Saizomaru PL: 43,000 (Base)
For a while the city had been under siege by a group of villains. Saizomaru had caught wind of such an event—it was broadcasted on multiple channels and frequencies, after all, so it wasn't exactly sparse knowledge. But the android had received the intelligence too little too late and it had become occupied for some time. He had cursed himself for not being there sooner.
He thought he would do what he could to make things right.
Slowly drifting through the skies above the city, Saizomaru scouted out the area for a quiet place, one that was not overcrowded, to touch down. It wouldn't be difficult—the entire city looked as though it was barren. Very few people walked the streets, which was more than enough cause for concern. Slowly he descended upon one of the sidewalks of the business district, heavy boots tapping lightly onto the stonework.
"Strange," the android mumbled to himself. He looked around and saw everything was… fine. Perfect, even. If there really had been a siege then it had certainly been a passive one—minimal amount of resistance, or none at all. "For a place where a battle had been fought, there doesn't seem to be much collateral…"
Saizomaru walked down the street, his eyes shifting from side to side in an effort to perceive anything out of the ordinary. The only things he saw were bill boards swaying to the breeze and pieces of paper tumbling along the crossroad. He would have mistaken this art of the city for derelict if it weren't for the fact that he saw pedestrians whilst flying overhead.
As he turned the corner he saw a young lady, likely no older than her early thirties, picking up some of the papers—fliers that was advertising some sort of new store. With a hum he made his way towards her, bending over to pick up a handful of them. With a smile he approached her. "Here, ma'am," he said as he stretched out an arm, the fliers pinched at the corners between finger and thumb.
The woman turned to him with a scowl on her face. Quickly she snatched them out of his hands, causing Saizomaru to recoil. "I don't need your help! I'm perfectly fine with doing this myself!"
Saizomaru blinked. "Hey, I was only giving you a hand with this," he exclaimed, his hands up in front of him as a form of gestured defense against her verbal tirade.
"I said I don't need any help! Leave me alone before I call the police!"
"Okay, okay, fine!" The android shook his head and hurried down the path away from the crazed lady. As he got as far from her as he felt comfortable, he sighed and shook his head. "Are people backward in this city or something…?"

Despite not being awakened but a week earlier, Boomer was starting to become updated on the goings on in regards to the Planet Earth via the Crop Co database. It seemed the city formerly known as Hercule City had been taken over, though he still didn't have all the details of the events leading up to it. It was perhaps not the best plan to walk into such a place given he wasn't one of these "badmen" as the city had been renamed, and there was no telling what he would be walking into. His role was to protect, and while he wasn't able to do it before, perhaps he could make up for that in his own way. Nearly an hour passed as Boomer walked around the city, not so much looking for a fight, but for anything really, finding where he had been so far empty, quiet, and even for a robot a bit eerie. It wasn't as if the city was devoid of people, but there were no signs of anything being different. It felt as if he had jinxed when he sensed a decently high power level not that far from his current location, and one significantly higher than his own. Just as he shouldn't have came to the city alone, he shouldn't have walked after this power level, but he had to know, and what he found was just strange. There was a fairly high power leveled being just trying to help someone pick up some sort of paper. The person even seemed to be polite, and from the strange reading their power level was displaying to his scouter, they were some sort of android. Boomer hadn't been doing a very good job of hiding himself, simply walking up and stopping, mostly out of confusion. Standing maybe fifteen feet away at most stood a tall robot, blankly staring at the scene. Either the android didn't notice him or was simply trying to get away from the seemingly rude woman, but started to walk away, and Boomer walked, again rather obviously, not that far behind him.

A BACKWARD CITY
BASE PL: 40,000
"Oh god dammit not again." Chamil peered around the corner, sneering at the sight of two androids- outsiders, exempt from her control. She'd been on goodie patrol for two hours now, punting out countless folks trying to sneak in and diffuse her control... Well, one more wouldn't hurt. Maybe she'd be in luck- maybe these two could be like her. The giant one in particular would be good to have on her side- her own giant, like how Maple had Mumbo... Eh, it was wishful thinking.
A backwards city, though...? "You could say that." Her voice echoed, the city's ruler still standing against the building beside them, her form now visible to the two. "Whatever, I'll get to the point. This is my city, under my rules. You aren't like the others here, are you?" She'd point a finger accusingly at the long-haired robot. "But, wellll... you can consider yourself exiled if you cross my control." Her gaze panned up, eyeing the larger robot. "Same goes for your giant robot buddy."

The android was met face to face with a zoanthrope of whom he didn't recognize. A tall goat-like humanoid coated in charcoal-grey fur. Long ears drooped by her head, with elongated horns that curved backward just above them. He gazed into her black and ember eyes, dark and foreboding as the void itself.
Saizomaru would not be deterred by her or her words.
He huffed before he spoke. "A mighty fine welcome if ever there was one," he responded in a bemused tone. He sighed and turned to face her fully. "If by "not like the others," you mean that I am not topped up on hormones, then sure. We'll go with that."
Her threat, however, was not something that he would take in jest. Slowly he made his way towards her until they were just an inch from one-another. He turned and leaned his back against the wall, propping himself by her side. He turned to face her and responded, ""Exiled"? What, are you my mom now? Gonna kick me out of the house because I'm not paying rent?" He sighed and shook his head. "Now, look—I'm gonna let that slide because you're a goat. And I like goats. Lotsa fluff and so cute when they go "Baa." So I'm gonna let you in on a little secret—y'know, just between you and me, a'ight?"
He leaned in closer to her. "I go where I want. I do what I want. Don't care for orders much. If I did, then I'd still be in the army." He shifted his head away from her, gazing at the overly huge robot that was behind him. "And he's not my buddy, friend. No idea who he is. But I tend to get followed a lot anyways, so it's nothing new. Probably something to do with how awesome my hair is or something."
The android folded his arms across his chest before shifting his attention back to the goat. "I don't much care for your control, really. I mean, credit where credit is due, if you're the one who instigated this… uprising, revolution, whatever you wanna call it, then you did it pretty well considering there's actually… y'know… a city still here and not a landfill site. But… do both of us a favour, yeah? Reach around your back, tighten your bra, and relax your tits."
His once sober face turned into a smile as he patted her arm with the back of his hand. "Anyways, was super nice getting to talk with ya. I'ma go find myself a bar and get drunk." He pushed himself off the wall and took a few steps forwards. "Feel free to come join me. Drinks are on me." He made his way back down the street, but then turned to the giant robot. "Sorry that you can't join, big guy. Don't think there's any doors big enough to fit ya through."

Boomer's sensors were blaring at the sensing of a power level, but as he couldn't see anyone with his scouter he assumed it was one of the many malfunctions he needed to get fixed. As soon as he heard the voice however, he stopped with an unintentionally heavy stomp and turned. His scouter immediately started to fixate on a specific area and a fairly high power level. "Your city?", he immediately questioned, not certain if this was a literal statement and claim of ownership or simply a statement of pride as he had heard multiple times. This creature was unlike anything he had seen so far, but still seemed to be bipedal, so perhaps it was simply a strange looking humanoid he hadn't encountered the species of. The one in front of him however was getting rather talkative, and it was probably for the best so he could take the attention away from himself. If this new person ended up being a threat, the one in front seemed better equipped power wise than himself, judging by both of their current power levels. His first reaction was always to protect, but this was one of those occasions he wasn't sure it warranted it. Perhaps if this new person had ran out and attacked the one he was following it would have made sense, but it was almost as if the android was instigating something. Both of his eyes started to blink on and off as he scanned both from a distance, not taking the same chance walking closer.
> Threat Assessment: Android 78% - Seems minimally reckless and talkative. Do not directly engage. > Threat Assessment: Unknown Species 64% - Intentions clear, but alignment unclear. Proceed with caution.
It was hard to say if he should even verbally engage either of these two further, given how the one with the white hair was acting very confident and talking plenty. The situation was feeling tense, even for a robot with no true emotional capacity currently. Once the android pushed himself off the wall and verbally engaged now towards him, he took a few steps forward before stopping again, and simply stated. "You talk a lot. To a degree that makes me believe you do not fully grasp the gravity of the situation we have found ourselves in at the moment."

A BACKWARD CITY
BASE PL: 160,000 (x4)
This one had quite the lip. Well, he didn't seem to be a good guy, but... "The tall one gets it." Chamil chimed, her energy peaking and rising beyond what either androids were capable of. She extended a hand forwards, ki boiling to attack. "You are out of your place, in a world you can't control, no matter how awesome your hair is. Now, who's in charge of this town? Who killed the strong who stood in her way? Who is in control?" The demon's ki dialed down as she pointed back to herself with a glare. "Me."
"... But I suppose so long as you are not intent on standing in my way, I can let you hang around town. One too many goodie-goodie heroes have tried to "free the people" from me." She rolled her eyes with another harsh glare, her ki still incredibly high and on guard, continuing to try to nail the point in this white-haired robot's seemingly broken brain. "And I don't drink, so I'll pass. Do whatever- but I'll repeat myself, if you stand in my way- you'll be just like the six who we struck down before. Take a good, looooong look Maple's new statue if you want an example of your demise."
With that, the goat turned away, trotting away from the high-horsed android man and to the taller drone. "...Not gonna lie, you seem cool." The goat put a hand on her chin, her gaze now calm now that the other android had hopefully been dismissed and was on his way. "I trust you're smart enough to stay in line, or whatever we wanna call it. What exactly brought you into this city, though?"

Saizomaru stood in his tracks as soon as he felt the surge of ki from behind him. It was huge, much larger than what he had once felt from the zoanthrope, who only moments before was on par with himself. It was dark. Evil. For a moment it made his artificial blood boil. He found it as a challenge, of a testament to her might that brought this city down to its knees.
He wasn't going to fight here. Not now. He wasn't in the mood to throw punches.
"So the reports were true," he spoke, his voice low, almost drained. His shoulders dropped as he shook his head. "I had heard some time ago that this city had some defenders, but not many of them were able to survive the conflict. A sad day, surely." He turned to face her. His expression was dour, almost defeated.
He had been wrong about the city's takeover being a simple endeavour. It was more complicated—more violent—than what he had imagined.
"You think you're some sort of hot shot because you beat six people to take over a city? Well good job. You looking for a pat on the back? A gold medal for your performance?" The android couldn't help himself, ignoring the larger robot's warning. "You think I should be afraid of your death threats? News flash—Been there, done that… or did you think this body of mine was because of a hobby?"
He couldn't help but smile in bemusement of this person. He admitted that she had the power to defeat multiple individuals. He admitted that those six people were pretty strong too.
But on her own? Doubtful. He bit his tongue in mentioning her needing help. There wasn't much need to cause a scene so quickly.
"Y'know, drinks can wait. I think I'm gonna have more fun hearing about your amazing exploits on your path to conquest." A fair distance from Chamil, Saizomaru leaned up against a lamp post, arms folded across his chest. "So what's your story, goat mom? Bullied at school? Parents didn't buy you that new Baotendo console for your birthday? Gotta be a reason that you've gone to all this trouble to be evil.
"Actually, good question—What're you doing here, big guy?" Saizomaru was intrigued by his presence, so the zoanthrope posed a good question. "Having said that—what're you doing here too?" he gestured back to her. "Shouldn't evil overlords be sitting on a nice comfy throne in the highest palace to overlook their newly-acquired empire?"

It was clear, or more clear than it was moments earlier, that this could get ugly in a way Boomer couldn't handle. He was more than willing to throw himself in front of anything to protect someone that needed it, but he wasn't one to pointlessly throw his short existence away from a posturing creature. While the android might have felt the need to boast, antagonize, and perhaps even feel a stab at his pride in this moment, Boomer had none of those faults. There was no pride to bother with, and he could see clearly the situation in front of him, and found no reason to push his luck. He was lucky to have a moment to respond before the other android began to rant either out of anger or sheer frustration. "I'm simply here out of curiosity. I haven't been activated long, and the whole situation that lead to the city we stand in changing ownership as it were, happened before then. I can't speak for this one though, as he acts differently than those I am used to dealing with. I believe my creator would say this is what you would call, putting a foot in a mouth? Perhaps I'm not saying that properly."
What really more was there to say to the creature or the android, as one looked to show of their strength and the other their wit. "I would like to state for no other reason than self-preservation that I am not with this one.", pointing towards the android with white hair. His sight moved between the two, though no visible signs of such, trying to decide what exactly was the right action to take if any, and what more he should say to try and defuse the situation. It was clear from the spike in power from the creature that they were more than capable if the situation called for it, but at least for now it wasn't direction at him. Thankfully Manis had stayed hidden, as the situation was going in a potentially bad direction and it would be harder to keep his eyes on these two while trying to protect the smaller android.

"Six perfectly capable and powerful ki users like yourself, yes." Chamil chimed with a sigh, one eye giving an erratic twitch every now and then with a golden glow. Still, it seemed the android had died before somehow- he was likely a human that had been mechanized or something, given that statement. "Then I guess you won't mind if I kill you three times over, no?" She remarked in a casual tone with a quick, dark chuckle, though her gaze soured to sheer annoyance once more when the white-haired robot opened his mouth again, asking what her story was. "None of your business. All you need to know is I do what I do because I can. No more, no less. You should base your assumptions less off of Saturday morning cartoons as well." She shrugged- there was some truth to her words. She just caused evil and chaos for the heck of it. There was no deeper reason or purpose. So was the way of a Stargoon.
Her tail lashed once more, the demon's sour gaze further sinking, though it lightened when the taller robot chimed in response, saying he had nothing to do with the other rambunctious android. "Smart choice of words." The demon chimed with a somewhat calmer glance and nod, tapping away at her phone in hand. She'd been silently venting about the situation in the Stargoon group chat for a minute or so now... The only one online was Mumbo, of course, but...

The android was free to admin that this zoanthrope had some skill if she was able to defeat six individuals that were powerful in their own right. He hummed and shrugged his shoulders. "Fair play, fair play," he replied, not sure of what else he could add to that.
Her death threat was about as sharp as a bent spoon, though. He smiled back at her and gave a short chuckle. "Well as long as you're paying for the repair bills, then I ain't got a problem with that," he jested in return. The humour between them was dark at best, more than likely one-sided on his part, but at least they could have a laugh about it even if it was at the android's expense.
As much as her humour was a breath of fresh air, her demeanour and motivations the android would gladly skip. He wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry at her reasoning, but part of it was a form of self-reflection—he did what he wanted and went where he wanted because he could. Without hesitation he laughed at her. "Sorry, it's just… y'know… you doing whatever you want because you can is the literal epitome of a Saturday morning cartoon villain. Kinda hard to not draw those parallels, y'know?"
The bigger robot nearby piped up. The robot had less personality than a dissected frog, to which showed even more clear once he had admitted that he didn't want to be killed. "Okay, seriously, big guy?" scolded Saizomaru. "You're just gonna come out and say "Hey, I'm not with this guy, please don't kill me"? Sure, while you're at it, you'd might as well get on your knees and lick her feet clean."
His eyes turned back to Chamil, watching her tapping away on her phone. He sighed and slumped his shoulders. "Y'know it's rude to be on your phone while having a conversation, yeah?" Even though he was several meters away from her, Saizomaru leaned over to try and look at her screen. "Who're you texting? Your boyfriend ain't up to anything naughty, is he?"

Perhaps coming here was a mistake, seeing someone this strong showing up so soon after his arrival. Thus far his curiosity hadn't ran him into any trouble, but what would he do if this situation took a turn for the worse. Thankfully his declaration of being here alone either eased or amused the creature that had shown up, either was fine as long as they didn't attack him, but he wasn't sure what else to do in this situation. Running would likely get him chased, and staying could very well get him caught up in some sort of fight even unintentionally. He was nervous about her comment towards killing the other one, though it was hard to feel the need to step in given his many attempts of verbal intervention, as they seemed more than willing to continue antagonizing. Even as a robot, seemingly without emotions, situations like this were starting to pull them out of him ever so slightly, mimicking an action he had seen before and placing a hand over his face and mimicking a sigh. "You are going to get yourself killed.", directing his comment to the white haired android. Turning his head quickly as comments were addressed to him, having to stand quiet for a moment to figure the best way to respond. "My statement did not have any mention of -please don't kill me-. I was merely implying that while this person here was getting annoyed by your ever vigilant antagonizing, that I was not with you nor did your comments reflect my own stance or statement. I also factually prefer to remain living, hence my mention of self preservation. This person could easily turn me into a pile of used parts if they saw fit", tapping at his head, "My internal scouter tells me all I need to know about their power, and it is far above my own. It's simply a matter of logic and reason. They are factually strong, I am factually not with you, and I do not choose to be represented by your antagonizing comments. Also, I do not have a tongue with which to lick, so such an action would prove impossible."

While the robot took his respectably smart leave, Chamil was left alone with the much more annoying android. She quickly powered off her phone, eyes closed with a twitching brow. "No. How about you stop pestering me before you regret it?" She threatened again with a vile hiss. Chamil was done playing nice- as evidenced by a swipe of her tail that would aim to smack the android's face. "Seriously though- I thought I was the evil one. Have you ever heard of an innocent, even?" She shurgged, her comment referencing the other android that Saizo had also pestered with little grounding. "Probably not. You'd fit right in with the Fleet at this rate, rusty." Chamil's sickening smirk returned once more- two could play at the game of snark and antagonization.

Saizomaru smirked at the demon goat's words. Getting under her skin wasn't the hardest thing in the world. It was a little too easy—pitifully so. He expected someone that was able to take on a handful of powerful warriors to be able to handle an equal amount of choice words. "Now, now, no need to get antsy," he responded in a semi-humoured tone. "You need to learn to lighten up a little."
It seemed that lightening up was th last thing on Chamil's bucket list. Without warning her tail lashed out at Saizomaru. The android's hand quickly swung upward to catch her prehensile tail, his grip firm but causing no immediate pain or discomfort. "Oh, talking about innocence, now? Very rich coming from you, I must say." His other hand came up to lightly brush its fingers along the fur coat of her tail. "You of all people shouldn't be lecturing me about the innocent. I wonder how many died as a result of collateral in your… occupation of this city."
His hand lashed outwards, flinging the demon's tail back at her. But despite his aggressive posturing, he still kept that smirk, that half-smile, on his face. "From what I heard, you don't have much of a fleet left. If I joined I'd probably make up a quarter of your entire squad." It may not have been true, but he made his point.
Without hesitation he made his way towards her, his eyes never leaving hers. As he got within an inch of her person he leaned up against the wall beside her. He sighed and looked up at the dreary sky above. "Serious talk now, though. People aren't just born evil, so…" He turned to her, looking at her in the face. "What happened with you? Someone sleight you? You lose something important to you?"
The android was being sincere, probably for the first time in their discussion. He wanted to know more—perhaps for both of their sakes.
