It had been nearly a month since the two had left the lookout in their quest to find the Z-Sword. They had attempted to follow the words that were inscribed on the scroll found only to be brought nowhere. Perhaps this time the legend truly was false. While Neo was finally glad to be back and pleased that the lookout wasn't in pieces again, she still harbored some dejection about this false journey. Frozone, who had accompanied her on this trip was indifferent about all this, having believed it was false throughout this entire time. While he had typically acted as her friend and disciple, now he would now have to act as her parent for a short period of time. "Neo, it's just one legend. It's fine to believe in some of them like the dragon balls, but that legendary sword isn't just real." He spoke hesitantly, trying the console the moping doragon. "Perhaps its a call from Saban telling you to focus on your quest rather than being sidetracked."

Slowly looking up at the arcosian, Neo looked at him with an empty stare as she tried to process his words. An empty legend? Was that even possible? Most of the legends she learned, were all true. But if this was false what else wasn't real? All those fantastical stories she was told in her childhood was all just works of fiction? Perhaps even the dragon balls were false. However, despite how much she tried Neo couldn't even find herself to question whether Saban herself was fake. However, her doubt on the dragon balls was beginning to rise. "Frozone, what if this quest to become kami I'm going on is empty? What if the dragon balls aren't real? If that's true there is really no hope for the world." Neo said, with a quiet laugh.
Frozone began to frown, trying to comprehend the situation she was in. While he had some experiences with emotions, it was such a long time ago to the point where he had forgotten nearly everything that had to do with being a father. All he was able to do was to try to reassure her. "They're real, trust me. Once you and that saiyan king go to Namek, we'll learn for ourselves. It won't be a fruitless trip. Wait, Neo where are you going?" The arcosian called out, surprised when Neo began to walk out in the midst of his words.
"I just need some time to myself alright?" Neo called out, walking to the edge of the lookout and taking a seat, allowing her legs to hang off the edge. Looking down on everything, it all seemed insignificant from this height, as if they were all ants. Was this what Saban saw when she looked down from the heavens? Closing her eyes and putting her hands together in a prayer, Neo quietly muttered to herself. "Saban please help me. I need your guidance. Just anything will do. Please, just tell me whether the legends I believe in are true. Tell me, if Earth still has hope."
