Techniques:
OFFENSIVE TECHNIQUES:
Ki-Blast Cannon[N1]: Kong brings his hands together in the form of a triangle. From there he shoots a square blast of energy. Chargers at 33% per turn, very useful for combination attacks. The opening in his hands acts like a focal lens that zooms in on the target, making it easier to hit opponents from far away.
SUPPORT TECHNIQUES:
After-Image Strike[SU1]: This technique involves the Kong moving quickly enough to create a false image of himself, confusing the opponent and leaving them open to attack. Although it is mostly used on the offensive to confuse his opponent, it can be used defensively as well. Allowing him to dodge attacks up to 100% of PL.
UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
Energy Sensing[UT]: Kong has the ability to detect the presence of others along with comparing their energy levels with his own and others. Useful in tracking and measuring out his opponent.

Personality:
Kong can be described as someone who is extremely confident, yet humble. But sometimes gets ahead of himself and can easily be persuaded to do something with flattery and compliments. Both negative and positive traits that he knows he posses. He tries covering it up by having a hard exterior, meaning to act like certain things don't matter or how some say "to be cool", but deep down he's shown that he has a huge heart. As a result of abandonment issues he suffered from as a kid, he has shown to get rather attached easily to others. There are times, however, where the negative traits that he obtained from his parents show. Appearing rather self-centered and ignorant of the big picture. Sometimes putting his own feelings before others.
