Carro raised his head with a smile, impressed at the Avali's apparent creation that materialized anything. "Man, that would make things waaaay easier at Crop Co- makes me glad to have you on board." The saiyan complimented, rail swaying to and fro, popping open his soda after a brief struggle with the lid, fidgeting about with the bottle before turning back to Sulfur as she began to give her thoughts on the deeper, dire things Crop Co was going to plunge into. A genuine, almost relieved smile crept across Carro's face when the kid did validate some of his worries- sure, he wasn't perfect or some Z-Fighter by any means, but just trying was... something alright.
"Well, let's just hope we don't screw this up!" Carro chimed with a meek laugh, sweating a little. His constant fear of failure was a double-edged sword, it kept him going forward and did help in some ways, but it took a toll on the Saiyan's mentality- he found it hard to try something when there was the slightest chance of screwing it up- but as the saiyan said before, he could not stand by and do nothing anymore.
A sigh of both relief and apprehension was released from Carro again- he had a dedicated worker now, one who would stay by his side for who knew how long- hopefully he wouldn't have to worry about Sulfur for too long. He was starting to worry about Garon even- the Doragon hadn't replied to any of his emails in a few days now... Regardless, he shrugged it off for now. "Us little guys gotta stick together, I guess. Who knows, maybe our little steps can lead to big changes in this weird world." Carro beamed again, a genuine, warm smile that seemed to penetrate the cold air spreading across his face. One thing burned in his heart now- something he hadn't felt in ages to this degree. Hope. He could do this- he and Sulfur could do this. Or, well, at the very least they could try.
Taking another chug of his soda, the saiyan found it best to change the subject. "Anyways, on a lighter note..." Carro clasped his hands together, legs kicking to and fro. "Since you'll be joining the team, I can do my best to prepare you a proper robot partner for your expenditures. As you move up our ranks, your partnered Plexbit will likely be upgraded and empowered as well." Carro's gaze panned up and down, flexing one of his armored hands for a moment. "Heck, if you go far enough, you could make a little robot into a massive mecha Plexroid in the Unity Division like LEO here." Carro tapped his helmet with a sense of pride swelling inside, causing the second pair of eyes on his helm to briefly stir, the saiyan still beaming wide. Things were going to get better- he was sure of that now.

"I'm glad to hear that. I also have other schematics I managed to snag from my home, but I don't plan on using them anytime soon! They're gonna be the corporation's property whenever I hand them off to you." That's all she really wanted for the corporation; make things easier for them.She came to Earth expecting it to not be as advanced, but apparently whoever talked about it on the space radio was wrong! This civilization was able to create towering buildings, hovering vehicles, and even robots! This planet is amazing in every way! Even if they weren't as advanced as her planet and people, the Earthlings had something that avalis didn't have, entertainment and delicious food... but to be completely serious, this planet is surely advancing and staying on the right path! "And we won't screw up, trust me! With you leading everyone, and with the help from the crew, there is a low chance that anything bad will happen."
There's a reason why this alien looked up at this saiyan immediately whenever she first laid eyes on him. She knew he cared for the planet, she knew he cared for his company, she knew he cared for everyone's safety. Luckily the avali felt the same way. Sulfur will help this company and work hard, just like Carro is doing! If she breaks an arm or becomes overly exhausted, she will press on and work her damned hardest! "And with each little step, people will become happier. I hope to change this world alongside you and everyone else in Crop Corporation, to make this planet, and possibly other planets, a better place." The avali smiled, feeling honestly really motivated. Carro was a great speaker, which was a great thing to have. Hopefully his words will have influence on other people like herself.
The avali perked up whenever the saiyan decided to change the subject, her face turning from being happy into serious. It's best to be all 4 ears with her boss, just so she won't forget or miss anything! As she listened, she would hear him mention the infamous Plexroids Crop Co. owned, which would intrigue her... "Maybe you can use the printer to create the Plexroids a big easier? My race has managed to create intelligent AI and robots, and I'm sure I have the schematics for that... but they're just mainly upgrades, which might not be too compatible for the robots you guys create." The avali said, "But I could invent compatible upgrades for your Plex's and possibly some gadgets to help you guys out."
Her eyes would widen however whenever he mentioned about creating a giant plexroid... "Unless you guys are way too advanced already. Wow, never heard of giant robots... I will work hard to get through the ranks, Carro. I'm dedicating everything to your company."

And so the deal was sealed- Sulfur was truly a Crop Corporated member at heart now. "Yup, upgrades would really make the Plexbits stand out a lot more. Imagine all the new customers we could get!" Carro began, tapping on the helmet-ified LEO. "But trust me on this one- don't ask about the budget I usually need to make a giant Plexroid. It's a nightmare on it's own." The saiyan's money life was a complete mess- truth be told, it was hard to keep his company afloat on a day-to-day basis, but the saiyan was sure this was just a big ol' bump in the road that eventually would pass- and in the end, the world would be a better place with their helping hand. Hopefully- Carro expected the worst, but he could always hope for the best. The saiyan raised one of his Baotendo remotes, along with his Serpent Master EX: Remastered cartridge. "Now before we talk smart some more, let's see how brainy you are in a fight, eh?" THREAD EXIT
'Seemed like a satisfying place to leave things. We can say Carro and Sulfur gamed their afternoon away soon after this!

Sulfur was now officially part of Crop Corporation! Her dream was finally fulfilled... The avali sighed quietly and relaxed, grinning to herself. 'Mom, dad... I done it!' Ugh, if they were over here they would be proud... or not. Whatever it is, she wouldn't care all too much. All her sweat and tears, and it lead up to this! "That is my intention, after all! I'm proud to work under you, Carro. I'm sure not to disappoint you and try my hardest in everything I do!" The avali giggled at his mentioning of a giant mech, nodding, "I can help you build them! Heck, I'll even help with the money if it's such a problem. I don't spend much and every little bit counts..." She shrugged, smiling at him and giggling once again.
Sulfur blinked a couple of times once the saiyan brought up the controllers, and with a grin, she would reply, "You're on."
