The base that Vegia had helped everyone set up was actually starting to become pretty nice. Nicer than it had been at its birth, at least, when it had been no more than a little cave with a lousy fire pit and not much to protect against the extremely cold weather outside. Now it had some slightly better insulation, some places to actually sleep comfortably, and even a pretty nice sparring room. The latter was where Nashua found herself, although there wasn't really anybody she knew around close enough to go and ask to spar. She'd been a little out of it for a while thanks to an incident with a pod that she decided not to tell anybody about, so she really needed to get back to her training. The young Saiyan slipped into her purple and blue battle suit and started getting to work.
Problem was, she'd always been a little... "behind" when it came to figuring out how to do proper training, especially on her own. Back on Vegeta she' always been able to scrape by in the military, but she was by no means the best fighter, or even close to it. Her golden eyes glanced around the room a little nervously as she tried to think of some kind of exercise, when one popped into her head that anyone could do: push-ups! Nashua found herself a comfortable little spot before squatting down and getting into the right position. It took her a second to remember the right form, but once she got into it, it wasn't so bad. "One, two, three, four..." she counted under her breath as she pushed up and down, the floor getting closer and then further and then closer and then...
Wait, this was too easy. By the time her count got up to twenty she was barely breaking a sweat. She needed to up the difficulty. On her twenty fifth push-up, Nashua lifted her left arm and held it bent behind her back, leaving only her right arm to push her up and down. That helped a little, but it still wasn't giving her muscles any big strain. Maybe she needed to invest in those weight things. Or could she up the ante slightly more? Without putting as much thought into it as she should've, Nashua lifted her right arm behind her back too. No handed push-ups might be hard? Well, actually, they were kind of impossible, as the Saiyan found when her face came crashing down onto the floor. "...I'm an idiot," she muttered, lifting herself up to see someone else had come into the sparring room too.
"A-Ah, Prince Vocado!" she exclaimed, bowing her head slightly, both out of respect and to hide her embarrassed red cheeks. "How long have you been standing there?"
