Appearance:
His appearance isn't very specific. Being the flesh and skin donned by Dr. Soap's otherwise metallic skeleton. The body considered as "Dr. Soap." Otherwise just being the material that fills up the scaffold which would be in actuality Soap himself.
Background:
S.U.D.S. is a bio-android crafted from a steady manipulation of gene-splicing and cell mutation, functioning as the living tissue over an Android's metal endo-skeleton. Made specifically by the biology division of Arms X, a rogue science group under which Dr. Soap was apart of. The goal in the end was to combine machine and flesh to create a superior creature, in the end this abomination was created. The project was very quickly ended, its technology being regarded as too dangerous.
Eventually it was brought back to new light when Dr. Soap turned his body into a machine. Soap's outer husk of a shell named S.U.D.S. was effectively Arms X's first attempt at creating a kind of "bio-armor." Bringing back the technology used to create S.U.D.S. to become the first test-subject. Though the fusion of both machine and metal was labelled a success. The combination was imperfect, leaving the Doctor somewhat.. Different his physicality being greatly improved at the cost of his mental state. Due to the incomplete nature of the living tissue has to be fed more genetic information to be improved.
After Arms X's closure, Dr. Soap donned under this husk of engineered flesh would disappear. His whereabouts unknown.

[UP2] Android Dome: The user of the technique manifests a condensed green aura, while not the strongest it displays a unique dense property albeit on a low level. Lightning seems to crackle from it.
[N1] Finger Beam: The user of the technique points their finger towards a specific target, firing their ki at them like a gun. The ki manifests itself into a distinct red color.
[UP2] Double Finger Beam: The user of the technique points their two index fingers towards a specific target, firing their ki at them like a gun. The ki manifests itself into a distinct red color, unlike its weaker predecessor it seems to be much more controlled.

Utility: Energy Suppression [UT1]: You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can lower your ki signature to surprise your foes with your real power, or attempt to hide your energy at ambient planetary levels.
