If an opposing technique beats this and Ochra is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. If Ochra is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.
168k Phantom Crush [MA3] Channeling power through his arm, Ochra projects a blast of invisble ki directly at the target, with enough force to leave a large crater into the earth. This ki can be sensed, and with careful sight can be seen due to the rippling of the air. This attack inflicts 100% of Ochra's PL.
176k Afterimage [SU3] Through a sudden burst of speed Ochra leaves behind a controlled image of himself to distract his opponent. He haas complete control over it and the image is capable of preforming any feats Ochra himself is capable of, it cannot however actually harm an opponent, this technique allows Ochra to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of his PL. This technique uses 3 KP in KP Battles.

Description: In a sense, Nashi developed semi-metaphorical ki whiskers emanating from his life-force, invisible to the eye but present to energy sense, and also cats. This nets Nashi increased reflex time (allowing for the potential for easier dodging, as in SIGs), increased body awareness and the general ability to determine the power of a person (an ability all actual cats have). In a word, Catsense.
When the Third Eye chakra is opened, this will develop further, and instead of vague feelings with incorporeal soul-whiskers, Nashi will be able to see ki from his third eye.

Technique Name: [SIG] Blue Bro Bamboozle (Super Instincts)
Description: Twice per thread Nashi can dodge a technique within 50% of his PL, free of KP cost. He is able to do this through slight tricks and a greater ease in dodging, as per his Blue Bro Behold technique, as he has an enhanced understanding of where his body is and, if his foe has a ki signature, where that is, too.
(UA2) Two-Handed Nenshōken: Twice the hands, twice the power. This improved Nenshōken is larger than the base version, about the size of a beachball, and the correspondingly bigger explosion deals 66% of Lao's PL in damage. The pose used when firing it is clearly inspired by the Road Puncher series of videogames, to the point of bordering on copyright infringement.
14k Slot: (SU1) Footwork: A basic evasive technique taught to all novice fighters, but Lao has honed it over countless hours of intense training into a truly formidable maneuver. It can dodge a single attack up to 100% of his PL.
21k Slot: (UT) Chikyū Suiei: An unorthodox maneuver Lao invented during a battle. He gathers up his ki beneath his feet, and uses it to "drill" into the earth, pulverizing dirt, sand, and stone alike. Using this technique, he can tunnel deep into the earth to hide, travel in secrecy, or launch a surprise attack. And combined with advanced breathing techniques he learned from an article in the Z-Fighter Monthly magazine, Lao can stay underground for hours without surfacing for air! The obvious drawbacks are that he cannot see anything while beneath the ground, and must rely on his ki sensing ability to navigate. Also, this technique by itself only hides his physical presence, so he can easily be detected via scouter or by sensing his ki.
