The two had agreed on a plan and Taiko's third eye taking a look at Cinna for one last time. Then he was off! hoping from branch to branches both high and low. The travel to find these ancient pair wasn't too far and were guarded by a specialized barrier that was clearly visible. The third eye stared at it, and the spirit from within Taiko was Gorgon himself, as he started to speak with Taiko from within the mind.
"Alright Taiko, what do you think we should do? This barrier can't be phase through nor can you just walk right through... If you try to exert your energy to destroy that barrier... who knows if the egg would survive.."
"My attack would be too extreme as before..."
Taiko clenched both his hands together, as he started to scream in a violent yell. Both his eyes still remained closed, and now pushing both his fist straight forward one after another. Two massive boulders colliding with the barrier and destroying it in the process. The heavy pant started to kick in, truth was that Taiko was already expending his energy as it is and he had no idea when he would be knocked out from that energy. Taiko proceeded within the territory of the ancient dinosaurs and just beyond the bushes he had traverse, he saw a giant size nest that would equivalent to twice the size of a king size bed. At the center of the nest was the ancient egg and guarding that egg was both the mother and father that laid in a typical cat position as they opened their eyes and stared at Taiko. Just when Taiko thought that he was dealing with ordinary creatures that had only animal like natures, the father of the dinos spoke to him.
"Why do you come to our lands in search for my baby... how much money would it give you to satisfy yourself until you go on another journey to do the same deed again? We are an extinct race and our baby is the last of our kind.."
"Then it's better for the egg to be with me then.. since you both aren't strong enough to take care of it."
"Watch your tongue boy... we are just suppressing our power for now.."
Gorgon speaking from within Taiko's mind.
"Exterminating them would be no different than what the war was going to do to our race 200 years ago Taiko... don't do what they tried to do... Every life is worth it..."
"Tell me something ancient ones.. how did you end up in this state of affairs?"
The mother then budding in the conversation and rising to her feet.
"Its simple... the other dinosaurs living among us is what mostly did it.. and then... it was the humans and other races and eventually.. we made a deal with the giants to protect us along with a wizard who would also protect us in exchange for our blood DNA..."
Taiko showing his true power to them, as his body began to electrify, along with the ground shaking violently in the process. Folding both his arms, both of the dinos looked at one another.
"I'm much stronger than I appear to be. I don't want to exterminate your people. i want to save that egg and preserve it's life.. I will protect your child... After all, my species knows what its like to be closed to extinction..."
The father was puzzled at what he had just said and extended his arm forward in the air to Taiko.
"Come here.. let me read your mind..."
Taiko followed suit, for he knew that he was much stronger than these dinosaurs put together.
The dinosaur reading his mind and after seeing his past and also the history of Gorgon, he looked to his wife.
"His people are the same as we are... Tell me something Taiko, if I give you my child, do you promise me you won't sale him or kill him?"
"I promise..."
Both of the dinosaurs knew that there time was close to coming and feeling weak all this time, they only looked intimidating because of their appearance alone.. The father handing over the egg to Taiko. The egg then began to hatch and crack, revealing a boy baby dinosaur. Both of the parents, fading into eternal rest as their time was already coming to an end.. But this wasn't the end for their race, for this was only the beginning for their new born....

"I promise I will protect you little guy... when you are with me, you are never alone in this world child..."
