Tofi is 6'5" with long dark green hair, she looks like Lisa Lisa from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and has a very similar choice in clothing.
History:

Tofi is the older sister of Yogu. Because of the difference in age, she was taught by their grandfather much more than Yogu was. This means that not only does she have better control over her various techniques, she is also considered much stronger than Yogu by the rest of the family. He is constantly teased by Tofi because of this. After her grandfather's death, Tofi had completely stopped training and went back to being a normal kid.
After the events of Yogu's BP she decided to quit her boring office job in South City to go off in search of her runaway brother.
