Name: Ima Pronounced ee-mah which is the Hebrew word for mother since she’s always trying to keep Van out of trouble, as well as a play on the name Dr. Shima, her and Van’s creator who she is based on.

Appearance: Ima’s android body was made to be quite attractive as one would expect of Van-80.
Human Appearance: Thanks to a vast supply of synthetic skin, Ima can also appear human. With smooth ivory skin since she was always curious about why humans enjoyed tanning so much. Her body itself has noticeable yet humble curves. She sports shoulder length dark blue verging on black hair, that she occasionally wears over her right eye to compliment Van’s left half. Her eyes are an ocean blue though due to a possible bug have a tendency to glow with a faint red light when she gets overly excited. She tends to wear more simple clothing as opposed to her partner, wanting to get used to having a body before trying to wrestle with complicated clothes.
Robotic Appearance: In the heat of battle or one of her partner's antics, Ima’s synthetic skin may become damaged. Her robotic body is much simpler than Van’s. Her face is a sleek silver and still humanoid, while the rest of her body is a more toned down white with black accents and red joints. Her hair also becomes more noticeable blue for whatever reason.
Battle Form: (as of now unnamed) Like her creator, Ima can access a more powerful form that enhances her capabilities in battle. Her battle form looks similar to her partners, with some differences. Her shoulders also spike out only with a downwards curve from her back. Her hands are also clawlike but much smoother than Van’s monstrous claws.
History: Ima has been with Van since his creation as well as Dr. Shima’s personal assistant before his creation. Unfortunately, memories of that time were lost just like Van’s. She is very often the voice of reason to the beauty obsessed android’s wild shenanigans. She was programmed to be calm, polite, a little forceful, but overall ambitious enough to still support her partner. For now, her known experiences are the same as Van-80, with the exception of she was more a backseat driver than actually in control. Of course, when things became a little too rough or her user became a little too wild she could easily take full control just in case.
However before her time with Vanity, she was the personal assistant to Dr. Shima, who created them both. Her original purpose was as a sort of failsafe in case Van-80 went out of control during his original purpose of destroying vanity. As such she was put onto a small square disc and inserted into Van’s neck and made her home in his brain. Whenever the destructive android got too zealous, she would shut down all of his systems by pretty much overloading his processors and forcing him to blackout.
Now with no memory of this, she was only left with the same basic directive as her partner with minor changes putting her more in the role of a friendly supporter. To this day the two bicker and squabble almost nonstop with their occasionally clashing personalities, but she still has a very close bond with Van and only wished she could physically be there to support him. A wish Van himself was all too happy to grant with Crop Co’s help.
