So glad I decided to apply early like I usually do so I can change if need be.
Changing my barrier's I'd get at 7k and 14k
New 7k - Flash Step [SU1] - Using his nimble body size, he can move fast enough to create afterimages that can allow him to dodge technique's 100% below his PL.
New 14k - Ultra Punch Combo [UP2] - Charging both his fists full of ki to smash them into the opponent for 66% of his PL, comboing them. It thankfully isn't an infinite chain.
