South City was always populated, even during this time of year when people were beginning to wind down and enter their busy lives after the summer has ended. Most of the tourism had slowed down significantly, however, the streets were still crowded with the people who worked and lived here. And as the work or school began once again, it was only a matter of months, weeks or even days until they had developed an unhealthy amount of stress. With this stress, they would be more susceptible to his message. Leon was at the corner of one of the busiest streets in the city this cool afternoon. However, he made sure to look the part as well, using a bit of magic to disguise his appearance to make to seem like he was a human in his late twenties and clad in warm clothing. His typically raspy voice was also altered with magic, giving it a much more pleasant tone. "Citizens of South City, have you been feeling down lately? As if anything you do doesn't matter due to how difficult life is and the eventual futility of it? Do you wish to find true happiness and maybe even a way to live forever?" Raising his arms to the sky, his voice would also grow into a crescendo. "This is not impossible and will not require the use of the fabled dragon balls to give you immortality. Trust me, I used to be lost as well. However, joining Judgement changed my life for the better and I have never been happier. Soon I will be granted the immortality that we all desire, but first I wish to spread my secret with you."
A fake smile was plastered on his face as Leon continued to go on and on. While his sermons were largely ignored by the crowd, he had gotten a few people who had come up to him and ask a few questions that he patiently responded with half-truths. The shinjin had no intention of breaking his promise to the people, however, their immortality wouldn't be what they had expected. Of course, if you were to go up to a person and tell them that they would have to die to become immortal, they would give strange looks and ask about the seemingly contradicting statement which would not give his group a great reputation. "I promise you, once you join Judgement you will never want to leave. All we ask for is your allegiance and nothing else. All are welcome here."

A SLICE OF HAPPINESS
BASE PL: 48,000 (HOLY FRAIL || -x2)
"HHHAAAACHOOO!" Chamil burst out, wiping her nose. She came to South City with the intent of stirring up some trouble, but what she could only assume were allergies took hold. Try as she might, she'd just let out a shrill wheeze or sneeze when she tried to power up. The goat groaned in defeat as her runny nose sniffled again, slightly pinkish eyes weak as well. She hadn't felt this bad in ages, and it was so sudden, too! The demon grumbled to herself, slumped over as she pushed past pedestrians walking around. Hopefully there was a pharmacy somewhere around here...
And then, a voice. A human talking about... what was that? Immortality!? Chamil's gaze sunk. Unless he had Beelzebub-tier magic, she doubted it. Still, her feet seemed to propel her to the scene on their own out of sheer curiosity. She hadn't even taken a good ten steps forwards before her nose itched again, and she reared back with an even louder wheeze, gag, and sneeze. Clasping a hand around her now dry throat, Chamil slouched further several civillians turned, distancing themselves from the "sickened" demon, a demon that was becoming very, very agitated. She didn't have allergies this bad last thime she checked.
"Before you promise immortality, give us some god damn decent air that DOESN'T suck ass, moron!" She wheezed at the disguised Shinjin with a snarl that was pitifully raspy compared to her usual elegant tone. Little did Chamil know the man at the podium was the source of her "sickness."

Preta's PL: 1,750 | Holy Frail = -x2
“Give them false information. Guide them like the sheep they are. Convince them that we are merely giving a gift, and that you must join the cause in order to receive. Immortality, wealth, food… If they wish for something, tell them that it shall be granted in do time. It will work, for these feeble-minded mortals will do anything to quench their desires…”
—————————————
Ever since the two brothers reunited, they’ve been discussing potential areas to spread their ideology. Their ideology was simple: promise immortality and happiness. Or if someone wanting something, such as food or money, say that will be granted as well… It was quite simple. All mortals have a desire; albeit selfish desires. All you had to do was just know what they crave and promise to make it a reality. If possible, you could even show them proof by somehow spawning their desire. With both Leon and himself able to work with magic, this of course wasn’t difficult.
A tall man would be in the middle of the small group of people that decided to listen to Leon’s sermon, a short smile spread across his face. This man would none other than Preta, who decided to take the appearance of an older male, possibly around his 40’s or 50’s. He was wearing a sort of white robe, obviously standing out among the crowd. Whenever his brother was finished with his speech, he couldn’t help but chuckle quietly, managing to do so without gaining anyone’s attention. Leon honestly overdid himself with these sorts of things, but again, it seemed quite effective considering the attention he was receiving.
But that would be ruined immediately after he heard a female’s voice. Slowly he turned around, only to notice a… zooanthrope. He blinked a couple of times, a low growl escaping the disguised Preta. If they weren't in the middle of a crowd, he would've most definitely done something. For now though, he'll just remain a spectator.
Due to his relation with Leon, he doesn't show any physical weakness whenever around him. He does suffer the Holy Frail's status effects however...

Leon hadn't expected any results in his preaching today. Typically, he was ignored by the city's population as they believed that he was a crazy fanatic. The shinjin was caught off guard as he noticed a goat-like figure in the crowd who seemed to be suffering from what appeared to be the common cold or allergies. While he wasn't sure which of the two it was, she would go on to ask for cleaner air from his "god".
Bringing up a smile to his face, Leon spoke in a gentle voice, also unaware that he was the cause of Chamil's suffering. "My child, as shocking as this may seem, the path to immortality isn't through a deity of any sorts, but rather beings just like me and you. They are the ones who wish to share the secret of immortality with their followers." A murmur ran through the crowd. While Leon had been slightly bending the truth, as the leaders of Judgement could technically be seen as gods, there was a glimpse of hope in some of their eyes. Turning back to Chamil, Leon had decided to attempt to further his point.
"The air you breath isn't the cause of your ailment, but rather the constrict of mortality." He claimed before lifting his arms up, trying to gesture to the world around him. "Your life is full of nothing but sorrow and anger. Those moments of happiness you cherish so much are only there to give you the false promise that life will get better. Judgement will show you the true path that will cure all the suffering you feel and grant you eternal happiness. Although perhaps it would be the best if you heard it from the mouths of one of our founders." While he was unsure how fast he would arrive, Leon silently reached out to his brother.
May I request your assistance Preta? I require some assistance in my speech today. Come and tell them the joys of immortality. Leon was nearly positive that the message had reached his brother. But all he would be able to do right now was to wait for Preta's arrival.

A SLICE OF HAPPINESS
BASE PL: 48,000 (HOLY FRAIL || -x2)
"...What." Chamil blinked her watery eyes. What was this bozo on about. "What do gods have to do with any of this?! Screw the gods either--" She snapped, only to be interrupted as the preacher preached on about her own morality, and how that was causing this??? "Pffhfhhhhh---!!" She couldn't help to hold back what was a mix between a laugh and snotty sniffle. "HAHA! I'm... livin' the life, I tell you." She pointed a finger accusingly, wiping her nose again in a futile attempt to ail her congested tone. "I got my own city, a team of buds I can chill and cause chaos with, and plenty of goodie-kills under my belt. I'm not sad or pissed! Save for being angry at you." The crowd began to back away, some recognizing why the caprine was familiar in spite of her illness. This was the makeshift mayor of Badman City!
Evil though she was... restricted in terms of power, the demon still darted through the air and hovered inches from the "human's" face, eyes fiercely narrowed as demonic ki crackle from her body, surging before calming down as she turned her head away to hack and cough again. "Case in point, actually make some goddamned sense before I murder you too." She snapped, pointing a hand forwards as ki began to bubble at the demon's fingertips...
Chamil's PL momentarily spikes to 96,000, but it's back to 48,000 by the end of the post.

Luckily Leon seemed unaffected with the goat’s outburst, a short smile forming across his lips once the shinjin began to speak. He was doing quite well with his sermons, seeming to have managed to gain some people’s interests. The man looked around at the crowd, noticing a few people stepping in to listen with what Leon had to say. He didn’t mind the fact that some people thought Leon’s preaching could be viewed as ‘insane’ or ‘delusional’, knowing full well that these promises were too good to be true. But he will prove to these mortals that he could do these sorts of things in due time…
Once his brother was finished with his sermon, he would turn towards Chamil, giving a look of disgust at her words and the fact that she was laughing. But once he heard who this person was, his eyes would widen. This wasn’t due to fear however, but instead he was surprised. He calmed himself however, taking in a deep breath and smiling. Preta heard Leon asking for his assistance, but for now he’s going to remain in the crowd to see what Chamil was gonna do.
He stood still whenever Chamil went and moved in front of his brother, a somber look forming on his face. The demon watched the energy crackling from the goat’s body, letting out a short chuckle once hearing her threat. He would take a few steps towards the two, gently gripping the woman’s shoulder and looking down at her. “Calm down, my child. There is no need to do any sort of heinous acts.” He spoke calmly, smiling as he turned towards the crowd. “Now you might not understand Judgement, but trust me when I say that this is your salvation. You will earn more than just immortality, children…” The disguised demon would then raise a hand up, clenching it into a fist. “If your desire is wealth, then we shall provide…” A spark of light would form around his hand, and within an instant, he would be holding a large sack filled with zeni. He would raise his other hand, clenching it into a fist like he did before. “If you desire food, then we shall provide…” Again, a spark of light would form around his hand, and within an instant, he would be seen holding a platter of various meats and veggies.
This certainly earned the attention from the crowd, as evidence from their surprised looks and eager stares. “Children, we want to lead you into paradise. Judgement is everyone’s salvation; to the poor and the rich, to the innocent and the wicked, to the thugs and murderers… we wish to bring you true happiness.”
“My name is Father, the founder of Judgement. Come join us and earn yourself a slice of happiness, or in this case…” He would flick his hand that was carrying the platter, a tall cake suddenly replacing the fruits and veggies. “… a slice of cake.” Preta would flick his hand yet again, the cake and plate suddenly disappearing! But if anyone was to look down, everyone could see that they were now holding a slice of cake, including Leon and Chamil! “Now… everyone dine.” The tall human would take a bow before throwing the sack of money to the middle of the crowd, causing people to scramble towards it!
While the citizens were distracted, he would place his hands upon Chamil’s shoulder again, looking towards her with a sort of angered expression. “… Shall you join me and my apprentice for a brief moment? I wish to discuss something with you.”

Her own city? It wasn't long before Leon finally realized the goat for who she was. He had heard of the events in former Satan City, although he had mostly dismissed it at the time. It was all none of his concern what had happened there, and at best it did help them a little bit in the goal. However, somehow he had managed to annoy the goat who had begun to threaten him. Without his spectacles, he was unable to see how powerful she truly was, but the shinjin was able to infer considering she had the power to take down a gigantic city.
"Murder me?" Leon spoke in a calm voice. While a normal person would have typically been fearful in this situation, he couldn't help but feel indifferent to it all. After spending countless years in the afterlife he simply couldn't distinguish the difference between life or death anymore. "What difference would it make once you murder me? Sure, it'll make you happy, but dying and living go together hand in hand. Eventually, it all becomes useless." Looking around at the people the surrounded them, the few trees that stood on the sidewalk and even at Chamil. "The strongest warrior will eventually fall one day. Without immortality, death will always come up to you. When you kill someone, you're just speeding things up. You will die one day. If not killed, perhaps through old age or disease." A few of the fearful crowd still remained, looking at them with bewilderment and confusion. Fortunately, it wasn't long before his backup had appeared.
Thankfully, Preta had introduced the other aspects of Judgement which Leon was less familiar with to distract the crowd further. "Thank you, Father." He said to his disguised brother. Without hesitation, he would eat a few bites of the cake that magically appeared in his hands. But as he was doing so, Leon noticed that he had walked up to Chamil again and overheard him. "Indeed," Leon said looking up to Preta with adoration. "There is a lot more to Judgement than it appears at first."

A SLICE OF HAPPINESS
BASE PL: 48,000 (HOLY FRAIL || -x2)
"Ooooohhhh my fucking kaaaaissss..." Chamil groaned in agony as the preachy, disguised human continued, running a pair of hands down her cheeks. "Do you really think I give a flying Bao about things like that?" She hissed, the energy in her palm growing further in intensity despite her "illness." "I don't. In case you don't know as well, demons like myself are ageless. AND I can fend for myself PERFECTLY well, you dullard." The demon snapped, about to fire her blast and end the preacher's life right then and there... Only to sneeze loud again and loose her concentration as another human approached... "Oh Kami, they're multiplying." Chamil half-joked with a stuffed snort.
The crowd might have been impressed at the human's seemingly miraculous act of creating from thin air, but Chamil just let out a demonic groan once more. "Big whoop, you can materialize with magic. Been there, done that." The goat assumed with a harsh glare, only giving Preta a sinister grin when he asked if they could talk. "Oh golly gee whillikers, surrreeee. Why not?... But if you waste my time, then I'll end you both." She raised a finger, a dark burst of ki flickering. "Or worse."
