NAME: Mediogos
ALIASES: Medio; Meddy
SPECIES: Human (Zoanthrope)
AGE: 14
GENDER: Male
STARTING PLANET: Earth
APPEARANCE:
PERSONALITY: Mediogos is and always has been a kind and caring individual, even to those that he doesn't know or have been mean to him in the past. He is quick to forgive people if he believes that they are redeemable or show remorse for their transgressions, regardless of their transgressions. Even if the general consensus is that the individual could not be forgiven, Mediogos will still find it in his heart to do so regardless, believing firmly that everyone deserves a second chance.
Having been alone with very little friends through most of his childhood, Mediogos hates to see people alone or left out, and will try and approach or include those people wherever possible. Though he has very little social skills or knowledge when it comes to making friends, he tries his best to make people feel wanted.
Mediogos has been raised to believe that sharing is the first step to peace; if billions of people can share the earth with their neighbours, then why can't they share the smaller things in life? Mediogos always shares whatever he can, be it food, toys, or other materials of low sentimental value. However, this often leads to others taking advantage of his overly generous nature. Despite always being told to not be taken advantage of, Mediogos doesn't seem to mind whether through naivety or simply because he finds too much joy in sharing things, believing that in promoting sharing that it will grow and spread to others. Often times it's not the case, but it doesn't stop him from believing.
One very noticeable, and often admired, trait of Mediogos is his unfaltering manners and politeness, especially when around his elders and superiors. The draconi rarely ever does something outside of what he is told to do if he is around someone with more authority than him or if he is following another person's instructions, and as such has little initiative if something were to happen outside of what he has been instructed to do. There are few exceptions when this is avoided, such as during shamanistic practical studies where he or another person is in harm's way. On the other hand, Mediogos often carries out his instruction quickly and efficiently to high standards.
Though the zoanthrope has little understanding of manners as a whole, he is always seen being polite and using proper etiquette when necessary, and always remembering to say "please" and "thank you" whenever he asks for or is given something.
Though he tries to assert himself as a mature individual, Mediogos still has a few childish perks about himself that he is not consciously aware of, such as huffing and folding his arms, or puffing his cheeks out when someone teases him. He also has a habit of occasionally wrapping his tail around his waist, something that draconi children do when they are nervous, scared, or when they are being scolded, doing so as a form of subconscious defense.
Because Mediogos has been alone for much of his childhood, his verbal communication skills are somewhat lacking. The draconi can engage is idle chat and small talk, but is underdeveloped when it comes to trying to explain himself, especially in cases where he finds something to his liking, to his dislike, or even when it comes to showing his affection for something or someone. As such, Mediogos often resorts to showing his feelings in the form of physical contact, which people tend to comment as being very "touchy-feely".
As such, poking is often his first choice of physical adornment or a person or object, often to see how something reacts, similar to how an animal will bat or nudge at something to judge whether it is a threat or not. if a person reacts positively, then he greets them proper; if not, then he apologizes.
Having not much experience with affection or how to show or cope with it, Mediogos almost always gives a hug or cuddle to a person, whether to show that he likes them, to show that he cares about them, or to cheer them up if they are upset or otherwise in a bad way.
Unbeknownst to most people, draconi zoanthropes are vegetarians—generations of evolution in the arid parts of the world where animals are scarce for sustenance has led them to develop digestive systems that are more suited to herbivorous diets. Because of this, Mediogos only eats fruit and vegetation, and is often carrying such supplies in a pouch. He prefers fruit more than anything else, especially mangoes and strawberries.
BACKGROUND: Mediogos was an orphan that resided in North City. Nothing is known about either of his parents or any other member of his extended family, and so the boy was raised in an orphanage since he was born.
Because of his heritage, even for a zoanthrope, Mediogos had a difficult time fitting in with the other children. Having no friends or others to really talk to, the draconi was alone for the most part. The only relationship he had was with the matron mother who ran the orphanage, who made sure he was never truly alone. It was from her than Mediogos was able to mature and develop as an individual, and much of his sense of self was reflected from the matron's own personality.
Even as he grew older, the boy maintained a child-like innocence. While he was developing mentally and physically, his social skills were not as much. While not introverted, Mediogos had a happy upbringing being a loner is some regard. In time, however, the other kids would come around to approaching him, soon becoming his friends.
When Mediogos reached the age of ten he began to experience flashes of innate magical ability. Though not fantastical in nature, it awed the others of the orphanage of what he could do. Over time he began to better understand and control his powers. This newfound experience made him want to find out exactly who and what he was.
The draconi spent most of his time in the city library, reading up on whatever notes, articles and manuscripts had any shred of information of what he was. In time he discovered that he was part of a rare species of zoanthrope that have innate connections with magic. With his life question answered, Mediogos wanted to better understand the outside world that he never knew.
At the age of fourteen the draconi left the orphanage to travel the world.
TECHNIQUES:
OFFENSIVE
[N1] Earth Shield: Through the power of elemental manipulation, the user forms a shell around themselves from earth and stone to create a barrier. The barrier's power is equal to 33% of the user's current PL. If an opposing technique beats the barrier, and the Barrier user is within 65% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.
SUPPORT
UTILITY
[UT1] Spirit Hand: The user channels their magic to conjure a small, spectral ahnd that can be used to grab, hold, pull, push, or attack solid objects. The Spirit Hand can move in all directions, but cannot move beyond 30 feet of the user's location. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
[UT1] Telepathy: The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle

Pretty good, though there's a few things that need fixing:
- The bit about healing with water can't be done- only Dragon Clan Namekians and Shinjin have access to healing abilities, as per the Mystic signature. That tidbit will have to be removed- and just remember Earthlings lack the extreme magical abilities that Namekians, Shinjin, and Demons can have- though they can do similar feats to them via the use of ki.
- Overall, the character feels like he's more meant to be in a Dungeons and Dragons world rather than a Dragon Ball one. History and abilities are mostly acceptable enough, but my gut says to shoot down the Prestidigitation technique. Dragon Ball techniques, and WOD techniques usually only cover one "ability", like a basic punch and ki blast usually have to be separate attacks that don't cross paths. That being said, the technique here doesn't really follow that, giving several traits that should be different techniques of their own the same slot. Remove or edit this technique as needed, if you can.
Once you're done, tag me here again and I'll give you another look.

Okay, so I removed that entire paragraph as it was supposed to be gone. I think undoing some typing in MS Word ended up putting that paragraph back in. Huh. =I I changed Prestidigitation to Spirit Hand, which works similar to Four Witches but is only one hand and has an extended range. Sketch
