Sel walked through the streets of the southern capital of the world, the saiyan was still highly miffed about the Kingdom just leaving him on the blue planet. He didn't even remember where the location of the pod he used to get here was, the kid had been to almost everywhere on the planet and had seen no trace of them. It was if they simply vanished in thin air after telling all of them to head to Earth. Sighing, the saiyan entered the coffee shop that he frequented. It had become a habit to relax in this establishment while thinking about things.
Today however, the kid had a pencil and notebook. He thought about things, and thought that he might want to start writing to sate his want for creating things. He tried cooking a while back, and he had to battle the creation to death after completing it, so never again. Painting, was no good. Most forms of creativity had some sort of backlash on him. Ordering his usual dark roast coffee with double sugar and cream, the kid walked over to a free table. Placing everything on the table, Sel started to write about whatever was on his mind.
He hadn't written anything coherent yet, but it was a start and this way of expressing himself had never had any drawback yet. The saiyan lad, was pretty peculiar since he chose to wear his armor that day instead of some casual clothing. Maybe he wanted to be reminded of home, or maybe he expected some trouble. But he just wanted to wear something familiar to him since he was actually feeling homesick of the vast wastes of Vegeta. Sel did not have his blade with him since he didn't want to train that day, or fight.
The kid just came into the coffee house to write, eventually starting to write about warriors using the spirits of another world in order to fight against each other in order to find the nexus of power. He actually loved the plot of the story so far, so lost in his frantic writing he failed to notice anything beyond his notebook. Sel would fail to notice anyone leave or enter the house that sold the delicious treat known as coffee. A server would come by every now and then, to refill his cup and give him snacks since he usually came into the establishment to think.
Lost in his little world, Sel would fail to notice anything around him until something or someone interrupts him.
