After a review of the forces present on the planet, Boreal decided to check in with one of the assets he had not previously been familiar with. This Dr. Bosmika was one of the preeminent scientists in this portion of the fleet, and an interesting sort besides. Additionally, if he wished to get a Dragon Radar built, this seemed like his best bet. He was far from technically inclined himself, and so he would have to rely on the scientists for that.
Either way, it was best to get a grasp of their situation, and he was having difficulty locating the Stargoons at the moment. Hopefully they'd show up, but he was sure they were busy as it was. Still, it would be best both to get this over with as quickly as possible, and to get at least one Dragon Ball himself. Even with his proposed trade, he would have a much harder time arguing for a wish, especially if there was disagreements over who could wish for what. Stories indicated there was limits to some wishes, allowing only one of certain types per summoning.
Mumbo had seemed enthused about the idea when he proposed a trade, but Chamil might be a problem. Better to make things less tempting for everyone involved.
Landing at Bosmika's last registered location, he looked around. Now, where was the scientist...?

Bosmika's PL: 24,000 “MWAHAHAHA! YEEES, YEEES!” Bosmika began to laugh maniacally, raising both her fists into the air. “Yes, I’ve done it! I finally did it! I can’t believe that me, Bosmika, could achieve such a villainous task! My, it’s so clever and devious, that even I, the most horrifying of all scientists, could even think of this!” She shouted towards the sky, a massive grin spread across her face. It appeared that she did something horrible from what she said, but what could it be? Did she create another lifeform, or did she perform some horrible experiment on a creature/person?
“… So if we give you our blood, you’ll give us supplies, right?” A namekian standing behind her would ask, his arms crossed. The jukani blinked, turning around and facing the namekian. “Yes, yes! Sorry for that thing I did, for I was merely preparing myself for the Earthling holiday called “Halloween”. I’m going to go as Dr. Frankensteen…” She grew quiet whenever the tall namekian gave her an odd look, causing the jukani to let out a sigh. “Fine, fine. Here you go. Come visit later on today and we will begin from there. Now here you go…” She then turned herself around to grab a box of sorts, handing it over to the namekian and giving him a smile. “Danke, kamerade! See you soon!”
Bosmika watched as the namekian walked away, letting out a quiet sigh once he faded from view. It would honestly be way easier to just knock a namekian out and steal their blood rather than having to be ‘buddies’ with them. As much as she hated it though, she had to follow orders like the loyal scientist she was. Bosmika was currently standing around inside a large tent, having set this up just so she wouldn’t be standing around outside. The tent was also set up so she could take blood from willing namekians, having a chair and an empty iv stand ready to be used later on.
The woman would let out a long yawn as she stepped out from the tent, rubbing at her eyes for a quick second before looking up at the sky. To her disappointment, the sky wasn’t dark as per usual, the two suns glowing brightly in the green sky. A low grumble escaped her and she looked away, beginning to look around. Soon enough she spotted a figure not far from her, and holy crap he looked…
Bosmika stared at the arcosian as he approached her, not being able to move due to how shocked she was. Why is Boreal of all people here? She thought he was on Earth, not Namek! Since when did he even come here? Soon she gained enough courage to silently wave at Boreal, managing to straighten up afterwards. Bosmika waited for the arcosian to acknowledge her before she spoke, not wanting to disrespect them.

As he approached, he heard the... well, good was perhaps not the word here. The doctor offer supplies in exchange for blood samples. He smiled slightly. How interesting... was she planning something?
He moved forwards, and from the way she suddenly froze, staring at him. Giving a slow wave, she straightened up at something resembling attention as she realized who he was.
Striding forwards, Boreal looked down at the much shorter Alien. "Greetings, Doctor Bosmika. I hope I'm not interrupting anything. I merely came here to see how the Fleet's best scientist in this sector is getting on." Giving a slight bow, he folded his legs and sat in the air, resting his chin in one hand.
He did not know much about the scientist, and he loathed being uninformed. This would be a good time to gather some information on her. What motivated her, what she did, and all those things.
The scientist seemed relieved once hearing the arcosian, a quiet sigh escaping through her nostrils. Honestly she had a feeling that she was gonna be turned into dust by merely looking at him, though luckily Boreal seemed… rather nice. But again, knowing the stereotype that arcosians hid their true intentions through kindness and such, she still had to be careful around him. He might be severely pissed right now and she wouldn’t even know it, and honestly that’s one thing that scared the jukani. She respected arcosians, but… they’re just a force to be reckoned with, especially Boreal. They’re mostly dangerous and brutal, so she couldn’t be too careful.
“No, no… you didn’t interrupt anything! I just got done trading with a namekian, so you actually caught me at the right time!” Bosmika said with a nervous chuckle, her eyes darting from side-to-side as she thought on what else to say. “Right now I’m actually waiting for a few namekians to come here! I asked for their ‘healthiest’ brethren, so I’m sure it will take a little bit until they arrive…” She went ahead and said, rubbing the back of her head.
“But besides that, I would say that things are going quite well here on Namek, especially with the search of the dragon balls. Right now however I’m working on my own things, such as a broken machine of ancient origin I found as well as researching the namekian’s DNA.” The alien went ahead and said, gaining a little bit more confidence as she spoke. “I could utilize the namekian’s blood for their regenerative properties… Right now I haven’t had the chance to research their DNA yet, but I will tell you once I find something!”
For someone that was on her side, she’s never felt so much fear before. Chamil was scary, but Boreal was beyond scary. She couldn’t even describe how scary he was... “… If it’s okay to ask, is there something else you want from me? I don’t mean to ask in such a rude manner, but I’m sure you have way more important things to do besides talk with a lowly scientist such as myself.” She chuckled, letting out a little sigh once she was finished.

"Not particularly. I'm merely checking up on the Fleet officers present on Namek. There's been some... issues with the Stargoons, that I hope to address, and I want to be certain they're not undermining the Fleet with Mind Control or something. There's.... some worrying information out of Satan City on Earth."
He shrugged slightly. "Other than that, I am seeking out the Dragon Balls, and keeping an eye on the Saiyan Kingdom remnants. Though, as a scientist.... I am curious."
His eyes bored into hers as he tilted his head. "How would you describe evolution? And more aptly... what would you say the outcomes of an organism, stuck in an environment in which nothing threatens it would be?"

Issues with the Stargoons? What might that be? She hadn’t had a clue on what they did that could be considered an “issue,” but either way she would listen to the arcosian, not bothering to give him any more questions for now. Once he mentioned Satan City however, she gave a small shake with her head, chuckling. “Oh, they were given permission to mess with Satan City. It’s not a problem, or at least to me it isn’t. And about ze mind control you’re speaking of, I’m sure that’s… highly unlikely that they’re using it. We are very strong individuals, so mind control wouldn’t work on most of us, plus the Stargoons do not have a reason to betray us.”
The alien didn’t say anything upon the mentioning of dragon balls, knowing that just about everyone and their mother is looking for them. But as soon as he asked a question on evolution, she froze; not out of fear, but out of confusion. “Er, an odd question to ask. Evolution is the process in which a species ‘changes’, like if something life-threatening would appear, then after a few or so thousands of years, they develop a sort of resistance to said threat.” Bosmika went ahead and described, though still left confused on why this was relevant to begin with.
She did have something important to tell him now that she thought about it, since she is beginning to start her research soon. Boreal would be definitely pleased with what she was doing during her time here on Namek.

Boreal shrugged. "Mmm. Unless they feel like it. Or want to turn Namek into a Black Licorice cupcake factory. Or decide I'm too "good" for their tastes. To be frank, they're too unpredictable for my comfort. But, I digress...." he shrugged, shaking his head.
"Change, yes. Though not all at once. Bit by bit, day by day, generation by generation. So, conversely... what would happen if all the threats were taken away? Nothing to challenge or drive the species. No scientific discoveries needed to be made, because nobody had any real problems. No disease or war, or at least not a war that posed a real threat. For a given species, that is."
He cupped his chin in his hands for a moment, staring into the middle distance. "Evolution would just... stop. The thought terrifies me." He hummed noncommitally, then focused on Bosmika again.
"Enough about that, I suppose. Just... something to think about. It may be important, sooner or later. Did you have something you wished to say? You seemed to have something on the tip of your tongue." He tilted his head inquiringly, looking down at the small rabbit-like scientist as he waited to hear what she had been doing during her time on Namek, aside from vampirizing the locals.
