Under the Radar PL: 30 (suppressed)
"That'll be 3 Shoki, sir."
Garon quietly put the 3 shoki he needed for his brand new clothes down on the counter. Ever since he'd entered heaven people had been giving him strange looks, and he knew exactly why. Anyone who'd been keeping up with the news on Earth most likely knew about his failure. Nobody ever knew him as "Hydrogan", but now every corner he turned at least one person would know him as "the guy from Satan City". But, Garon's solution to this problem was a simple one. His plan was to go under the radar - to change his appearance until the news moved on to some other big story and people were over his (arguably) comical demise.
Garon's new clothing consisted of a red leather jacket, with a gray hood and the Crop Co. logo displayed prominently in the back. Underneath it was a black t-shirt with three gears in the middle. He wore a pair of jeans that were probably a size too big, held together by a brown belt. A pair of sunglasses completed the outfit.
As Garon walked towards the front door with his new clothes on, the retail worker tilted his head.
"Say...you wouldn't happen to be-"
"Yeah. I am. Is that a problem?"
The employee was silent as Garon walked out of the store.
Taking a right turn at the sidewalk, Garon put on his sunglasses and traversed the seemingly infinite plains he was in. He assumed that Heaven would be incredibly crowded, seeing as it held a good portion of every dead person ever in it, but it was surprisingly peaceful. After walking for what seemed like hours, the Doragon had gotten tired and decided to sit down on a nearby bench. He only meant to stop for a second, but he soon began to doze off...
sorry for this taking so long to make

Yanwang walked down the street his hand stretched behind his back. He was bored out of his mind. The afterlife was super boring. He was not doing that much, he was ready to just go back to the real world. He could fight a ton of cool people but he was stuck here instead. Well, not stuck he could leave at any time. Just, he did like hanging out here too. Yet just the past couple days it has been boring, plus he was waiting for the super training he was going to get. Yanwang put a hand on his chin, "Man I need something to do. Something fun to do." Yanwang said out loud before he saw someone leave a store. He'd hide behind a rock staring at the man.
He had yellow hair from what he could see. He seemed to be a human. Humans were dropping like flies all the time. He'd slowly follow Garon getting an idea of who he was. He seemed to be a decent guy but he didn't look that strong. At least he didn't look like it. Most of the people he saw were built in a way to prove they were strong. Yanwang would strole next to Garon looking over at Garon, "You look pretty cool. What happened to you. Did you get wrecked or something. I know a lot of humans who been dying lie flys lately. Yogu, Nashi and some guy in hell. That dude was a loser but yeah you seem kinda cool who might you be?"

Garon turned around to see that he was being approached by yet another ogre. The Doragon wasn't going to say anything to the guy, but this ogre seemed different. He was a lot younger than any other ogre Garon had met...and a lot more annoying too. Right off the bat, Garon was asked how he died. "Go away, kid. Not in the mood for this shit today.", he groaned. He was about to try and get Yanwang to leave, but then the ogre mentioned something... interesting. Not only did he seem to know Nashi, but he mentioned some "loser" in hell. Maybe this guy was worth talking to... With a quick change of mood, Garon would stop walking and look down at the young ogre. "Ok, first off, I'm not human. Er, not entirely at least.", Garon said, waving his tail to show his Doragon heritage. "Secondly, that... 'loser' guy. Did he by chance have blue hair and was all edgy and silent? Name's Garon, and I'm looking for some people I know. Well, not looking as in actually, actively searching for them or whatever, but you know what I mean.". The chances were slim, but Garon guessed that if this ogre guy has met Nashi then maybe he's met someone else who fell in Satan City. The Doragon didn't know any of them on a personal level, but still, he at least wanted to see if they were ok.

The man backtalked him. Yanwang paused. "Man you're a real loser. Like Yogu. Expect Yogu had the balls to stop me from doing bad things. Guess this time I really had not done anything bad huh?" Yanwang put his hand on his chin as he walked next to Garon. He seemed pretty unhappy about being dead. Who could blame him death sucked? I mean he assumed it did, he never died after all. He just lived where dead people lived. Did that make him wired? That he lived with dead people. His uncle was dead after all but he was not at the same time since he could see him. This question melted in his brain before he decided it was just not worth it. Who cares if he lived with dead people. Some of them had good stories to tell.
He then focused back on what he was here for. To meet this guy who just seemed to die. He then showed he was not human caused he had a tail, "Eh I meet a human who said he was a guy but clearly dressed as a girl. Gonna have to try harder to change my mind, Mr.Human." He smirked, of course, he knew he was not human now. Yet, why tell him. It could turn out to be pretty fun. It ran old with Nashi but it was a whole new person. It could be really fun. He asked if the guy who was edgy had blue hair and was the silent type. He stared at him blinking his hand on his chin. "No, he was Human. Like you. The name was Yogu. He died in a fight like a bit ago. He is pretty strong. Gotta say if your as strong as him...well then your not. Cause I doubt that possible. Don't get the build for it. Anyway, Garon, you're looking for some guys. Got names. I can get a list and see if they're dead and gone. So you got any names?

"Wh-I'm not human. Are you blind?!", Garon asked. Sure, Garon was half human, but how could the ogre think for even half a second that he was completely human? But as much as this little ogre was getting him angry, the Doragon needed information from him. He kept mentioning some human named 'Yogu'. Garon ignored Yanwang's snark as he tried to think of why he seemed to remember that name and began pacing back and forth as he did so. "Yogu...Yogu...I swear I've heard that name before...", Garon said to himself. As soon as Yanwang mentioned the word 'fight', Garon snapped his fingers. "Wait...is he another one of the guys who died in Satan City?", Garon asked. Everything seemed to point towards the answer being 'yes'. There hadn't been any major news-worthy fights since the Satan City incident, and if he was as strong as Yanwang claimed he was then surely he wouldn't have died in some random street brawl. "Haven't seen the guy in person, but I'm looking for someone else. His name's Cobane. I dunno if he's in Heaven or...down there, but I know for a fact that he's dead.", Garon said. The two Doragons hadn't gotten along well prior to Satan City, but...since then, things have changed. Besides, Garon was curious about where the silver-blood had ended up.

He shrugged as Garon was trying to explain that he was not human. He keeps his mouth shut so the man didn't know he already knew he was not human. Then once he spoke about Yogu he began to think and figure out who he was talking about. Then Garon noted he had heard of him before. Then when he said flight Garon noted he had died in Satan City. "Oh man the names of your city. Why would you humans name your city after the devil? It was asking for the devil to come and strike yah down. Serve yah right but at the same time too bad you all gotta die. Anyway, the point is when and if you come back to the life you got to get them to change that to something else." Yanwang noted.
Then Garon began to ask about another person named Cobane. He was in the battle was at Satan City and he had died as well. He wanted to know if he was alive or dead. Yanwang put his hand on his chin trying to think if he had heard of this person. He didn't he had but he knew someone who might of. Konpa prob knew more then he did, "Can't say I do off the top of my head. I've not seen that person and I know a lot of people. So either he is a recluse or he is in Hell. Either way, you prob not going to find him for a bit or ever. Matter if you know you get lucky and reborn as yourself. Not reincarnated, that always bad won't remember a thing no sir." Yanwang was not even sure if you could be Reincarnated but they should be a lot more people in heaven if you could not. So it was just something he noted.

Garon couldn't help but smirk at the thought of someone renaming Badman City after freeing it. Goodman City, perhaps? Pretty unoriginal name, but it'd be funny as hell. His mood was ruined, however, when Yanwang said that he hadn't seen any signs of Cobane. "Dammit...", Garon muttered under his breath. If Cobane truly had ended up in the depths of Hell, then Garon thought that he didn't deserve it. After all, both of them had sacrificed themselves trying to save Satan City. But on the other hand, he could totally see Cobane being reclusive and living in Heaven completely detached from the rest of the realm...
"Well uh, if you see him up here then tell me.", Garon asked. "Don't know where he is, but if he's not up here then... he doesn't deserve to be down there. Not after Badman.". It wasn't until then when a thought crossed Garon's mind. "...waitaminute. You're one of those ogre guys, right? Can't you just like, just go down there and see if he's there or not? Or check some kinda...I dunno, roster or somethin'? There were a whole buncha guys running around with paperwork and stuff when I was talking with that Yemma guy. Maybe there's something there?", he asked, half speaking to Yanwang and half speaking to himself. "Er-, maybe not. I don't even know if that's possible. Guess I'm just spitballing ideas here."

Garon didn't seem all that happy to hear that he didn't know who his friend was. While it sucked there was not much he could do it seemed. Yanwang frowned a bit but at least the guy knew now. Garon explained if he did see the man he should let me know that he was not all that bad and should be allowed up in heaven. He didn't know about that. He asked if he could check some roaster if Cobane was down there. "Guess I could but that takes a lot of work. I can see what I can do." Yanwang said smiling at Garon. He didn't min this guy he seemed pretty nice. It was a real shame he had to die. He wanted him to talk to Yemma. "I mean I could but probably not. He is a busy guy. I do have ways though don't worry about it. Yanwang put his hand on his chin. He sorta wanted to mess with this guy more though he had done enough of that earlier, "So anything else you need from me. I can see what I can do but I can't promise much."

A sigh of relief escaped Garon's mouth when Yanwang confirmed that with a bit of effort, it was possible to see where Cobane had ended up. Admittedly, the Doragon didn't have very high opinions of the ogre at first, but as it turned out perhaps he wasn't as bad as he thought he was. "...thanks.", Garon said earnestly. "I mean it. Wish I could do more to help since you're doing this for me and all, but I dunno how I'd even begin to go about it. You've probably been up here long enough to understand this whole 'death' thing better than I have...".
On the topic of death, that actually turned on some lightbulb in Garon's head. If this ogre person had spent the majority of his life up here, in Heaven, then maybe he could answer more questions about the Afterlife and what it's like. After all, he was going to spend the rest of eternity here, whether he liked it or not...right? He supposed a good place to start was with some small talk before trying to ask bigger questions like if it turned out Cobane was in hell, whether or not he could go down and see him. "How long have you been up here?", Garon asked. "I mean, I can't imagine someone would stay here out of free will. Or at least, I know I wouldn't. I've still got an... eternity... ahead of me and being here isn't even remotely close to being as fun as busting baddies down in Central City.", Garon began to explain. "But uh, I've been here long enough to figure out that ogres can run between heaven and hell. So, why aren't you down there, where things are a lot more interesting?".

"Yah Death is a complex business." He never really got that sort of praise. He knew more than someone. He'd have to pin this day on a calendar. It'd be a day to remember for sure. He looked pretty cheeky before getting serious agian. He had to remember Garon was asking something very important of him. Course Garon did have even more questions to ask. Questions that he was more than happy to answer. The first how long he been up here. "I'm 11 years old but I took a trip to earth a few months back. So 10 and a half years I think is a good estimate." Yanwang said smiling at Garon before the mans said no one would stare up here on their free will.
"Well us Ogre's live up here. This is our birthplace. Were not dead as you. We are born here with ghosts. We live and build the city. It always gets me to wonder what was someone death like before us ogres. Was it just no heaven or hell they just ended up on clouds. It is a question we never get the answer too. Not that I care too much. I'm not much a thinker, i'm a fighter." He'd smirk at Garon. He just had to rub in how strong he totally was. He also seemed to want to go back. "Well, their those dragonballs or whatever. In the old days, People could escape hell and heaven but those holes were patched up. It for the better trust me. If every nobody could escape the afterlife what would death mean to us? Nothing. That what my Uncle always says and he an expert on his type of stuff. As for why I'm not in hell. You'd be surprised. It is actually way more boring. No one cool is down there. Just a bunch of dumb cons."

"YOU'RE ONLY 11?!", Garon asked. The Doragon felt pity that Yanwang had died at such a young age, at least until he cleared up that most of the ogres in the Afterlife were born there. "...oh.". Yanwang then stated that he preferred fighting over thinking, which made Garon turn his head around to face Yanwang. "Don't doubt yourself. Odds are, if you're a fighter, thinker too since you have to be a good thinker to be a good fighter. Y'know, all that planning stuff out and figuring out what your next move's gonna be. Otherwise, you just end up rushing in all angry and end up dying like...me.", he said, the sadness being tangible when he muttered that last word. "But uh, hey. As long as you DON'T do that, everything usually turns out semi-decent!". He... wasn't speaking from personal experience. Then, Yanwang mentioned that there were apparently holes that you could use to just exit the Afterlife, but that they got patched up awhile ago. Garon couldn't help but wonder who could've used such a portal, but he decided not to ask about the topic. Besides, he was much more interested in hell, which according to Yanwang was... boring? "Wh- How?!", Garon asked, genuinely shocked that such an allegedly horrible place was so dull. "You have EVERY SINGLE BAD GUY to EVER EXIST trapped inside a giant box. There's GOT to be something going on there. Thievery, conquest... You know, the types of things that those assholes do when they're NOT dead. Do they just stop? I mean, if they got there in the first place then I don't think they've got the common sense to learn from their mistakes...". The topic brought up an idea that hadn't crossed Garon's mind until just then. "Wait, so does that mean that some suuuuuuper old dude who died in like Age 300-something knows about everything that's happened up to now?", he asked out of sheer curiosity. "That'd be hilarious." It was an amusing thought: Some guy who hadn't been alive for thousands of years owning a BaoPhone, drinking Hetap, and keeping up with the local news. Yanwang

Garon seemed surprised he was only 11. "What did you think it was old. Look at me." He'd look down at himself for Garon before looking back up. "Course I'm a little kid." He'd say put his hands behind his head. He had never been called older before. Then he realized that he thought it was cause he was dead. He'd blink, he didn't know Garon thought he had a Halo. He decided not to press him on it. This guy just maybe didn't think about that. It was all well and good. No harm no foul. Still, this guy seemed to believe in him. Even know he just meet him he wanted to beat those guy who killed him. He told him not be angry or else he'd run and get himself killed. He'd nod, that was some good advice. Can't save the dead if you are dead yourself.
Garon seemed surprised that hell was super boring. They had all the worst people stuck in there. "Well, they're like some reincarnation machine. When souls are here for a long period of time they are put in the machine. Something like every five years or something. I don't know much about it other than this legend that one that Yemma got a shirt stuck in it and it turned into a giant candy monster." He heard stories like that before but he didn't really think of it that much. Seems something stupid for a kid's movie. "Plus I think when you die you mellow out a bit. You get to have a different outlook that you may have not had before being alive and all. Since you know this is the final. The curtain falls and this is the end of your journey." Yanwang explained to Garon. He asked if some super old dude knew everything that was going on. "I mean maybe. My Uncle is not the type to talk though. He is retired. So I don't really know?" Yanwang shrugged, even if he knew something it was not his business to know.
