BACKGROUND: Most Shinjin prefer to stay in the realm of the Kai's or in the heaven's of the otherworld looking out at the universe from a relatively safe place. Some are even born into a further greatness that allows them the privilege of direct contact and direct interaction with a galaxy or universe in some cases where they are tasked to keep the balance of mortals. There are others still that find the lives of the Kais and Shinjin rather boring, or at the very least unfulfilling. Eae would have liked to have been born into the privilege of the Kais, but he was not so fortunate, though he didn't let it stop him from watching over the North Quadrant, not so much from a place of a protector but more like a child with an ant farm. He had no cares for training like some Shinjin, at least not in the typical ways of martial arts and gaining power. His power did give him a strange reputation on some smaller planets when he would show up suddenly and heal someone before leaving just as quickly.
This reputation started to become a small whisper on the planet Earth as well. A human looking creature with a power level no bigger than a typical human would show up and perform seemingly miraculous feats of healing on all types of humanoids before seemingly disappearing into thin air. The truth was much simpler of course, as a Shinjin such as himself had the innate magical abilities such as healing, but also a useful shape shifting ability that allowed him to blend in and disappear into a crowd as if he were never there. His low power level lent itself to this as well, as even though with scouters and power reading couldn't tell him apart from the typical human walking the street.
At first it was just an amusing hobby to help people and see their reactions, but it started to twist into more of an entertaining way to keep his mind busy and in some cases cause trouble. After a few decades even that started to become tedious, but the idea of directly changing the tides of the lives of these mortals was still an amusing concept. What started out as a well meaning act had turned into that of a hired-healer for better or worse. Eae would show up during conflicts on distant worlds and help those that had the means to help him in return. Sometimes a well-meaning group of rebels had a mysterious stranger healing their wounded and leading to the overthrowing up a dictator. In other cases a ruthless wannabee would run over entire cities with a seemingly invincible army that seemed to return to the battlefield regardless of injury. It was all a game to Eae, but a lucrative game that fed his need for entertainment over the need for power.

Mysterious Healing [SU1>SU2] - A seemingly miraculous and mysterious healing ability from the viewpoint of most mortals.
SU1 - 1KP Cost Heal target player 33% of their PL
SU2 - 2KP Cost Heal target player 66% of their PL
UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
Energy Sensing - Able to sense the natural energy of all beings. Cannot sense the energy of created beings such as androids.
Shape Shifting - The ability to shape shift into the form of another bipedal humanoid. This only allows for the shifting into other bipedal humanoids and not monstrous creatures with extra limbs or animals (Such as dogs). This ability cannot change the height of the user by more than 3 feet by an increase or decrease, and despite physical appearance cannot increase or decrease physical strength. The form used can be held as long as the user wishes, and this includes change in clothing appearance, as well as changing the sound of ones voice (since the voice box itself is physical). The changes are only surface changes regardless of appearance in every instance (A third eye cannot see, a saiyan tail is just aesthetic, namekian ears do not suddenly hear better, etc).
