"This isn't good..." Phalanx mumbled under her breath, watching the exchange unfolding before her eyes. She couldn't figure out how strong those two Namekians were, but given the way he was able to throw her before, the smart answer was: stronger than her. He didn't seem like he was any kind of city defender or would-be hero, so his reasons for the sudden display of violence remained lost on her.
Still, the fact that this battle was a little above her weight class kept her rooted. As much as she wanted to help, she seriously doubted whether she could do much now. Her combat systems weren't all online after that malfunction earlier, and even when they were, so many subroutines remained lock off to her...
... then there was the issue of physical strength, which she also lacked. Then, she looked back to the destroyed building. A thought clicked and she thrust herself into the air to look down upon the Namekian. "Hey, you -- I don't know why you're trying to pick a fight, but that blast has probably gotten the attention of law enforcement city-wide by now. You keep this up and I'll spook the cops when they show up and get a real, tough hero out to answer the call."
"... And they'll punch your teeth in if you're still throwing a tantrum!"
