First thing was first: report straight to King Vocado about the success of her mission. Well, and drop Auber off on Earth somewhere, but that was pretty quickly dealt with, and the Saiyan was told to come to the secret base in the North anytime they liked. After that, first thing was first to report to Vocado. Nashua quickly landed her ship outside the secret base and scurried in past the guards, who knew who she was well enough at this point that they didn't even move an inch to question her presence. Her white boots pattered along the stony floor at a rapid pace until she neared the king's chambers, where she slowed her pace to appear more composed.
After straightening her skirt and posture out, she stepped forward and entered the throne room, walking down the hall before getting down on one knee and bowing before the throne. "I have returned, King Vocado," she stated, unable to hide the pride swelling in her voice. She took a deep breath, and figured it'd be wise to begin with her report on Vegeta's current state. Mollusc may have already briefed the king on his own findings, provided he had managed to return safely on his own, but Nashua reasoned that the more information Vocado had, the better. "I had some slight difficulties on Vegeta, but they were only slight - I did not find there to be any tremendously threatening presences on the planet that I was unable to overcome myself."
There was that one Saiyan imposter and his Arcosian, who had pretty respectable power, but the way he'd refused to align himself directly with the Fleet and zipped out, leaving his supposed ally behind to fend for herself, didn't paint him as a major enemy of the Kingdom. "I did, on the other hand, find more than just a few allies among the survivors and resistance fighters! One of them even accompanied me on my way back here, I believe his name is Auber. He's not incredibly powerful, but the fact that he was able to survive on his own for so long on Vegeta should speak for itself!" Once she finished speaking, she inhaled to catch her breath, and hoped she wasn't just spewing out a bunch of useless information.
Her gaze lifted towards her King and she paused for a few moments, before asking, "Do you know what became of Mollusc? We separated to complete our missions once we arrived, though I was unable to find him in the Saiba Wastes when i went looking for him. Did he return safely?"

"Ah. Finally, some good news. Please, stand my dear."
Vocado was having a rough day, to say the least. Things on Namek were already hectic, or so Xanathrozza explained it in her messages. The Dragon Balls did exist, yes, but the Fleet was there already, an elite kill-squad touching down no sooner than the Saiyans did. Was their intent to cut the Kingdom off, or simply to beat them to the punch of making a wish? Only time would tell, and he hoped that fate would be a kind mistress.
Nashua returning unscathed was a welcome sight. Secretly, he held a high level of respect for the girl. She was one of few with some brains about her. Cress and his lackeys were crude, Kalabas was a brown-noser, and, as rude as it was to think, even Banzo with all his might had little tact. Nashua, though? Well... There was a reason he sent her to Vegeta rather than the others.
Her mission report lifted the King's spirits immensely. If she met resistance on Vegeta, it meant the Arcosian's hold wasn't air-tight. Skirmishes could be breaking out daily for all they knew! Maybe reclamation wasn't so far.
"Excellent news! I knew I made a good choice in sending you. I assume Auber is ready for his first assignment? You both need to be gearing up quite soon."
Her next question gave him pause. Yes, Mollusc did return, but not to the base. Thinking for a moment, Vocado found the right words, and spoke. "Mollusc is already onto the next mission. He did well, it seems. Speaking of... You didn't happen to procure the items I requested, did you?"

It was hard to hide the smile that crept on Nashua's face as Vocado expressed words of praise, the Saiyan standing up straight at his request. It was certainly nice to receive some gratification for a job well done, though of course that wasn't the sole reason Nashua had agreed to the mission. "Auber should be ready," she responded with a nod, "His level of strength isn't all that impressively high, I'll admit, and he seems to act a bit rashly when prompted with the chance to act or fight, but I think in time he could develop into a keen ally. He was instrumental in helping me complete the mission you assigned without too much trouble." Oh, right, the mission. It was good to hear that Mollusc had succeeded, as she'd been worrying about him, given his lack of a communication device.
As for her own mission... "Ah, right, uh, excuse me for one second," she said, holding up a finger at her king before rushing out of the room, down the corridors of the base and outside into her space ship. Idiot! She'd left the crown in her ship instead of bringing it with. After looking through cabinets for a couple of seconds, the Saiyan found the sparkling symbol of leadership and rushed straight back over to Vocado, the crown in her hands as she held it out in front of her. "The vault was already quite thoroughly looted when I got there, unfortunately," she stated, bowing her head in disappointment of herself. "But there was one thing that had not yet been pilfered: this crown, which I believe belonged to the late Queen Habana from the days of the Solar Empire!"
She wouldn't be surprised if Vocado was let down by the lack of anything too important or grand in the vaults, though it was better than returning empty handed. Then she at least couldn't call her efforts a total failure, only a near total failure! One thing Vocado had said a moment earlier piqued her curiosity, though. "And, pardon my asking, but what do you mean by greaing up for the next mission? Is there something else we must do already?"

"A Saiyan who's eager to prove himself, yet rash and pigheaded when it comes time to act? Gosh! Never before have I met such a Saiyan! We're usually so civilized!" The King chuckled at his own sarcasm, and continued. "I jest, of course. Tell him he can take any bed in the barracks that's not claimed already. We should have more than enough room for the lad."
His curiosity was piqued by Nashua's next answer. Sad as it was to hear most of Vegeta's relics were lost, knowing one thing remained was a small consolation, he supposed. As he waited her return, his thoughts scurried about. What item could it be? The Furiosa from Zucceta, or perhaps one armor from Boliko's era? No, what came to him instead was far more engaging. Nashua held in her hand the crown of Habana. Not many Saiyan royals wore jewelry, nor anything as exquisite as this item, so seeing it alive and well swelled the King's heart with joy.
"Nashua... This is fantastic!" Vocado hopped out of his seat, collecting the crown from Nashua should she allow. He gave it a thorough once-over, noticing some dust and grime here and there. He'd have to get someone to clean that up! "My goodness... This is certainly a morale-boost for me at least. I cannot thank you enough Nashua. I'll make sure it is refurbished in no time."
Walking back to the throne, Vocado couldn't help but gaze at the jewel in the crown. It gleamed in the dull torch-light; would it be so bad to put it on right here and now? What's the shame in it, right? So what if it was a bit dusty? Not like Nashua would mind.
His thoughts were pulled back to reality when she posed another question. Sitting down, Vocado cleared his throat, and explained. "Ah, yes. I suppose its time we get to that. Most of the crew is already there, but I'd like you to prepare for an expedition to Namek. Its borders opened up unexpectedly, and we have reason to believe the Dragon Balls are active. If we can get a wish before the Arcosians do, Vegeta is as good as ours."
Putting the crown down gently on his armrest, Vocado continued. "You should leave as soon as possible. Updates from Xana and her crew are few, and each one brings fewer good tidings than the last."
"Oh, and one more thing... I want you to take over as commander for the Namek expedition once you arrive. Ramen and Xana will be sharing second-in-command. Is that alright with you?"

She was expecting disappoint from Vocado, but was instead met with quite the opposite. It was almost odd to see the admittedly kind of intimidating King with a beaming smile as he leapt from his chair and took the crown for himself, like a child seeing a favorite toy. Nashua couldn't deny it was a little hard keeping a straight face as Vocado loomed over the decorative hat and thoroughly checking every piece of it for dust or grime. And at the same time, she couldn't help but swell with pride at an apparently job well done! This would likely only bode well for their successes in the future, or so she hoped. "I'm glad you like it," she responded with a smile and a bow of her head, the happy demeanor of the King a pleasant change of pace over the usual dour mood that covered him, even if it was still a bit strange.
Her ears and attention perked up further when he began to answer her question about the mission. So, they were to go to Namek? The Saiyan had been there a few times before. It was a nice place, she supposed. The local Namekians were typically stern, but generally non hostile, so they probably wouldn't really meet with any local resistance. And then, Vocado mentioned the Dragon Balls. Those sounded familiar - weren't they those mystical objects that could supposedly grant wishes? Her question was quite immediately answered by Vocado, and she nodded her head in understanding. "A wish or two would definitely shift the balance into our favor," she agreed, her mind already pondering what to wish for. Was wishing for everyone to stop fighting with each other out of their power? ...Probably. Maybe they could just wish for more firepower, so people wouldn't try and exterminate them as much or as easily.
"I'll leave right as soon as I finish my scheduled rounds, sir," she stated, standing up straight and letting out a determined huff of air through her nose. She didn't mind having to leave Earth right away, as the only obligation she had on the planet was her job as a dishwasher, which she'd probably already been fired for since she'd left without notice for a month to go to Vegeta. As she was preparing to dismiss herself to go complete her obligations and set out, a familiar name left Vocado's lips. "Wait, I'm sorry, did you say Ramen?" she asked, with some clear worry in her tone. "As in, the human fighter? With red hair and a long ponytail?" She almost forgot to respond to his own question, which she quickly added on, "O-Oh, and yes, of course! It'd be a great honor, sir!"
