Simply post below using the template, and once a technique is approved, you can list it in your Character's Plot Page or in a reply to your own accepted Character Application. Just my starting moves for my Sheriff here. Technique Name: [N1] Grim Gun
Wiki: It's really just a general energy ki beam. Description: Val cocks his hands up and points two fingers, thumb held up in a 'pistol' fashion. With either one or two hands, blasting blue Ki beams with deadly accuracy. In the future he will be able to have variants of it, such as the Grim Gatling, Sniper, ext. Technique Name: [Up2] Grim Rifle-

Since I was able to buy my Android Scouter, I request to remove my Ki Sense in order to replace it with the following...
Technique Name: [UP2] Hellbat Squall
Description: Building up the energy within his throat, Android C prepares a dangerous attack. At peak pressure, C releases an explosive, body-sized energy blast from his own mouth, aiming to eradicate anything within his own path. (66%)

Gonna apply for an [MP3] JUSTICE! FLAAASH! | Koban's strongest version of the Justice Flash that he can use with any amount of regularity, unlike the last upgrade this is an increase in both raw power and amount of blasts fired.

14k gain - Block Act-3 [MP3] - Taking all his power, he goes to max to block technique's, charging into his hand for 100% if PL.
21k gain - Magic Materialization [UT] - Channeling the magic gifted to him by his great-grandfather Kluttz from 220 years ago, he is able to materialize objects out of seemingly thin air.
