Mount Five Element, a lone figure strolls out, opening the great gates leading into the domain of the furnace of eight divisions.
Blanc, followed by Ashi, the spirit who had originally found Blanc all those months ago, left the mountain after a period of extensive training in the essentials of magic. During their time in the mountain, Blanc had basically zero contact with the outside world, meaning he had no idea what had been going on since he'd locked himself away. Ashi was airheaded as usual, floating aimlessly around Blanc as they got farther and farther from the mountain until finally, it was out of sight. Seeing the mountain disappear in the distance, Blanc would let out a slight huff of air, relieved that he was finally out of that stuffy, humid hole.
Ashi on the other hand, let out a huff of sadness. Blanc guessed that was probably due to what he'd discovered during their few months together. See, Ashi was basically an indentured servant, meaning she was basically "forced" to help Blanc harness his abilities. After accomplishing this task, she'd be rewarded *some* privileges not available to other ghosts, like being able to wander earth freely (as long as she didn't cause too much trouble). Blanc assumed that she wasn't all too thrilled by the fact that he was just taking a break from training, extending her servitude by who knows how long.
Blanc sighed and gave her a light pat on her back. "Hey uh, sorry bout this Ashi... but I just personally felt like it was about time we got out of that cave... I don't necessarily know how to explain it... I just feel like something's about to go down" Blanc consoled, garnering a simple "puffed" face response from Ashi. He sighed again; she was usually pretty talkative. Her silence essentially meant that she was pretty angry.
Regardless though, Blanc continued on his path away from the mountain, now rocketing into the sky. He wasn't using magic for his flight surprisingly, and instead was using what little ki control he'd been taught to jet through the air. In no time at all, he'd made it halfway across the earth, surprising even Blanc, who hadn't realized how far he'd come since beginning his training. Soon, he'd be touching down in an all too familiar place. Satan city...
"... holy... they really did a number on this place huh?" Blanc muttered, his eyes scrolling across the shattered, dark landscape. There seemed to be an ever-present jumble of black clouds looming over the entire city now. The shops were all looted to hell, and the people did nothing but argue and laze about. Worse yet, there was an ominous feeling in the wind, a dark magic constantly lingering in the air. A chilling, horrifyingly powerful magic. Even the gloomy Ashi was moved by this magic, a slight look of worry overtaking her as the two made their way down the glass riddled, rubble-filled streets.
Blanc's eyes would light up, a slight buildup of magical power taking shape around him. "... Ashi... I'm gonna find out who did this" Blanc stated, a bead of sweat rolling down his cheek. Though really, he had no earthly idea where to start. Perhaps, there were other people like him around? It was a silly thought, but Blanc figured he may as well try.
Surprisingly though, he was right? There were TWO mystical entities nearby. After a bit of hesitation, not knowing if they were friend or foe, he figured he might as well take the risk and called upon the two using his telepathy, asking them to gather around him.
