Arriving with a bright flash of light, coming down like a meteor, swooping into the thick of the fray in the city-center, Maple grinned a wide and evil grin, the glamorous glitter of his newfound Stargoon power pouring off him like a galactic cloak. He didn’t just swoop down anywhere, either. A hero might have interjected in between Garon’s attack and Chamil -- might have done all they could to get in between the powerful Mercury Cannon and their friend and colleague. But Maple was no hero. Maple swooped down behind Garon. He was a Stargoon. And so was Chamil. They both would live or die as a Stargoon should -- in a fabulous fight. “We’ll see you in Hell, but I don’t think your supermarket suit will survive the trip!” Maple yelled, fanning steeled fingers out in a blaze of magic. Jarring rays of death jolted from his fingertips, alighting the city center in an excrutiating light show. “Sayonara!” He shouted, putting an extra umph into the blast at Garon’s back, letting his ancient devil’s blood fuel the attack. Wrath used! Maple's Sprinkle Cake Ray MP3 is now bumped up to 155,000 PL. Aiming to kill Garon. KP: 0/3

Fight For Your Life Cobane Sythus - 16,790 PL Wild Spirit (x4) - 67,160 PL
Why, Kais, why does nothing ever go right? It seemed that when half the battle field was going crazy, so was every hero. Cobane had fired his small attack, leaving a burn or two on the ever so accepting Chamil, who simply smirked as she accepted the minor attack. In fact, after it landed, she gave a remark on his point of view, which he simply smirked back and crossed his arms to. “Oh, you don’t remember? Well I won’t bore you with a monologue, but basically you’re messing with the citizens of Earth. I don’t like that.” The Cold Blooded Doragon snarled with sharp teeth showing and he lowered to her level, maintaining his distance. "Oh, right, that whole Assassin thing... Yeah, I used to be, but now I'm thinking for myself."
Soon enough, Garon popped up behind Chamil after she acknowledged his words, quoting that she already knew their plans. Cobane took those words as a challenge, as if the second he fired, she’d accept it then walk it off. Cobane knew different though. She wouldn’t be walking this one off, for he’d been behind this attack before and it was nothing to mess with. Garon whipped his arm back as it charged up, then fired the massive beam straight towards the goat who didn’t seem to flinch. Cobane’s smirk grew huge as it hurtled towards the goat, ensuring that her defeat would be swift…
But then SHE appeared.
Amber, the Android from before that he had been contracted to kill weeks before this event, appearing before the mighty attack and absorbing it all to herself, all before turning around and asking Chamil if she could bring the world to peace. Cobane’s jaw was figuratively on the floor, his eyes filled with awe and anger. In fact, it was such an intense anger that his feral side began to kick in, desiring to pounce onto the Android and snap out her spine… but he wouldn’t accept that side. Not yet. He still had a mission, even if the first part failed.
Just as Cobane was about to run to Garon’s aid, Aizu appeared before the Assassin, talking on and on about how the Assassin was giving the World Trade Fleet a bad reputation, as if it was all his fault. “Oh my, I didn’t realize I hurt your feelings that much!” Cobane joked, scanning his opponent. He was far too familiar with Aizu and his fighting style. Typically, if a man takes you in and breaks you down to have no emotions and focus your entire life on training by fighting said man, you start to learn a little about them. Aizu offered to take Cobane in once more before throwing a loose fist at Cobane, which the Assassin quickly shot to the side, barely managing to get away. Shortly after, a tail aimed dead for the boy’s head, which he, once again, avoided, this time by flying downward before it could reach him. He’d continue this fashion to slip away from the Arcosian, aiming straight for Garon with a ball of blue energy.
“Garon! Get out of here! Run!” Cobane cried, approaching the allied Doragon with gripped fists. Just before he could arrive, a violet light appeared behind the Brass Blood, grinning big with growing energy. “Look out!” The Assassin called one more time, bringing forth two fingers and shooting them upwards, causing a wall of magical ki to appear before Garon, just before Maple could unleash his mighty attack onto his ally. Shoving his ally out of the way, Cobane took Garon’s position and held his arms forward in preparation for the oncoming blow, watching with dead eyes as the attack quickly broke the barrier, sending the devastating attack straight into Cobane. The purple light covered up the Doragon as he fought the beam, feeling flesh, blood, even scales, all being burned off his body.
Soon enough, the attack came to an end and the figure of Cobane still remained, or what was left of it. In the brunt of the attack, Cobane’s arm had been burned away by the attack, leaving a bleeding mess floating in the skies. “I get it now. You’re a coward.” Mumbled Cobane, head towards the ground with his hair over his eyes. “Picking off the weaker ones so you feel better about yourself. While it is cowardly, it’s smart, I’ll give you that.” Cobane’s eyes shot up with a smirk on his face. “What a shame it was all you had though. Your ki feels pathetic compared to how it was moments ago.” Cobane’s remaining arm moved over and grabbed the stump that remained.
“Well, this is no way to fight, now is it?” The Assassin smirked as his body began to take up a blue glow, quickly changing to an aquamarine color as a wave of magic overpowered the boy. A vibrant glow appeared where the arm once was, as well as the place where some scaled had previously been. Cuts and bruises began to disappear in an instant, all vanishing while one thing returned to the bloodied being. A fresh, new arm appeared from the glow, the light spiralling around it before exploding into a sparkly wave of healing energy. Cobane, now mostly recovered, clenched his fists and held them by his side. “Hey Aizu! About joining the Fleet again…” The boy turned back, eyes dark.
“If you want to negotiate over threaten me, that’d work better. Otherwise, I’ll take death.” The Doragon flung his arms outward in a small shrug. “Oh, and Garon…” The Assassin looked over at Garon with a cold glare. “Do me a solid and get the fuck out of here.”

BASE PL: 25,000 ACTIVE PL: 100,000 (x4)
Everything happened in a flash- that was a term Chamil found herself using a lot now. Garon approached, as expected, and Chamil rolled with his punches for a bit, blocking most hits before letting herself be knocked to the ground. Yup, there was the all-or-nothing attack. Chamil sighed with a smile. She couldn't wait to see the look on his face after she knocked it to the side and stood still... She raised a hand enfueled with ki to face the attack, ready to counter...
Alas, the android intervened.
Chamil was in complete, blissful shock. A goodie- a goodie tanked an attack for her. Just the notion made the goat shudder, but that didn't compare to the rush she felt when the android spoke... Peace? Under HER control?! "...snrk" A crooked, shaking smile began to creep across the goat's face as she stared dead on at the android. Normally she would have manipulated someone into believing a delusion like that herself, but this?! "pppHHAHAHAHAHAAAA! OH-- OH MY GOD t-thats AMAAAZIIING! HAHAhahA!" Chamil reeled back with a genuine laugh- the first she had in years. "Hahhh... Seriously? PEACE?! You think I wish to attain PEACE?!?!" Chamil was stooped over now with a hand around her stomach, the other on a nearby, destroyed building for some semblance of support. She turned around to the group Amber saw flee together- those were a few lucky ones who remained free from her influence.
After another wave of more of the mind-controlling wisps of ki dragged the group away screaming, the goat eyed the scene in front of her. Robbers and cops shot and screamed, a bully took an oversized lollipop from a child, and the whole scene wreaked of anything BUT peace. "I want chaos. I want death. Nothing more, nothing less." Chamil turned back to Amber, her once entertained grin sickeningly sinister. She usually would have rolled with Amber's punches to gain a temporary ally to backstab, but... Acting like she wanted some weird peaceful prosperity would have been too much to handle anyways.
Kari continued to target Azazel and the human, much to the demon's entertainment. Cobane looked like he saw a ghost, and the other Doragon's expression was going to be just as good. And boy, it would be even better when Chamil's fellow Stargoon re-entered the fray.
After hopping away from Amber, Chamil would turn to see Maple unleashing another blast that could only be described as hell on Earth from behind Garon. "YESSSS!" She clenched her fists with another genuine, yet very evil grin. Death! There was actual DEATH! For the first time in forever! She would have began to prepare her own technique, but Cobane whisked past Chamil to tank the hit. Ah well, he was probably going to die in Garon's place.
"Oh COME ON." Chamil commentated again, glaring at the still-standing and armless Doragon. Still, he insisted on riding his high-horse also, accusing Maple of picking on the weak to feel better about himself. "Death doesn't discriminate, moron." Chamil chimed from the sides again, briefly eyeing Aizu to see what his take on this brilliant mess would be. "Strong, weak, we'll kill anyone who tries to stand in our way." Chamil retorted, giving a brief flashy flex and pose of her arms once more to flaunt again.
Regardless, the now ecstatic and bloodlusting demon took a breath in, her gaze panning to Garon. Right, he was alive still. If Cobane hadn't been a drama queen about telling him to run, she wouldn't have even noticed the poor armored Doragon who broke free from her control. Ah well, she might have lost a perfectly disposable minion, but Mumbo was sure going to be happy now that he could freely punch the Doragon. Hovering a ways away from Maple, the goat grinned again, still in complete and utter joy regarding the whole situation. "Welcome back to the party. How were the snacks on the side?" She wiped her hands together. There was the now ballistic Kari, the freed Davis, the two Doragons... Yup, things had sure changed since Maple left the scene. "You missed a LOT. But it's been the best. We can properly catch up later-ish once this lot of goodies die."
Chamil put a hand to her chin. Aizu would probably want to handle Cobane and knock him off his high-horse for sure, and the goat got the inkling that Maple would want a second shot at Garon. So, her gaze turned to Amber, who was likely back on the Z-nobody brigade offensive now. "Eh, I'll keep the wannabe off your backs. You two can kill the lizards however brutally seems fit." She hovered away. Amber had proven durable, so her strength was nothing to sneeze at. Cobane and Garon would be taken out quick at this rate, but they couldn't have any more interruptions. The goat pointed a hand at the android, another golden-yellow sphere of Ki charged. "Still think that we want peace now?" The goat stifled another laugh, remembering Amber's earlier stunt. While she was back on edge in the heat of battle, today just kept getting better and better.

Garon launched his power-boosted Mercury Cannon with a fanged grin on his face, hoping to finally take Chamil out and end this stupid battle. As soon as the explosive ball exploded near Chamil the Doragon sighed. "...it's over.", he said smiling. "Oh Kami, that was stressful. Guess that means it's time for me to get outta here befor-". He froze. Something was wrong - very wrong. Chamil's Power Level hadn't disappeared from his Scouter. Weren't people's power level supposed to disappear when they were dead? Unless... "What...?"Dread could be seen in the Doragon's eyes as he began to realize what had actually happened. Chamil didn't die from his attack. Not because it didn't have the power to, but because it never even touched her. None other than Amber Cross had blocked it. Garon was feeling so many emotions at once that he couldn't even speak. "no...Nonononoono..nonono.....", he muttered as he still tried to process everything. "Y...you...YOU ABSOLUTE STUPID PIECE OF SHIT ROBOT!", Garon yelled with tears in his eyes. "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU JUST FUCKING DID?! YOU'RE ON OUR SIDE, DUMBASS. OUR. SIDE. GET IT THROUGH YOUR FUCKING SKUL-". Amber's recklessness could have possibly cost Garon his life, and boy was he furious about it. So furious, in fact, that he failed to notice a purple light forming behind him. That light was death itself. "no...No, wait, I-I don't waNNA-", Garon yelled out. He didn't want to die. He didn't even want to be here - it's not like he voluntarily came here in the first place. He wanted to be at school struggling to keep his grades up. He wanted to be back at Crop Co. and have Carro yell at him for slacking off occasionally. He wanted to be helping his Mom out through tough times. Luckily for him, Cobane kept his promise, pushing the Doragon from Maple's deadly attack... at the cost of the silver-blood's arm. The word "run" that Cobane yelled rung in his head like church bells. That's what he needed to do. But how? He began to panic as he ran through options in his head. There was only one option that came to mind, but should it fail it'd be...nearly suicide. Then again, it's not like anyone would let him leave willingly, so this is the one shot he had... Taking in a deep breath, Garon began to speak to his robotic assistant. "Render, overload the suit. Now. 600%.". "Wh-A-Are you crazy!?", Render asked. "Yep. Now do it.". Questioning if Garon was still under Chamil's control or something, Render amped up the suit, smoke popping out of the multiple vents located all over his suit. However this time around, there was a LOT more smoke in the air than when he launched the Mercury cannon at Chamil. This was intentional. Within a matter of mere moments, a thick cloud of smoke had formed around Garon - so thick that it covered up the Doragon and the area around him entirely. "Garon, the suit can't handle this. If you don't- I know what I'm doing, ok?!", Garon said. The armor was hot to the touch with massive amounts of ki flowing through every piece of it. "I know what I've gotta do now.", he said, clenching his fists. He turned his attention quickly to Cobane. "Cobane. Thanks. I was wrong - you're not that big of a villain at all. I'll see you at the end of all this, 'k?.""Open up the back of the suit.", Garon whispered to Render. The Biometal quickly connected the dots as to what Garon was doing and opened up the back of the suit, allowing Garon to fall out of it and attempting to run to a nearby building using the smoke as cover. The suit, however, stayed in position, the overloading process still occurring. As soon as Garon got to cover - behind the counter of a now-abandoned pastry shop, he'd look down to his robotic assistant. "You still have that remote access function, right?", Garon whispered. Render knew what he was doing, and it was...surprisingly smart for a usually reckless Doragon. Perhaps these life-or-death scenarios brought out the best of him. But that was a topic for another day - if he even ended up living another day, that is. On Render's command, the husk of the Hydrogan suit would leap up and attach itself onto Chamil's back. If the grab worked then it'd almost certainly burn some fur off of her - if not then heat up her own suit quite a bit. The suit had turned from it's usual silver color to a violent hot red, each part shaking with overloaded ki. Regardless of where the suit was at the end of all these events, it would end with the suit being destroyed in a rather glorious explosion, with no body found afterwards.
OOC: ok so this is a really bad and long post because i'm sleepy and tired so TL;DR, Garon overloads his suit, covers a medium-sized area in T H I C C smoke, runs out of his suit covered in smoke in an attempt to leave the DE, and left Chamil a nice little (explosive) present and bbbasically tried to fake his own death. Important to note that the explosion deals like -3% damage because it's not a KP tech.

Both Doragons' looks of shock and voices of outrage wouldn't reach the android, as she stared down the goat. When Chamil began laughing, the android simply stood in silence. When the goat finished her laughing, the demon gazed out into the chaos of darkness and evil. Amber's gaze also went there, to peer out into the visage of hell that had been wrought there. When Chamil stated her desire, the android took a slow breath. The crimson gaze of the girl went to Chamil, as she smiled just as sincerely as the goat. “ That's fine. Even if it takes a thousand years, your power is something capable of creating a world without choice. A world where peace can exist. Every child realizes its own childishness after a long enough time playing pretend. Or in this case...playing God.” The android realized she was speaking to herself, as the goat spun around and hopped towards a new scene. Amber's gaze widened in shock, as a presence that the girl couldn't ignore landed behind the Doragon who's hope she'd crushed. The only reason she entered this battlefield in the beginning, the sole purpose for her venture into the chaos and mayhem of this battlefield, was to face this man. As his energy shot to its peak, and his voice crossed the air, Amber's gaze fell to the ground. Her emotions, held in check by the program currently ruling her mind, were running wild. Odds of surviving after assaulting Maple...less than 0%. He has his comrades, the WTF, CURE...its impossible for me to win this situation. Chamil has one of the only viable solutions to my primary missions. There's only two paths available to me. One is to flee this arena and attempt to pursue the goat in the future. Odds of achieving that mission...less than 2%. There's only one way to survive this without fail, and its to become ev- Amber's eyes widened in pain, as nerve-searing agony ran through her entire body. Her own heart violently rejected the idea her rationality had come to, so much that her core threatened to shut down. Crashing to her knees in the rubble, the girl tried to form the thought, but more pain assailed her entire body. Her emotions began running unchecked, as tears began falling to the rocks. Both personas came undone, as the pain forced the connection apart. “I can't! I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't. I can't abandon the dreams Papa left me!”
It's the only way we can live, Amber.
“I refuse! I can't turn now! It would kill me!”
We're going to die if this continues. “Papa loved me! He wouldn't have wanted this to happen! He believed in good prevailing and justice! He believed in me!”
If he believed in you...why do I exist?
Amber's eyes widened in shock, both orbs shining with a different color. One was red, the other green. Her voice was caught in her throat, as she struggled to deny the robot in her mind.
If he really trusted you, why did he install a fail-safe to prevent us from killing!?
Amber's tears had stopped, as her open gaze stared at the ground. Her dreams, her memories, were slowly devolving into chaos. She tried to recall all of the lessons, all of the shows, everything that had pointed her towards the way of Good, of what it meant to be a hero. As she tried to find the heart-warming smile of her father, she realized all she could recall was the calculating look of one plotting.
“B-because he loved me?”
Because he feared us. We weren't a child to him; we were the tool to continue his legacy!
“That's not true!”
I found it. The limiter. The thing causing us pain and staying our assault.
“What!?”
To anyone watching, Amber had fallen to her knees, gaze staring into the horizon. There was a void to her gaze, as if all life had deserted the girl. Then, one arm shot straight forward, fully extending itself. Clenching her hand into a fist, crimson ki crackled through it. Then, with a resounding boom, the girl slammed it into her own chest. Her suit and chest sunk in around her fist, as blood filled her mouth. Her gaze refocused, as she began spitting blood onto the ground. Her fist slowly relaxed, as her chest began returning to its original position. Her breath came in gasps, as she pushed herself up onto her feet. Spitting blood to one side, the girl looked into the sky. Her gaze was cold, as she spoke firmly.
“My name is Amber Cross, Crystal Warrior. I fight for my own dream, the pursuit of a universal peace. If that peace is bought through the death of millions and chaotic fall of numerous galaxies...I can wait. Time is the only commodity my father left me, after all.” Amber coughed, before spitting a computer chip onto the ground. Her injury was pulsing red, as her energy attempted to make minor repairs to the self-inflicted injury. As the red centered around the wound in her chest, silver began tinting the edges of her crimson hair. The small android could look at Maple, and not feel immediate hatred. There was only a slight respect; his strength was something formidable, built through centuries of training. That he targeted the weak and bullied the strong was of little consequence. Ah...the weaker voice is gone. I hope she didn't die from the weight of realization. No wonder Lucas ensured my voice was silenced through the use of CDT protocols. I might have killed someone with just my thoughts. Ha.
A smirk crossed her lips, unrealized by the girl. She began walking forward, ensuring she didn't get in the way of good or evil; if either wanted a fight, she'd give them the level of respect they deserved. And if someone accidentally died along the way...unfortunate mistake, right?

Thread Power Level: 24,000 | Dai Majin (x1/x3) active! Defensive PL: 72,000!
Fires smoldered from the streets below. Riots had broken out all across Satan City. Most of the villainous tendrils that Chamil had unleashed were doing their duty, unleashing the true desires of the civilians. They destroyed homes and businesses, defaced the public property, and worst of all? They left their parking tickets unpaid. It was absolute chaos down there. Just the way Mumbo liked it.
But Mumbo couldn't wait and watch. His fellow goons needed help! With a skidding stop, Mumbo hovered in the air across the way from the main battle, simply trying to drink in as much info as he could. Half the goodie-goods were nutso now, and Amber was... Hitting herself? Did Maple actually need help here? It looked like things were going a lot finer than his Scouter told him.
There was one problem, though. A large smokescreen erupted, and in its center was Garon. That stupid suit of armor he wore exploded or something, making it harder to see. His scouter scanned the area tightly. Was there anyone not being fought by someone else-- or hell, was there anyone in this fight who wasn't punching themselves?
Yes, there was one! Squirreled away from the combat was something weak. A measly thirty power was all it had, but that was so much higher than the other citizens. Maybe it was a freedom fighter who just started out their adventures, or a martial artist with a bad teacher? Whatever it was, Mumbo needed to squash it while he could. With a burst of speed, Mumbo pushed through the smoke, breaking through the ceiling of the abandoned pastry shop.
His target was a great surprise; Garon was alive! That meant his suit exploded because it hated him, probably.
"How's it goin, Kid?" Mumbo chuckled darkly, kneeling down next to the Doragon. "It's been a while, huh? Got any moah speeches you wanna do? Or maybe you wanna beg fer yer life or sumtin?"
The Black Stargoon lowered his star-shaped glasses, revealing his red eyes. "You's can save yer breath, though... Cuz I made you a promise, remembah?" Those eyes flashed wickedly, and in the next instant, a massive, white-hot beam of Ki exploded out of Mumbo's mouth. At point-blank range, it'd take a bit of effort to find some way to escape this one.
KP: 2/3 Mumbo returns! Fired [N1] Cannoli Cannon! 33% Power for a damage potential of: 7,920! Intent: turn Garon crispy

Azazel's words reached deaf ears as a ball of ki began to form on her palm. It didn't matter to her whether Davis or Azazel was the guilty one and for all she cared, both could be innocent. She couldn't hold herself back any longer. She wanted nothing but to kill him. The demon try desperately to break her out of her bloodlust using Choco as an example, however, she was already too far to be reasoned with. "Choco?" Kari mused for a moment, taking a minute to remember who he was. "He can die. Everyone here can die for all I care. All I want to do is survive, even if it means destroying this entire city. After all the pain you've inflicted on me, there is no way I'm going to ever forgive you." Raising her hand high, she was about to deliver the finishing blow when he would pull on her legs, causing her to stumble backward, the ki blast in her hand dispersing. With a growl, she would quickly recover annoyed at this trick when she found herself staring right back into the eyes of the demon. Before she was able to react, Kari pain shot through the side of her face once more. Her hands flew to her cheek, feeling the cold liquid that had begun to blossom on the surface of her skin. Working through the pain, she would walk up to Davis who was now lying on the ground. An insane laugh erupted from her lips as she walked up to him with a new fury in her eyes. "Did you think that this would be able to delay your death or were you just trying to piss me off even further? The old Kari is gone, possibly forever. Now, you're just left with me!" Jumping from where she was just standing she would try to land right on top of his body once again. It was only when she got up close when she realized how broken the human was as he commented how beautiful the sky was despite its ghastly red color. Perhaps if the hate wasn't so overwhelming she would feel pity and even settled with just knocking him unconscious. However, she was going to make sure she would enjoy this. "After all the shit you pulled as Azazel, no one will miss you. In fact, I think people would be happy, that I've finally ended your life." She taunted as the blast formed in her palm. "Your friends, your family, all the employees of that stupid company you ran and even Diana will probably be happy you finally died. I'm doing this world a favor by getting rid of scum like you. Have fun in the afterlife, you asshole." Without any hesitation, Kari would attempt to shoot the blast at his face point blank.

Davis panted, now out of the Mayko’s influence but what now? He was cut in half for his power and anything he could do, would be ineffective. He laid in the crumpled building, looking up at the sky, now realizing that that’s blood red and not light blue. “... That… That is certainly not beautiful I can say that in the least.” he muttered this, grabbing the rocks and pushing his body up. Azazel hung in his shadow and cackled loudly. “Oh you foolish human, you shoulda left when you had the chance…”
“Oh yeah, when was that? When you showed up or when I had lizard girl on my ass? No time was good, demon.” “Ha, you create openings.” “You literally have burned every bridge I possibly could open, the fuck do you mean.”
“Nevermind.” he snapped and Davis sighed, not understanding Azazel in the slightest. The demon couldn’t stay with Chamil and help her even when he had the simplest job… Though he was glad he fucked up as he could now have control back.
He stumbled onto the streets and saw panic and horror. Nothing was going well… Heroes literally have been switching sides and no hope in the in the slightest for anyone. He saw a criminal start heading towards a woman with a large butchers knife and he growled, shooting a ki blast him that slammed him into the wall and knocked him out.
The women looked up and it was the same one from before, that was in the building. “Run,” he said, and she nodded, running through the back entrance. He sighed and noticed Amber with Chamil and she stabbed herself or something. Maybe shot herself? He wasn’t sure.
He did see Mumbo and he growled, unable to make himself over to the Majin and try anything, and seeing a strange alien. He remembered him… He was the one from when the Lookout debacle happened. “Where’s that pride trooper guy… Where are the heroes…? Did they… Leave? Run?” he muttered this… Not believing it. There’s no way the heroes would have run… Right?
They were completely outclassed and no way to stop anything. Hell, he would have wished for that weird Saiyan demon dude right about now. Anyone. “PARTNER, YOUR 12!” Azazel shouted at him as he stumbled around and saw Kari slam him into the ground. His body groaned again, once more slammed into the ground.
He screamed in pain and looked up at Kari with a look of pure horror and just fear. “I’m… I’m Davis,” he muttered, shaking. He couldn’t stop this nor advert it. He was going to die, plain and simple. No talking, no fighting… There was nothing he could. He pulled himself a little and just closed his eyes, sighing. The purple from her blast making him glow in a sick purple hue as she fired it.
With no time, he tried to shield himself, almost reactionary and barely did as he was sent further into the ground as he screamed, his skin being seared off. He heard the screams and terror of people in the city and cursed how he wasn’t strong enough to do anything. To stop Kari; Maple; Chamil… Anyone… He couldn’t do anything.
He was left in a crater from the blast, a city block wide barely clinging to the very life he was about to throw away. Now that he about to die… He didn’t want to. He wanted to live, he was scared. His seared body and broken form laid at the bottom, almost losing consciousness as he hoped Kari would think he’s dead. He didn’t move a muscle while he sat the bottom. He then came to the realization that he couldn't wait this out, it wouldn't matter. He would die anyway, whether Kari being blood lusted or blood loss.
He then gritted his teeth and looked at his now gone forearms, completely obliterated. Even his cool wrist watch… gone. He felt his body slipping. “Kari… Please. I b-beg… Do good. I’m sorry for all that happened. I c-can’t change it now, but I can finally pay for what I did… So please....”
“Run.”
And he laid back down and closed his eyes, his face seared and burned. He wasn't going to survive, so he left his body rest.

Cobane dodged with surprising deftness given how ragged he looked from the fights previous. Aizu felt a little admiration for the hybrid as he dropped under his tail-swipe. His tenacity was commendable, if nothing else. But eventually, he would tire. Aizu was fresh and unscathed despite the blows he had dished out to others. The difference in condition was made even worse by the gulf between their powers. Cobane's evasion could not last much longer.
Of course, the traitor had his eye on something else entirely. His armored companion was about to be the victim of a potent blast from the newly-returned Maple. The 'assassin' leapt in the path of the attack, conjuring an icy blue barrier between himself and the Violet Stargoon's devastating attack. Aizu's eyes went wide in surprise - was this it? Maple was known to possess an exceptional battle power; in his tiring state it seemed unlikely Cobane could withstand it. Dazzling, eye-searing light filled the wrecked street as the lethal assault began. Though Aizu had no reading on specific power levels, he could feel the immensity of the blast in a way that didn't involve ki. It sent shockwaves through the air, shaking the rubble strewn about the demolished buildings. The Arcosian shielded his eyes against the light. Within seconds the strain of Cobane's barrier against the Stargoon's technique audibly failed, and Aizu looked up to see his silhouette bathed in the punishing glow of his opponent's ki.
As the light faded, he could see Cobane still hovering in place - his form now bloody and burned, missing an entire arm. Surely, that was all there was to it. He couldn't survive more than a few moments after sustaining such punishment. He felt a pang of disappointment, knowing that yet again he was denied the violence he'd gotten all worked up for.
Looking around, it seemed the childish android had switched her allegiance to the winning team, having defended Chamil from Garon's blows. Kari, the lizard-like creature he'd briefly attacked earlier now stood with her foot planted atop the defeated form of Davis. Energy was building as she said something to him - one final sting to his pride before the end. There was nobody left for Aizu to fight. He felt himself begin to deflate as Kari obliterated her opponent and his head spun back to look at Cobane's presumed corpse.
But there stood Cobane, very much alive and well, conspicuously bearing a fresh new arm. The bastard can regenerate, he realised with a hiss. The traitor dared to demand negotiations in the face of a death that was still very certain - even if it had been forestalled briefly - after displaying the audacity to turn his back on The Warmaster! The treacherous hybrid ordered his companion to flee. Aizu considered sparing the assassin for a moment, his eyes darting around the battlefield as time seemed to slow. He could feel the fire of adrenaline flooding his veins, his whole body tingling and shaking as it made ready for lethal action. His whole body screamed to be unleashed; clouding his senses with one violent, subconscious urge.
Garon himself was now enshrouded by a thick pall of oily smoke. The mechanisms of his armor were seemingly burning out. In the distance, the hulking form of the third Stargoon smashed his way into a building, hunting down some stragglers no doubt. There was little left for the Arcosian warrior to do with all the pent-up energy. Little more than teaching Cobane a lesson he would not forget.
"Y'know since I've been here people have been avoiding me," He said, his yellow eyes narrowing to slits as he gazed down at his hands, clutching at growing spheres of crimson power. "It's getting tiresome, being ignored like this. I'm starting to feel like you're not taking me seriously!" He lifted off the ground, ki whipping around him in a bloody fury as the energy built and coalesced. In each of his palms he clutched a sphere of light, bathing the ground below him in strobing beams of red. His arms bent at the elbows, hands aiming the spheres forward, as though to push them towards Cobane.
"But you should be." He growled, launching a lethal dual wave with all the strength he could muster. It was aimed right at the traitor's unjustifiably-undamaged face. Aizu didn't care what happened to him anymore - he'd been robbed of enough opportunities to fight already. He would not be ignored any more.
"LET'S SEE YOU REGENERATE FROM THIS!"

Slowly, Virus walked to the edge of a nearby skyscraper, miraculously still standing despite all of the chaos and destruction. Placing one foot on the low concrete wall outlining the edge, Virus leaned over his knee, gazing onto the battlefield with an amused look. Much had changed since Virus took his little snack break. Many new faced dotted the streets, some familiar among them.
That one childlike Android he had run into once before had seemed to change her mind on which side was best for survival. A commendable choice- it seemed that some of these 'Heroes' had a shred of rationality after all.
With a casual hum his eyes continued to scan the fighters present. Everyone seemed so busy, so caught up in their own personal chaos! ''Bah,'' Virus grunted annoyedly. Did they leave no one for him to play with?
Impatiently he continued to search, until his eyes finally fell onto one of the most powerful energies present. Virus instantly froze as he spotted her, his red eyes lowering into thin, hateful slits. ''Ah, still around, are we?'' Virus chuckled ominously. The one to have caught his interest was none other than Kari. The unjustifiably powerful High-Schooler who had nearly killed him before.
Virus hadn't forgiven her yet. He wanted revenge. ...Besides, he had a gift for her.
The Bio-Android hopped off of the building without hesitation, plummeting down to the streets below like a miniature asteroid. A large boom echoed through the city as Virus landed not too far away from Kari, cracking the ground below him.
''My my, what's this? Have the valiant heroes resorted to murder as well?'' Virus couldn't help but laugh as he saw the chameleon stand over the corpse of a demonic-looking Earthling. How pathetic they were, not even able to stay true to their own pitiful ideals. If Kari looked closely, though, she could see the silhouette of something shrouded in smoke, held tightly by Virus.
Quickly the dust settled, and Virus revealed what he was holding. The decapitated, lifeless head of Nashi, the former Senbyo.
''Is this yours?'' The Bio-Weapon's head tilted to the side with sickening glee as he tossed the bloodied head toward Kari. It'd roll along the concrete pathetically, before coming to a full stop. ''Such a potent Ki he had...Quite delicious, really.''
Virus plucked a strand of flesh out from between his teeth. Without warning, the Bio-Android's entire body tensed up, and with a shrill shriek, a putrid aura sparked to life! Invigorated by Nashi's own Ki, Virus had become more powerful than ever before! While still far outclassed by the Demon, Virus was confident that she had tired herself out in the current battle. This was his time to strike!
''Although I'm willing to bet that you are much, MUCH TASTIER!''
A serene-looking blue energy began to swirl around Virus' right claw, the 'borrowed' power of the Senbyo, Nashi. Although, the serenity and order that Nashi's Ki held had quickly become corrupted. Before it was thrown at Kari, it gained a purple hue, and began to crackle violently.
''DIE!'' Virus bellowed demonically, swinging his arm forwards and tossing out the condensed orb of death. It spiralled through the air like a bullet, aiming to crash right into Kari's not-so-heroic face!

Maple frowned after the unglamorous alien blocked his killing shot.
"Rude," He scoffed, tossing his perfect black hair, a sheen of sweat twinkling into the hazy sky.
"With a cloak like that, why don't you go rattle a foam cup somewhere?" He asked before materializing a black-and-white striped lawnchair with a poof of smoke, flopping himself into the plastic straps and laying back as he settled his frazzled chi along with his disappointment. Earthling goodies just wouldn't die easy, would they? It was like dealing with the knights of old, who always had to thee and thou and hee and haw and weep about m'lady's honor and favor before they finally croaked.
Maple decided that he'd had quite enough of this planet over the last few thousand years, and wished that the Stargoons second job was off of Earth. Perhaps the goodies on other worlds would be less annoying. His memory was long and faded enough that it seemed like it could almost be true.
Maple winked a tall glass of iced blood into his hand, slurping at it with a straw as he laid back to rest.

Sando had no idea who was friend and who was foe other than his squad. Mumbo was trying to fry some low power level entity, and Chamil was fighting alongside a WTF member Sando didn't recognize. Maple seemed to be lazing around and everyone here pretty much seemed stronger than Sando, or was dead. Deciding it'd be best to regroup he flew up to purple stargoon and shook his head. "This is no time to be goofin off, we should have taken this city by now. If it wasn't for these damned goodie two shoes always showing up it'd be so much easier." Sando said frustrated that he had no obvious target. "If your not gonna do it, then lemme punch someone on your behalf moonshi." Sando wasn't sure if that was Maple's last name but he knew it was part of the mysterious purple goon's title. Not seeing anyone that wasn't already in a fair fight Sando's code prevented him from joining in the fun. His goon boon faded, and all but the star and red leather jacket remained from his armor.
"Jeesh now I sound like Mumbo."
The red stargoon returns to the thread with no one to fight on equal grounds. Sorry for the short post just got out of my split, and not sure what to do.

Fight For Your Life Cobane Sythus - 16,790 PL Wild Spirit (x4) - 67,160 PL
As one thing started going wrong, everything else followed suit. Amber, whether she be in a state of pure insanity or regret (It was hard to tell at this point), injured herself, all while Chamil busted into laughter at her sudden shift in side, her claim even wilder than her actions. It seemed that as Garon’s plan had failed, the boy began having a moment to break down exactly what just happened, all before returning to his original, aggravated character. In the midst of his anger, he didn't notice the violet goon advance behind him, which meant it was the right call for Cobane to jump in, though the Villains seemed all the more pissed at him for doing so.
Cobane, rubbing his new arm, turned around to see all of hell break loose within a few seconds. Kari killed Azazel, Aizu started acting like a child and prepared a big attack for Cobane, Garon’s suit exploded and Garon took off full speed into a Cafe where Mumbo tracked him, the deformed fly thing appeared and attack Kari on her moment of triumph and Chamil just laughed at it all. The Doragon knew the outcome at this point, there was no denying it. Light even seemed slim to take out one of the bigger targets. This wasn't a fair lose, this was a hero bloodbath.
A human showed up in some leather studs, returning to Maple’s aid, and Aizu… well, he was still throwing his fit. In a sudden burst of his anger, he shot a massive attack at Cobane, one with limitless power behind it. Cobane’s mind raced, thinking of what to do. He was low on energy, but he could create a barrier to keep on going, but what was the point? If he took this hit, he’d surely be dead.
Cobane didn't think about it much longer. If death were inevitable, then what was the point of delaying it? As Aizu gave his last bit of speech, the Doragon held his arms out acceptingly. “But Aizu, my friend, I have never taken you for granted.” Soon, the beam overcame Cobane’s being, energy seering at his skin. This attack didn't feel deadly, but rather that it wanted him down. This surprised the boy, almost to the point where he no longer feared Aizu. As the beam washed over him, Cobane closed his eyes and let the attack take him away… until he felt Garon being attacked. From here, there wasn't much he could do, but he decided he’d use his last bit of energy helping him out one last time.
Even though Cobane couldn't see Garon or Mumbo through the energy around him, Cobane held up two fingers and focused on Garon’s energy before summoning forth a wall of ice in between the two, blocking the attack intended to hit Garon. “Heh heh…” Cobane chuckled as his felt his lungs give in to the attack, his body losing energy faster and faster until suddenly, his energy dropped to almost nothing and his unconscious body fell to the Earth below.
Cobane was down.
It's not good for a DE KO post, I know, but I'm posting from mobile, dear god help me. Using [N1]Ice Wall to negate Mumbos attack to let Garon have another shot at survival. 21k vs 8k, Ice Wall wins, no bleedthrough. 174% Damage tanked, Cobane is KO'd I personally feel like this was really bad but eh.

BASE PL: 25,000 ACTIVE PL: 100,000 (x4)
Honestly? Even Chamil, as manipulative as she may be, was now morbidly confused at the scene unfolding.
"What." Amber punched herself. She still spoke of peace, but was okay with chaos? "Whaaaaaaaaat." Oh, and Kari murdered Azazel. This was an okay development by Chamil, but the Yellow Stargoon had never taken the chameleon for a follow-through murdering type, though. To top it all off, Garon apparently lunged forwards and self-destructed on the demon. Chamil was taken by surprise, but... The attack barely left a mark, and there was no sign of the Doragon anywhere in the smoke. No body or blood to be seen, either. Suspicious. "...Seriously. What is wrong with you all?!" Chamil chimed, coupled with a brief bleat of bewilderment.
Brushing off some dust from her shoulder, Chamil's gaze trailed to her current subject of suspicion and danger- Amber. She had changed, for what, the fourth time now? Chamil didn't trust any of this. With a flash, the demon darted in front of the android, holding a ball of energy close with a threatening gaze. "I don't know what's gotten into you now, and frankly, I don't care. You've pulled a morality, emotion, whatever you wanna call it stunt for who knows how many times now, and I'm frankly sick of being toyed with!" She took a step forwards, gaze still filled with vile bloodlust. "As long as you want peace of whatever the fuck it is now, you are my enemy." The blast in Chamil's hand grew ore violate, crackling and surging with energy. "Let me make myself clear. Stand in my way, whether in regards to your goals or actions, and I'll gladly tear you apart limb by limb."
Aizu had already knocked Cobane out, which was a relief- Chamil was sick and tired of the Doragon's holier-than-thou attitude. Virus returned to revenge blast Kari also- Chamil had been wondering where the Bio-Android had been- it was good to see him in one piece. The smokescreen had began to clear somewhat now with the passing of time. Chamil's massive energy briefly surged with a gust of wind, propelling some of the fumes away to reveal the hulking form of Mumbo bending over someone, a wall of now melting ice having intercepted his apparent attack. The demon just shrugged- Mumbo could handle himself. If anything happened, she could always ring up Maple and Sando and join them in helping their Majin ally. She sent a quick gaze to Aizu, then Amber and Kari. One of them could make a decent new target for the Arcosian, perhaps.
This had gone on for far too long. Hopefully today would be the day these reject Z-Fighters learned when to quit.

Garon took a second to catch his breath as he heard his suit detonate in the distance. "...did we...make it?", the Doragon asked between breaths. For a brief moment he heard nothing but the slow deterioration of the buildings around him. For an even shorter moment, he thought he had successfully escaped. There were no giant final attacks that would disintegrate him on contact, nor did it seem that anyone had noticed his stealthy escape. It seemed like his escape would be smooth sailing from here. But of course, that wasn't so. Just as Garon was about to begin to flee from what was left of Satan City, the ceiling of the building he was hiding in violently exploded. Floating above it was none other than the gray Stargoon himself, which made Garon subconsciously walk backwards in fear. As Mumbo's attack was blocked by one final barrier from Cobane, Garon only then realized how terrible the situation he was in truly was. Kari had gone insane, killing off someone who seemed to have broken himself from Chamil's control. After the stunt Amber pulled, it was evident that she wasn't on his side of the fight either. He was the only sane person left. And with Cobane down and more and more villains appearing, the end result of this battle was...terrifyingly evident. Before Mumbo would (most likely) attack Garon after his failed first attempt, the Doragon would throw his hands up as if he were being arrested by the police. "Waitwaitwaitwaitwaitwaitwait!", Garon would say, his back literally against the wall. "L-Listen. I quit. I give up.", he said, albeit reluctantly. He hated himself for surrendering like this, but if he wanted to make it out of this with his skull intact, then this was the only option he had. "No final attacks. No yelling. I'm done. Seriously. I-I didn't even want to be here in the first place. The ONLY reason I'm a-anywhere near here is because your stup-". Garon caught himself. As much as he wanted to yell at Mumbo until his vocal chords ruptured, now was NOT the time. "...your friend decided to drag me here using her magic. She said it herself: you Stargoons kill anyone who stands in your god damn way.". He looked back at the main fighting area, where he could see Cobane's unconscious body in the distance. "...and you guys made your point. I'm getting out of your way.". Garon would take a couple steps back in an attempt to put some distance between him and Mumbo. "City's yours, Mumbo.". With that, Garon would start slowly taking more steps backwards, each step quicker than the last. If Mumbo allowed him, after a few steps he'd literally start running with his tail literally between his legs towards the outskirts of the city.
