[SU1]Lesser Healing: From birth, Tsuki was taught how to use her divine powers to heal the injuries of others. This technique allows her to patch up shallow cuts and bruises, healing someone for 33% of their PL. Costs 1 KP.
[SU2]Greater Healing: Being the humble goddess she is, Tsuki has taught herself how to heal greater wounds. This allows her to heal more serious injuries, such as fractured bones or deep gashes. Heals for 66% of target players' PL. Costs 2 KP.
Utility
[UT]Energy Sensing: Tsuki is able to feel the natural energy of living beings, and has a general feel of their power. This ability excludes Androids, seeing as their energy is not natural. This technique is passive.
[UT1]Telepathy: From a young age, Tsuki has taught herself how to project her thoughts into those around her. This also allows her to have telepathic communication with others, provided they do not actively block her out from their mind. This technique functions on a planetary level.
