FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE
| Choco's (base) PL: 16,180 | | Constellation's Might (+1x): 48,540 |
Choco had his full attention on Chamil, gritting his teeth, just about ready to kick her ass...until of course MORE allies of hers had to come in. A strange orange haired boy who seemed oddly familiar, but his name slipped out of his mind. Never the less, this was Chamil's power in action, she actually managed to get a proper warrior under her control. But it wasn't until he glared at Choco that he was definitely sure this was boy was Chamil's slave now, the scaled man going on about how he couldn't just "deal with Chamil" and all that. He honestly didn't want to deal with this shit, he only wanted to knock out Chamil real quick and get her out of here. But before he could even approach her, the mind slave quickly flew over and attempted to slash at Choco. In response, he quickly held up his sword to try and counter, but was in shock as he cut through the deer's sword and actually managed to hit him. Thankfully him raising his sword was able to get him to block it with his arm though, cutting across it and causing rips in his coat. For a split second, his skin would show, revealing the markings from the pact he made with Chamil, but his magic quickly patched the holes in his clothes and covered it up.
With that, he made some distance between him and Garon, just as another person of a similar race came in to fight him. Nodding to see that front was being handled, he turned back to Chamil. "Now that he's being taken care of...we can do this one on one, like I had planned." But at the exact moment he said that, fate decided to raise a big ole' middle finger. As he formed a new and undamaged sword, he heard someone shouting out to Chamil, turning to see- "DAVIS!?" He had no idea what was going on, why would Chamil want to control Davis of all people!? He was just a business owner!...Though to be fair he could clearly see Davis flying, so he definitely had to be somewhat of a fighter. Or maybe a connection to his cousin gave you a power boost? That could prove useful against Jaculus. The boy quickly shook his head at the thought of being controlled by her though, he already had the "favor" for her, he didn't need to be a slave for eternity. But as he was lost in space, Davis would charge towards to him asking where himself is. Which that question was kinda...confusing, I mean he's right- and then Davis formed a shadow beast of sorts that punched him, grunting in pain as at the exact same time an Arcosian of all things comes in and rams him across the city. "YOU DANGY LITTLE ASS-!" He was cut of as he hit a car, getting up and already feeling worn out.
He smacked his face and tried to pump himself up. Starting to talk with himself as he was away from the group. "Alright, gotta get a plan. I need to beat Chamil, but that guy is intent on me, he won't leave me be until he's defeated, even with the others backing me up." Then he wondered about the question he asked. Why would he ask Choco where Davis is? I mean, he's Davis, just clearly being controlled by Chamil. He threw away the though, just thinking maybe his cousin wanted to get into his head. With that, he took one more look at the chaos in the streets and frowned, flying back to the group while throwing a single ki blast at his boss. He didn't stop at the group though, instead he flew past, shouting towards Davis. "COME AND GET ME ASS CLOWN!" So, he flew off, hoping Davis would follow him into another section of the city.

The humanoid leapt into the air creating distance for the warrior – now hovering – to view his attackers. The explosion of ki energy as another creature approached the lone guerilla fighter. Long tail flailing about as the Arcosian interrupted what was to be his private moment. Sure, privacy may have been a stretch considering the human standing just opposite his now upside-down form – but the point remained nonetheless. Slightly irked, a vein popped out of Dar’kon’s azure tinted forehead. Normally, he wasn’t too welcoming of interruptions, but it seemed without warning that he wasn’t the only one to feel that way.
The Human warrior erupted with a start, his violent urges followed by a compelling “Enough!” that echoed throughout the city block. His anger seemed peaked as the fighter called out that if a real challenge was what they desired, to try him on before he’d lunge forward towards the new arrival, a fist prepared to meet the jawline of the strangely Alien figure (Glay). The powerful thrust would – if it connected – carry both fighters (Glay and Sando) to another location, leaving the dumbfounded Alien and his willing opponent to their own devices.
Breaking the awkwardness of the silence, Mistroma cleared his throat staring at Ochra – the Saiyan – with golden eyes that seemed to pierce through to the very soul. A soft, high pitched voice responded to the warrior who just a moment prior had stated he would not “allow them to conquer the city”. His own confusion as such a statement was more than evident however in his words;
“Well then…That was…interesting. Still, I think you misunderstand me ‘Brave Warrior’. I did not come here to conquer a city – quite the opposite. I came to live in this new founded land of destruction! I thrive on the destruction, it’s one of two things to bring me pleasure. The second…well – “
Without another sound, the tiny body – floating upside down- began his attack as a flurry of kicks and punches erupted from his diminutive form. Each strike seemed to be followed by another eight as the illusionary fists and feet of his ‘Shade’ energy would work its magic to confuse and befuddle the enemy before him as each strike felt more real than the last. This strange combat style would have each kick aimed directly for the face, head and chest of the warrior – while each punch would attempt to meet the gut, pelvis and legs/thighs. Each powerful blow would be enough to send the many flying.
Black streaming energy would seep from his minute form with abandon, causing a sickly black miasma to fill the area around them – the alleyway slowly becoming full of darkness as the power stored deep within the tiny creature began to swell, causing the area around them to tremble and shake with fear. Such a workout had been desperately needed, and even though the Pride Trooper had granted him some respite and understanding of the world he now inhabited – nothing was quite as delightful as a true battle to the death. Something his kind was more than familiar with.
Regardless on if the barrage managed to land any successful blows – regardless of the shade fist infusion – the Tiny creature would flip backwards on his last hit and land in a three-point stance. Left leg slid all the way out to the side, the right leg brought in close to the chest as his right hand extended out to place tiny knuckles upon the cement of the ground beneath them. Dar’kon was no slouch, and while his style seemed more akin to natural Martial Artists, it was the most militaristic style of combat his people had. A boon to those who had taken on the mantle of “Monk”. The holy man would stare down the Saiyan, insane feral eyes glaring daggers of manic nature at the other.
This fight was only just beginning…

Glay was about to hit his enemy (Ochra)but then he disappeared for a second. "What the hell?!? That was surprise attack you shouldn't have been able to dodge the attack so easily". Glay was thinking in his mind. HA a saiyan being a good guy. That is really funny to hear. I mean they are only knuckle heads who only enjoy fighting so defending this city is pretty funny well no matter. He saw a blue horn man. He was wondering if he was a "good guy" or someone who just wanted to thrive in destruction. He saw the saiyan reappear not doing anything.
Just before Glay got hit he heard that the blue horn was in his side. This was good. The Saiyan and the Earthling didn't even think that they would need to team up to beat me and the blue horn man. People are really stupid, I mean like shouldn't you team up and try to win against us but they are just lower species so it isn't too surprising. He sees the punch from the Earthling coming. He blocks the hit with his scythe. Though he did sustain no damage from the hit he was dragged him out of the city. This angered him a little bit. He was trying to get him out of the city so he could get the least people injured from this fight. Then he thought about earlier when he saw people running. This was great even though he was outside of the city he could still have an accident and kill people from this city. He yelled to the Earthling "HEY YOU CAN PACK QUITE A PUNCH YOU KNOW THAT BUT THAT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IT HURTS JUST LIKE A FLY" he was trying to anger the earthling so he would come to him. Then a series of fast punches and kicks came straight to Glay. He blocked them but he was a little bit tired. He had to focus on the fight.
Glay was ready for anything . He knew that right now its time to get serious, even though he has an advantage he can still lose if he is not careful enough. He got into his dad's stance and was really disgusted by it because of the hate that his dad created. His back was straight, his eyes were getting narrowed. He had one foot behind him. His fingers were aligned and he has his arm bend. The air around him went silent. The feeling in the air was deadly. Glay was having fun but it was time to get serious. He dashed forward to the Earthling and attempting to hit him with multiple punches. He kept switching up with kick and punches. Then his scythe pops up again and he was attacking with that also. He was doing this because if they are close in power level he can at least try to cut or hit him once. This might not be a lot but enough to give the littlest advantage.

A sly grin crept across the corrupted Doragon's face as his claws ripped through the clothing of his target. But as the deer's magic began to repair his clothes, Garon couldn't help but notice those markings on his arms. He didn't know what they meant, but he made sure to take note of them - perhaps for later. Retracting his ki-extended claws, Garon cracked his knuckles. "You should've stayed at school. After all, once I'm through with you, Amber's nex-". He was interrupted by the familiar sounds of the scouter built into his helmet beeping. Someone - no, the one - had finally made his grand appearance. Cobane. That damned Doragon rushed at Garon in an attempt to stab him in the back, to which he responded by quickly turning around and extending his palm out, a Mercury Cannon forming in it. To Garon's surprise, the blade cut cleanly through the gray orb, causing blood to now seep from the armored palm of Garon's hand. "Y O U.", Garon spat with a ferocity unlike anything Cobane had ever heard from him before. But his anger would quickly turn to silence. And then laughter. "Yes, of course! Of course YOU'D show up.", Garon said. "Of course you'd try to ruin all my fun. But I guess that won't matter soon anyways. After all, I'll just run you over. I'll tear you to shreds, and then I'll focus on Amber. I'll run you and ALL you damn heroes over, you hear me?". It was...incredibly evident that things weren't really functioning correctly in his head. "Let's take this fight somewhere where nobody can hear you scream, shall we?." Baring his fangs, the Doragon would charge at Cobane with precision and swiftness, in sharp contrast to his former self's boxing-esque style. He would attempt to punch Cobane with a strike hard enough to send him far enough away from the main fighting area - specifically, towards a nearby, abandoned crosswalk. If his strike wasn't successful, then he would attempt to corner Cobane into the crosswalk with a spray of relatively weak ki blasts. Regardless of whether or not he was successful in his intial strike, however, he would momentarily turn his attention to Chamil. "I'll take care of this idiot. You and that lizard...thing... should be more than enough to dispose of that worthless bag of bolts and her friend, right?", he told the goat lady. Without waiting for an answer from Chamil, the Doragon hopped off, eager to finally put an end to Cobane's annoying existence.

Fight For Your Life Cobane Sythus - 16,790 PL Wild Spirit (x4) - 67,160 PL
It seemed that as Cobane arrived, most of the fighters took their leave to fight elsewhere, as to not be disturbed. Whether the fights be personal or to speed up this damned fight, Cobane could care less. With so many faces he sought to bring down, he could only think of one thing as a priority to do. Garon, the Doragon who hid behind metal plates, was to be brought down first, and when Cobane made a strike for the man’s back, it angered him to see that Garon could tell of his location. He knew Garon couldn't use ki or magic unlike most of the Doragons, so Cobane made a guess that he was using a scouter… by why? Didn't he have that lady in his headset to tell him when attacks were coming? Suspicion filled Cobane’s head, but he didn't think much of it.
Nearby, new faces arrived, some in which he hated to see. Davis, the hero who showed up at the lookout, was here, but his look was different, almost demonic. He looked stressed, as if he just came from somewhere where his life had been on the line. Besides that, Cobane couldn't help but get pissed seeing another face, this one he hadn't seen in months. “Aizu?!” he growled, clenching his fists at the Arcosian. Seeing his ex-boss here was like seeing your girlfriend cheat on you. Enragement beyond belief. You show up now of all times?! That bastard is here, now?! Before he knew what happened, the Deer man Cobane came to support got smashed back as threw attacks collided into him. Cobane could only feel bad that so many fighters would pick on someone so low of a power. Was there no honor here? War usually never did…
With a couple fights breaking out in different areas, Cobane only managed to catch a few glimpses before he was assaulted. The crystal man was heading for Ochra, as were two others, but the Saiyan of the group seemed a little pissed about getting interrupted. Kari, after releasing a big attack, forced the bug man to retreat into another fight with other warriors, being trailed by Maple and Mumbo. No doubt that with Maple’s huge power, he’d be there to finish the job swiftly, leaving no chance for survivors. Before he was able to catch one last look, Garon assaulted Cobane with a fist. Jolting to the side, the boy managed to dodge by merely an inch. After that, a spray of ki blast were centered on the Silver Blood, forcing him to back up while deflecting. Looking back to where he was heading, he saw that he was being taken to a corner. “This simply won’t do…”
Reaching to his belt, Cobane grabbed a knife and released a latch attached to the bottom of it, revealing a string attached to the weapon. Throwing the knife at a curve, the string began to extend while the Doragon held the smaller piece. Pulling upwards, he convinced the string to pull down and attempt to wrap around the body of the metal man. If it worked, Cobane would grab the string and take off at full speed into a nearby building. If it failed, he’d retract the cord and make a bee-line for a distant four-way stop, not taking chances for Garon’s advantage. “Hey Guardian, let’s see what makes you top shit!”

He twitched at Chamil’s energy, going quiet and sweating a bit. “Aye, just joking mate. Apologies Chamil. I’ll hop to it… And sure, hopefully, it isn't’ you ‘firing’ me and killing Davis, that’d be bad.” he said, muttering the next part to himself. “Fucking, lording over me… I’ll show you later… Get my demon body and I’ll show you.”
After getting Chamil on his ass, an Arcosian came out of nowhere and knocked Choco away, sending him flying. “Hey, this is my fight! Stay out of this Arcosian!” he snarled at him, taking off at Choco. Sensing the area around he area, he noticed one ki with Maple, Mumbo, and that weird creature; Yogu seemed to do. “Hm. The Majin will have fun with that. Those aliens are gonna go at it as well.”
“So many things going on. Tch, need to watch for that Choco,” he muttered as he followed Choco’s run through of buildings. “Oh. HEY KARI! HOW’S IT GOING!?” he’d yell at her, giving her a wide-eyed grin with a sadistic grin. “Have fun~! See ya in Hell!” he’d finish with before grabbing and sitting upon his trident before reaching where Choco landed.
“The fuck is ‘dangy ass’? The hell does dangy mean!? Gah, no need for made-up words!? Where are you deer man, I need to make a couple holes in ya~...” he sang in a soft tone, gripping his trident in his right hand with his eye narrowing.
He let go of his trusty weapon and as he did, it swung around and cleaved the blast in half and it hit 2 building, making them shudder. Of course he fired a blast at each to make them crumble, sensing energies vanishing from in the building as they are crushed. "OH, YOUR FIRST MISTAKE. GIVING ME YOUR LOCATION!” he’d shout this, taking off after him, with his weapon following close by.

Aizu felt a mad rush of excitement as Choco collided with a car on the ground, reducing it to a crumpled wreck. This was what the Arcosian lived for! The clamor of battle was like nothing else to him, no other experience thrilled him in the same way. He was ready to plummet after the deer-like creature and finish what he'd started. His muscles coiled in preparation - like a viper waiting to strike. But he felt himself stopping as a voice above called to him. Turning his freakishly elongated head he saw the horned Stargoon, radiant in her gleaming armor. She was looking in his direction as she bellowed:
"Arcosian!" The goat called to Aizu. "I'm going to need some proper aid, here. Do you mind tag teams all that much?" She was facing off against some kind of armored mechanoid and a bizarre-looking lizard-like creature. No idea how powerful they might be, but the Stargoon surely knew better than he when she needed assistance.
Before he could respond, an angry-looking man that had also been attacking the deer-person chastised him with a vicious snarl for interfering in their apparently private fight:
“Hey, this is my fight! Stay out of this Arcosian!”
Cocking his head, his reptilian mouth twisted into a cruel smirk, Aizu replied.
"Just makin' some space. You can thank me later," He finished, spinning in mid-air and rushing to intercede in the battle between Chamil and her artificial opponent.
"LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!" He laughed manically as he soared up towards his apparent new target. He didn't know which of the two apparent 'heroes' would be the greater threat, but it was always wise to feel out an opponent's defenses before committing to a major assault. With that in mind, he surged with energy, his monstrous ki rising and blazing into a brilliant aura around him, trailing in his wake like the tail of a comet. Clutching with his right hand, energy pooled and coalesced into a potent charge. The sphere pulsated with a hellish red glow, foretelling the destructive power it held. With a bestial snarl, the Arcosian surged into range, thrusting forward his palm and unleashing the blast in a crimson wave that lit up the sky as it arced towards its target - the armored mechanoid.

Well, things had certainly taken an interesting turn. It seemed the young man didn't take too kindly to the others appearing to 'interfere' with his battle with Ochra, and ESPECIALLY didn't take kindly to the Arcosian launching an attack at him. He was honestly a little surprised when he suddenly started attacking the Arcosian, driving him away from them while declaring he'll gladly fight all three of them. Guess they weren't in cahoots after all. Still, Ochra wasn't going to risk having to fight three opponents at once. Let the two of them fight it out. Just less pressure on him.
Of course, this left him alone with the last of them, the strange alien looking thing with the shadowy aura. The small being declared that he wasn't here to simply conquer the city, but instead relish in the destruction that it caused. Ochra's eyes narrowed at his words. If anything, this made this one even worse than the others. Conquering a city was one thing, but simply causing destruction for the pleasure of it? Ochra had had to deal with individuals like that in the past. Maniacs who killed and murdered just for the hell of it. Originally he was content to simply drive off these invaders. but he couldn't let someone like this run about unchained.
And then he attacked, unleashing a barrage of shadowy strikes, the being's dark aura flaring. Ochra brought his arms up, his eyes focusing on the strikes as he moved. Holding his arms up, his body ducked and weaved, almost leaving brief after images as he moved. Each strike which seemed to hit him struck only air. Still, through the illusions, it was difficult for Ochra to see an opening to make a counter attack, instead relying on ducking and dodging this assault and waiting for him to tire.
It seemed though the little attacker was no slouch, leaping back after his latest strike and slipping into an almost animalistic pose. He could see the feral light in the little being's eyes as Ochra's own gaze hardened. He shifted his stance, making himself more comfortable, but keeping his guard up. "You know, words like that, they just make me want to take you down even more!" Now it was Ochra's turn to go on the offensive. He shot forward, lashing out with a series of punches. With each punch he threw, he made sure to keep his other arm close, guarding his body for any counter attack. Even if these strikes didn't hit, it was more a sense of gauging his opponent's speed and awareness. To see how well he handled himself without his illusions.

"You have no right to quarrel with them, child." Chamil snapped back to Amber when she seemed hellbent on pursuing Maple and Company. "Now you've got yourself to worry about now that your life is slipping away!" She just rolled her eyes and focused back onto Kari when the Android pulled out another flashy transformation- dramatic transformations were supposed to be for big moments- not willy-nilly used over and over again over nothing. As irked as she was with the android, Chamil was deadlocked onto Kari, who sent out a ki-enfused tongue attack Chamil's way! The zoan's new, metallic eye flashed gold, targeting systems locking onto her next victim.
"Well, it's about time this fight truly began!"
Right before the attack hit it's mark, the goat leaned back and let the appendage soar right past her. Clawed hands extended up swiftly to grab Kari's lizard tongue, promptly attempting to use the longer limb to swing Kari right into the Earth below, and using the momentum to send herself into the air. Chamil shot a gaze over the Chameleon, to the two children she tried to protect.
On cue and with a flash of the goat demon's eyes, two more golden tendrils lurched from the shadows, grabbing the screaming pair and dragging them into the shadows of the ruined city's epicenter, all taking place right behind her fellow demon's back. "Whoops." She rolled her eyes as more of her the corrupted collumns of psionic ki began to slither into the souls of even more victims.
And then, beyond the sounds of crumbling architecture and distant screams, one shrill yell stood out from afar, from the area Maple and Mumbo had dragged their targets. "Huh. I expected that human to last a little longer." The goat mused idly, twiddling with one of her flopped ears. "Ah well. Maple's always one to finish fast and flashy." She shrugged, turning her gaze back to the Crimson Striker. "You're next, then."
On cue, more of Chamil's psionic ki began to fester around Kari, the telekinetic force aiming to crush the high-schooler's body from all sides with a swarm of blasts, Chamil herself hopping back up atop a building after her attack to distance herself, stooped over and glaring from her vantage point to see just how this was going to play out...

More chaos ensued, as flashing energy, flying punches, and terrifying techniques filled the air around the disheartened android. She stared at the ground, trying to find the motivation that had filled her heart only moments earlier. As she slowly rose to her feet, the loud voice of the goat demon reached her ears. When the mention of her life slipping away reached the small girl's ears, her hands tightened into fists. That's right. I don't need a reason to stand on this battlefield. Just walking away would be my best option. All I need to do is- The girl started to turn towards the broken alley to one side, when a figure shot through the air next to the demon. His shout reached her ears, a roar of victory and vicious intent, which forced the girl to freeze in place. Energy began building around him, a murky blue aura surrounding his form as he shot forward. Raising his right hand, a red energy began building around his outstretched palm. An orb of destructive power that would doubtless shred the girl apart, armor and all. With a loud snarl, the Arcosian thrust the sphere forward and sent it sailing as a crimson wave towards the girl. I can run. I can run from all of this. Leave all of the pain and fear behind. But if I run now...I'll never be able to stop. I'll be forced to run until the day all of these monsters reach me. The girl's breathing was becoming forced, as the wave slowed in its arc. Her gasps came in spots, as the android thought back to every fight to date. She had never fought anyone evil, an opponent who would kill her if she slipped up. She had never taken on an enemy that would dismantle her down to a cellular level with energy or rip her still beating heart from her chest. Amber had never dealt with adversity on this terrifying of a scale. “ Crimson Purge, Activate.” Her muttered whisper crossed the air, as her heart stopped its hammering. Her gaze was distant, as the girl came to a decision in her heart. Multiple needles within her armor sunk into her skin, piercing into the girl's small frame and sending liquid nitrogen into her veins. At the same instant, her hair and gaze turned red, as steam filled the air around her. The wave slammed into her side, before shattering and dispersing into nothing around the unscathed Android. Scarlet energy shimmered around her frame, before dispersing moments after the wave was diverted. Her head fell back, as she went over all of the speeches she'd overheard to the date. Smoke and the shattered energy hung around her small frame, as she stood silently. As the smoke began clearing, Chamil's voice reached the girl's ears as she spoke about her chosen adversary. Maple...killed someone, because I was too slow. I guess I need to make sure I take down someone else to even the scales. I'll probably die here...why am I so calm about it? I'm not sure. But I will not run today. I will face evil...and if I die, take my death like a true hero. Looking across at the Arcosian, the girl slid her boots through the rubble and motioned once with her hand. Her crimson gaze met his, as her cloak fluttered through the wind. Her voice was firm, as she spoke across the rubble. “ I guess that fate decided the course for both of us. If you really want to kill a child...I can't stop you from trying your hand. But I'll take my price out of your body and soul if you want to try to end mine.” With that declaration, the girl waited....for the inevitable battle to begin.

It was the moment the two had truly engaged in their skirmish when Kari fully understood the situation that she was in. Gagging as Chamil had grabbed her tongue, she was then quickly slammed into the ground, creating a small crater from her impact. Watching as the goat was propelled into the air, she would begin her next technique when something else had caught her attention. The two siblings that she was trying desperately to protect were pulled into the epicenter of the city. "No." She began, eyes widening at her failed attempt. She couldn't protect them. How could she protect her home if she was unable to protect two citizens? Another scream sounded in the distant, a familiar one. Upon further inspection, Kari realized that Yogu's energy, once fiery and thriving, was gone. Just like a candle flame, his energy was snuffed out by a sudden blast of ki. "No... Yogu." She began to wince, realizing that allies were falling.
From Azazel and Choco's direction, there was another blast of ki. While she didn't know what had happened to the two, it was clear that with the giant power gap between the two, he was defeated. It was at that moment, Kari truly realized that her attempts at saving this city would be fruitless. This wasn't a scene out of a comic book where the superheroes would win. No, this was her reality. There was no glory in staying and fighting if she knew she would die. Tears began to form in her eyes, threatening to spill any moment. Everything was hopeless.
For a brief moment, Kari would break out of her trance-like straight and back to her reality at the sudden pressure that assaulted her. Out of instinct, her fists would slam together, forming a barrier around her body that would attempt to protect her from the mysterious force. However, it wasn't enough. The force had broken through the barrier continue to crush her body. Painful, however, her barrier had softened the blow enough so it would only leave her with bruises.
Looking around at the wasteland around her, Kari watched as the young girl fought against the arcosian. While she was unable to figure out how strong she was, she couldn't help but admire her courage. She was brave enough to stay and fight. She began to pity the girl, hoping she understood that this was a fight that they would be unable to win in. Thoughts of escaping began to cross her mind. She could just try and escape and pretend as if this never happened. Kari could just fly back to East City and start a new life with her father and Itzal, letting the more heroic groups fight for her. Turning around to get ready to escape, a thought suddenly crossed her mind.
If she were to leave now, the girl that was fighting alongside her would be alone. It wouldn't be fair for her to stay and fight two giant threats alone. Even if it was scary, Kari had to stay and fight. She needed to face death head-on to save her home. This was what it meant to be a hero right? Slowly getting to her feet, Kari stared down the goat once more, a new resolve on her face. "I'm scared." She spoke earnestly, although the intensity of her stare did not waver. "I don't want to die. I have too much to live for." Before she finished speaking she would once again lunge towards Chamil as if to punch her, even employing the techniques Xana had taught her to make it seem as genuine as possible. Once her fist was a short distance away from her body, Kari would fly past her and instead attempted to strike her with a kick to her back, trying to slam her into the ground. Regardless of whether her attack attempt was successful, she would continue to speak. "This fear is what motivates me to survive." Turning towards the android, she would then nod towards her direction. "Since they're tag-teaming shall we also?" Teamwork wasn't a strategy villains could only use. If the heroes wanted a chance to survive, they would have to employ it as well.

Azazel, making his way back into the war zone of the main fight, dodge roll out of the way of energy blasts that were stray ones and he peeks around the corner to see Chamil and others locked in battle and he narrowed his eyes, making his way toward Chamil, putting Choco on his back so he’d be easy to see.
“Chamil! Do you want me to run off with the brat or stay here and fire potshots at these ‘heroes’?”
He asked this, making sure he was more so hidden behind Aizu and Chamil so that he’d be less seen by Chamil. He was legit, full on nervous as Amber was a crazy psychopath and he didn’t want her to want her going ballistic.
“Please hurry as I’d rather not be this open near malfunctioning, psychopathic android, and Kari."
Well, rejoining here with Choco's unconious form. :p -------------------- 4/7 KP!

Aizu drifted in mid-air, watching as his blast scattered and dissipated into smoke around the target. The girl’s cape fluttered in the breeze as the last remnants of the wave’s destructive power crackled around her. Her gaze locked with his own. He’d not seen somebody take a hit like that from him in a very long time. The prospect of an opponent that could handle his strength thrilled him. He had to admire her bravado as she declared her intention to stand and fight; though her words made it clear she did not expect victory.
“Gotta hand it to you, kid,” he said, lazily circling through the air to come alongside Chamil, who had just launched her own attack against the lizard creature. “You’ve got a lot of guts. But you’re interfering in my business, and I can’t have that.” He said, clenching his fists.
“If we’d met under different circumstances, maybe I’d let you off with a beating. But I get the awful feeling that you’ll just come back and cause more trouble later.” He sighed through wide, alien lips. Before he could go any further, he was interrupted by the arrival of Azazel, with his defeated opponent slumped unconscious on his back. He didn’t know why the human had returned, but he remembered the insistence that Aizu stay out of their fight.
“You had your space to fight, little man!” He called over his shoulder, before turning his elongated head to face Kari and Amber. Once again his deep-set yellow eyes locked onto his target.
“Leave this fight to us,” Aizu hissed, as a kiai swirled around him, blooming into a scarlet aura that crackled with barely-contained energies. His fists clenched tighter, blood seeping between the knuckles and trickling down from the palms as his nails dug into his own flesh.
His breath grew ragged as sweat started to bead on his distorted face. Lips parted in a bestial snarl as his whole body began to undergo violent spasms. Muscles twitched and contorted in painful and unnatural-looking ways as the furious plume of energy around him grew brighter and more chaotic with every moment. Spiderwebs of fractures began to spread across his armored form – first appearing on the greenish crystalline growths, but quickly creeping their way across the more bone-like armor and eventually even onto the skin.
Blood vessels burst from exertion, turning his eyes into a bloodshot mess as his inhuman jaws opened wider. Throwing his head back, a wordless scream surged forth as a reddish glow began to peek through the cracks in his alien hide. As though there were some sort of hellish furnace within, his monstrously warped suppressive body could no longer contain the Arcosian’s true power. For the first time in a very long time, its capacity was being overloaded.
Sparks of crimson crackled around Aizu as the molten energy beneath his skin poured through every little fracture; obscuring his form as it grew more and more intense. At long last the scream died in his throat, and the violent convulsions ceased. His face was left frozen for a brief moment as the inner light dimmed to a faint and ominous glow.
And then, he exploded.
Light blazed forth like a miniature supernova, reducing the monstrous form of the Arcosian to dust as it bathed the city in a bloody glow. A deafening shockwave rippled outward, shattering what few windows remained intact in the streets below, and sending cars and debris and bystanders alike tumbling across the ground in a chaotic avalanche.
Finally the light began to dim, and once more its source became visible. At the center of a raging vortex of ki, hovered a figure wholly different to the one that had stood there before. Having shed his suppressive shell, Aizu now bared his true form for all to see. It was small by comparison, with a sleek and athletic build quite unlike his previously hulking body. Slowly, the tempest of energy around him calmed. As the last few sparks of power dimmed, he drew in a deep breath. Lids lifted, revealing the same deep-set yellow eyes, gazing at Amber with grim intent. And finally he exhaled, allowing a smirk to tug at the corners of his mouth.

Chamil sneered and growled to herself. Defensive players were always a pain to end- they only ever prolonged the inevitable so that even the villain's eventual victory would be bittersweet... Still, in response to Kari's motive to fight back, Chamil could only laugh. "Phah! Please, look where that petty drive got your brutalized and very dead ally." A devlish smirk crept across the demon's face, contorted and twisted with a yellow blaze in her eyes. "How about I tear our that tongue of yours to shut you up? Or, you know, just rip your head from your shoulders."
"I wonder..." "Who's going to miss you when you're gone?" Now it was time for the personal attack. "Oh, I know. Your parents, I'm sure they'll be so upset, until I bring them with you at least. Your friend- my cousin, and probably whoever you fuck around with at school or whatever will mourn and sob in despair, no hope for your return to their poor little lives." Chamil waved a dismissive hand, aiming to batter down what little confidence or spirit the chameleon had left in her fragile heart, not a shred of mercy remaining in the Vixen's soul anymore. "You're so willing to leave this world, and for nothing. You cannot win- you'll die in vain here if you continue down this idiotic path of "heroism.""
"Alas... You will reap what you've sown and D̶I̵E̡̧͘͞." Chamil raised a hand, slamming a fist into the ground to send a shockwave of energy right through the chameleon's feet before attempting to follow up with a telekinetic grab on her form from afar to throw her into a building nearby, rearing back to fire another attack to keep her combo going... But, then, a certain demonized human just had to show his work.
"..." Chamil's gaze sunk at the sight of Choco's lifeless form being used as a meatshield. His arm was missing, and dried blood and bruises dotted his true form. For a moment, her eyes met with the glazed over ones of her unconscious cousin. Chamil's heart skipped a beat. Had... had Azazel killed him?! Unable to sense the ki radiating from anyone, Chamil could do nothing but contort her face into one of bloodlust and rage at the sight of her presumably deceased family. "You. Had. One. Job."
Chamil darted forwards into a reared back stance in front of Azazel, a fist reared back. "I'll give you a ten second head start before I gut you and the human for this." She raised a hand, the same psychic ki from earlier she threatened at her fingertips. "Our deal is off." Chamil moved her fingers to disperse the psychic energy inside the human's shared form to let Davis inside free, hesitating for a moment. Markings flashed across Chamil's arm, and Choco's own for a moment. He was alive, albeit barely. Even though her cousin lived and Chamil could breathe a big internal sigh of relief, the goat demon was NOT happy with his presumed condition on the brink of death. "Let's see how poorly you fare WITHOUT me now, devil." Chamil hissed, throwing a hand forwards to attempt to release the restraints she put to hold Davis back inside with a flash of energy. Still, she wasn't entirely sure why she felt this immense rage at the mere sight of her cousin's condition. She didn't care about him, just the deal they had... Right?
Regardless, should Davis start fighting back inside once Chamil released his conscious, the goat would swing a fist forwards, their new difference in strength clear should it hit. Not much ki was poured into Chamil's "love tap", but if successful, she'd send the human and Choco flying into the air, and conveniently them landing near a hospital out of the city's epicenter where combat began to resume.
Chamil turned her gaze, still breathing through her teeth with rage. The Arcosian partook in his own dramatic transformation which she just missed, now in his True Form. "I think this goes without saying, but..." Chamil floated back to the transformed Changeling's side, her form turned the other way to face Kari. Chamil's following words were more directed to herself, but they still were spat out like vile poison. "There will be no more mercy."

There was a movement to her left, as the chameleon zoanthrope charged the demon-goat. There was a flurry of combat the android didn't monitor, before Kari broke away from the goat and spoke. The android stifled a sigh, as the notion of teamwork crossed the air. Her gaze shifted to the chameleon, who had just declared her own fear and that it was her motivation. “ I'm sorry if you think I'm still here as a hero. I only came for my own selfish intents...and now that my hand has been forced, I'll fight till the bitter end to survive this one-sided encounter.” Her own bitter tone would cross the air between the two, as the small android stared down the Arcosian. After the activation of Crimson Purge, the small girl's mind had shifted gears. She was no longer the idealistic, passionate girl of before. This warrior only had one plan: fight hard, adjust her approach, and continue fighting. She couldn't do anything less than that; the alternative was death at the hands of these villains... or worse. Amber's gaze shifted back to the Arcosian, as he began speaking. He had changed his stance, before ending up next to Chamil. He mentioned something about bothering his business, before shifting gears to his decision. If the two had met under other circumstances, perhaps the alien would've let her off with a simple beating. Instead, he was going to 'nip the problem in the bud'. As the Arcosian shouted over his shoulder, the small android began walking forward. Her stroll was relaxed, while the Arcosian declared the fight would be a team effort on the villain's part. His energy began spiking as he roared loudly. His body was expanding from the sheer volume of energy filling his muscles. His armor began cracking, before the man vanished in a explosion of energy. I knew it; the bastard was hiding a stronger form. My odds of survival have decreased another 20%...for a stunning result of a 10% chance of surival. Guess it's time to step up to the challenge.
As the light began dimming, the girl had crossed the distance between the two. She stood only two feet across from the Arcosian, waves of energy wafting from his new form. Her hair stirred in the breeze caused by this, as the girl thrust a single hand forward. She extended a simple courtesy; an offer of a handshake to the powerful monster who stood in front of her. Her red gaze mirrored his yellow, as her mouth shifted to a grim smirk to match his. Taking a slow breath, the girl spoke. “ Let's shake on an honest battle. I respect that you see me as a threat. My father tasked me with an impossible mission, which brought me to this desolate battlefield. I know your power far outstrips mine. Can I at least get the name of the man who is going to kill me?” Her expression shifted to a child-like grin, as she waited for the man's reaction. There was a sparkle in her eyes, which would've sent chills through any sane fighter who saw it. Her expression was out of place on a battlefield fraught with death. She wouldn't move, as Chamil spat her declaration about no mercy. The android was ready'; this would be the place of her final stand.
