Heart of Chaos PL: 28 600
The perfect playground… At least it was until the curse befalling this city started fading away, its evil energies slowly dissipating. Remnants still lingering about created a strange duality of good and evil on the people it came in contact with, offering quite the spectacle. Still, it was no good or rather, it wasn't enough. Here, the Heran could give way to his most basics instincts, leaving destruction in his wake as some of the citizens cheered him on while others tried to get at him. Not that it did them any good though, seeing as how Dosu would clear the way of any living thing crossing his path, sending them flying in nearby buildings. No, what he wanted was the pure and unbridled chaos that was occurring earlier. But no, it had to end. Abruptly, even. Almost as if the curse had died on its own, liberating the population of the city and sufficed to say that the idea of losing such a precious and newfound sandbox to play with angered him all the more. This time, instead of wreaking havoc under the cheers of the maddened few, it was under the screams and cries for help, something he was much more familiar with. Sooner than later, it became clear that he wouldn’t find what he was looking for. A good fight. His roar echoed in the city, yelling at everyone in his vicinity. “ Come on! Isn’t there anyone worth my time here? Where are these so-called heroes of yours, humans? SHOW YOURSELF! Entertain this old man, wouldn’t ya??” If they were all like that dumb brat, then he could easily count on them for a good time. These saviors in shiny colors might even deign to show themselves as well. Now that was a concept that completely eluded him. Why fight for something other than your own sake? To preserve? To help? Hah, ridiculous. Life had taught him that those who claimed to act for the good of all were merely hypocrites trying to find justification for their own selfish desires. Dosu, in comparison, was honest as can be. He craved destruction, longed for pure chaos. He wanted to feel the heat of the battle, to feel the blood rush to his brain and boil until it felt like he was melting away, becoming something else. Every square inch of his body tensing up only to be washed away by a wave of pain and delight, both contrasting feelings so intimately intertwined. The thrill of being at death’s door, only to escape its grasp mere seconds before it is too late. Yes, Dosu enjoyed fighting. The chaos and destruction that came with it were simply a bonus. The citizens were still observing him from a distance they deemed secure, waiting for something to happen. Everyone tensed up as the seconds went on, unable to predict when something was going to happen. Because, indeed, something was bound to happen. As their heroes failed to make their entrance, the Heran felt his patience running thin. In a swift movement, he lifted a hand before shooting a blast of ki, the unstable sphere of energy crackling in the air before hitting a building, destroying part of it. He took a deep breath, unable to calm down and sent a salvo of ki blasts around the city. While he was not aiming for anything in particular, most of his blasts would make contact with something in this dense urban jungle. “ Come on! ComeoncomeonCOME ON! I’m done playing the patient man here. Give me something, anything. Is that asking for too much?” He looked around, searching for an opportunity. Five minutes. That’s how long he was willing to wait for. After that, he’ll have to get rid of his restlessness some other way.
OOC: Let's have a proper showdown, now 8D.

That voice... The familiarity of the voice caused her face to turn a ghastly white. No, it can't be. He can't be back... Kon had returned to Satan City after hearing reports that the evil had disappeared. She had intended to come back to maybe meet with Bloom in the aftermath to see how she was. But, what she hadn't expected was to encounter that heran. Her blood began to boil with hatred as she remembered him. However, at the same time, she had to thank him. After all, he was the one that taught him that she could truly once again fight again. And to thank him, she was going to beat him to the ground with Bloom.
"Harassing innocents are really your form of entertainment isn't it." She spoke, addressing Dosu directly. Granted, what Kon had said held some hypocrisy. If she wanted to control herself, and the beast, she had to unleash her rage on innocents as well. While she still felt bad about doing something like this, she tried her best to convince herself otherwise. Sacrifices are needed to protect the ones you love. Even if she didn't like it, it was necessary. She did nothing to save the citizens of Satan City from the falling debris or the ki blasts. They weren't her concern.
Kon stared straight in Dosu's face with a look of pure fury. "Go on, I'll be your opponent, you old geezer. This time though, things are different." Concentrate her hatred on her enemies, crush them to satisfy her bloodlust. That was all she needed to do in order to allow her to control her true power. She shouldn't reject her bestial instincts, but rather embrace it and focus it on somewhere else. In her pocket, Kon could feel the spacepod bouncing around each step she took. Still, despite all that happened, she wasn't comfortable with using it just yet. Maybe just a little longer and she would do so...
Bringing her fists up, and getting into a fighting stance, Kon readied herself. She needed to get revenge on him. That was all she could concentrate on right now: her pure and undying hatred for the man. Only when she is able to defeat him would Kon be satisfied. After all, she had the blood of the warrior from both sides of the family. Why waste good potential when she could just use it to take satisfaction here and now?

| HEART OF CHAOS | Bloom’s PL: 16,000 | 48,000 Ki Suppression: Inactive (Reads as 16,000)
Staring up at the bleak, cloudy sky, Bloom reclined on one of the lower roofs of the buildings. It had been what? Maybe a couple hours? Maybe longer since her whole...episode with that blue demon guy. She’d managed to distance herself from Neo and the rest of the heroes had probably already cleared out by now. Bloom held her hand out in front of her and flexed her fingers idly. Bloom wasn’t hurt, which sort of amazed her. Given how...reckless she had been, she was amazed that she wasn’t just a white smear on the wall of the sewers. She poked her squishy arm. Probably would have been if that lizard guy had hit her with that attack. But despite that...despite all of the danger… It had been fun. The wanton destruction, the chaos. They were things Bloom craved. Destruction. Dust. Debris. Screams. But...that was bad, right? She shouldn’t want to hurt people. She shouldn’t want to blow away cities for fun. Yet...that part of her was there. It existed. That much was obvious to Bloom from just this past episode. Sure, she hadn’t been totally been in control of herself, but then again she hadn’t wanted to be. Bloom was shaken out of her thoughtful reverie when some loud guy started shouting down on the streets. At first, she tried to ignore him but that became impossible when he lobbed a sphere of energy at the building. HER building. The roof gave way underneath her, sending her tumbling down into a pile of rubble. Okay then. That was it. Bloom’s fist plowed upward. The pile of debris exploded outward, sending bits of shrapnel everywhere. When she set her irritated gaze on the loud guy, Bloom noticed Kon had shown up as well. And it looked like she was getting ready to...fight? What? Was this the Kon that Bloom knew? Well, whatever. First thing’s first. Launching herself from the debris pile, Bloom threw a punch right at the blue guy’s face with all of her might. It was what she hoped was a surprise attack. What was with today and blue bastards? Oh well.

Heart of Chaos PL: 28 600
Of all the people Dosu would have expected to meet, that Saiyan boy sure wasn’t part of them. After his crushing defeat at the hands of the adolescent, he did swear to himself that he would have another shot at him when he would be a tad more ready to fight. His body was still recuperating and his muscles still hadn’t fully recovered from all that time spent immobile at the prison, but if fate had decided that now was the time for a rematch, he wouldn’t run away. That provocation of his made the Heran chuckle. Of course, it was enjoyable! Not as much as fighting, he had to be honest, but it was a pretty close second. Placing both hands on his hips, he greeted the Saiyan. “ Hey, look who we have here. Are you going to cry this time too? Besides, you try to look righteous in front of everyone, but I remember something else entirely. So, how about we cut the crap and get right to it this time?” Even faced with the carnage, the cries and call for help, the young boy didn’t seem to care. It looked like their previous encounter had spurred some change in him, after all. That was a good thing, that way they could let loose for real and drown themselves in the blissful carnage about to happen. “ Hah! Now you’re talking, kiddo. A bit of advice, however. If you think I’m as weak as I was the first time, you’re in for a treat. Let’s go!” As his opponent assumed a fighting stance, Dosu relaxed his muscles, making sure he’d be able to react properly to the things happening around him. He was in the middle of “good guy” territory after all. For all he knew, there could be some wannabe heroes trying to sneak up on him. As for his actual opponent, while he would have preferred to wait before fighting him again, he was fairly confident that his power had increased enough since their last fight to be able to take him on effortlessly. “ What’s wrong? Still hesitating? Maybe you need a little more incentive? Oh, wait. You don’t care about people anymore, do you? So you don’t mind if I finish what I have started, right?” Finishing his sentence, he sent a volley of ki blasts in Kon’s general direction, but aiming just a little off so he would hit the people behind him. While his attention was fully concentrated on the Saiyan, he failed to react properly to the third fighter. The clenched fist came rushing for his face and Dosu managed to sway his head away from its trajectory, the attack barely grazing his cheek. He clicked his tongue in disapproval grabbing the arm extended before him. “ So, player three has joined the game, huh?” He then tried to smash the body against the concrete, just before his feet. Following that first attack, he would then try to punch his assailant straight to the face with a ground shattering blow, sinking their head into the ground.

His words merely fueled her anger as her memory began to flash back to that time. The pain, her cries, and his shouts to become stronger. That was in the past. She had changed since then and admittingly, she had to thank Dosu for it. He was the one that provides it to her that there was another way. "Sure, but-." Ki blasts shot towards her direction before she was able to speak. Kon had managed to dodge the blasts that the Heran and sent her directions and was ready to aim a punch at him when she heard his words. Another person? Who?
Immediately she whipped around to see a familiar face behind her. "Bloom?" She spoke out with a surprised voice. For a moment, Kon had intended to use the beast in order to beat him. However, with Bloom here she simply couldn't risk losing control and hurting a friend. No, she would have to solve things on her own. She rushed to Bloom. While Kon definitely wouldn't be able to make it there before he grabbed her, she had made it a split second before Dosu's fist reached Bloom's face. Without hesitation, she would try to block his punch with a kick of her own, the top of her foot colliding with his fist. "Don't you dare hurt my friend." She warned, gritting her teeth through the pain. Soon after, she would then try to jab his neck with her elbow before trying to push him away with all her might.
Afterward, she would turn towards her friend. "Bloom, what are you doing here?" However, quickly Kon shook her head. This wasn't time for small talk. They were dealing with a homicidal maniac who didn't mind hurting anyone. "Nevermind, let's just talk later. Right now we need to make sure he doesn't hurt anyone else." She said, before trying to help Bloom back up. Afterward, she would turn towards Dosu again with a glare. Kon was consumed with nothing but hatred. Something that she could focus on the man right in front of her. "That fight awhile back. I guess I have to thank you since you made me realize something" She said, "I'm not the same girl that you fought back then. Let me prove it to you."

Wuh-oh. Bloom missed. She blinked in the half second before she got smashed to the ground. Oh hey. And there was a first coming at her face. Before Bloom could react, Kon had already intercepted it with a kick. Bloom just rolled away as Kon dealt with him, hopping to her feet and dusting herself off. Bloom just shrugged when Kon asked what she was doing here. What did she think? Waiting for Kon to help look around for any lingering remainder of her family. She’d already come across a few siblings who had told her what had happened. Her dad hadn’t made it, but mom managed to escape to...somewhere. A couple of her siblings had also died in the attack. No big deal though. They’d just get brought back to life soon.
To answer Kon, Bloom just shrugged. A lot had happened today. A whole lot. Involving different varieties of blue bastards she realized. Bloom glanced over to Kon as she talked to this one. Fight? This guy had gotten Kon back into fighting? That was… good, right? She glanced over to blue boy curiously. Fighting him must be fun then. Huh. She wanted to see too.
Bloom fought back the smile tugging at her lips. The feeling was a little too disturbingly similar to when she had gone off her rocker. Maybe she shouldn’t fight this guy. Or at the very least, she shouldn’t be the one on the offensive. Even though part of her was screaming to… Bloom grimaced a little. What was with that want to eat? She’d never heard of Majin eating anyone. So what was wrong with her? Shaking it off, Bloom glanced to Kon.
“Let’s go, Kon…”
A pink orb of ki formed in a hand. She could do this much without totally losing her mind again. She threw it at the blue boy to create an opening that Kon could use.

Looks like she had no intention on playing the poor victim this time around, huh? Well good for her. Oh yeah, that’s true. She was a girl, now? Dosu thought she was a boy for sure when they first met. Not that it matters, anyway. Boy or girl, he had plenty of beatings to give and if someone had the figurative balls to stand in his path, then he’d dish out the pain, regardless of who they were. Apparently, while the Saiyan girl didn’t give a shit about the civilians, she apparently cared enough about this white mass of goo to try and interfere with their fight. So, she really had stepped her game up and was willing to fight for her ideals. The Heran was satisfied by this outcome, at least their previous interaction had smacked some sense into her, although the outcome of that first encounter was…disappointing to say the least. The good thing, however, was that he had healed a lot since then, recovering way more strength than he could have hoped for. This time, the fight wouldn’t go as smoothly for both of them. As he tried to ram his fist in that Majin’s skull, Kon intervened, kicking his fist away just long enough for her to grab her friend and get out of this predicament. It was a good way to test Kon’s willingness to fight. Now, if he chose to hurt her friend instead, maybe he could send her in a craze and force her to show her real power. This time, unlike the last one, he would not fall to a mere ki blast. Kon began talking, claiming that she was not the same as she previously was, thanks to him. To that, he let out a laugh, stroking his beard as he considered her words. “ You best thank me, yes. I even let you make a fool out of me. But if you think you stand a chance. Last time, I was badly wounded from the start, you got a few lucky shots in and decided to call it a victory. Now, I feel much more like myself. Not completely there yet, but waaaay better than the last time we met. Both of you will eat the dirt before you can even land any significant damage on me!” As the majin prepped her attack, Dosu dashed towards her, taking the blast head on without a care in the world. It stung, but thankfully that’s all it did. His plan was simple. Take out the white girl to anger the orange one. If his calculations were right, the shock of seeing her friend fall should send her in a rage enough to trigger something in her. Like a transformation or something. But first, he needed to do something about her. After taking the hit, he continued his dash, attempting to land a vicious punch straight to her gut. Should his fist sink deep enough in her body, he’d then charge his hand with ki and trigger an explosion, sending her in pieces across the street. He didn’t want to waste his strength and time by toying with them both.
