BATTLEFIELD STUDY | Kanrin's PL: 1,500 | | Polaire's PL: 17,875 |
"So, this is what became of the World Trade Fleet," Polaire commented, his hands folded behind his back as he made his way through the streets of Badman City. With the mental magic that brought the city to its knees still in full effect, the citizens were anything but inviting. Some turned away and muttered amongst each-other, others shouted and jeered. One even laid on the horn of his car when the Arcosian crossed the street, flanked closely by his Shinjin employer. "Were I still a part of that organization, I would have those responsible severely disciplined. To think they would come to this jewel of a planet and conquer one, pitiable city and then leave... I fail to see how anyone profits from this."
Kanrin couldn't help but roll his eyes at the Arcosian's complaint. Despite serving as his attendant and occasional student, it was rather evident Polaire had never quite come to grips with the moral lessons he had tried to instill. If anything, he was quite clear in his continued sympathy for his former occupation, and his distaste for the self-stated heroes that Kanrin tended to associate himself with. But in the Arcosian's eyes, heaven was something worth striving for... its comforts outweighing whatever indigence he would have to suffer in the meantime. "These people's lives have been ruined," Kanrin replied in a quiet tone, using his over-sized staff as an impractical walking stick. His eyes flicked from citizen to citizen, each seeming as strangely afflicted as the next. Certainly, some of them looked as if they were going about their everyday lives... but to someone with a lick of magical talent, the truth was almost palpable.
The pair finally came to a halt before a wide stretch of road, where some lingering damage could be seen. It wasn't clear if it was damaged sustained in the initial conquering of the city, or merely damage caused by its now-sinister occupants. It didn't really matter: they were here to learn of the city's fate in either case, and so they proceeded at the same casual pace, enduring the same dark glances and occasional insults as they went. "It's strange to consider our new friends met their fates here. They had such fruitful lives to look forward too, as well..."

The name “Badman City” felt almost as ominous as the citizens residing in it. Within its heart, people warped by evil made manifest went about their day, forever changed by the chaos that ensued a few months earlier. Sadly, the former Satan City was but a shadow of its former glory. Loka had managed to avoid this place for a while now, wanting to get accustomed to the better side of Earth before going on with his mission. This way, maybe he could realize the extent of the horror that took place when the brave heroes perished at the hands of the arcosians and their pawns.
Floating above the mass of citizens going angrily about their day, he managed to stay out of range of the projectiles they would throw at him, mostly garbage. Ignoring the booing and whatever they had to say, he patrolled the city, feeling utter disgust for this place. The Loka of old seemed to reemerge within himself and he felt about as sorry for this bad humor of his as for the humans below. He sensed an energy unlike the others. Following the source of said energy, he came across a fellow Shinjin. One he knew by name, although they weren’t really acquainted.
“Well, if it isn’t Kanrin. Came to see the scenery? Quite the spectacle, wouldn’t you agree?”
Sarcasm flowed out of his mouth as he watched with a grimace this city now stained with the wretched smell of evil. Still hovering a few meters above them, he looked at the Shinjin’s companion.
“You. I’ve met your kind during my stay here. Quite the charming individuals, really...”
He looked away promptly, sighing. On a more serious tone, he added.
“I do not know why you came all the way down here, but the situation is as bad as it looks. See for yourself, I haven’t felt as powerless as this in a long time.”

BATTLEFIELD STUDY
CARRO'S PL: 50
The moment he finally worked up the courage to step into Badman City, Carro could feel something wrong. ...That was several hours ago. Carro wasn't sure exactly how long. He really couldn't remember much now.
The silent bombardment on the weakling's mind assured him that he'd be fine as he traversed deeper into the corrupted capitol. Carro had initially decided to investigate and try to find the source of this odd infection of the body and soul, and perhaps be able to find a cure or fix-- something, anything. The green in his eyes dulled now. This was stupid. Everything was stupid. If the people here would stop getting in his way, everything would be fine and dandy. He just had to... go somewhere. Find something. The saiyan couldn't remember why he came here, growing more frustrated by the second. Where did he come from? Where was the exit to this dumb place..?
...Then again, the outside had to be just as bad. Maybe worse. The saiyan's twisting thoughts assured him such. His gaze trained on the ground, the saiyan would let out a pitiful yelp as he felt a bump on his shoulder. "Wh--!" He muttered, only to get shoved again. "Back off, midget." A gruff, beared human snarled, earning an equally vile gaze from the CEO.
"Tell you what? Give me ten bucks and we can forget this happened. Capiche?" Carro's eyes widened before his gray eyes locked right back onto his newfound enemy. "Hell no! Get your own cash- this is mine!" But before the man could say anything else, a swift kick between his legs would send the human to the floor with a yelp as the saiyan sprinted off. But not before taking ten bucks from the man's pocket to see how he liked it! And those two guys with the purplish and red skins over there wouldn't be able to do anything about it! Ha!
Carro managed to sprint several meters down the block, cackling with his new dough in hand. His laughs stopped a few moments later alongside his feet... His eyes regained their luster for a moment as he looked at the money in his hands, running a hand through his hair. Eerie purple veins could briefly be seen on his exposed scalp. "Hhhuuuh..." Carro breathed out and in, glancing around with panic. He still had no idea where he was in the city, but he felt wrong. He felt as if he had the flu, and there was that uncomfortable lump in his throat that wouldn't come out.
Everything felt like it wasn't his own. His hands looked pale, even though they were their normal hue, and even the brush of one of his bangs caught the frightened saiyan off guard. Carro whimpered, dropping his stolen money to the ground, the corrupted veins creeping up his cheeks now. "aaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAa---!" Gripping his head as a newfound surge of pain coursed through, the saiyan sprinted into one of the alleyways nearby, tripping over several toppled trash cans that have overflowed and faceplanting into the mess. The entire scene was likely spotted by two Shinjin right down the road, to make matters unknowingly worse for the grease monkey.
Lying on the ground, the weakling gripped his head in a desperate fight to keep his mind. He remembered Tianum, Sulfur, LEO, Orec... Oro... Oreo? Was his android friend's name Zan? Pan? Everything became a blur as the saiyan closed his eyes tight. His mind wasn't completely taken, his fire still not yet extinguished- not yet, at least.
OOC: Uh-oh, Carro's body isn't strong enough to fend off Badman's corruptive energy! What to do..? Kanrin

Chime's PL: 8,000
After semi-accidentally coming to Badman City a few days ago (under the impression it was still Satan City), Chime decided to stay a while. He would have been much more comfortable leaving, of course, and not have to deal with random passersby calling him greenskin and pretending not to see him as they shoved past. But he stayed, because someone was clearly wrong with this city. He wasn't sure what had happened, since few people were willing to talk to him, and fewer would give him clear story. He couldn't abandon the city, and all its people, to this miasma of gloom that had descended over them, not in good conscience. So here he was, several days into his self-appointed quest and not feeling any farther along than when he started. The little Namekian walked down the street, dragging his feet and feeling pretty down about the whole thing. Whether that feeling was genuine, or the aura of the city finally getting to him, it was impossible to say. Chime was pulled from his own thoughts by a pained scream down at the other end of the street. He looked up just in time to see a blur of red hair duck into an alleyway, and he took of in pursuit. Once he got there and poked his head around the corner, he found the small, but clearly saiyan-blooded, man, curled up in the trash, and obviously in pain. He approached cautiously, with his hands up, "Hey, it's okay, don't worry. You're hurt, right? I can help! I...At least, I think so."

Van-80 PL: 20,000 Pr1de PL: 12,000
“Wrath, Wrath, ooh Gluttony, Envy, Wrath, Lust, Wrath…” Pr1de was spending time in their new favorite city, trying to clean it up a little with their ‘superior’ mind control. They were making sins left and right, clones of all different shapes and sizes bounding around, grabbing as many citizens as possible and bringing out their more sinful side. As an added bonus they found a way to corrupt them without pissing off Chamil, working with her control rather than against. The main Pr1de had just grabbed a nearby woman off the streets, who was now thrashing in their arms, trying to beat the android of her. “You… yes, you are greed, you love the idea of riches beyond your wildest dreams. I can- URRK!”
Before they could finish their mind control schtick, a hand wrapped around Pr1de’s throat before slamming them into the ground. Pr1de groaned in pain, rubbing the dust from their eyes to see Van-80 standing over them annoyed. “I thought I told you never to come here again.”
“Hypocrite,” Pr1de laughed weakly, still reeling from the impact. After a quick breath, Pr1de pulled themselves up, brushing off their clothes. “And what brings you to this hellhole of a city?”
Van took a nervous look around the concrete jungle of misery, hoping that the energy level he picked up earlier was long gone. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, in fact, it seemed to be in the exact same spot he picked up on when he first arrived. “Carro… I think he’s here.”
The prideful robot wasn’t entirely shaken to hear about their bosses predicament. “Why would Hofferbrat be here? There’s no way a pipsqueak like him could possibly last long here.”
Vanity gave one of the alleyways a shrewd stare, “this looks like a good shortcut. Come on! If you really want to hang out in Badman then you at least need to stay with me.”
Pr1de shrugged, ”you’re the boss.” However, a sly grin crosses his lips when an oh so perfect opportunity presented itself. Carro Hofferson was in a city where anger and sin ran rampant, why not let Van’s best friend have a taste.
It didn’t take long for the two to find the saiyan, now huddled on the ground writhing in pain, his orange hair a shaggy mess. Van wasted now time diving to the cement floor, taking the saiyan in his arms. “Hey hey! Carro it’s going to be alright! I’m here…” He looked and saw the Namekian standing next to him, almost missing him entirely. “You… Do you know what happened to him?”
Pr1de kept a slight distance from the scene, instead glaring up at the two Shinjin just floating there. They were never really a good samaritan themselves, however, seeing what were essentially gods just watching as chaos unfolded filled the android with a cheeky sense of fulfillment. It only proved that they were far more capable than heavenly beings such as them. Still, he wanted to do something fun. So they picked up a brick and chucked it directly at the smaller kai. “Hey!” they’d call regardless of whether or not the projectile hit. “You two just gonna stand there? I could do a better job cleaning this shit up than you two!”
Van shot his partner a foul look, furious with the prideful android. “Pr1de!”
“What? I thought you’d appreciate the help.”
Van brought his gaze skyward, seeing the two beings his partner was busy antagonizing. This would actually be the first time he actually saw a shinjin, unsure of what they really were. He decided he had more important things to worry about, bringing his attention back to Carro and the Namekian. Pr1de just rolled their eyes, and instead gently glided up to greet the two. “You two look very out of place for a hellscape like this,” they joked, “come to enjoy the show or were you actually planning on doing something?” It looked like they were just being indignant when really they were stroking their own ego, hoping to prove themselves better than divine beings.
Yeah, take the possible to go savage monkey in your arms and try to piss off a couple of shinjin. Good plan guys!

BATTLEFIELD STUDY | Kanrin's PL: 1,500 | | Polaire's PL: 17,875 |
Kanrin glanced over at the voice, a small smile forming at the sight of another Shinjin. "Kanrin it is," he replied as he dipped down into a formal bow to greet his peer. "It's good to see you here. I -- can see what you mean. I've been in contact with some of those that died in this city, and I fear justice has eluded those responsible... I don't know if you or I can fix what happened here, but it would be worth our time to try."
Before long, the Shinjin's attention was broken from Loka, directed instead towards the little Saiyan that seemed to be trying to make an escape with someone else's hard-earned cash. He turned towards him, raising his hand to direct Polaire to take off in pursuit of the little thief... before the Saiyan turned into an alley-way and crashed into some trash cans. Kanrin's hand remained motionless in the air. He blinked, a little too taken-aback to actually complete the order to pursue. "... What in the. This place really is doing a number on these Earthlings. Perhaps a fix for this place is a little more urgent than I thought."
"Polaire, would you mind--" he glanced over his shoulder at the Arcosian, but before he could so much as finish his sentence, a sudden painful impact sent him stumbling forward. A brick clunked to the ground behind him, thrown be some sort of moody Earthling, and he was only saved from falling forward by his attendant who caught him with one hand. He was pushed back up onto his feet and quickly dusted himself off, turning with a grimace. That hurt. "--That's not how you greet anyone, let alone in a place like--"
Again, the Shinjin was cut off -- this time by Polaire, who had lifted a hand towards the attacker. With a scowl across his face, the Arcosian had raised his finger towards the would-be attacker, a faint orb of white energy crackling to life at its tip. Without much warning, he fired off the energy in the form of a piercing, thin white beam, which coursed directly towards Pr1de.
"Behave yourself," he snapped, ignoring the look of shock across the face of his Shinjin employer.
Polaire fires an [N1] Kanrikosen at Pr1de in recompense for the brick toss! 5,899 PL incoming to Pr1de!

Thread PL: 10,438; Ki Suppression Active; Scouter Active; Transformations Active: None He had heard about the happenings of Satan City, or what was currently better known as Badman City, but he'd never actually seen it himself. Curiosity getting the better of the young Arcosian, he took to the skies and made his way to the city that had apparently been driven to madness. He flew high and at a moderate pace, his scoter displaying a map and showing him where he needed to go. He wondered just exactly what it would look like.
As he pulled closer to the city, he could see the wear and tear that had befallen it in the past few months. It really showed just how much these earthlings needed to do just to maintain cleanliness within their lives. As he flew over head a few people caught sight of him and started jeering, attempting to throw objects at him to no avail. What did they think was going to happen, he was far too high for them to hit him. He chuckled slightly before shaking his head and moving on, from what he could tell everyone here seemed to be in worst of moods, though why they weren't tearing each other apart he wasn't sure. At least it hadn't come to that, yet, luckily enough.
Then came the ping over his scouter, several strong Power Levels were grouped to his left towards the other end of the city. Taking a swift turn Gelu made his way over, and as he approached he could hear voices in the distance. He appeared just in time to see the other Arcosian firing an attack at what appeared to be an Earthling who was standing with another, holding what seemed to be a young saiyan in his arms. Gelu wasn't sure what was going on, but he acted on instinct, firing his own attack to deflect the other. His eyes glowed for mere moment before the ki blasts fired, clashing with the single beam the Arcosian fired and fizzled out.
"I don't know what's going on here, but do you really think attacking them is the best course of action right now?" he asked, pointing towards the small saiyan. "I feel like there are more important matters to do deal with, like what's wrong with him, and this city."
I know Pr1de didn't need the save, but that's Gelu. Cancelled out the N1 with his UP2 at 6889 PL

Loka took a deep breath after hearing what Kanrin had to say. The poisonous air filled his lungs, forcing him to end his respiration with a short cough. The fellow Shinjin had a point. Whether or not they could actually do something about this situation, it was worth a try at the very least. His attention shifted momentarily as he witnessed from the corner of his eye what seemed to be a pickpocket going about his business, his facial features distorted by whatever malice was corrupting this land. He apparently attracted some attention seeing as some curious gathered around the poor saiyan, now prey to the painful curse that roamed this place. He took a few steps towards the commotion, before an object flew towards Kanrin, hitting him in the back of the head. While his attendant took matters in his own hands, he wanted to make sure his peer was fine, despite the shock.
“What an uncouth individual. Are you alright?”
He watched the beam of white energy going straight at the brick-thrower, only for it to be negated by someone else. Eyes rolling at the situation suddenly going for the worse, he walked towards the group, recognizing a certain namekian within the crowd. Yet, he focused his attention on the newest arrival, another arcosian.
“The best course of action is not letting anyone attack us willy-nilly while we are discussing ways to help this city. Maybe you could ask the one who thought it was a good idea to initiate the hostilities.”
He then pointed at the blue-haired android, staring him down in the process.
“As for you… You may want to go easy on the provocations. Believe it or not, we are here to help and unless you think you can do a better job than us, I suggest you stay put.”
He stood there, facing him a few more seconds before he let out a sigh, putting his mind to a more pressing matter. Noticing Chime trying his best to help the poor victim, he joined him, looking at the saiyan with curiosity. The corruption was spreading quickly and pulsating purple veins appearing on his cheeks made him fear for the worst. The other one held the red-haired saiyan in his arms and seemed rather worried as well as unknowing of the sudden illness eating at the victim’s sanity.
“He’s suffering from the creeping curse of this place. The evil lingering about is taking control of him and quickly at that, just like everyone else in this town. I could forcefully expel the evil from him, but it would surely take a toll on his body. Think of it as an exorcism, only a bit…harsher.”
His options were limited at this moment and he would need more time to devise a proper strategy. He could save his life but maybe someone else had a better idea?
“What do you think, Kanrin?”
Maybe he had a better way of dealing with this situation, assuming he didn't get more trash thrown at him while trying to do it.

BATTLEFIELD STUDY CARRO
CARRO'S PL: 50
"uUAAAAAAAGHh--!!" Carro jolted back, back pressed against a wall. His fearful eyes, back to their green hue, were deadlocked with fear onto a... Namekian kid? Carro's breathing calmed, if only for a moment before he slumped, pressing a hand to his head as another headache surged. "U-uh... H-hi." He managed to greet, forcing a weak and unconvincing smile. "I-if you can, p-please do." He'd respond to the kid, sucking in a pained breath. "I'm, uh..." He paused for a moment. "Carro. Who're...?" But as quickly as he managed to briefly recover some sense of self, he'd yelp in shock again as a pair of arms plucked him off the ground. Adrenaline allowed the vile ki to seep further into him, the veins once again pulsating.
The android was familiar, for sure. But between the mixture of bubbling panic, anger, and maliciousness in his heart, Carro found himself unable to move or decide what to do, shaking and staring at the android in fear. He knew this guy for sure, but the poor saiyan would soon find himself thrashing about in the android's arms regardless. "Let me go, asshole! Like you know anything... V... uh... y-you--!!" The pitiful CEO of Crop Co. stuttered, Van's name now long buried in his mind.
More voices took his attention away. Positioned very awkwardly when he stopped thrashing. More figures caught his attention in spite of his heartbeat and ringing ears starting to drown everything out. A very scary-looking android that looked a little like the one holding him, for one, an Arcosian that would probably kill him if his newfound bias was anything to blame, and two oddly-colored humanoids... He did hear something about something taking a toll on his body. An exorcism? But harsher?
His gaze sunk gray again with fear. "AAAAAAAAAAAAANOPENOPENOPENOTTODAYHEEEEEELP--!" Carro thrashed again, this time aiming to glock Van right in the chin with a fist as well, but not before attempting to bite at his hand. And if he managed to break free, then the newly zenkai'd monkey would zip around a corner with a burst speed that was odd for Carro standards. The saiyan wouldn't be sure where he was headed, as every corner looked the same, but anywhere aside from around those strangers was fine by him.

Chime had barely gotten a chance to examine the writhing, red-headed saiyan before another figure appeared in the alley. The Namekian actually jumped in surprise; he hadn't sensed them coming! There were plenty of people in the city, so masking one's ki signature and blending in with the crowd wouldn't be difficult. Still...something seemed off. Chime didn't have the time to consider that long, however, as this newcomer scooped the saiyan up in his arms, and asked after his condition with clear concern. He had to shake his head, "Er, no, not exactly. This city is sick, though, so either someone injured him, or it's getting to him, those are my two best guesses."
He would have explained what he knew about the city in more depth, but another figure he hadn't noticed, apparently a companion of the saiyan's friend, decided to start hurling insults. And a brick. Over towards a trio of what looked like two shinjin and an arcosian, one of which seemed familiar. In the blink of an eye, the arcosian (apparently a bodyguard of some sort?) shot a beam of energy down at the offending brick-thrower, and Chime prepared himself to witness a murder in that instant, but the attack was intercepted, by yet another arcosian. It all happened so fast, Chime was left standing there blinking like a startled deer, and didn't respond to anything anyone was saying for a moment.
He shook himself out of his shock when the purple shinjin, the one he recognized from their encounter at the tower, though he had never learned his name, joined the growing group by the alleyway and confirmed Chime's suspicions. The saiyan boy was under the thrall of the city. Chime quickly dashed over to Loka's side, very eager to find a familiar and friendly face in this dark city.
"Mister Shinjin!" Chime said, and hoped that wasn't a disrespectful way to a guardian of Heaven, "I've been trying to fix things around here, but it's too strong! This place is really messed up! Can you really heal him?" The little Namekian sounded eager, like he very much wanted to observe this exorcism for himself.
It was at that moment the Saiyan started screaming, though Chime couldn't make out what he was saying, and thrashing around in his friend's grip to try and escape. He disappeared around the corner in a blur of tail and orange hair, and Chime gave chase without thinking.
"Wait!" he shouted, "You'll get yourself hurt!"

Pr1de took a small step back, bracing themselves for the oncoming blast. However a split second later they would relax, giving the frost demon a sly smile. The blast was canceled out by yet another attack, this one simply used to try and defuse the tension. They gave a small laugh, looking down at the second arcosian. “Thank you.” They turned their attention back to the two shinjin, both of whom were already touching down next to Van and his saiyan friend. “Right of course, now that you’ve been called out you get to work. How silly of me to think you’d do something of your own volition.”
Van-80 had just about enough of his partners antagonizing. The two had far more important matters at hand “Pr1de! That’s enough! The situation is bad enough!” The pretty bot looked at the two divine beings. “Forgive him… actually, don’t he’s kind of a cretin. Just please don’t kill him I do need him.”
“Them!”
Van rolled his eyes, brushing the hair from his good half. He listened intently as everyone stated their points. He nodded along with Chime. Obviously, the city was sick, evidenced by Pr1de’s absolute joy in spending time in such a horrid place. Then one of the shinjin noted they could perform a sort of exorcism on Carro, hopefully releasing him from the energy corrupting him. Van couldn’t help but grab his friend tighter, the ensuing shock written on his face. “Maybe don’t say that too loudly?”
Pr1de gave a scoff. They knew full well a full on exorcism wouldn’t be necessary as long as they were there. “Fancy,” they taunted, “but not needed. I can clean him up myself.”
Vanity shot them a furious glare. “You are NOT turning Carro into a sin! We don’t need double corruption!” Unfortunately for Van, the few seconds he took his attention from his friend was all the time Carro needed to flail from his arms. “H-hey! Carro its ok we don’t have to- LITTLE SHIT!” The feral monkey bit his friend right on the hand, tearing a small chunk of his synthetic skin from his left thumb, even cutting a couple wires loose, causing the digit to twitch violently. “SULFUR JUST FIXED THAT!” he called after the now bolting saiyan.
A round of applause was heard, along with more snide laughter as Pr1de watched the show. “Yes! Well done Vaney! You all too, good job keeping the patient calm! Hear hear!” This time Van would pin them to the brick wall beside them before anyone else could attack. “Relax Vaney, I have about a hundred clones around here. If you think Carro can get away from all of us, by which I mean, not you all, you’re as dumb as he is. I just can’t promise I won’t fight fire with fire if you know what I mean.” With that, their consciousness slipped into a different body, one perched on a rooftop watching a carrot topped saiyan speed by. “Fast little guy now aren’t you?”
Van dropped the prideful android, a look of determined anger about him. “Great, now we have to find Carro before Pr1de does. Because I highly doubt their method will be any good. Luckily I know someone who can help catch him. She’s very motherly and should be able to keep Carro calm throughout all this.” For once Van would speak internally to his longtime partner. “Ima, I need you to come to Badman City, we got a bit of a problem. Carro seems to have been infected by the city and Pr1de wants to try controlling him!”
The pride clone on the wall smirked, listening to the beauty obsessed android so worried get their mechanical hearts beating. Van just looked at them. “Your main consciousness is in a new body now right?” The clone nodded slowly. “Good,” he then planted his fist straight through Pr1de’s face, causing the clone to crumple to the ground deactivated. “I am so sorry for their behavior. I promise Ima is much more friendly. Now if you want to beat up this body please by all means. Though we should probably go after Carro. Pr1de has a head start and outnumbers us.”
Pr1de goes on ahead to find Carro. For those who don’t know Pr1de has a ton of robotic clones. Sorry if the post is a bit messy, getting over a concussion sucks

BATTLEFIELD STUDY | Kanrin's PL: 1,500 | | Polaire's PL: 17,875 |
Polaire shot an icy glare at the Arcosian that got in the way of his blast. "Don't do that again. I fired with just cause, and I don't appreciate some upstart playing hero. This man," he pointed a finger towards Pr1de, "Is intent on sabotaging this situation by placing himself at the center of it. But I suppose what's over and done with can't be helped now. But consider yourself warned."
Kanrin rolled his eyes at the threat, but offered a not to Loka, confirming he was fine. He remained silent for a moment, taking the time to observe and figure out just what the heck was going on. Between the young Saiyan, the appearance of a concerned Namekian, and the two bickering friends... there was a lot to take in all at once. Finally, he cleared his throat and looked up at Loka. "I think the best thing to do is to get him clear of this city. The magic here is strong, but I have to imagine it's firmly rooted to the location itself. If we were to get him moved to a nearby city, chances are some calm counselling and the passage of time would do it. If not, one of us can see if a bit of healing energy wouldn't do the trick. But--it seems more mental than physical."
He glanced down to the little Namekian addressing Loka, managing a small smile at his eagerness. "But, if you do want to try that exorcism... maybe you can bring this one along with you. I'm certain he would benefit greatly from the learning experience. And if the toll it takes on his body is great, I could stand-by to ease the pain and repair any damage."

While some seemed to be ok with the actions that Gelu took upon his arrival the arcosian he thwarted wasn't happy at all. Firing back a threat at Gelu promising retaliation should he get in the way again. "And what makes you any better if you stoop to his level?" He asked before slowly floating over to the two on the ground with the small saiyan. He didn't blame the Arcosian for wanting his retribution, but there was a time and place for everything and this clearly wasn't the time nor place to be butting heads.
He eyed the strange beings floating there, one red and the other purple. He'd never seen anyone like them before. Well there was that one guy who approached Boreal. Perhaps after this was all sorted he could see if he could find out more about them. They at least seemed more reasonable than his kin. Gelu's thoughts were interrupted as he heard screaming coming from the trio on the ground. He turned just in time to see the tiny saiyan hit the ground and book it. He noticed the man that had held him before was injured, his hand had lost a good chunk of skin but instead flesh and blood, Gelu saw... wires and sparks? This person wasn't human.
"Are you ok?" soon enough getting his answer as the android seemed to brush it off, more concerned about his saiyan friend. He listened to what the android had to say, sighing and shrugging his shoulders before taking to the skies. "Sure, I'll give you guys a hand." It wasn't long before the Arcosian saw the small saiyan, but it appeared the other android had his sights on him too. Gelu gritted his teeth and flew in full speed, "Gonna need you to leave that one alone," he said swooping by Pr1de, attempting to scoop up the deranged monkey.

“Why, hello there.” Loka replied to the young namekian. This scene had drawn much more attention than he had anticipated at first and sufficed to say he was not at ease with so much people around. The arcosians were arguing with each other, the poor victim still suffering from the curse of this city and while the Saiyan’s friend seemed a bit more cooperative, its companion was a nuisance at best. Loud, bothersome and annoying, he made it somewhat hard for Loka to remain composed. In truth, he would have much preferred if it was only he, Kanrin and Chime; proper intellectuals with a strong desire to change the fate of this city.
To make matters worse, the one they were trying to heal took off in the next instant, causing even more of a ruckus between the remaining people. A sardonic robot ticked him off for good, but thankfully the more reasonable individual took care of it…before revealing there were a whole horde of them. What mess had he gotten himself into? Considering everything, maybe it was not that good an idea to stick along with this one. A good man knew when to withdraw. He still considered Kanrin’s proposal, before saying:
“I do not believe it would be a good idea. Besides, I think you make a much better mentor than I will ever be, I would rather leave this one to your guidance. While you deal with the problem at hand, I’ll keep an eye on the city and try to figure some things out. I believe a few robots won’t be much of a problem to such a fine group. Of course, I’ll deal with the ones I come across.”
He started flying again, hovering a few meters above them.
“Fellows, I wish you the best of success.”
He then left the area, resuming his search for clues.
OOC: Exiting thread. Sorry to keep you waiting this long only to leave, but I did not want to make it any longer.
