THE EYE OF THE STORM| Ramen's PL: 75,000 |
Ramen pinched the bridge of her nose as Chamil spoke, shutting her eyes. This seemed to be an ongoing problem: whenever she thought she had the demon figured out, thought she might even have some sort of loose understanding worked out between them, she went and started talking. Even if some part of her still admired Chamil for her strength, she couldn't and likely wouldn't ever understand her strange and warped morality. After a moment, she just shook her head.
"Okay, let's get this clear and out of the way. First, you can trust us not to backstab you after Boreal is defeated so long as you don't try anything with us. Say what you want about some of our allies, you can trust Nashua and I to be honest in our dealings even if something about having a conscience leaves a bad taste in your mouth." She smirked faintly at that. Now wasn't the time to be throwing barbs, but the Stargoons did so perplex her. "Secondly, on the subject of Vegeta and Earth..."
She looked aside to Nashua for a moment, giving her a faint smile before returning her gaze to Chamil with the same cocky expression she wore all too often around her enemies. "Nashua may be a Saiyan, but she's my Saiyan. Her first priority might be Vegeta, but if you decide to go on another little rampage on Earth, you can rest assured that she and I will be there to stop you. Besides, she's got some stress to work out and I'm willing to bet a battle over Central City would be a perfect way to handle that." The redhead's smirk only broadened, and she crossed her arms across her chest with a simple nod to punctuate her point. "So you'd better not walk away from this with any misconceptions there."
"But--" she lifted a hand, aiming to stop any coming retort in its tracks, at least until she finished. "That's a road we'll cross when we get there. For now, our goal is to make sure there's still a war left to fight when we get off this planet. That includes bringing your friend back, and that most certainly includes killing Boreal."
"And for whatever it's worth, for so long as you uphold your side of the bargain, I'll uphold mine. You're under my protection until you leave Namek."

"You know, I almost expected you to learn something from all this, but I suppose that'd be too much to ask of that brain of yours," Nashua flatly stated with a rather blank expression as Chamil spoke of how she'd kill again, and how helping out these 'goodies' was against every fiber of her being. Her being was made of some pretty unimpressive fibers if it was this torturous for her to work alongside some people with a common enemy, though Nashua supposed she wasn't quite so willing to ally with Chamil, herself. Every fiber of her being was telling her it was a bad idea to side with the demon, but she could see the logic in it. And, when Ramen started laying things out flat, she felt a bit more at ease with the concept of teaming up to take out a greater evil. Or, a lesser evil?
"Your Saiyan...?" she mumbled to herself quietly with some slight confusion as Ramen continued on. Did she belong to Ramen, now? She knew she worked as Ramen's lieutenant, but... "Yeah, you can count on that," she commented along, nodding towards Ramen as she folded her arms over her chest. "I don't usually take out stress through violence, but I have a lot more than usual lately, and my ancestors seemed to think it was a pretty valid approach, so, you know. Just gimme one excuse to punch you, and I'll be more than willing to oblige." She spoke in an unfittingly cheerful tone and smiled in Chamil's direction as she did so, giving the goat a sarcastic sort of thumbs up. She had to admit, even then and there, she had to resist an inner urge to launch herself at Chamil, but she knew it'd be a terrible idea for a multitude of reasons.
And, well, if someone like Bosmika could be reasoned down to a friendlier state, then maybe even Chamil wasn't an entirely hopeless situation. She'd just be harder to reach, perhaps. "Well, if we are working together, we should probably have a plan," she stated, lowering her arms to her sides and placing her hands squarely against her hips. "Boreal has a Dragon Radar, thanks to yours truly, so if he picks up one of your Balls and takes them from you when you're away from all of us, there's not much we can do." With a brief glance over to Ramen, she added, "I told Boreal to make part of our deal to not kill anyone as he collected the Balls, but after our encounter with him, I can't be sure he'll stay truthful to that, especially towards someone he'd consider a traitor."
Nashua tapped her scouter and gave Chamil a quick scan. "Your power level reads at sixty four thousand right now. When I fought you, you capped out at two hundred forty thousand, and you haven't grown all that much since, if you don't mind me stating. And, I don't know if he's gotten stronger since I last saw him, but the maximum power output Boreal flexed when we encountered him was just above four hundred and seventy two thousand." She gave Chamil a skeptical look. "We could beat him if we all teamed up, but if he catches you alone, and off guard... What exactly are you going to do against that?"

CHAMIL'S PL: 64,000
Chamil's eyes returned to a sharp glare as Ramen made her own promise. "Words are like the wind, human. Unless you can prove that claim, then I'll just have to be cautious." She snapped again. "And I know we'll fight eventually, real-deal. But that's later, so don't think of trying anything stupid." The redhead seemed to have the same idea as Chamil regardless, her bared teeth slowly slinking away. "And let me make one thing very clear, too..."
"These Dragon Balls are mine until we kill off Boreal. There will be no summoning until he's dead and gone. Capiche?" The demon turned to glare back at Nashua with her own claim to punch her. "How trustworthy." She rolled her eyes, giving a sarcastic raspberry sound as well... But then, the demon's eyes widened when Nashua spoke up again. "He has a what now? You did what now?" Chamil slowly raised a hand to her face, running it down her features. "Great. Now I know how he FOUND Mumbo to begin with."
"...And please, don't trust those little numbers." She waved a hand dismissively at Nashua's numerical comment about her strength and Boreal's own. "Unlike some lizards, I have some semblance of skill aside from using my strongest form and attack first. "But Chamil", you ask-- "How are you going to even take his dumbass insta-win blast?!" Her mocking tone changed with a sly smile. "Well, a little rabbit told me how, I'll say that much. As for MY power..." The ground shook slightly. "Why don't I show you how much I have grown?"
The demon's fists clenched, teeth grit as a yellow aura flared around her. No words were needed as she growled, her power beginning to soar further and further... With another flex of her arms, the golden glow would condense and seem to stick to the demon's bulked body, the shaking below their feet dying down and Chamil's power finally peaked... With one more flash of yellow, she'd return to her base state with a slow exhale.
Chamil uses WRATH (+x1) alongside her SUNSPOT (Bulking +x1/-x3)! She gains a (x6 ATK / x2 DEF) modifier- PL is 384,000 / 128,000! Her PL returns to base (64,000) after the display.
"That. That is my strength." The demon proclaimed, sitting back down beside her Dragon Balls. "...If Boreal finds me on my own, I'll fight until my last breath. If by chance you guys do not notice a colossal spectacle of ki flaring and ground shaking when we do throw down, then oh well."

THE EYE OF THE STORM| Ramen's PL: 75,000 |
"Yeah, yeah. Words only go so far, but for all the times you and your partner threw around the word 'goodie' like it was some sort of curse, you might have picked up on the idea that usually, it's the so-called goodies who actually stick out their deals." Ramen just crossed her arms across her chest again, giving a disapproving shake of her head at the direction of their negotiations. It had gone swimmingly before, but now that Nashua was here and the grim reality of their opposition to each-other was forcibly pushed out to the forefront, things were looking... just a little less smooth. "I know you say you do everything honest, but people have a hard time believing you because of that whole philosophy. No 'ends justify the means' nonsense, no real motivation, just 'I'm bad because I want to be cool'. So yeah. Words are like the wind, and you have to prove yourself to us too. Vibrating angrily when people are honest with you won't help that, either."
She let out a breath and shook her head at that. Just bringing up the topic of the Stargoons and their peculiar code was enough to get her a little heated, out of sheer annoyance more than anything else. When Chamil began to power up, Ramen kept a wary eye on her. Her power shot up considerably, but it was almost a little too high. She found it hard to believe that the demon had gained that much power in such a short time. Even so, she couldn't totally rule it out, and even being able to bluff like that probably hinted that she had improved at least somewhat.
"I get that you want Boreal dead first, but that plan might need to be adjusted on the fly. If he's anywhere near as smart as he pretends to be, he'll want to lay low and let us gather the Dragon Balls first. I wouldn't be surprise if he just hides, expecting the worst, until there's a chance to shoot someone from behind and chance a fight. Luckily, he doesn't have many allies, and hopefully we can keep it that way."
"... If you do run into him," she added after a moment. "Then do your best. Picking us off one by one is probably his best chance to win, so if you can turn that on its head then... well, I'll be impressed. And if not, well -- yeah, you don't want promises until they're proven, but I gave you one already, so..." she nodded, glancing aside to Nashua. She suspected the Saiyan wouldn't appreciate this, but it needed to be said anyways. "Even if Boreal gets the upper hand, I'll still fight to ensure my promise to you is carried out. Mumbo will be healed whether you're around to enforce the wish or not."

Nashua was prepared to be unimpressed by Chamil's show of strength, and eyed her scouter with suspicion as the number began to rise, as well as glancing back at the demon a few times out of skepticism that Chamil might try and attack them now that her power was so high above theirs. "Three hundred thousand, eighty four," she stated aloud, her tone doing little to give her reaction to the number away. "...No, wait, three hundred eighty four thousand," she corrected herself. It was high, of course, impressively so. But it wasn't high enough. Boreal was still around a hundred thousand points higher than the demon. Granted, Nashua didn't really have any idea what a single 'power level point' actually equated to in reality, but she did at least know that a difference of about ninety thousand was nothing to scoff at. Heck, she wasn't even ninety thousand above the average Saiyan, and she packed a tremendously higher amount of power than them!
The Saiyan only noticed Ramen was talking quite a few sentences into her dialogue, and she had to furrow her eyebrows at Ramen's promise to make the wish to revive this 'Mumbo' even if Chamil perished beforehand. Nashua couldn't tell if it was the right thing to do or not. On the one hand, it'd be fulfilling their end of a promise, but on the other hand, it was a promise fulfilled to a bloodthirsty demon, and it was reviving another bloodthirsty killer. They could utilize that wish for so many other things! Surely, Vocado would have an idea or two on how to make better usage of a wish from a magical dragon than reinflating a popped Majin. But as she thought about it, the less right she felt as she considered betraying the goat's trust, even if that goat was a pretty terrible person.
"And, I'll back Ramen up on that. You'll get your wish. Even if Vocado doesn't want it." She glanced over at Ramen, and added, "Um, he might be more receptive to it if you pitch him the idea, though; I don't think he'd like anything I have to say to him." It was probably about time she meet with him again to test the waters of his wrath, but Nashua wasn't truly looking forward to seeing him again. Not because she didn't like the King - she still admired him more than almost anyone else - but for fear of what he might have to say to her. The Saiyan let out a sigh, and approached Chamil. "Regardless of how things turn out, I want to make sure we both get what we need. So, I want you to promise that if we should fall before Boreal and you're the one left making the wishes, that you'll wish to revive the people of Vegeta and the ones that were killed in that Earth city, like Ramen wants. You mentioned something about forming a pact? If it's what you need for you to trust us, then fine, why don't we both swear on it?"

"I don't get why you think you're so much better than us, you know."
From further inside the cave, another voice echoed. It was tired and almost feeble, but it carried an echo of something greater. Almost as if its owner had been lost. As the being revealed itself from the shadows, the Saiyans might be disappointed to see what looked like little more than a pencil-pushing Majin. Adorned in a bright yellow suit, the Majin was pink and scrawny, sporting massive bags under his black eyes.
"It's nice to see you again, Ramen. Thanks for keeping Horns safe." He smiled meekly, but nodded, almost to reassure himself that speaking up was okay. "but, like I was saying... You're looking at us in a prejudiced lens. The Stargoons aren't bad because it's hip, we're bad because we need to be; because we were born to be. Isn't that why you're fighting against us? Because you were born to fight injustice, or maybe just to fight those who wrong you? All we're doing is fulfilling our duty, same as you. At least that's what Mumbo does."
If Chamil had offered one of her pacts, Mumbo would step in the way, shaking his head. "Signing a contract in soul-juice doesn't instill actual confidence for me. I trust them-- well, the red-head anyways. Isn't that enough for now? Besides, you shook the King's hand didn't ya?"
Turning back to the Kingdom's Elite Women, Mumbo's brow-ridges would lower in a serious manner. "Like Ramen said, Boreal isn't just tough. Unlike Mumbo or some of you Saiyan guys, he won't stick around to keep fighting just because his pride tells him to, or whatever. I-- I mean the other Mumbo-- was able to hold him off for a bit, but once he thought Horns was coming, he bailed. I can't think of any way to use that to our advantage, though."
