Thaw mouth dropped in shock and his eyes widen in disbelief of what happened before him. The demon had jumped in the way of the attack and activated his barrier just in time to save the majin but at the same time causing him to take the impact and knock out instead. He was frozen for a split second at what had just occurred. He shook his head to wake himself up as Neo and Frozone arriving on scene, with Neo telling him to take Allium and to leave this place while she deals with Bloom.
He agreed and rushed over to Allium as he had tears in his eyes and taking the body from Bloom and being mad at her.
"I will take care of it. He won't be dying today.."
He flew with Allium with high speed and zigzagging around the sewers and making his way to a manhole that was far away from the scenery in which they were in and away from where the others were. He kept looking down at Allium in disbelief.
"Why the hell would you do such a thing..."

Somehow, it worked. Her desperate attempt to calm Bloom down had worked. Embracing the majin in her arms, she would ignore her words to stay back. Neo silently prayed with all her might that Bloom wouldn't last out to her, but pretended as if she trusted in her with all her heart. She would hide any shred of doubt that she had, just so she could calm her down. "Come with me Bloom, out back to the city. Once I get the evil out of you, we can both be happy again. Doesn't that sound nice?" She asked, muttering quietly. "I intend to keep my promise, I just want to stop the pain." Her hand reached towards her pocket, taking out the black gem she had created with the magic ritual. "This won't hurt at all. I promise."
Gently, she placed it against the majin's skin, attempting to coax the remnants of the evil to come out and into the gem. This was the Bloom she knew, the one she trusted. She wanted her back. "You'll be able to see your family again you know. They will be confused, but they will be back to normal. I'm sure they will be happy to see their daughter again." Neo said, a smile forming on her face. Trying to keep her calm some more, the doragon continued to sing any song she could, almost trying to lull her into a sleep. Neo had to act fast since she didn't know how long she would have until the evil took hold of her again.

Bloom tensed as Thaw approached. The look in his was a mix of sorrow and anger directed at her. Bloom scowled as Allium was ripped out of her hands. Oh, he got to judge her? He was the one who had been ready to kill her! Shaking with anger, Bloom formed two pink orbs in her hands once more, but her friend’s words managed to distract her. She stopped and listened to Neo, slowly letting the orbs extinguish.
“Happy…?”
Bloom watched as Neo took out some sort of crystal thing from her pocket. Neo tapped it against Bloom’s skin. All of a sudden, Bloom felt the fight in her drain away. She slumped forward a little as it sucked out the fog clouding her mind, leaving only sadness. Bloom covered her face with her hands, letting out a hefty sigh. Mom and Dad might be gone...but it was only for now. She’d bring them back with...with Neo’s help.
“Yeah…I...I know…We’ll bring them back…”
Her hands hid the tears in her eyes for now, but Bloom was quick to turn away. She wiped them off with her arm. Glancing down, Bloom saw the destruction that they had all caused. Well. That she had caused. What had come over her…? Usually, she just couldn’t...do something like that so easily. Without thinking...It had even been...kind of fun? What kind of person thought that was fun? Even if it was just to distract from the pain. She’d just...totally lost it. Shaking her head and stashing away those thoughts elsewhere for now, Bloom turned back toward Neo, barely able to meet her friend’s eyes.
“Sorry...I’ll just...Just go…”
With that, Bloom slowly floated up and out of the massive hole that she’d created and into the sky. There was only one thing on her mind.
What now?

"Everything will be just fine," Neo said, as the last of the evil energy condensed into the gem. The gem which had been pitch black before now was a vibrant red color, glowing as it bounced around inside. Just from holding it in her hand, Neo could feel its destructive energy, but she would refuse to allow it to overcome here. "Look, you're all purified." She said to the majin with a little chuckle. It wasn't her fault, but rather the influence of evil. Of course, Neo wouldn't blame her for acting like that. She didn't have much control over herself after all. Cheerfully, she would wave Bloom goodbye as she flew out of the hole. "I'll see you again sometimes." She said, before turning to Frozone who raised an eyebrow at the gem.
"What are you going to do with that?" He asked her curiously. The doragon shrugged her shoulders in response. Her original thought was to purify it, but it would possibly even exceed her own power. She couldn't really allow this into any evil's hands either, lest they release whatever is contained inside. However, at the same time, she couldn't think of a way to dispose of it. Perhaps she could hold onto it a bit longer. Waving her hand over the gem, a small metal wire formed on top of the gem with a piece of string threading to it. Tying it around her neck, Neo suddenly felt the power of the gem surging through her.
"I'll keep it for now," She said before climbing onto the arcosian's back. "Come on, we need to meet with the other troopers now. Our job here is done." She urged.
"Right." Frozone replied, floating up and flying through the hole that Bloom created. "You know that the hard part has only begun right. There still will be evil in this world." He asked, rather hesitantly.
That was the truth of this world. There didn't exist a reality where evil would completely be gone, but as long as they could keep it at bay things will be ok. "I know, but for now we should focus on the present. We always have tomorrow to worry about the future," Neo muttered eyes growing heavy as she began to drift off to sleep on his back. This entire ordeal had been mentally and magically draining for her. She deserved this break.
