History:
Born into nobility, he was named at birth, Prince Henry the 8th. During his childhood, he was distant. As with usual royal families who care more about titles and such, he wasn’t allowed to socialize or even see the lower class kids unless he was going out, and even then, he was forced to keep this toxic relationship with nearly everyone.
He was taught to be good at everything and he was, he just didn’t like being forced to be a cookie cut symbol, he strove to be different. And so, at the age of 11, he focused particularly in secret on poisons and ways to disguise things as heart attacks which was hard, but after 2 years on the deep web; searching, buying, and making deals, he had killed his parents and anyone else in line to the throne, and cemented himself as the ruler.
He officially only wanted to be known as Prince since he was not rightfully picked to the throne and he went through a name change, to Paul Raiders, his nickname “Sleet” being adopted as he prepared to go through Highschool, pretty much-telling everyone that he’d be going and they couldn’t stop it.
When going through school, his overall tone and demeanour pushed everyone away and it was nearly a complete joke to him, and by the beginning of the second semester he was nearly done. It was too easy, too childish. Until he was approached by Peno, who he found a little annoying at first but grew to tolerate then enjoy her.
He never pitied her for her disease and to see how she’d do and she was more impressive than he thought she’d be when teaching her ki. While not physically strong, she was mentally strong and she was able to learn to hide her ki and sense others. He slowly over the course of the years began to enjoy her company.
But he decided that high school wasn’t for him and he made the excuse that his father's work was something he had to deal with and moved but he really wanted to train and get stronger. He gave Peno a number of 36 24 36, and headed out, his status and his money being able to higher teachers as he bettered himself.
While on his journey, he came across a pond and when he drank from it, he found out his body doesn’t age appearance wise so he’d always appear 17. While a little annoy, he saw this as a blessing in the end, with people being able to underestimate him. And so, he trained, getting stronger and better over time.
And now, he waits for people to ring him up for a job to do, getting it done for dirt cheap, no matter the job. He hopes to get back in contact with Peno as well whenever he can.
