" 'eez, it's like a ghost town 'ere..." Radula's gaze panned across the barren street of the Radditsu district. He had heard rumor of some rebel saiyans hiding out somewhere here, and wanted to try and help them or get some more information about Vegeta's Namekians, and exchange some information of his own about Namek in exchange. But... his search was in vain, save for finding a neat little family of alien spiders in an abandoned home. There were no signs of the Fleet, no signs of the Saiyan either this night- the flickering lights that creaked as they swayed to and fro over the street didn't ease the alien, either...
Radula sighed in defeat, hopping up into the air and landing atop a taller, ruined home. He raised the brim of his hat to better scope the landscape- but still, everything was eerily silent. Maybe he had been misinformed, or the rumors were just rumors after all. Still, the rather out of place green humanoid would turn his gaze to the stars above, taking a momentary respite from his search to stare at the night sky Namek never had.
It was a shame his peace likely wouldn't last for long.
A hooded figure roamed the scummy district, looking around occasionally to get a better scope of their surroundings and to identify anyone that may shoot a suspicious glance his way.
He pulls down his hood, revealing to nearby stealthy people that he was Auber, a hunted criminal across Vegeta who was doing his best to not only avoid capture by the lizards but also survive without civilization's help.
He spots a Namekian, looking at the night sky, dazzled in peace, he wasn't one to really care about Namekians considering they've never bothered him and he actually respects their Warrior Caste genre and their race overall for their ability to be worthy adversaries. Such a Saiyan way of respect, Auber despite his emotional troubles, is still a Saiyan at heart and soul.
He didn't know if this guy was part of the World Trade Fleet however so he decided not to reveal himself to him as of yet, pulling up his hood and ascending to Radula's level as the hood cloaked his facial features with shadows, prohibiting a natural identification.
"Ah. A Namekian, I rather respect your kind." He complimented, arms crossed as he gave a smile underneath his hood that concealed his face, he patiently awaited a response from the curious Namekian.
AUBER - "DO I GO LEFT WHERE NOTHING IS RIGHT? OR RIGHT WHERE NOTHING IS LEFT?"
Radula quickly jolted up and stumbled back in surprise, his gaze whipping around to see a hooded man of the sort. The Namekian blinked in silence, eyeing the hooded figure up and down. Despite the bells of alarm in his head ringing "stranger danger", the curious slug man stood his ground, tilting his head to the side. "Er, thanks mate, you too." Even though he had no idea what this man was species-wise, the "you too" came out on it's own out of politeness. This could easily be one of the World Trade Fleet's goons, but then again, it coooould be someone in Vegeta's resistance also! That little hope was enough for Radula to not bolt.
"Soooooooo..." Radula brought a hand to the back of his head with a meek smile, standing and taking a cautious stance. "Look, I ain't one of them Fleet mooks, here. If yer like that other lady I met awhile ago, I'm noooot interested in joining the group, either." He took a slow inhale in and a few more heedful shuffling steps backwards. "I'm lookin' to help the other Namekians that 're still here, and the Saiyans as well. If you're with the Fleet or somethin', then by all means come at me." Radula tried to sport a more intense glare now to get some intimidation going, though the ever so gentle green giant couldn't keep it up for more than a second before shifting back to worry and curiosity. "...And you are?"
He waited a while to even react, he was checking Radula for any signs indicating his loyalty towards the World Trade Fleet, he would have presumably found none.
He finally looked up at the cautious Namekian and took off his hood, revealing his entire Saiyan Armour and his face, it also revealed the SK Logo on his armour "Call me Auber." He finally responded, crossing his arms once again as he eyed the new acquaintance down "And I'm with the Saiyan Kingdom so no need to get startled." He attempted to reassure him.
"It is good however to finally meet someone that doesn't pledge their mental capacity to those scumbags." He stated, rolling his eyes in order to espress physical annoyance towards the World Trade Fleet, it's clear he holds a grudge against them like any other Saiyan in the SK.
He looked back towards Radula "But who are you with?" He raised an eyebrow, awaiting an answer patiently as he looked at the mystical warrior's way.
Mollusc yawned as he could hear the distance beeping and booping. He'd open his eyes seeing it was morning. He had landed on Vegeta. He must have fallen asleep on the trip. He got to his feet. He really was wasting time going to sleep. He realized he was outside the city. Maybe he could explore and see if he could find anyone. Vocado did note to look for anyone that may want to join there cause. Not every Namekian or Saiyan was lucky to escape or had the option to escape. He could help them with the light of Porunga. He pulled out a cloak from his pod wrapping it around his body. He was prob known around this part showing his appearance was not a good idea.
When he walked around he could feel the tension. A city and people so prideful forced on their heels. It'd not last forever not with Porunga champion finally arriving. He'd free them in time. But it was going to take time. Even if he could right now take the place he'd prob have to defend it and eventually, the fleet would fight back and it'd not end well. The main reason was that Pournga had not given him a sign. There were a time and place for everything. Then he finally saw two people. A Namekian and a Saiyan. they must be survivors. Trying to escape the World trade fleet and hidden here? That what he assumed. This place seemed to have no one but the two of them at least from what he had seen thus far. He decided to approach them, he had not seen his kind that often and his own breathen from Vegeta. That was rare as well. "Greetings." He'd walk over to the two of them pulling his hood to reveal he was a namekian, "You must be fighting agiasnt the World Trade Fleet."
Radula slumped over, breathing a loud sigh of relief. "Thank the stars!" He hadn't just blown his cover to the enemy, but rather an ally! But the saiyan seemed happy to see someone not with the Fleet, Radula giving a nod in agreement, though his expression sunk to uncertainty when his allegiance was brought up. "Well..." A pause. Radula's gaze glanced about wearily. "Y'seee..." The bit his lip, struggling to get the words out. "...I'm from Planet Namek." The words came out slow and tentative. "The asteroid that 're blockin' off the place have started to drift. Your peoples' S.O.S got through. So we talked to some of the ol' elders, and me and my bros came to help in any way we can." The Namek grabbed his arm and glanced to the side, still weary with a trailing gaze alert for any eavesdroppers. If the World Trade Fleet found out and came for the Namekian homeworld, then...
Another voice snapped Radula's attention back to reality, his body whipping around to face another hooded figure. "...Are cloaks the style around here or somethin'?" The warrior turned to the saiyan rebel curiously before turning back to the hooded Mollusc, one of his fists reflexively clenching at the mention of fighting the World Trade Fleet. "Y'could say that." Radula chimed, adjusting the brim of his hat with a gloved hand. "And... who's you and what's it to ya?" He chimed, still understandably apprehensive.
"Ah. Looking for more of your kind I see. I've got no barrels against that, you may do as you please." He nodded, before snapping his head to a third hooded figure approaching.
He shrugged at Radula's comment in response as the stranger spoke up "Quite the assumption you are making there, but fortunately you are correct. And not so much as 'fighting' as it is 'resisting'" he commented, wary of this person.
If this guy happened to be a WTF member, he had a good chance of defeating him if the other guy knew how to team up, but once he sensed Mollusc's ki, he shook, his power felt absolutely titanic compared to Auber's or Radula's.
"Quite the powerhouse, aren't you?" He said, commenting on his power level. Auber was even more suspicious now, there's no way this guy couldn't be found on all sorts of beeping power levels right now.
Unless...He isn't being approached by any WTF members because he IS one! No sane organisation lets a threat live in their territory which gives Auber the conclusion that this guy was really working for them.
He didn't make a move yet. He could be using some sort of energy suppression, but that wouldn't be right because he managed to sense his mind-boggling ki.
Auber kept his eyes locked onto the hooded figure, cautiously eyeing his every move and speech but then again, fighting this guy would be fun, you never get much tough people around these parts.
"No, I just carry them on me. I'm trying to slowly become a priest. I heard they were in style thousands of years ago." Mollusc spoke smiling at Radula. He was glad some Namekian had escaped the harm caused by the Wtf had caused this planet. He bowed his head in respect to his fellow namekian. "I am Mollusc champion of Porunga and I am on a mission for the Saiyan Kingdom for Porunga. That is why i'm here, trying to find others to fight for the cause of one day taking back what belonged to the Namekian people and the Saiyan people." He then looked at Auber as he seemed to know how strong he was. "You can sense ki? That is a rare power. Not something that is seen often." He assumed he could sense ki. How else would he have an idea of his power?
Mollusc cracked his neck. They seemed to be good people and he had no reason to be worried. If the Saiyan wanted to fight he'd find himself quickly beaten down. "While I am strong as you stated i'm only the fourth strongest member of the Sse." Vocado was the king so he assumed he was very very strong, Nashua from his own experience and Cress from his own experience. Course they all had to be in their Ozzaru form. "We are based on earth currently gathering up forces and doing what we need to do to be prepared for the battle to come with the World Trade Fleet. Though personally, i'm not that much for waiting." Mollusc said resting agiasnt the wall looking at the two of them.
"So, we're all gathering on Earth, is that it? Very well. What were your orders?" He asked, placing a hand on his chin as he awaited an answer.
It didn't seem as if he was part of the WTF, after all he seemed to know the exact location of the rest of the forces and of their plans, what if he was deceiving him however? Auber sighed, he would have to keep his doubts at the door and find out more later, he wasn't comfortable on having a long discussion in the middle of a flowing enemy city.
"Did they send a sort of order to get rebels off this planet also?" He asked a secondary question, was this gonna be it? His ticket out of here? This sort of hope was unnatural for Auber to have but at the same time it was natural, he has been here in Vegeta for gods know how long without even comprehending the existence of other rebels and now, this one member from the Saiyan Kingdom comes.
He could only hope that would be the case, he was conflicted right now but had to keep it together, this most likely isn't a WTF member, they are too out of line so that increases his hope for him being an SK member instead.
Of course, if it was just another rebel, he'd be disappointed but would still hold some sense of surprise. What was bothering him now however was the Namekian he met, Radula. They don't seem to be with the Saiyan Kingdom and that's worrying taking into the account how much he considerably heard in this discussion, who knows if they get bribed or blackmailed or threatened to reveal this info he was learning as well?
They did mention however that they were doing it for some Elder? Auber wasn't really caught up in his knowledge of the Namekian culture, knowing a bit more about them thanks to the Warrior Caste.
In any case, Auber was gonna keep his thoughts to himself about the both of them, jumping to conclusions isn't a very smart way of identifying your enemies and your friends.
"Oh, makes sense." Radula rang in response to the other hooded man's comment about his own priest-cloak... But lo and behold, the man would up being revealed as another Namekian! Radula's face shifted to shock before a wide smile spread across his face upon seeing the apparent Champion of Porunga. "Well gosh diddly darn, I thought me and my bros were the only ones sent here!" The Namekian put his hands on his hips, staring off to the side. "Man, Banjo's gonna be pretty happy for sure. Xylo too." Having the fourth strongest member of the Saiyan Kingdom on their side was quite the blessing, to say the least.
"But I guess that makes two of us! 'cept I was sent from Namek instead of Earth, I assume." The Namekian rang with another grin. "Name's Radula. I'm the middle siblin' out of the three of my brothers." He chimed, figuring some more introductions were in order. The other two had proven to be kind and trustworthy enough, so Radula had no worries about their alignments, for better or worse.
Radula explained that he had been sent there with his brothers. He mentioned his brothers Banjo and.....Mollusc stared at Radula as he said. His Brother Xylo? Xylo the savior of Namek kind. Xylo, one of the three aspects of Porunga given form. Mollusc was not sure what to say. It was possible the brother just had the name. It didn't mean anything if he just had a name. He sighed collecting his thoughts. Everything was fine. Nothing was wrong with someone having that name. It was just a name. Then Auber began to ask a couple of questions he was happy to answer. Mollusc looked at Auber, "I have a couple of orders. First, we were supposed to find an item in the castle. That is Nashua job. She is my Partner on this mission. Then I am supposed to get some saibaman eggs. Still, need to do that. Our third objective was to find anyone who was still rebelling and telling them to heard to earth to group up for the day we retake Vegeta though if you ask me we can take it now but it never a good day you take a risk I suppose. Untill Porunga gets me the sign then I guess this is my duty."
"I see. Well you found one, do you have a spare pod or something?" He asked, gathering his thoughts. This had to be it, this was his ticket out.
"My name is Auber, pleasure to make your acquaintances." He introduced himself in a subtle response to Radula, although he wasn't as pleased as he made himself out to be. Xylo, he was still alive? Or was it just a name? The chance is slim but not impossible, still such a name being simply coincidental isn't likely.
But that would only bring up more questions, how did Xylo live through all these years? How was he never mentioned in any news? If he was still alive, he would most likely still be a political figure of some kind, if that's the case however, where is he? Why did Namek choose to cut all connections from outside off? What of the Mazoku Dominion his father told stories of?
Suddenly, the chance of it just being a name made more sense but it's still a chance and not a certainty, he would never get anywhere thinking of this topic like this, he needed more information and the two Namekians seemed to be in a comfortable atmosphere around him so asking it straight up should do no harm.
He turned towards Radula "Xylo still lives?" He awaited an answer while a new thought popped in his head thanks to Mollusc.
Poruga, yet another figure he had only heard tales of, seemed to be a symbol of the Namekian culture, as stated before, Auber wasn't very aware of the Namekian way, his only tie is the Warrior Caste. This is a culture he needed to study later, for now his goal was to get the hell out of Vegeta and meet the rest of his kind.
It's amusing how minutes earlier, he never even thought that there was a gathering of his race and now he's hearing of one in a planet called Earth. They say it's fighters are one of the weakest yet it earned the reputation of being 'unconquerable', visiting that place is a definite to-do once he gets out of here.
An eerie silence washed over the group- Radula's expression sunk with worry as the two seemed to stare at him like they'd seen a ghost. "...Was it somethin' I said?" The Namekian blinked, glancing off to the side. Mollusc brushed it off to explain their mission- Nashua, a saiyan, was gathering relics in the castle, while he was havesting Saibaman eggs. "I've had a few fumbles with those Saibas." Radula chimed. "Poor things are all over the place now- but I've worked my ways of getting them under control and stuff!" He beamed cheerily, indirectly offering his help with the Saibamen, but... He'd raise a brow when Auber decided to speak up. "...Wait, you think he's THE Xylo?" He blinked, shaking his head. "Naaaah, my bro's not the guy from two-hundred-years-or-so ago. That Xylo's passed on. Though..."
"My father- his name was Larinet... He did say something about our Grandpa Sax being the son of THE Xylo. So if I guess that makes him our great-grandpa?" The Namekian gave an uncomfortable smile and shrug. "...And that's why my Xylo Jr. has the name he does, I guess." The Namekian explained, awkwardly pausing and putting his hands on his hips. Honestly, he wasn't the fondest of his ancestry, namely due to most making a big deal out of it. He wanted to be Radula, not Xylo 2.0!... But he did have a lot of expectations to carry regardless, and hoped to make his name one day just as great as his great-grandfather.
"I don't sadly have a spare pod. I have a friend who took a whole ship here though. I just like solo rides." He said. Though in truth it was cause he could not afford a ship nor was he going to buy one. He barely needed to have the ability to travel in space. The man introduced himself as Auber. Though he didn't know where the name came from. He knew his people named themselves after these things human called instruments. Guess only they did it. Mollusc was however mostly focused on Radula. He seemed to have some good information. He explained that he had dealt with Saibamen before. That would be useful. He was honestly worried he'd just smash them all with his fists. That would quite awkward indeed.
Then he began to talk about his brother. He stated how he was not The Xylo. Yet, he was related to him. He also mentioned that that was his brother. So he was related to Porung as well. This opened up a ton of thought and much-needed edits."That makes him Porunga." He stated giddy. He'd pull out a book with a badly drawn Porunga. He'd show the cover to Radula, "I was not good at drawing this was the best I could do." He'd flip through a page to get to where he wanted to be. The book was not that filled yet. Only 13 pages but one day the world would be able to read of the tails of Porunga. "I am not of Namek. Or well I am. I was sent to Vegeta when I was young. I was never very good at fighting and I wanted to be of the Dragon Caste when I was young. I never had a talent for the sort, the magical powers of the dragon caste. One day Porunga called for me though so it became my duty to protect Vegeta. After extensive thought and attempted research not that I could find much though I guess there a lot of things I want to ask."
Mollusc flipped the book to Radula could see what he wrote. "What I understand is that two hundred years is that there was a great division between the three clans. The Mazoku were on the outskirts. Though I only know from what I could read. Also, that era had extreme power. Xylo was not a normal Namekian. He was not even a normal Super Namekian. He was a monster in terms of power. Porunga would, of course, be displeased with his creation the three clans being divided and at war. So Xylo was born with his power. He was the embodiment of Porunga wrath. To bring balance back to the clans and restore peace. That just me though I'm curious what a fellow namekian take is on Porunga. I didn't meet a lot who approached him as much. Just we have the power to wish for something from him but that was not what it is about. The Dragonballs are only as powerful as our fate. Don't you agree?"

"Ah, a shame indeed but who is this partner of yours?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. Even if Mollusc chose not to answer, Auber had the ki sense ability and considering Mollusc is a powerhouse, it's safe to assume his partner is on a similar level therefore finding them shouldn't be so difficult.
He listened to what Radula had to say and was intrigued "So, you're descendants of Xylo? How interesting." He stated, ignoring most of what Mollusc had to say, including his drawing as he wasn't aware of the Porunga figure so he most likely wouldn't comprehend what the powerful Namekian had to share about.
He did however listen to how Mollusc theorized about Xylo being Porunga's wrath incarnate, "I highly doubt the warlord was a crusader in the name of a deity. He was seeking power over the universe." He shared his perspective of Xylo's motives, he pondered how the two might react.
In any case, soon he must find this partner for it may be his only chance to get out of here and reunite with his brethren.
