Ledinjin and Vicarous Thread PL: 48,560 for Led; 8,000 for Vicarous.
Ki Suppression (UT) Active on both Led and Vic. Ledinjin is using Ki Sense (UT) while Vicarous is using both Ki Sense (UT) and the Scouter Visor. GeluIn light of Boreal's appearance, Ledinjin's plan to meet with the Crop Corporation members and find the Pride Troopers became an imperative! However, he needed to bolster up the Rebellion as well, so that they could retake Arcose one day and begin the freeing process of all of the World Trade's Planets that were still alive. Recently, Ledinjin had come across Gelu, one of the other younger members in the Rebellion, and had seen he made some improvements on himself since the last time they met! Vicarous had been frustrated that he was being beaten by Gelu, but he was welcome to his return. Prior to leaving to the cold city called North City, Ledinjin had gathered Gelu and Vicarous together to give them work. "Alright, kids. We've got a hefty objective to fulfill right now," Ledinjin spoke to them, a 3d profile of Boreal being brought up, "You already know who this is. However, we have to go over something right now. Nayu and Saiyu were running a check on the Kinetic Reservoirs on the planet, or Power Levels as everyone knows them as. They came across a massive reading, undoubtedly Boreal's. Almost expected, he gave off a near 500k power level. From what we also detected, there were some others gathered with him, 2 clocking around my strength at the current. One was about your own levels. Immediately, because he just appeared, these high level presences gathered at Boreal's location to undoubtedly serve him, although one of these presences has shifted off world. Where, we don't know, but I can certainly say that Boreal's already got them on the move!"He turned off the hologram of Boreal, bringing up a strange holographic poster. He was clearly not done, as he stated, "Vicarous had designed these, 'posters,' for people to learn of us. Right now, we must make a declaration to Boreal and the WTF that they will not do as they please! People will deserve freedom and peace without having a loaded gun to their head. These posters, which will broadcast a frequency globally, will be making this declaration aloud... It will be bringing Boreal around, so you are best to hide yourselves. If he tries to blow up the city, I will engage him... Alone. In the meantime, I am going to have you two gather names, gauge people on whether or not they'd be qualified to..."Ledinjin paused, Vicarous having raised his hand mid sentence. He turned the hologram projector completely off and gestured to Vicarous to speak. The Heran quickly outcried, "This is such a dumb plan, boss." "Yeah, but we're not gonna be able to get anywhere if we don't act up. That is our job today: Recruit and declare to Boreal that we're not gonna let him waltz and do as he pleases! You'll be running around the city to all 51 of these guys and see who gathers around. Some are bound to be smashed up, no doubt, but you'll be fine."In the present day, Vicarous and Ledinjin had gone ahead, their presences masked and outfits covering up what they look like in large brown, hooded cloaks. Ledinjin wrapped his tail around his leg to keep it from showing as much as it normally would. The two of them managed to scour the city and mountain posters on top of buildings high and low before they ended up in the central section of the city. The day was cold, so a lot of people were wearing very bulky clothes. Vicarous had his scouter visor upon his face, the execution command for the posters to activate on all the holographic displays they set up. "I'm set when you are, Boss." "Do it. That'll give Gelu the sign to make his way here ASAP."Vic nodded and tapped the red button on one of the earphones the visor was attached to. The words, 'Program Executing,' were on his visor before dozens of pings, totalling at 51 all around the city, popped up on his visor. He turned it back to the power level scouting setting, wincing a bit as he said, "Man, that was a bit loud... But it's been done." "Alright, you and Gelu get to working. I'll be on Recon for Boreal or anyone that might be proving to be a problem," Ledinjin told him. The two split up, Vic going into an alley to the nearest poster and seeing who showed up, while Ledinjin took to above, on the buildings. He hid in the shadow of a ventilation access point on top of a apartment building, looking around for what'll happen. Alright guys! For these advertising posters, you can design what you'd like! The mentality is, "Freedom of all people! We shall not stand for the WTF's threat to the planet Earth or any other planet that doesn't concede to them!"

He'd lifted the human into the air. "Why you'd attack me." The martial artist asked as he was thrown into the dirt. The man crawled away as Kraktus stepped on his back pinning him. The Wind brushed across his face. The smell of weakness was in the air. To defeat the World Trade Fleet. It was as stupid as it sounded. No one could defeat fate. It was not the World Trade Fleet they had to fear. He held the poster looking at what it read. The man broke away scrambling. "I won't' let you...." The man rushed forward as Kraktus dodged the man's punch before kneeing him in the gut. The man collapsed as Kraktus threw him into a dumpster. The weak never did learn. They were not the ones who controlled how the fate of the world would be. These posters did annoy him. What fool decided to make these.
His scouter began to Ping. Kraktus once annoyed found himself very interested. His scouter didn't ping. Seems that was the last of these people. He'd rip the poster throwing it as it blew in the wind. He'd just have to find another fool to tear down. These fools thought they could change something. He'd look around. He'd head to another alleyway. He'd look around. He saw someone standing around, He was a Hera from the looks. He didn't say anything just stared at Vicarious waiting to see what'd he do. He clearly had world trade fleet armor. Nothing to Hide. Was he one of these hero's or just another foolish man who thought himself bigger than his britches. One way to find out.

Thread PL: 10,438; Using Suppression; Scouter is active He'd finally returned and now it was time for him to get to business with the rebellion. They needed to recruit a few new members to build their numbers if they were to have any chance against the Fleet. Gelu knew all too well what those monsters were capable of, and half assed warriors wouldn't cut it when this particular can of worms were opened. Not too long ago, a particularly strong force made it's way to Earth and from what Gelu was told it was another Arcosian by the name of Boreal. Just from the numbers that Gelu had glanced on his scouter, he could tell this guy was bad news, and if that hadn't been enough several strong fighters had gathered around the newcomer shortly after his arrival.
That at least allowed them to have some idea as to how many Fleet members were currently on the planet, which for them was a plus. It didn't help that they were outnumbered and outmatched though, they would need more bodies and more power to take on the Fleet, and it was for this purpose that Ledinjin had gathered both Vicarious and Gelu here today. Their mission was to spread posters that Vicarious made all about the city, for the simple purpose of attracting and recruiting new members. Also for letting the Fleet know they weren't alone and wouldn't be able to do as they pleased. Vic hadn't agreed with the idea, neither did Gelu, they were simply making their presence known far too early, but they would be no better than the WTF scum if they just allowed them to do as they pleased just because they were afraid of death.
So with that being said Gelu didn't offer any resistance but simply carried out his mission to the best of his abilities, spreading the posters far and wide throughout the city. Once he had placed the final poster, almost as if like clock work a signal came over his scouter and then the posters began their propaganda.
DOWN WITH THE FLEET! WE SHALL BE FREE! It made Gelu chuckle, sure it was corny but it had a ring to it. Not to mention the FPR logo nice and big behind the wording for all to see. Well the fact that this was on meant that the others were finished as well and it was time for him to head back. With a satisfied nod Gelu turned, ready to fly off to the rendezvous point, but a flicker on his Scouter caught his attention before he could do so. It was a small spike, but bigger than anything the residents of this area should be able to produce and he knew for sure it wasn't Vic or Ledinjin. Could it be they had already flushed out a few rats?
With a simple shift in body weight Gelu changed course, his right hand touching a button on the side of his scouter a few times, simultaneously locking onto the signal while opening a communications channel for him to Vic. "Hey, I was on my way back when I picked up a reading on my scouter. I'm sure it's not you guys so I'm going to go check it out. I'll let you know if I need back up."
He removed his finger from the button, closing the line assuming no reply had come across for him to respond to. It wasn't long before he found the source of the Power he was sensing. Gelu stopped, looking around him he could see a few dead bodies on the ground, the power level on his scouter moving away now. Just from scanning the scene Gelu noticed the pieces of the posted strewn about, being blown every which way because of the wind. His hunch was probably correct, and judging from the direction this guy was heading in. With a few quick taps, he could already tell.
"Yeah, definitely a Fleet dog, and he's heading your way," said Gelu over the scouter as he followed behind his prey, heading towards Vicarious. As he arrived on the scene he saw his Heran partner leaning against the post as the an alien walked out of the alleyway towards him. He knew Led was around somewhere, but he was far from needed in this situation. A power level of 6000 was something Vic could handle. Perhaps Gelu wouldn't be needed here either, still he would make his presence known. Perhaps it would make Vic's stalker a little nervous.
"This one has a temper, yeah. I'd watch my step around him." he called to the alien as he touched down on to post Viz was leaning on, his tail pointing at the Heran to indicate that it was indeed him that Gelu was referring to.

Thread PL: 78,677 (Base)
It seemed someone had decided to try and stir up some resistance. How very amusing.
Arcing across the sky, Boreal came to a stop in the air above North City, looking around. He had been informed that there was some signal here that warranted his attention. Peering back and forth, he hummed for a minute, looking around. There was a number of posters barely visible from up here, but he could see the anti-fleet Propaganda.
He could also see three people gathering in an alley, including what looked like a fleet soldier.
"Excuse me."
His voice boomed through the sky, somehow both a shout and unusually calm.
"Apparently someone here has some grievances with the fleet they would like to share? I'd be delighted to discuss this."
Tilting his head slightly, he looked around, tail lashing. He almost appeared bored. Perhaps if he had the ability to sense power levels, or his scouter was not currently out for repairs, he may have been less bored. One can only guess.

Well, this was to be expected, so let's get this ball rolling. Gelu's voice came over the scouter frequency Vicarous had it set to. He stopped at an alley near one of the lamp posts to observe one of the posters. He mentioned a bogie being present at one of the poster locations, said poster being demolished with some bodies left in the wake. He could sense the presence and made no motion to it, the scouter as well pinging the guy's location. A base of 6k pl is what he got. "Yeah, I got eyes on him... And apparently he's got eyes on me, too," Vicarous stated quietly over the frequency, making sure to not let the man see his lips or hear him, "Head to one of the other posters quietly and scout for anyone viable. If trouble pops up with this guy, I'll handle him..." Vicarous made his way further into the alleyway away from the current poster to another that was about a block and a half away. No need to stick around where he could be watched, was his mentality. Considering the guy also wasn't suppressing his presence, he could track and avoid him a bit more with the buildings! However, another presence popped that made him hug the wall, as their voice boomed through the city! 'There's the big fish,' Ledinjin muttered in his mind, keeping down low still so Lord Boreal didn't see him, 'Hopefully, Gelu and Vicarous are keeping themselves quiet in the meantime... I might have to show myself if Boreal gets impatient.'From his position, he could step out for Boreal to see him. The old rebel, however, needed to gauge how he'd react. At the moment, both sides were down on numbers, and Boreal was probably able to take down a couple, on top of Ledinjin, of other high priority targets that'd be a threat, but not without taking a dangerous level of damage. There was, also, that natural hide all of them had, so scaring him off with a threat to his life wasn't likely... Planning had to happen for now, and that meant gathering people together, even with Boreal here! The other presence, while it was known to Ledinjin, wasn't much of a threat with Gelu and Vicarous present around these people. General Kraktus

Seems this hera had seen him. The man had walked off as he began to follow him. Like he'd let him just walk off. He thought he could escape Kraktus. As the man walked off a savage grin filled Kraktus face. Then he'd grab a button from his. Did they think they could run? The Flayer of the Sea took no prisoners. Who cares if he was in a large city. The more people to pay for their arrogance. All of a sudden a pod landing behind Kraktus. Before he could transform he got a massive ping on his scouter. It was 78,677. That was a high number. He didn't know who it was but he didn't care. He already was ready to kill this hera. "Flee Hera Flee." He'd speak in his native tongue which just sounded like a baby trying to speak. Gibberish to most. All of a sudden his body began to grow. The buildings between him cracked and burst as his body transformed into a monstrous beast. He could track this man but he knew where he just went what direction. Time to deal with him with one strike. "Did you think you could escape me!" He'd speak in his native tongue agian as one of the new massive arms he gained swung down widely to where he thought Vicarious could have gone. Course he only swung in the direction Vicarious went if he had changed direction he'd miss still, he'd prob cause a great amount of damage to the nearby crosswalk and street. He made sure to be careful and not hit any low power levels. He just wanted the Hera. He'd roar out the maw breathing hard as the many eyes that now adorned his face looked around for anyone to strike. Annoyed he can't find that super hera he trasnform. Son of the Sea Powerlevel:30,000. Swings one of his arm in the direction he saw Vicarous go.

Gelu simply smirked at the Heran's response. Of course he didn't need his help, still Gelu was bored now, he was the only not getting any action. Though he supposed Ledinjin wasn't doing much either, just standing watch. Gelu floated up off the post, getting ready to move to another when all of a sudden a space pod flew by him and crashed into the ground. What the hell was going on? It had the fleet emblem on it, so he assumed that it was the Aliens. Did he figure he couldn't take Vic as he was, he must have had some plan to do with the pod, but before he could figure it out Gelu's scouter started going off like crazy.
His eyes opened wide in surprise at the number popping up in front of him. It was over 78,000. There was only one being he knew of on the planet currently with that strength, and soon enough his worries were confirmed as the booming voice reached his ear drums. Boreal had made his way to North City, how convenient. Too bad they weren't ready to face him in any way at all yet. What on earth was he doing here? How did he hear about the posters so fast? They literally just activated them not that long ago. Gelu would've hid himself, but from his current position Boreal was staring right down at him. He was pretty much the first person he would've seen. Should he run? Or would it be best to stay? It's not like he could out run the guy anyways. Perhaps he'd just play it off.
"Who the hell are you?!" He called back in response, feigning ignorance. Then shortly after those words left his lips his Scouter beeped again. This time a power level of 30,000. Glancing over his shoulder Gelu saw that the small Octopus had grown, quite large in fact. Like something you would expect to see in a movie, but still he wasn't worried about Vic at this point. He could handle that, what was more important was he needed to get himself out of this mess safely. Hopefully Boreal would ignore the fact that one of his dogs was attacking them right now, and decide to not join the fray.

Hmm. Nothing was especially sticking out... perhaps whoever had been putting this up already left.
He was about to turn and begin sweeping the city, but a loud noise echoed from nearby. There was a large squid-like creature currently thrashing about, yelling something. Then, it began to grow, becoming monstrous.
His brow twitched slightly. He had seen that armor, before he transformed.
"What do you think you're doing?"
In a moment, he was floating in front of Kraktus, an unimpressed look on his face. "You sound like a child throwing a tantrum. Calm down and cease pointless destruction of the architecture. The situation is hardly dire at the moment." Sighing, he turned around and lifted a hand.
"As for you lot, come on out. There isn't much point in hiding, not when your powers are easily sensible. This is just embarrassing for everyone involved. I have little desire to show off by killing innocent civilians, and if my men continue causing collateral damage for no reason, I will deal with them myself."
His gaze turned back to Kraktus for a moment, clearly unimpressed with the alien's actions. Really, side effects from fights were one thing, but he wasn't even aiming properly at anyone. Unless his target had been baiting him to attack buildings. Still, if that was the case, he was even more vile than he accused the Fleet of being.

This was a nasty predicament for Vicarous! The guy that saw him before was pissed off, sounding like one of those earthling horror movie aberrations that show up at night time! He peaked around the corner and saw that they, also, had gained in size and multiple eyes and were aiming for his general location. Vic rolled out of the way, part of the building being smashed off and creating a violent scene!
'Ah shit,' he repeated in his head, getting back on his feet and making a mad dash for the next nearest alleyway. He could feel Boreal close in on the squid monster's location, which caused him to quicken his step as much as he could. Thankfully, Ledinjin's hard training to increase their speed with their suppressed energy was coming in handy! He continued thinking, 'I need to bail outta this part of town and fast!'
Ledinjin saw Boreal charge down prior, meanwhile, thinking the jig was up on his hiding spot. However, the random bogie's power spiking up seemed to have caught Boreal's attention rather than the others! He needed to keep an eye on them as best he could without showing his location, so he took a step off the ledge and down into the alley below. They were a block away, and with the destructive sound he heard, Ledinjin felt confident that he'd not be spotted. Gelu's voice from above, however, caught Ledinjin's attention!
'Gelu, what are you doing,' Ledinjin thought in a worrisome tone! He looked up from the alleyway, around the corner to him. He knew better than this!
He called in a loud whisper, "Gelu, get over here ya idiot!"
The bogie had Boreal distracted, even if it was for a moment. If he got down now and got to his job, things should be fine. Ledinjin didn't need one of their youngest being snuffed out by a threat like Boreal.
Short Post but... GELU! What are you doing?! XD

Loka had left West City and its surroundings a few days after his visit to the lookout. Wanting to avoid the eastern part of the world as well as the now infamous “Badman City”, he decided to pay a visit to the northern region, to see the state of this region. While not as populous as its western counterpart, North City felt a tad bit more advanced and perhaps a bit more cordial, even. The colder temperature did not sit well with him, but he was growing more accustomed by the day, while still missing the warmth of heaven. During a stroll through the city, he noticed various posters inviting people to join a rebellion of some sort. Freedom for all was the main theme, but the shinjin kept wondering just how much he could trust this information. He wanted to investigate further in this matter, find the originator and question him about his cause. Then maybe, just maybe, he could find some common ground with said individual.
He sensed a larger power nearby. Strong enough, in fact, to stop him in his tracks and making him fear for the worst. Something felt ominous about this energy and it belonged to someone that he did not want to confront himself. Cold sweats ran down his spine, but unshakeable curiosity got the better of him. He did not hide his own energy; it would hold very little purpose in this moment. He felt other strong presences near the main one, although none of them were quite on par with it. Loka himself could not hope to attempt anything. At best, he could prevent his own death, but not much more.
He gathered what confidence he had left in him and flew towards the energy. To his surprise, he saw a massive octopus-like creature, although its size was the only thing worth noting. Near him stood an arcosian, a race he very much disliked and to make matters worse, he was the strong one. Loka stood at a rather convenient distance, trying to assure his own safety while, hopefully, allowing citizens to flee from this place.
“May I ask you what the problem here is? What exactly could warrant such a transformation among innocents?”
At this time, he felt particularly small, but manage to hide it at the very least. Perhaps his intervention was in vain, but the same fate would befall these humans had he not acted in this way. He could only hope, now.
PL: A measly 20k OOC: Certainly not his best idea, but at least he knows he doesn't stand a chance. Sadly, he can't just stay idle while lives are at stake.

Gelu wasn't sure what to do now. Not only did he address the big bad wolf, the idiot after Vic was making a mess of the city. Things were getting way out of hand, and they weren't even fighting. What the hell was going? It seemed Boreal had realized that the squid was one of his members, but unlike Gelu thought he didn't join the fray, but instead proceeded to stop his soldier. Scolding him even. Gelu wasn't sure why, but he would use the opportunity to fly down to the ground, keeping his energy suppressed as he moved.
As he went down he heard his name being called in a hushed shout. Not too far to his left he could see Ledinjin waving at him from the corner on his eyes to come over. Gelu would rather not drag attention to the boss, and so chose to duck into an alley opposite him. He raised his right hand with his index pointed upwards going in a small circle, indicating that he was going to circle around to a different post. Though the look on his face was clearly asking Ledinjin, WHAT THE FUCK?! It was then his scouter picked up someone else, another strong being, though still dwarfing in comparison to Boreal. From what Gelu could see the man was ... he didn't know what he was, but he had a strange feeling to him. Still it didn't matter, Gelu had work to do. With that he waved hats off towards Ledinjin before taking off towards another poster to see if anyone had shown up there as well.

He was going to have some fun then someone called out. All the eyes peered focused on Boreal. He'd grunt, he would have attacked Boreal but strength breed respect. He would not oppose him. Not yet nor do directly. Kraktus tentacle arm grabbing the same button he had used as the blutz waves were turned off. Kraktus began to shrink down. He'd shrink to his normal form. He'd let out a grunt turning to look around. The fighter had escaped. He'd look at the street. He didn't see a squished Hera warrior. So he missed. If only he had more time to look around. His scouter still picked up nothing. All the powers were somehow hiding. Course orders were orders. He'd follow them as long as he'd lacked the strength to decide his own fate. That was how all things worked.
Finally, his scouter picked up a powerlevel. 20,000 was a high powerlevel indeed. He'd look around to see who it was. He was asking what the problem was. He didn't say anything. If the quote on quote lord boreal wished to explain why they were he could. He had no reason to explain why he was here when it was so simple. To harbor Chaos. That was all. It would be enjoyable to see how the foes of them squirmed instead now he could only hope to hear them. Course, he didn't as he was too focused in his rage at Boreal. He had to jump in and ruin everything. Still, not like he'd say that to his face.

As Boreal waited for Kraktus to respond, he noted the impertinent Arcosian flying away, and heard a voice hiss something. He could not determine the exact words, the distance was too great, but it sounded like someone trying to be quiet. The Octopus was clearly hunting something, even if he was doing it very poorly. As for the fleeing young Arcosian, he sighed. "Unwise." Flicking his finger, he shot a beam out of it, aimed to knock him out of the air. "I believe I asked you to come out, not run away."
As the cephlopodian alien shrunk back down, not speaking, Boreal turned to the recently arrived newcomer. He was... odd. There was something unusual about him, but Boreal could not put his finger on it. "I would like to know the same thing myself. Clearly he felt there was something he needed to attack, but the pointlessly wasteful way of doing it is frustrating."
Rubbing his forehead, he looked around.
"Really, are you going to make me hunt you down? You'd think we could just be reasonable, but no, apparently we have to do this the hard way. This is just wasting everyone's time." Sighing, he rolled his head once, then raised one arm. "I said...."
With a flex, his body shifted, and the air all around him seemed to explode outwards as his Aura suddenly pulsed. His horns remained, but smoother and more curved, and his body seemed sleeker and more uniform.
"Come. Out."

Gelu managed to get down from his position, his energy suppressed as he did so too. However, to Ledinjin's dismay, Boreal wasn't letting him off the hook! A beam of energy plenty potent to kill the kid rocketed towards him from Boreal's finger through the alleyway. Ledinjin's form grew in size, a signal that he was entering his Brute Form, his power increasing all the way to 97,210. He dashed rapidly over to Gelu's position in the street still and proceeded to bash the beam with an incredibly swift and empowered whip kick. The attacks created a shockwave the rattled some mirrors apart, and sent it careening to the ground. Ledinjin spun in a circle on the ground, a hand propped to provide a forward balance while his tail was pointed up into the air. The impact created a dust cloud, but he imagined Boreal was about to be on him in a moment, his power level increased far higher than before.
"Boy," Ledinjin spoke to Gelu, his tone worrisome, "Go now. There's nothing to be done here!"
Ledinjin's presence dropped greatly once more, the old Arcosian making a break for it through the alleys. They did what they needed to today: They declared that the Rebellion was still alive and kicking, although it wasn't at full force. They also showed that they were going to be getting stronger!
Vicarous, meanwhile, could sense what was going on. He had increased his pace, going through more alleyways, as well as on and over cars. Ledinjin was making his exit stage left, especially with Boreal's presence increasing tremendously. Being much closer to it, Vicarous felt the intensity of it, like he was using Ledinjin's gravity belt.
Ledinjin enters Brute form to after image and then use Eps Purah Kahnsh, Level 1 (N1) to negate the Frost Beam! He then drops his power level back down to near nothing and makes a break for it, their message having been put out there. The thread was brief, but it was certainly exciting! :D
