests) my activity will definitely pick up again.

This is the first “true” time Neo has come face to face with a true villain who wants to destroy everything she loves. Despite how dangerous it is, she doesn’t hesitate in protecting her hometown. In the end, when she manages to succeed, Neo chooses not to kill Frozone but instead take him as her disciple in order to teach him a better way.
