Peno, the woman with Gigantism (DONE/SKIPPING BP)

She’s 7’8”, and has a scar going from the top of the top of the lip, going across the lip and down her face.

Born on Earth in West City, she was for the most part normal till there was abnormal growth, her body growing seemingly faster and much taller than normal, reaching 5’8” at 10 years old. While her body was growing taller and bigger than normal, her personality didn’t age. Because of her size, she was bullied and grew a weak, subservient personality, growing into a weak-willed person, wanting nothing more than to become a scientist and researcher.

She continued through life, slowly getting bigger, and wanting to shrink into her clothes most of the time for a long time. She made a couple friends that drifted off of her and left her feeling empty. Till Freshmen year in Orange Star High School, where she met her first crush and first true friend, Sleet. His name and personality were cold and off-putting to most, but she slowly approached him with the need to get school work, due to having to be at the doctor because of her disease.

And to her surprise, he agreed, helping her out and being overall uncaring, minding his own business. To this, she was delighted and came to him slowly, more and more, building her trust in him and liking him more and more. There trust in one another grew to allow them to divulge secrets they would have never had to anyone else. Sleet found out that Peno had a mutated version of Gigantism that was worse than most cases and while it had been mostly cured, this was a very different strain and they were having to start from near scratch.

Sleet revealed to her the ability to use ki, and while she didn’t want to fight as her body was a bit frailer, she was taught how to sense and hide her ki. The relationship only strengthened, as Peno had her first crush on him but didn’t say anything as she was still nervous and scared. They showed there love for anime, manga, movies and food. They binged for days, neither leaving her bedroom, just binging shows and mangas.

Before the summer even ended for Peno and Sleet of there Junior, something new arose, he had to move across the planet for his father’s work. Peno was unable to get out her feelings and they parted as friends, him going and her devastated. She, however, had her personality remade and becoming more strengthened as she continued her path as a scientist and inventor.

As the years progressed, she became a better inventor, tweaking gadgets as well as making creations for fun to pass by time. She one day, as she’s attempting to make progress in the field of her disease, she’ll be able to find Sleet as she’s hasn’t seen him in a long time. At her 21st birthday, she decided to journey outward and experience life, experience the real world and not behind the walls of her safe house.
