There had been a long time series of bad things happening in this city, Sensoa knew little of them but even someone who wasn't present or of this planet knew about it. He had heard that it was hostile, a place where many people had been going crazy and causing trouble for many of the population. A demon had been the worker of such foul magics, Sensoa could feel it and he had a respect for whoever had done this. They were powerful, to powerful to be some small fry demon. With the reclaiming of the city, it had returned mostly to normal yet the people seemed weary.
Like now Sensoa had come into the city only to be surrounded by civilians. They were hostile toward him, naturally given that a demon had done this to their city. Sensoa having the look of nothing normal and on top of that appearing pretty demonic in general, it was a given he would be targeted by anti-demon radicalism and those effected by the traumatic events. He had come here in hopes of finding answers on the bounty hunters who hounded him at his home, but in the end he had found only more hatred. The demon currently stood in the middle of a street, civilians on all edges with their guns pointed at him. The civilians all shouting at him to leave, cursing and throwing things. His hands remaining at his side while he stared at them, though his anger was clearly visible. He could leave, but Hyuki was currently being held hostage by a few humans. A knife with many other guns pointed at her, to which lead the demon to standing his ground.
He refused to leave his companion behind, which was why he and Barban stood back to back. Despite the garbage being thrown their way, they remained stationary. The little demon having been snatched up while they had their guard down, having not been use to hostile humans at all. Now they were paying the price for their carelessness, but it was clear Sensoa was growing fed up with this situation. He grew tired of this humans, and he was very angry his dear friend was being held at gunpoint. One might ask why he wasn't rushing them down right now, but he had tried to live up to his promise to Chime about not hurting innocent people. A disgusting promise in this situation which he found utterly frustrating and infuriating that he was bound by such things. This humans had the look of fear in their eyes like those of the people of Tarnukas. People there held the same fear in their eyes, the hatred and judgmental look as this humans. It turned the demon's insides into a knot, and made him want to throw up. Their ugly faces twisted into such vile expressions it made the demon feel grossed out.

Saizomaru PL: 80,000 (Base)
Saizomaru could not bring himself to leave this city. Not for a while at least. Ever since the Federation of Planets Rebels had taken control of it, he could not help but doubt their cause or effectiveness in trying to restore some semblance of normalcy to the distraught and turmoiled populace. For now he would remain a constant vigil over the city.
That vigilance was soon to be tested.
As he sat upon the rooftop of a high-rise building, the android gazed out into the city square below. Within the center gathered a large flash mob of dozens of civilians, armed with rudimentary weapons and open carry firearms, all directed at a certain individual. There was shouting, yelling, screams and yells at this person and his entourage of companions.
Saizomaru understood why. He could sense a dark power coming from this man, a sure-fire signal of his demonic origins. It harkened back to when Saizomaru had met with Chamil, the once-ruler of this place until recently. There was no questioning that the city folk were beginning to become untrusting of demonic races—a side effect of the mass control that Chamil had once held over them, perhaps. They had even gone so far as to hold one of the man's companions as some sort of hostage despite any sort of initiated conflict from the demon himself.
He had watched. He had observed. Now it was the time to act.
Lurching forward, Saizomaru allowed himself to fall from the edge of the rooftop, freefalling in the air as he make his descent. He flipped once he was close to the ground, landing on his feet with the utmost of silence a fair distance from where the mob had gathered. Equally as quietly, he made his way towards them until he was within a few feet of the furthest most crowd—where the lady demon was being held hostage by two men.
Metal hands reached out to each one of them. With a finger and thumb he squeezed around the sides of their necks. They let out a groaning gasp each as their arms went limp. Their hands loosened, dropping their armaments on the ground with an audible clatter against the asphalt.
Members of the crowd turned with their weapons aimed. Then more of them followed suit. But none of them pulled a trigger once they had seen who was standing in front of them. One by one they began to lower their weapons as they gawked at the appearance of one of the fighters that had come to cleanse their city.
"Saizomaru", some began to mutter. "It's the captain", some followed. They all recognized the android. As such, they began to move away from him, if not out of respect then definitely after seeing him temporarily paralyze two people with a simple finger pinch.
"Go home," he commanded them, "before I lock all thirty of you up on domestic terrorism charges." He let go out the two men he was holding, letting them crumple on the ground from loss of all feeling in their bodies. They would quickly recover, though.
And like that, the crowd began to disperse quickly. All of them made their ways down the streets, though many of them were still disgruntled, cursing and muttering under their breaths and to their friends who had joined them. But for now there would not be a scene.
"You all alright?" he called out to the three of them. "You picked a pretty bad time to tour the city."

Sensoa hadn't heard the man, land but did see him get behind the two holding Hyuki hostage. The men soon falling to the ground before Hyuki took off running to leap into Barban's arms. The tiny cat woman resting there while Sensoa stood between the two and the new individual. He was suspicious of the man before him, the android seeming to possess no presence as far as the demon could tell. Sensoa would turn to look at Hyuki, Barban the Lupine demon examining her neck to make sure she was already while the small cat woman fussed over being examined like a child.
After confirming she was already, Sensoa would turn toward the android or robot in question. It was evident he was not human, that much was clear. Even still Sensoa was weary of trusting strangers now, especially earthlings after that little display. Green eyes narrowing as he took in the man's appearance, but he saw nothing of noteworthy appearance. The man was strange by all accounts, though the demon had seen much stranger in his many years a live.
"I am not touring... I came here looking for the ones who burned our home... But it seems we won't find answers here."
Sensoa's tone was clearly not one of someone pleased, his bandages still clinging to his body. Barban had warned that travelling would make his wounds take longer to heal, but even this was getting ridiculous for him. But the topic at hand was still present as Sensoa looked at the backs of the people scattering, clearly not happy with what had happened but who would be he supposed. Barban took the lead here as he let Hyuki down from his arms, then bowing politely to the stranger.
"Thank you... Thank you for helping my wife."
It was clear the Lupine butler was shaken, they all were. Hyuki looked worse for wear, Sensoa was injured and Barban looked like he was gonna fall over any moment as well. The trio were not having a good week, yet they had to find answers. It was in their nature to hunt down those who would do them harm on their own door step. Barban then stood up straight once more before looking to Sensoa and frowning.
"This city won't give us answers My lord. Please, reconsider looking here."
"Their trail led here Barban... Where else would you have me search? I told you two wait back-"
"We both know I'd never let you face them alone... Stop being a stubborn brat and lets just go home..."
Barban's pleading was falling on defy ears, Sensoa growing visibly angry at Barban's suggestion. His eyes turning furious and a snarl escaping his lips.
"OUR HOME IS GONE BARBAN! THEY BURNED IT TO THE GROUND!"
Sensoa shouted, but immediately his posture went from angry to a more relaxed state as he looked to the android then back to Barban. The butler looking very clearly distraught at the Sensoa's anger. After an awkward pause Sensoa would turn his back to the trio with a grunt, leaving Barban looking downtrodden with his ears back and a hand outstretched. But Hyuki simply tugged at his pants leg, shaking her head slowly. It was a visible struggle within Barban to drop the subject, but he did. This was neither the time or place for that, he didn't want to give anyone else more reason to dislike them as is.
"Er... Sorry about that. I uh... We are grateful for your help truly... Its been... a rough time. May I know the name of the one who saved my wife? I am Barban, this is my wife Hyuki, and the grump of a demon is Sensoa. Truly thank you."
Barban had been looking at Sensoa when he introduced him and then returned his gaze back to the android in question. A smile upon the demon's face, though it was weary and without its usual charm. Hyuki the tiny cat woman giving a small bow of her head as well.
"Also... what happened here? Why are all the humans so hostile toward us? Most have not been so unfriendly."
Barban's question was punctuated by him gesturing toward the city itself, though by the looks of it he knew the answer. Surely a demon had not done this.

Saizomaru PL: 80,000 (Base)
With the crowd gone, Saizomaru was able to get a better look at the trio of demons. One was of wolf-like characteristics, while the female of the group was of feline appearances. The last was akin to some sort of samurai with what the android could only describe. He had pretty cool hair, though. Might even give him a run for his money for best hairstyle on Earth.
He could tell that Sensoa was injured, if not for the bandages then for his posture and body language. He could only imagine what had caused them—some huge fight, perhaps. He would be best spending his time resting than wondering the city.
But it seemed as though this samurai demon had a purpose of being here. He was looking for a group that had destroyed his home. The thought of heavy burns being the reason for his injured state sparked in Saizomaru's mind. He could only wonder if the destruction of this man's home and the conquering of Satan City were linked together. He pondered the case of the World Trade Fleet being the kingpins of both scenarios. It would explain why they were looking for answers here.
Saizomaru remained silent as the trio began to discuss things between themselves. It would soon devolve into ranting and arguments. While it would have been awkward for the trio to be arguing in front of Saizomaru, he only felt pity towards them. He had seen his fair share of dispute of purposes, even being in a few of them himself. The android understood how they felt. It wasn't too long ago since he had done the same with his own master.
When all was gotten out of their systems, the lupine one addressed Saizomaru, his tone courteous and polite. He was grateful for having come to their rescue in the broiling conflict between them and the flash mob.
"Call me Sai," replied the android after Barban had introduced themselves to him, returning the gesture in kind.
Then he turned to Sensoa. The demon was perturbed and stoic, and Saizomaru could not help but offer the same to him. "You should listen to your wolf friend," he said. "You won't find answers here. You even said it yourself. The only thing you'll find here is more trouble."
He was blunt. He was stern. They might even find the android's words uncaring, but he only cared for the sanctity of a city reeling from turmoil and distraught and anxiety. Sensoa as his group being here would only exasperate the people's unease more.
"I'm sorry about what happened to you," he continued, appearing more caring and sincere, "but there is very little here for you, if not nothing. These people were dictated over by demons not too long ago and mind-slaved by them. They do not trust demons. Not at the moment, anyway."
The android swept the cityscape with his eyes. Buildings were still in their prior dilapidated state. graffiti, broken windows, boarded up doors—it was almost as though the whole place had been abandoned. Many of them were in a state of repair, with only a few being restored to an almost brand new finish. But it did give him an idea.
"Trust is earned, not given. If you intend to stay here, then I suggest you stick to the shadows. Help the people here whenever you can, but do not push your services on them. In time, they will begin to appreciate your efforts. Changing their minds is one thing, though changing their hearts is another entirely. They won't like you overnight."
her turned back to them. A small smile spread across his lips. "Have patience. Eat well, sleep well, and rest well. You won't be able to do much in your state, Sensoa."

Sensoa listened to the man's words, Barban having a look of understanding as the situation was explained to them. Barban could see the reason they did not trust their kind, he did not blame them at all. They were clearly as lost as the demons, making him wonder just how different were they if such a thing was possible. Thoughts for the future he supposed, the Lupine demon looked to the city, taking in its sight while Sensoa was addressed directly. The android spoke true, Sensoa knew it in his heart but how could he just let those who would do what they did go? Sensoa peered over his shoulder at Barban as he remembered the poor Lupine's cries of pain as he was tortured. The memory of that burning in the back of his mind like a branding, he could never forget the sensation of nearly seeing one of his people, one of the ones he cared about dying. It had pushed him over the edge, drove him absolutely to the brink and he had only returned after suffering a grave wound.
Sensoa then turned to the android before Barban noticed him looking, his green eyes narrowing. Perhaps this world wasn't as sun shine and rainbows as Sensoa had thought. Peace truly was a fragile thing it seemed, even on a planet like this. He contemplated what the android had said, looking down at his left arm, the scar still visible. A blemish on his forearm to remind him that his body was not completely immune to the effects of being pushed to far. But he was fighting the inner urge for revenge, to find those responsible. After a brief pause, Sensoa would let out a long drawn out sigh, his shoulders sagging heavily.
"I... guess you are right."
Slowly he straightened his shoulders before placing a hand on the back of his neck. He was not going to be able to win any fight if he had such wounds and even now if he moved to dramatically he could tell he risked the wound opening. The bandage on his torso could only do so much to keep his wounds in check. Barban turned to Sensoa as he agreed to finally end this ridiculous search, a look of worry on his face. Sensoa was a stubborn demon, he didn't just give up easy, so to hear him just let something go without some form of protest worried Barban. The demon's defeat during their hour of need having had a much stronger impact on his psych then Barban had realized. He took note of that as he turned to the android once more.
"Thank you... maybe we will try to help out where we can. But I am thinking rest is what my charge needs... But I must know. How did a group of demon come to rule over a city? We have met many strong warriors, many of which were good people. I cannot imagine they would let the demons run wild without fighting back? Are this demons still live?"
Barban had asked the question but even Sensoa was curious about such a thing. A demon that could do this must be quite strong, or perhaps they had caught the heroes when they were out on namek? It was evident that the heroes of this world were not some weak group, as Sensoa had been bested by many of them. If he hadn't of been bested by them he would probably be doing what this demon did but on a smaller scale. In a way he was thankful but in his heart he envied this kind of power. To see this kind of destruction reminded him of home, and a sudden home sickness had wiggled its way into his heart.

The android's words had managed to find their way to the demon's reasoning. At least now it was apparent to Sensoa that he was not in any condition to be able to confront his enemies, let alone be able to come out victorious in a battle. Right now he was as effective as a glass hammer. What he needed was to rest, heal his wounds, and regain his strength. Perhaps gain more of it.
Once Barban had begun to speak to Saizomaru once more, the android continued to listen. There was more questions, some of which he did not know the answer to. He was not one to answer questions with a speculative response.
"There were many strong fighters," he replied. "but they had all died fighting. From what I was told by Chamil herself, there were six fighters who came here in hopes of defending the city. But they weren't enough."
He let out a hum as he took a few steps over to the remains of a single, large statue that once depicted one of those very allies of hers—Maple. Now it was all but destroyed save for what remained of the lower legs. Taking a seat on the edge of the statue's base, he leaned forward and propped his head up onto the back of his hand, the elbow of his arm resting on his knee.
"As for Chamil herself…" He pondered for a moment. She wasn't here when him and the Pride Troopers came to restore the city. "I have no idea. In hiding? Gone off-world? Dead from a pizza-induced heart attack? That's not something I can answer with certainty."
He sat up straight and placed his hands on his knees. "Even if she was dead, there are still others out there. Stargoons. World Trade Fleet.." The visage of the arcosians from the Federation of Planets Rebels flashed into his mind. His fingers gripped tight for a moment, then relaxed. He couldn't afford to think about them right now. "Other people who are looking for global domination. It was just be relegated to this city alone. The entire planet will be in danger."
An awkard smile formed on his face. He lightly chuckled as he stood back to his feet. "Anyway, no need for any more depressive talks about cities and planets getting conquered. We should be focusing on what matters right now—and by that I mean you three staying out of trouble, and the samurai dude getting treatment."
He made his way towards one of the streets at the side of them. Lined in rows on either side were large commercial stores—clothing, electronic goods, restaurants, corner stores—a shopping district that had everything that anyone here needed. At the end of the street was a large white building tens of storeys high.
"At the end of this road is a hospital," said Saizomaru. "I have a few people here who owe me favours. I'll escort you to the premises myself. No one will be bothering you as long as I'm around."
He looked over his shoulder back at them. "Once you're healed… we'll discuss your strength and how it can be best put to use."
Saizomaru made his way down the street. He only needed his new acquaintances to follow.

Sensoa listened closely, hearing about this person named Chamil who explained that six heroes had come to defend the city but failed. A tingle in the back of Sensoa's mind was present at that but nothing else as he brushed it aside. So this Chamil had been in charge of such a things that took place, a demon of respect in Sensoa's eyes but he said nothing. Barban did not agree with that idea, believing the demon had just made it harder for them all by doing this. The android then spoke about the world trade fleet, to which Sensoa's heart flickered at that. So the world trade fleet had done this then, or perhaps this Chamil person had been apart of them? A gnawing hunger formed in Sensoa's stomach, a challenge he desired immensely. A demon of such caliber could not be ignored, a warrior who he would gladly fight. A sharp teethed smile forming along Sensoa's face as he listened.
Then the android stopped talking about it all, saying it was time to move on from the depressive talk. He then began leading the group toward a hospital though Barban felt uneasy about being in a human hospital after what just happened. He didn't know if this one person could keep the resentment of human's at bay while they received treatment. They followed regardless, but they were clearly apprehensive to the idea. Sensoa followed suit, watching the android as he walked, thinking on what he had said. He wondered if he told the android the truth about him being a part of the world trade fleet would turn the friendly robot into a hostile one. If he had been unwise with his words, he feared his friends would be put in danger. Well... more danger than he had already put them in. Their foot falls echoing down the street as they walked, Sensoa keeping his eyes on the android leading them. Barban was looking about the ruins with a mixture of sadness and displeasure.
"So tell me about this Chamil. She was a demon like us?"
Sensoa finally spoke up then, deciding to break the silence as they walked. Hyuki using magic to float up to sit upon his shoulder, deciding it was better than using her small legs to rush to keep up. He was certainly tall enough he supposed as she gt comfortable.

"Yeah. She was a demon too," he replied to Sensoa as he made his way down the street, hanging back a little to make sure that the trio behind him were of a close distance to him. "Big goat lady. Brown fur. Wasn't one for lightening up. A big stick in the mud, she was. But she was strong. That's about all I know."
The android's eyes shifted from one side of the avenue to the other. The civilians who walked the street as them gave callous, uncaring glares at Sensoa as his companions. Those who were in their way gave them a wide berth, not wanting to be any closer to them than what they could get away with. Parents with their children gripped their hands tightly as quickly dashed past or away from them.
There was no changing their minds right now. But soon, perhaps they could get over the xenophobia.
It only took them a few minutes before they had found their way to the double glass doors of the hospital entrance. Above it loomed a large stone and brick archway with 'Satan City Hospital' emblazoned in large, shining blue letters on the front face of it.
"Here we are," said Saizomaru. He stepped up onto the stone porch, then placed his hand on the glass pane of the door. He pushed on it, opening it on its loose hinges, no doubt to let the physically weak be able to open it with ease. "Come in," he gestured verbally for his acquaintances to follow, keeping the door open for them as he stepped inside until he was out of reach of it. The place definitely gave off a hospital vibe. The entire interior was a shade of pristine white save for the pale blue and green trims of the skirting boards and accents on the furniture. Yet the people inside were not any different in their composure than the people outside. As soon as they saw Sensoa as his friends, they began to fidget in their seats. Some of them even got up to find a seat further towards the back. They wanted to be as far away from the group as possible.
Even the lady receptionist at the desk was uncomfortable around them despite probably having seen so many people in different conditions during her time here. Even as Saizomaru opted to approach the desk she was hesitant to greet him.
"Hi there," Saizomaru greeted in lieu of the receptionist's. "I need to speak with doctor Pars. Is he available at all?"
The woman stuttered and stammered, tripping over her words until she was finally able to get out, "L-let me check on that for you!" She spun a little to the side on her swivel chair as she reached for the keyboard. She began to tap at the keys, almost jittering with each stroke. "Y-yes, he's available. W-would you like me to page him, sir?"
"Yeah, that'd be great."
The receptionist nodded, almost too hard, her glasses nearly falling off of her face. A moment passed by as she typed up a message on her computer for the doctor to receive. She turned back to Saizomaru once she was done. "I-if you'd like to take a seat, he'll be with you shortly."
The android nodded, then waved on Sensoa to follow him into the lounge.
"Well… take a seat, guys."
Then, in unison, all of the patients waiting got up and moves to the far sides of the room, leaving a nice well of empty chairs for the group to take a seat.

The walk was filled with the stares of the humans, Sensoa feeling that disgust in his stomach again. How he hated that stare so much, how it twisted his insides into a knot and made him feel uncomfortable. For years he endured that treatment, suffering at the hands of those who did not understand and judgement placed upon him for no reason. Even on another world that would never pass, he felt like he could never escape that look and it tore him up inside. A hatred for the those people was what had drove him for those long twenty years, but now... now he didn't know what drove him.
Soon they neared the hospital he spoke of, the arch way giving them a relative peace of mind of where they were being led. They entered the hospital with the android, taking note of all those who backed away from them. Barban's smile was no where to be seen, Hyuki simply keeping a straight face that showed no sign of caring for them. Sensoa simply followed, feeling as if he had been put on a prosecution by the humans. His eyes narrowed, his resolve wavering as he felt his gaze fall. Even someone as brash as Sensoa, as strong willed could feel the crushing weight of their judgement on his shoulders but he said nothing. It took a bit of self arguing not to simply leave this place and never return. They had done nothing wrong, yet they were the subject to someone else's hatred or fear. Sensoa's eyes returned to Barban who held strong, his eyes cold but resolved despite the fear in their eyes. The Lupine demon following Sai into the lounge before Sensoa and the larger demon hesitating a moment.
As Barban went through the doors, not stopping his stride, Sensoa watched wish a bit of awe in his eyes. Hyuki snapped him out of it with a quick tap from the back of her hand, Sensoa following suit into the lounge. There they sat down together, Barban beside Sensoa against the wall. Sensoa was pretty big, almost needing two chairs for his full height and how big he was. Hyuki still sat upon his shoulder, looking at Sai as if examining him. Barban simply leaned back into his chair before closing his good eye.
"You sure this doctor wont... well try to kill us instead of help us?"
Barban said, his one good eye looking toward the group of human's staring them down before going back to the android. Sensoa kept his gaze fixed to the ground, his heart racing as he tried to keep cool. This whole situation was enraging to the demon, he hated being here and everything about this city screamed for him to leave. If he had known it would be such a disgusting place he would have stayed north of here. But the bounty hunter was not dumb, that man had come here knowing the ruined city was a perfect place to hide out. Yet Sensoa sat here, in a damn hospital waiting to get treatment while his enemies planned to kill him and his friends. It really stroked the flames of anger in Sensoa, the area around him getting warmer as he tried to keep himself from going into a frenzy. Those damn eyes of the humans, that look was searing its way into his mind even when he closed his eyes, and it was like torture to him.
Barban had to place a hand on Sensoa's shoulder to remind him to remain calm knowing if Sensoa lost it again like he did with the bounty hunter... then he may very well die. A chilling thought for the Lupine Demon to consider and one he did not wish to pursue.
"I apologize... for the inconvenience this is causing."
Barban finally would say as he looked to the android.
"Thanks again, we are in your debt it seems. I hope we can repay you someday for your kindness."

Saizomaru turned to look over his shoulders at the other patients that were awaiting treatment here. All of them were disgruntled and uncomfortable, if not from their own ailments then because of the fact that three demons were sitting amongst them. Hard, heavy glared beamed towards the trio with such intensity it was as though everyone was trying to work in unison just to make them explode with their minds.
It seemed that Saizomaru's status and influence was doing little to sway the hardened hearts of the humans here.
The android's attention to the people here was turned away back to Barban once he had asked a rather silly question. Or, in the very least, it sounded silly. It might be true though. "Nah, don't worry about it," he assured the wolf man. "me and doctor Pars go back a while. He used to be one of the captains of the military's medical squads. He owes me a favour or two."
Whether or not the good doctor would remember those favours that were owed was another thing entirely. Saizomaru would be sure to remind him though.
Relaxing back into his seat, the android placed a hand near his right thigh. Plates shifted up and down and to the sides to reveal a hidden compartment inside. A small holding bay jutted out into the palm of his hand, within it a mobile phone. Gripping it, Saizomaru withdrew it from its compartment and rested his hands in his lap. He began to tap at the screen a few times, leaving a little message for one of his contacts. Once that was done, he began to scroll through his news feed. Not much was happening, it looked like.
What little attention he had to his phone was easily swayed back to Barban as he addressed the android once more. But Saizomaru simply smiled at the lupine's words. "Well you can apologize by either helping out around the city or by leaving once you're done here," he responded. While callous, it was truth. He had his own fair share of prejudice against demons, but he hoped that these three would prove him wrong. "And kindness does not need to be repaid. I don't need the prospect of a Nobel Peace Prize to do the right thing. If you really want to repay me, you can make sure I don't regret my decision today."
The sound of soft footfalls padded against the carpet from behind the group. A tall man with a number one shaved head approached them in a white coat. The sound of stretched rubber creaked as the man removed his surgeon gloves. "Heard you wanted to see me, captain Sai."
Saizomaru chuckled as he got to he feet. He turned to meet his old friend. "Ex-captain," he corrected the doctor as he flung his arm out to shake his hand. "It's been a while, doctor Pars. Still doing surgery work, I see."
"It's what I do best. So what did you need from me?"
Saizomaru turned to look at the huge demon taking up two seats. He gave a cock of his head to the side in gesture of him. "Need you to have a look at this guy. See what sort of injuries he's got. Maybe give him a few nights here."
Doctor Pars glared at Sensoa. There was a pause, then a sigh. "I'm sorry, Sai," he finally spoke, "but I have my hands full right now. I'm not gonna be able to make any emergency appointments for the next few days."
"C'mon, Pars, don't give me that."
"It's true. What with all of us finally back to normal, we've been flooded with patients suffering from physical ailments due to pertained injuries or simply from system shock. Heart problems, kidney problems, brain trauma—there's a lot that can happen once the brain sends overflowing signals to the bodily organs."
Saizomaru sighed. He ran a hand through his hair as he looked down. He contemplated on what he could do to find some sort of happy medium, a compromise of sorts."Okay, just… just give me a hospital bed and a nurse and I'll diagnose the injuries myself. I can gain access to medical treatment and procedures through the NIM databases and add them to my databanks. C'mon, Pars. You owe me that time I saved your life in Taiketsu."
The doctor exhaled hard as he ran a finger and thumb across his brow. "Okay, okay, fine. I have a few spare wards on floor five that he can stay in. I'll take you there, then I'll send a nurse over to you. Follow me."
Saizomaru smiled, then turned to the group. "Okay, guys. Let's go."

The android placed his hands on his thigh, causing Sensoa's body to tense up. He wasn't sure what the android was doing but he didn't like it. Then suddenly he pulled a phone from his leg, to which Sensoa felt better about, his posture relaxing as the android spoke to someone on the phone. The robot then spoke up about an operating table or some such which drew Barban's attention. He wasn't sure he wanted to be operated on and his face soured up a bit. He didn't want to be getting a shot or see any needles, his fear of them rising to the surface. But the Lupine demon put on a brave face as he stood up along with the other two. They weren't sure where to go but would just follow the android.
Sensoa hoped the android was qualified for his level of injury, remembering he had a hole in his torso from being stabbed clean through. Then there was Barban who had multiple stab wounds from someone's clawed finger, did they even have a treatment for that? Then the whole body damage Sensoa was suffering from, which caused his face to kind of, go blank. The idea a total stranger would operate on them after meeting them was... pretty scary.
"er... you sure you are uh... able to? I mean, not that I doubt you Mr Sai but uh..."
Barban began fidgeting with his sleeves, all three demons feeling a level of anxiety as they worried about their new acquaintance operating on their bodies. Well Hyuki was fine for the most part, just a few bruises.

"Eh, should be pretty straight forward," replied Saizomaru to the wolf demon. "I'm pretty good at cutting things." He through the worried Barban a smile as he followed doctor Sars.
The doctor pressed the button to call for the elevator. Despite all the technological advancements in the infrastructure and building sectors, the elevator was still as slow as molasses. No doubt still in need of repair since the overtaking of Satan City, but at least it was still operational.
"Still looking to helping people, I see," joked Sars with a smile. "You haven't changed one bit, Captain. AH, no, it's ex-captain now, isn't it?"
"You're still fine to call me captain, Corporal," replied Saizomaru with a chuckle, addressing his friend with his old military status in kind. "Old habits die hard, I guess. Besides—you're doing your fair share of helping the sick and the injured."
"It's what I do best, after all. It's a good profession to have once you end up leaving active duty. Makes it easier to transcend to living a normal life. There's never an overinflation of doctors."
A bing sound came from the elevator. The metal doors slide open to the sides. Doctor Sars extended a hand for Saizomaru and his companions to enter. Once they were all in, Sars would follow last and press the button for the fifth floor. After the doors closed once more, a soft jolt rumbled under their feet as the lift carried them upward towards the upper floors.
"I take it you've been pretty busy recently," inquired the android as he leaned upon the side wall of the box. "How many people are being treated right now."
"Around two hundred," replied the doctor with exasperation. His hand ran across his near-bald head. "It's been tough. Right now we're short-staffed. Even some of our other doctors and nurses have been relegated to needing treatment. It's our top priority to get them back on their feet so we can have the increase manpower."
Saizomaru sighed. He wasn't surprised that the hospital was going to receive collateral as it were. He remained in silence for the moment as the elevator continued to take their way up, just passing the third floor.

Sensoa along with the duo followed the Android as he met up with the doctor. They didn't say anything as they spoke together like old friends, the doctor calling him captain then making a comment it should be ex-captain now. Sensoa would expect of that nature given how this android conducted himself, but thought little else of it. His attention on the elevator itself, watching as it slowly rose up. He just wanted this to be over with, he hated the wait and he wanted to leave this damn city. He wasn't going to help, why would he help the people if they had nearly killed Hyuki or at least threatened too. The large demon crossed his arms, staring at the numbers on the elevator while he waited. Barban was not doing so well, his eye had grown weary, leaning against the wall. The trip here as well as all the excitement having taken its toll on the old demon.
Hyuki was holding onto Barban's pants with a look of worry in her eyes but otherwise said nothing. She feared one of his many wounds may have opened up and he might be in danger. However Barban said nothing as he too stared at the numbers on the elevator door. It wasn't until they hit floor three that Barban's legs gave out, the elevator causing him to grow more dizzy by the moment. Sensoa noticed immediately and was kneeled down beside the Lupine demon unsure what to do. A red stain appearing on the chest of the demon's black jacket. Sensoa removed it immediately to reveal his bandaged torso, the many dents in his body from the many stab wounds the demon had suffered from earlier.
"Barban... It will be ok."
Hyuki said as she looked to the doctor and Sai respectively.
"What..? What do we do?"
Sensoa was at a lose for words, unable to say much as he looked over his friend's damaged body feeling a pang of guilt for bringing him here.

The elevator jolted as soon as it reached the half way point on its ascent through the floors. Both Saizomaru and doctor Pars turned as soon as they heard a thud coming from the side of them, seeing Barban sat on the floor. For a moment they thought that maybe the jolt took him by surprise, but the revelation of the blood-soaked bandages revealed his weakened state.
"Are you okay?" asked Pars as he rushed to where the lupine had fell, kneeling in front of him. He was close enough to notice that there were multiple points on the demon's body where the patches were darker. "You've suffered multiple wounds. This amount of blood is… staggering." He looked up to Barban with an expression of nothing short of complexity. "You shouldn't even be standing right now."
Saizomaru remained back, letting his friend examine the wounds, or in the very least give an estimated diagnosis on his condition. Whatever happened to him—and the other two, for that matter—was premeditated, as though some form of torture. This was not something that happened in a brawl.
The elevator stopped. A rumble could be felt through the floor as the lift came to a halt. Another bing sounded, then the doors opened again. Doctor Pars motioned Saizomaru over. A metal hand took a hold of Barban's hand as the android pulled him to his feet, draping the lupine's arm around his shoulders to support him as they made their way into the corridor.
The floor was filled with various rooms. Along the outside perimeter were rooms lined up, while the middle had blocks of eight in a grid-like formation. The outer corridors traced a square, with pathways criss-crossing between the blocks of offices like a grid.
Doctor Pars led the group down the outer corridor until they had reached halfway, stopping outside one of the outer offices marked '148'. He opened the door and walk inside, then stood at the side as he held the door open for the rest of the group. Once they were inside, he closed the door behind him.
"Please lay on the beds," he said, directed to both Barban and Sensoa. Two hospital beds were placed side by side with a two meter gap between them. The white steel frames had thick, soft mattresses on them designed to relax and ease the pain of patients that had suffered trauma to the neck and spine. Pristine aqua covers gave a soothing vibe to the room, like an ocean view of the early morning horizon. White dressers were set beside each bed, each with a vase that held colourful flowers—tulips, lavender, roses and sunflowers.
Saizomaru helped carry Barban to the closest bed. Gently he sat him down on the side of the mattress, then helped swing his legs so that he lay stretched out across it. "You're gonna be fine," the android assured him. "You're in the best possible hands right now."
Meanwhile, doctor Pars was fidgeting with a small device in his hand; a pager that would send a message to one of the nurses that were currently available. "A nurse will be with you shortly," he said as he looked towards Saizomaru. "Whatever you will need will be available to you. Just ask the nurse to get whatever it is you need."
"I appreciate all of this, Corporal," thanked the android. "I'll consider the favour returned."
Doctor Pars smiled, then made his way to the door. "If you'll excuse me, I need to prepare the surgery for my five o'clock appointment. I'll leave the rest to you, Captain." With that, the doctor left them.
Saizomaru sighed. He turned and placed his hand on the backrest of one of the chairs that lined the wall. He pulled it towards him before taking a seat, the backrest in front of him, and rested his arms along the top of it. "How're you guys feeling?"

Sensoa let the doctor look at Barban, astonished that Barban had made it this far. They clearly did not know his teacher, the man had a will of iron to deal with Sensoa and Hakai for as long as he had. Its where Sensoa had learned to endure pain as well as he had, not including torture. Barban simply looked down at his own chest weakly, giving a weak chuckle as he looked at each stab wound. This would be nothing if Sensoa hadn't stopped the Bounty hunter from destroying his remaining good eye. He dared to believe he wouldn't be sitting here but a dead snow covered corpse had that happened. Barban looked to the doctor, before the elevator stopped.
"I've... had worse... I assure you."
He was then helped up, the android aiding him in walking with Sensoa walking behind him. This people were not all bad it seemed, and he was grateful they showed such compassion to his mentor. They eventually arrived to their room, directing the two injured demons to lay down on the bed. Barban was aided in laying down, his eyes weakly staring at the ceiling above him. He had bags under his eyes as he tried to slow his breathing down, to keep his heart rate steady while he waited. He was asked how he was feeling to which Barban gave a chuckle once more.
"I feel like I've been hit by a truck... then it came back with a knife. Argh."
Barban winced with pain as he looked down at his wounds, hand lifting from the open wound as he continued to chuckle at himself.
"With a knife to heh, finish the job."
Barban then laid his head back again, closing his eyes as he waited. He was in pain, it was apparent. It wasn't as bad as when he had been given the wounds but he certainly felt them that was certain. Sensoa sat upon his own bed, slowly undoing his bandages as well to reveal the numerous wounds that littered his body. From cuts to bruises to a large burn on his chest, but when the final bandage around his waist was undone, one could see a large black hole in his torso. It had missed internal organs thankfully but the puncture in his side was clearly visible. It was big enough to indicate someone had stabbed him with their hand, and removed it forcefully. The large demon paid it no mind, despite the fact it had opened a while ago. Green blood running down his side and onto the bed. His fingers dripping with it as well onto the floor.
Sensoa watched the android curiously, wondering why it was he truly wanted to help a pair of demons. He hadn't shown any signs of malice or any trickery he supposed. But the demon did not trust easily, something about the android just didn't feel good. Perhaps it was just the fact Sensoa felt no presence from the android or that he was just injured so he was delusional. One or the other.
"When the nurse gets here, treat his wounds first if you would... I..."
Sensoa was about to go further but simply let his words drift off. He didn't want to say he was worried or anything, as he just didn't want to seem weak. It was clear the large demon was worried about Barban, his eyes never leaving the lupine butler out of his sight. Even if he had been curiously watching the android, his many eyes kept going back to the butler's prone form. Just seeing the many wounds on his friend filled him with hatred and anger. He despised the bounty hunter for what he had done, and when he got a hold of that damn bastard... The bastard will beg for the mercy of death, that much was for certain. Sensoa would teach the Bounty hunter what it meant to truly made a Ghoun hate him. Death would be a kindness that Sensoa would not give him the luxury of having.
