As blunt and straight forward as this may sound, he is literally blue Jeice. He wears the old WTO armor as a part of his family lineage, with black shorts, and Ginyu Force styled boots.

History:
Mint has been a long-standing member of the WTF. His birth occurred between two low-class Brenchians, leading him to begin his existence in the army as a pariah. He soon, however, worked his way up the ranks, becoming a force to be reckoned with, culminating with becoming the second-hand man to Mint a few months before the attack on Vegeta.
Shortly before the events of Turbo, he was given the WTO armor as a memento from his late father's will. He would soon find his mother passed a day later, leaving him with no earthly bonds or inhibitions. He lives only to serve his army, and will very swiftly die for its cause.
