Saizomaru gave a little smirk as he let his body relaxed into a more neutral posture. "Consider me being a big metal jerk part of your mental training. You can't let your opponent's words toil with your emotions. Patience, discipline, and a calm mind is vital."
The android fixated his gaze upon the alien, watching her movements, her posture, her demeanour. With a hum he slowly walked up to her, and then around her. He leaned forwards, watching the most minute of body movements. She was steadfast. She held her stance well. "I see. So you're like those 'saiyans' that transform under a full moon." he reached out to her right arm and raised it a little, then positioned her left arm a little closer to it, fixing her arm positions ever so slightly. "Maybe someday I'll be able to see those fluffy feathers of yours glow. Until then, we'll get you into shape."
He smiled as he took a few steps back, once more looking over her form. He placed a hand on his chin and tilted from side to side. "A'ight, looking good." He chuffed a little and gave a thumbs up. "If your fighting skills are as good as your piano playing, then I reckon you'll end up a good warrior in no time."
He paused for a minute with a hum as he folded his arms back across his chest. "Mental memory is good, that is true… but the art of fighting lies within your muscle memory. As you train, your movements and technique will become like second nature. You won't need to rely on 'remembering' how to fight. You'll just do it."
With a smirk, he gestured to her with a hand. "You can start training your muscle memory with delivering one-hundred punches. After you've done that, mirror your stance and strike with your other hand. After that, we can work on your stamina."

"I was only joking, but alright... I'll do that." The avali replied, taking in a couple of breaths as she continued her motions. This wasn't really hard, to be completely honest... though she knows that if this was to be a real fight, it's gonna be difficult as all hell.
She kept her eyes looking straight forward as the android began cirling around her, remaining focused and continuing on the slow punches. Sulfur's eyes would look towards the android whenever he went and repositioned her hands, a little curious on what he was doing for a moment. "Thanks, uh, again for training me... or at least trying to. I might be doing some training with the whole 'monster transformation' thing later though at Crop Co. We have ourselves tons of Blutz Generators, plus a room that could contain me... anyways, uh... I'll shush now." She said and looked straight forward, focusing more on her punches and making sure to keep them at the same position Saiz moved them to. You know, this wasn't half-bad.
A smirk formed on the bird's face as the android spoke, feeling a bit more confident as she continued. "Well, let's hope that'll be the case." It's a high possibility that it will be considering how confident she seemed. Let's hope that Saiz will keep the bird this way during training, otherwise this all would be a major waste of time. Sulfur might be ready and willing at first, but if something happens and it puts her down (mentally or physically), she's going to most likely give up. Like the android said before, both her body AND mind needed to be trained.
But with this android, she will definitely become a better person after this. She listened to what her tutor had to say and silently nodded, punching at the air repeatedly like she's been doing for the past few minutes. But with one sentence, she would break her stance and look up at the android, frowning, "100 punches? Uuuugh, fine... just if my muscles start straining or something, it's your fault." The avali pouted before getting back into her stance, beginning to do these 100 punches the android wanted her to do. Even if she didn't enjoy it, Sulfur knew why she was doing this and began using that exact reason to not give up.

Saizomaru smiled back at her and gave a light nod. "S'no problem at all," he responded to the small alien's gratitude. "If you plan on making yourself useful n a fight then it's the least I can do. It seems the times of peace are starting to come to an end." The android found himself stuck in thought for a moment. He had heard reports of an area called the "lookout" having been destroyed in some sort of battle, and now Satan City being under siege, but had yet to know the outcome of it. Had he had known about it sooner, he woulda have helped.
In his thoughts he had barely registered Sulfur's words until he was brought out of his wondering stupor. "Blutz Generator, eh? That's that new machine that these saiyans are using to turn into giant monkeys." He smirked a little. "Well let's hope you don't end up turning into a giant monkey too. Though I guess if that were the case, I'm sure your boss will have something to keep you under control. Would be dumb to make a machine and not have a fail-safe for it."
With that, Saizomaru stood back and began to watch her practice her punches, albeit in a complaining manner. "That's the idea," he responded to her. "Muscles can be easily worn, but not so easily broken. The more you strain yourself, push yourself, the more your muscles will grow accustomed to the force. They will become more strong, more resilient."
As the alien continued to punch, the android noticed more and more that her strikes were becoming slower and weaker. She had barely passed the twentieth strike. "Do not use the entirety of your strength," he called out. "This is a marathon, not a sprint. Pace yourself at a comfortable level, and maintain that pace through the entire set. This is training for technique and efficiency. Strength will come naturally once you have mastered the basics."

Yeah, he got that right. It seems like everything was beginning to fall apart, especially after hearing that two members of Crop Co. are out there in the battle. She didn't know the two, but she did know that her boss really cared for them. Just seeing him cry over them was enough for the avali to figure out that he truly cared for those people, and just imagining Carro, who was basically her father-figure, was just heartbreaking. She didn't want to see him cry anymore, nor did she want to see the pain and agony that everyone is currently going through in Satan City.
The bird remained silent as she punched, not really talking too much as she was lost in thought now. She had to think on why she was doing this, so she wouldn't give up on her training. But as she punched, they became slower and weaker... just imagining these monsters that are destroying Satan City was beginning to bother the bird. What happens if she was too weak, even with all this training? Would she just die in vain like everyone else is...?
She would shake her head whenever her tutor mentioned her punches, and how weak and slow they were getting. The avali would only nod before continuing, but this time listening to what he said. Her body is weak and needed to be trained; she must train her body in order to fight for her life. "Okay, Saiz... after this, I want to continue training until my body gives out, alright? I'm not taking no for an answer either..." She said, managing to get out about 50 punches. As her arms grew weaker and weaker, she would continue punching no matter what. This training is going to be hell for her, but it will be entirely worth it.
These monsters will be defeated, no matter the cost.
OOC: I think this is a good time to end the thread. I think it's gone long enough, and this seems like a good stopping point... well, after you post of course.

Saizomaru continued to watch on at the alien as she continued her reps through the strikes. The android found himself in reminisce of the times of his childhood, doing the exact training that he was now imparting onto his new student. A small smirk crept along the corner of his half-flesh, half-synthetic lips. An air of nostalgia hung between the two of them. He could almost see his younger self where she stood.
Her strikes were slower and weaker than before, that much was true, but now she was finding her consistent pace. In time her speed and power will grow as her muscles develop to handle the strain of forces. In time that new strength and speed will become her usual pace, and the cycle begins anew.
"Took the words right outta my mouth," responded Saizomaru to her demand. "You will not stop until I have managed to push you to the very limits of both mind and body. If you cannot do one hundred strike, you will do one hundred kicks; if you cannot do that, you will do one hundred sit-ups; if not, then you will do one hundred push-ups."
The android let out a sigh. As much as she was determined, he could see the cloud of doubt in her weary eyes, the sound of hesitation in her breaths. "Y'know, I've been training since I was no older than eight years of age," he began. "For nearly thirty years I studied my family's martial art. I was strong, until I became the machine that I am now. A lot of my power was stripped from me, but still I continue to train and strive for what I once had."
He gave a small smile. "I guess what I'm trying to say is—man does not become god overnight. Time and patience is a necessity. And even if you lose what you have gained, it can always be reclaimed. You just gotta always remember what you are doing it for."
He hummed and placed his hands on his hips. "After you're done, you will do one hundred kicks, then one hundred sit-ups, then one hundred push-ups. I'll even do them alongside you."
It was an odd feeling having a student, but one that he enjoyed. If he could not have a child to be his successor, then maybe the alien could be it.
Sulfur Ye, sounds good. Also gonna make this my Thread Exit. Was lotsa fun!
