Hey there guys. I was perusing the signatures, in the offense area at tier 2 and noticed one signature tier that appears to be lacking greatly for what has to be done to pull it off. That would be anticipation, whose description goes as follows:
>You steel yourself and prepare a powerful attack for extra damage. This REQUIRES the user charges the attack for three whole posts, leaving you open. If another interrupts you in the midst of your charge, the attack is dropped. If you maintain your charge, the BASE POWER LEVEL of your attack is multiplied by x2.
Now, as is visible here, this technique portion requires 3 posts of charging to pull off for only x2 base pl, which is immensely weaker than the other factors that are in play in the path 1 and path 2 areas! Considering this is the weaker version of megalomania and stock piler, I feel this ought to have a tune up, to make it less ineffective. It IS meant to work in conjunction with those tier three signatures, so the logic of its design should reflect supporting it.
While this is already on something else in the offense path 1 tree, perhaps what can be done to this tier 2 is apply a stackable dodge pl boost with counter, say 75% or maybe go full 100% to reflect that this technique is being used in anticipation of what the opponent is aiming to do to stop them... Which ironically makes this into a tier 3 counter, which DOES SOUND like it could be a good unique option! However, I can't quite think of something at the moment to work this out.
So, to break it down: anticipation gets broken down to being a 75%-100% stackable dodge effect with counter. Perhaps boost it to tier 3, as an option.
Thoughts?
