I must admit, I was quite surprised when this subject was brought to me, by the West city authorities of all people. The subject, named Kataki Suzama, has been charged with multiple accounts of assault and illegal possession. Apparently the damage done to his body by his drug abuse has left him in a terminal state, and they believe we can help. A perfect subject to bring over to the world of cybernetics.
I have recently been experimenting with the concepts of solid energy, and have been drawing a little bit of inspiration from our more insecticide comrades. I have just the form for this young man. I've even decided to give him a surpressed state, resembling a human, to allow him to go out in public without issue. As much as I like my current form, it does make social gatherings awkward.
Transferring his consciousness to his new body, I can undo some of the mental damage done by the drugs. However, he still retains some violent tendencies, but at least now he's controllable.

Cluster launches a blast of brig yellow ki at the target, sharp and fast. This attack deals 33% of his PL.
Biting Swarm [V2]
Cluster let's out a blast of what almost resembles a cloud of yellow ki. It doesn't appear to do much, but in reality, the ki bites and burns at the target, dealing 11% damage to the target for three turns.
Exo-Barrier [N1]
The extension hovering above Cluster's body forms a spherical barrier of ki around his body, blocking attacks up to 33% of Cluster's PL. If the barrier is broken, and it was within 85% of the attacking tech, the bleed over damage is cut in half. If it's less than 85%, the bleed over damage is reduced by 25%

A standard power up for androids. Cluster pushes his energy to the limit, effectively tripping his output. Can only be done in his combat mode.
