NAME: Oboe of Clan Tormund
ALIASES: Young Sage, Oboe, Priest of Ouroboros
SPECIES: Namekian
RACIAL TRAITS:
- Regen: Namekians can regenerate wounds and even lost limbs at the cost of some energy. However, they cannot regenerate brain tissue or from decapitation, and more likely than not a powerful attack will still kill you. A Namekian can regenerate their bodies to restore themselves to health, limbs bursting forward from an amputated stub or gaping wounds suddenly healing. Mechanically, this heals you equivalent to 100% of your Power Level once per thread.
- Dragon Caste:Dragon Clansman gain access to the "Mystic" Signature Technique Branch
- Fusion/Fission:Namekians can choose to either permanently fuse with another Namekian player to gain power, or fission into two Namekians to produce an offspring. Fusion works as follows: 50% of the PL of the fuser goes into the recipient body, along with all of their techniques.
In Fission, a new Namekian is created from the old, taking along with it half of the PL and a duplicate of all techniques. You can choose to make this fission a minion, or give control of the fission to another player. Regardless of which you choose, if one of the two halves dies, the other perishes as well.
You can also pursue fission through non-mechanical means, forgoing the PL splitting and technique duplication for flavor alone.
AGE: 18 Years
GENDER: Male
STARTING PLANET: Namek

Items:
- Ourobian Soul Beads [Gravity Belt/Device]: The most valued object, even over their own life, of the Ourobian Clan found in the hidden village of Sanari. Ourobian clan Namekians typically wear these as fashionable clothing options - their true nature however are mysterious artifiacts of great power - placing the burden of the soul on someone's person (Gravity Training) allowing them to grow stronger by overcoming their temptations.
- Mazoku Amulet [Destron Machine]: A compact gemstone that you can fasten onto your arm, back, or wherever else. It takes in oxygen and corrupts it into vile Dark Energy that saps away at a foe's stamina when breathed in.
This allows you to make Destron-Variant offensive attacks that follow usual Variant rules in terms of PL, your foe treat their transformation as -x1 for the post of impact if the attack hits, should they be within 60% of your PL! Modifier debuffs don't stack. - Dragon Radar: A Device he found on earth that resonates on the same frequency as the Dragon Balls

Ship Description:
Once the personal Star Cruiser for his father, Saw Tormund, Oboe Tormund has claimed this Vessel for his own to begin his Pilgrimage among the Sea of Stars. Splitting the interior to three decks, the ships modifications and spacing arrangements allowed for a multi-faceted vessel, allowing the mobile cruiser to double as a home on the go. Each Deck had been arranged meticulously to emulate the same comforts and standards of Namekian Homes.
Deckplans:
Level 1:
- Main Entrance: The Main Opening of the ship is found - strangely - atop its bulkhead, more akin to the ships found on other Alien Worlds. The opening at the top leads to a large, rounded room where Cargo and other storage is placed and seen. The center of the room, where a visitor will find themself upon entering, also acts as the Lift connecting each level. Its Cylinder like Design a common sight on most multi-leveled designs.
Level 2:
- Training/Meditation Chamber: In the Center of the ship, the entire Second Level has been designed with the Dragon Castes methods in mind. The room itself features Sensory Deprivation settings, low frequency sound exposure - painful but effective for energy training in Namekians - and even a central computer system that has been designed to manipulate the Magical Resonance of the Soul-Gems adorned by Ourobian Village Namekians - distributing it's unique Gravity Manipulating benefits into the entire room. The walls themselves have been emblazoned with etchings and carvings of ancient origin - their unique arrangement having been meticulously set to augment the levels of strength the room can withstand, automatically placing a spiritual burden on those with power surpassing the training rooms limits.
Level 3:
- Bridge: One of the two largest parts of the Gorgon's Gaze, affectionately referred to as the Brain of the ship, The Third level of the ship had been split into two large rooms - one at the Bow and the other in the Stern, with two hallways interconnecting the large chambers. Within each hallways was a series of accompanying smaller rooms, each designed with a specific function and design. At the front of this design is the ships Bridge. Here the Gorgon's Gaze is piloted through manual or automated means. Its large visual port allowing for a small catwalk to connect the front of the navigation array to the rest of the room, letting its crew gaze at space from an up close and personal manner. To the left and right rear of the room, two doors open to narrowed hallways. The Center of the Bridge has also been modified to allow for an Emergency Exit hatch to be installed beneath the lift's final position.
Starboard Quarter: To the right rear of the bridge is a door that leads to the Starboard Quarter. This hallway connects to bridge to the Aft of the ship and houses rooms.
- Medical Bay: The first, closest to the Bridge, is a Medical Room - though currently not fully setup - the room would normally house a single Medical Chamber, diagnostic array and other medical necessities. Currently this room is setup for the installation but missing the pieces.
- Lounge/Commisary: Centered between the Medical Bay and the Guest Quarters is the Lounge. This room doubles as the ships Commissary and comes equipped with a standard food refrigeration unit, cooking ovens and other necessities needed to prepare a meal. A large liquid dispenser is placed in the center of the room, a common used machine for Namekians on the good - the unit produces a water like substance complete with all the minerals and nutrients required for a standard Namekian Diet.
- Guest Quarters: This room opens to a small hallway that connects to two smaller rooms. Within each is a very spartan furniture structure, as only a bed and bolted chair are to be seen. There is some open room for customization should the room be required long-term.
Port Quarter: To the left rear of the bridge is a door that leads to the Port Quarter. This Hallway also connects the Bridge to the Aft of the ship.
- Strategic Planning Room: The second largest single room in the entire ship, this office allows for a large group to sit within and view a real-time holo-display of Planets, Landscapes or more wihth the intended design to allow for strategic planning. The room itself hasn't seen use since Saw Tormund's days, nevertheless its still impressive this many years later.
- Oboe's Quarters: The second room, closest to the Aft, is the largest of the two rooms in this hall. This large and spacious area acts as Oboe's home. Complete with a similar layout as his small house on Namek, the warm and cozy atmosphere also houses the Sages Elder Seat - complete with Porunga Motif.
Engineering/Engine Room: At the very Rear of the ship's third level is the Engineering room. This room doubles as the ships Engine Center and is where any and all maintenance to the ships propulsion occurs. This room also is where any additional equipment can be modified for installation on the ship.

[PTab=Technique List]
Offensive Techniques:
Technique Name: | Technique Type: | Description: |
Gigun: Dangan (Righteous Force: Bullet) | N1 DMG: 33% | The user focuses their ki aura inward, causing the body to glow a subtle hue, indicative of their aura's visibility spectrum, around their physical outline. As the user focuses, a sphere of energy will manifest around a fist, both index and middle finger extended. Sparks of energy will emanate from the sphere with savagery as the technique reaches its epoch. When ready, the user will cock their arm back as if throwing a punch before extending the arm fully once again in a swift an powerful motion. This action fires the sphere like a bullet, with a uniquely designed double-helix tail trailing behind the attack - growing in length as it travels. (Starter) |
Gigun: Hodan (Righteous Force: Cannonball) | UA2 DMG: 66% | An advanced deviation to the Dangan technique, Oboe cups both palms together and holds them above his head. Energy begins to swirl and gather within the center of the cupped palms, growing in size and intensity. Once reaching the needed levels, Oboe brings his arms and palms down – the Sphere is thrown at the Enemy with tremendous force and speed converting into a beam. Once again, a uniquely double-helix designed tail that flows behind the sphere – growing in length as it trails the shot. (8k) |
Gigun: Kyokusha Taiho (Righteous Force: Howitzer Cannon) | MA3 DMG: 100% | Oboe’s Gigun Style’s Signature Technique. Combining the control of the Dangan technique with the sheer force and power of the Hodan; The Kyokusha Taiho is the supreme mastery of his personal combat style. Extending both arms forward, hands interclasped into a single massive fist, both index and middle finger extended. Oboe gathers a large sphere of ki around the connected hands. Once its form is completely charged, the Namekian can choose to either Fire the massive sphere as a singular blast – OR – forcefully split both hands apart, causing the large orb of Ki to equally distribute into each separate, now clenched fist; This allows Oboe the flexibility to attack his opponent with a barrage of attacks. Each ki sphere, when fired, is once again followed by a uniquely double-helix designed tail that flows behind the sphere – growing in length as it trails the shot. (16k) |
Steno Art: Guardian Blast | N1 DMG: 33% | Creates the equivalent of a baseball sized condensed ball of energy in his palm that can be thrown in varying manners once formed. The technique originally had no name as Steno didn't believe in such things - however, since fusing, Oboe has come to refer to this as "Guardian Blast" - an embodiment of his Protectors spirit. (Fusion) |
Steno Art: Surge of Namek | VA2 DMG: 33% (Merging) | Steno uses his energy sensing ability to gauge the power and type of energy from his teammates in order to change his ki just enough to merge his technique with someone able to do similar to increase the power of both and create a new technique temporarily. Originally the technique had no proper name as Steno didn't believe in such things - however, since fusing, Oboe has come to refer to this technique as "Surge of Namek". (Fusion) |
Ingagun: Yūdoku Taihō (Negative Force: Toxic Cannon) | VA2 DMG: 33% (Destron) | A Variant Technique of the School of Gigun that was Developed by Oboe after his merger with the Warrior Namekian; Steno. Tapping into a darker and more sinister aspect to the magical properties of the Soulgem - a Mystical gemstone that each clan member of the Oros Clan possesses since birth - Oboe was able to harness the negative energy of his trauma into a palpable force that can be imbued into his energy attacks (*Flavored Destron Machine*). Harnessing what he refers to as Ingagun - or - Negative Force, Oboe distributes dark magical properties to his ki-based combat techniques To this end, Oboe used his Hodan technique as a starting catalyst to develop this new series of attacks. Through exerted Ki Control - Oboe goes through the same hand motions as the Hodan - cupping both palms together and holding them infront of his stomach, energy begins to swirl and gather within the center of the cupped palms, growing in size and intensity. Six additional energy spheres gather and charge around him in a circular pattern. Once the energy is imbued and gathered, Oboe fires them at the opponent, each sphere trailing a double-helixed violet/gold energy tail. While approaching the opponent, the six spheres combine into a single energy ball of Violet and Gold energy that, when it hits the opponent, inflicts a huge amount of damage. The Ingagun - or - Negative Force imbued within the attack is released upon the foe with debilitating consequences as the enemy will feel as if their very life-essence had just been sapped from them for a short time, making it harder for them to gather their full power. As per all his attack , a uniquely designed double-helix designed tail flows behind the sphere – growing in length as it trails the shot. The color on each opposing line is the same Violet and Gold as seen in his other attacks. Note*:Destron (Your foe treat their transformation as -x1 for the post of impact if the attack hits, should they be within 60% of your PL! Modifier debuffs don't stack.) (136k) |
Defensive Techniques:
Technique Name: | Technique Type: | Description: |
Gigun: Kenrui (Righteous Force: Stronghold ) | B1 33% | This is the base ability in Oboe’s protective arsenal. Protects Oboe with power equal to 33% of his current PL. If an opposing technique beats the barrier, and the Oboe's power is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. If the Barrier user is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. (40k) |
Gigun: Yosai (Righteous Force: Fortress) | [VB2] 33% [Sustainable] | An improved version of the Kenrui; the Yosai employs the same translucent field of energy to encapsulate the target in a field of protection, however this variation maintains itself over the designated target – both Oboe or an ally - until it is either broken or the technique's longevity expires. While more powerful than the first variation, this barrier's true strength lies in it's ability to maintain itself over a period of time. When employed, the Barrier will protect Oboe or a Target with power equal to 33% of his current PL. If an opposing technique beats the barrier, and the Oboe's power is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. If the Barrier user is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. (48k) |
Gigun: Gajo (Righteous Force: Citadel) | VB3 66% [Sustainable] | An improved version of the Yosai; this variation employs the same translucent field of energy to encapsulate the target in a field of protection as previous installments, this time however a helix styled array of electrical sparks consistently flows upward in a rotational pattern around itself and over the designated target – both Oboe or an ally - until it is either broken or the technique's longevity expires. After his power fully synchronized with that of the Former Guru's, Oboe was able to push this technique further allowing even greater protection than it's original incarnation. Through some proper Ki Manipulation, you've gained the ability to summon a barrier made of Ki! Protects you with power equal to 66% of your current PL. If an opposing technique beats your barrier, and the Barrier user is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. If the Barrier user is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. (56k) |
Guardian's Embrace | UB2 66% | Through some proper Ki Manipulation, you've gained the ability to summon a barrier made of Ki! Protects you with power equal to 66% of your current PL. If an opposing technique beats your barrier, and the Barrier user is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. Though originally an unnamed technique, Oboe had to grant it one thanks to the unique energy in which the barrier's appearance took on. When employed, three more pairs of Namekian arms - large and formed of energy - will appear to come from Oboes back and wrap around him in a protective 'hug'. (Fusion) |
Guardian's Shell | MB3 100% | Through some proper Ki Manipulation, you've gained the ability to summon a barrier made of Ki! Protects you with power equal to 100% of your current PL. (Fusion) |
Utility Techniques:
Technique Name: | Technique Type: | Description: |
Gigun: Himeru (Righetous Force: Obscure) | SU1 Afterimage [Upgradeable] | The nature of a dragon is mysterious to man, though in the case of Oros village, the Namekians there take this to a literal level. Having followed the ancient and historical texts of his people through the time of the Mazoku Rule, Young Sages are taught that Dragon's are to be unseen by the masses, a mystery to all. Through this principal of learning, Oboe has managed to manipulate this "Dragon's Visage" into an actual combat technique; Through a sudden burst of speed, Oboe is able to dodge techniques beneath 100% of his Power Level. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles. (Starter) |
Wisdom of Porunga | SU1 Energy Sensing | Through intense meditation and study, Dragon Caste Namekians learn from a very young age how to sense the subtle disturbances and differences in Ki. Thanks to this knowledge, Oboe is able to sense fluctuations in energy from across any Planet that he resides. Additionally, before his travels in Space, the Sage learned how to identify the differences in individual ki waves; this allows Oboe the ability to recognize those he knows from a distance...and detect those he doesn't as well. Note: Cannot sense energies that are beyond the physical plain - be that through Otherworld or Deific reason. (Starter) |
Gigun: Yokuatsu (Righetous Force: Supression) | SU2 Energy Setting [Upgraded] | You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (Anything that would consume kp in a kp battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters. |
Guardian's Onslaught | UT1 Four-Witches Technique | Through some method you are capable of producing two additional arms(or arm-like appendages!) that sprout from your back, these limbs provide no extra power in and of themselves but to provide you with extra fists to punch your opponent and extra hands for grappling AND punching. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle A carried over trait of his former Guardian, Steno, Oboe uses this ability when push comes to shove and its time to get truly offensive. Since then, he's coined the title of this ability: Guardian's Onslaught (Fusion) |
False-Fission | UT1 Multi-form | Through this technique you can create a copy of yourself dividing your power evenly between yourself and a single copy (50% each). Multiforms operate as their own fighters- they manage KP and use techniques as if they were two separate people! They can merge back together after responding defensively to any attacks your foe may have thrown, but take the damage from the most damaged copy and the copy with the least KP. Signatures can only be used once per thread, as well as certain racials regardless of which copy uses the technique. This technique was developed as a mastery of the Namekian Fission ritual by Steno. Through intense concentration, the User can split himself into another Namekian without the need of splitting themself permenantly. This assists in fusion and combat. (Fusion) |
Guardian Surge | UT1 Bulking | After the Fusion Ritual, Oboe learned that his Guardian had tapped into a mysterious vestige of power hidden deep within the Namekian psyche. through a surge of energy which casts the user in a permanent glow, you increase your offensive power at the cost of your defenses, this results in an increase of your offensive PL by +x1 and a decrease of your defensive PL by -x3. You must have a transformation that provides at least +x3 defensive PL to use this technique. Using Bulking costs 0 KP in a KP Battle. It must be active for at least two turns before being deactivated (including the turn it was activated on), and can only be deactivated at the end of a turn, after completing all necessary defensive calculations. (Fusion) |
Signature Techniques:
Technique Name: | Technique Type: | Description: |
Gigun: Kanzen Ryu I (Righetous Force: Mastered Dragon Art of Healing) | [SIG] [Mastered] | Having mastered both his newly inherited powers as Guru, as well as harnessing the inner power of his Dragon Clan heritage, Oboe is able to focus his ki outward as a wave of healing energy that he can unleash upon ally and foe alike. This technique radiates out of his outstretched, open palm as a a double helix of energy - one side violet, the other gold rotates down his arm to his hand releasing a fluctuating wave of golden light to pass over the target. In its perfected state, Oboe is capable of recovering extreme damage near instantly upon the recipient of the healing. From missing limbs to fatal blows - his perfected healing can restore the damage back to its original state. Mechanical Effects: At the cost of 1/2/3 KP, you can heal a target player or self for 100%/200%/300% of their Power Level (based on level of the technique used) RP Flavor: Those who receive this blessing have their energy bolstered, their confidence restored and their moral boosted. Those imbued with the golden light find the radiance to maintain over a period of time (three posts) within their own natural energy. (Player Consent Required) (24k/56k/64k/72k/80k/88k/96k/104k) |
Guardian's Secrets | Utility SIG [Work-Out] | Harnessing the Experience and lessons learned by Steno during his many years sequestered in training for his duty to Protect Guru, Oboe is able to utilize the energy enhancing techniques of the Warrior Caste with Minimal Debilitation to himself. In addition to it’s normal effects your Power Weighted (Bulking) technique now only reduces your defensive PL by -x1 instead of -x3. It otherwise functions identically to the normal Bulking Technique. (Fusion) |

[PTab=Relationships]
- Ochra : His First encounter with the Saiyans, Ochra had come to his Village seeking his father. After much discussion and time with one another, Oboe has now considered Ochra a friend and will do everything within his power to assist him and his brethren in retaking their home world from the World Trade Fleet
- Zynth : A lifelong friend and egg-mate; Zynth has always been a staple as Oboe's side. However, as of late - with the goings on of the Planet - his friend seems far less accessible than he'd been in the past and as such a small schism has separated them
- Nashua : A Saiyan Female whom had helped his people during the War for the Dragon Balls waged on Planet Namek. A centerpoint individual for Oboe's consideration of the Saiyans and their Culture. Due to her actions, the Sage of Oros has begun to trust the Saiyan People a bit more. Though still upset on their actions - he willingly understands their plight and has chosen to forgive and let go simply due to  the actions of this brave and thoughtful woman.
- Tarch : The Young Saiyan Boy whom had helped him locate and discover his Fathers Ship. A curious young man filled with great enthusiasm and kindness; Oboe took a liking to the child as they explored the strange new vessel beneath the surface of the Scar. Having wished the young man well on his journeys and gone their separate ways; The Sage of Oros still considers the child and what he's doing even now.
- Chime : After leaving Planet Namek for the first time, Oboe had found himself lost upon the Sea of Stars and near death after an intense and failed Ritual aboard his fathers old vessel. Crash landing with quite a start upon a blue planet, The Sage of Oros found himself saved by a duo, one of which was the Namekian - Chime. Known as "Kami" Upon Planet Earth, Oboe had hoped to of offered some guidance and news of their home planet during their last meeting. Over his time on the planet, he grew a soft-spot for the Guardian of the Planet.
- Hale : The buff and tough Arcosian met on Planet Earth. Hale was the second part of the Duo that had rescued him upon his crash landing on their planet. Over time on the Planet, and his Muscle Tower, Oboe had grown close to the Arcosian and began to understand his culture a bit more.
- Vuzel : The Young Son of a Namekian from another Village, Vuzel had come to Oros Village in search of aide in his quest to keep Planet Namek safe from external threats. After much deliberation, Oboe took the young Namekian on as his apprentice and eventually declared him the Shield of Namek. He trains with the new Guru even now. [/PTab]
[PTab=Biography and Chapters]
The only son of Elder Saw – Oboe lived a peaceful and educated life within Oros Village, a Hamlet famed for its use of a magical stone regarded as a “Soulgem”, said to harness the ancient history of their Clan and with it their ancient Magics. Having been birthed by egg in the year 3,000 as a new generation of Dragon Caste, the young Namekian enjoyed many years learning the ways of the Dragon Clan from Great Elder Percus, a short distance north of his home in Grand Elder Village. Studious and gifted, the young hatchling was hailed as a prodigy by his third hatch-day. Over time, being taught by both Percus and his father Saw – who gave him lessons on the history of Oros Village and the legends of the Ourobian Sage whom was once known as the Glorious Strategist – Oboe found himself accelerated in his classes, taking courses two and even three years his age level.
Seven years passed and over time he developed an intense Rivalry with a member of the Mazoku Caste, Mandolin – another student whom was hailed as a prodigy but one who followed a darker path of Magic and strength. The two had an intense disdain for one another to the point that on some occasions it’d get violent. Nevertheless, Great Elder Percus helped to keep Oboe centered while Great Elder Bass – head of the Mazoku Caste – kept his student under control. Yet, try as they might the Elders were incapable of stopping one final act of aggression that nearly cost the pair their lives. Upon the eighth year of their training; Mandolin and Oboe had erupted into combat outside the boundries of the Cargo Farmlands. Both boys had given their all and as such, had nearly killed one another. It was due to this that Mandolin had been banished from Grand Elder Village, forced to study for the remainder of his years at Mazo Temple, located near the Scar. Oboe would continue his training, albeit much more humbled by the experience.
Upon his tenth year, Oboe had completed the final stage of his training in the art of the Dragon and as such was tasked to return to his home where he would offer advice and guidance to the village elder – his father, Saw. It was here that the final parts of his training were attended to, personally, by his own Father. It was a peaceful life of meditation, practice, studying and martial training – to some degree – which involved learning his Father’s unique martial style of combat; The Way of Gigun – or - The Way of Righteous Force, a technique that harnessed the purity of the Dragon Clans magical prowess with the unique martial capability of the Warrior Caste. Mastering this style took much of his dedication and was quite possibly one of the most intense and difficult things for the young prodigy to acquire mastery over. Yet, on his fifteenth year his father had declared his training complete in every way – having seen in his son the unlocked potential of a Great Namekian.
The pair would live in simple harmony in Oros Village for three years – assisting travelers and pilgrimage goers alike. Oboe watched with sadness as his ancient father grew weak and frail as age finally called upon him. On his eighteenth year, Oboe’s father – Elder Saw – Passed away with his son at his side, embracing him and ensuring him that he had learned everything he could but that there was still more for him to learn. To keep an open mind and to live life completely. Weeks later, Oboe was promoted to the ranking of Sage and by extension the new Elder of Oros Village.
Four Months into the start of his position, Planet Namek’s asteroid field had been cleared away – once again allowing access to the Planet to other species in the Cosmos. There had been no time wasted as the Saiyans and World Trade Fleet descended upon the Planet with Reckless Abandon. It was in this time-frame that Oboe met the Saiyan Ochra – a mysterious stranger whom carried with him a set of “Soulgems” ancient in design. A curious thing considering that no one outside of Oros Village had ever received a set – as far as he knew. As he discussed things with the man, he learned of a creature known as Mistroma Dar’Kon, found on Planet Earth, who had gifted this man these Soulgems and told him to seek his Father, Elder Saw. Unfortunately for the Saiyan, his father had already left the Mortal Coil. Promising to hear his tale, Oboe listened as the Ochra explained the situation and plight of his people by the vicious actions of the World Trade Fleet. How his planet had been conquered and enslaved.
Promising to assist the Saiyan in his time of Need, Oboe spent some time Training with him in the Cave of Trials. Yet, even though they spent time together, the Saiyan foolishly ran off to his planet prior to the completion of his training leaving Oboe to wonder what he should do. As he traveled across his planet looking for the Saiyan, he ran into the female Saiyan – Nashua – whom had helped one of his brother villages recover after damage caused by the WTF and Saiyans coming to blows over the Dragon Balls. Though nice, as he found out shortly upon their meeting, the Saiyans had come to possess every Wish Orb and had gone to great lengths to make their wish. Unfortunately, the conflict planetside had taken its toll on the Planets Leader and Oboe mourned the loss of their Grand Elder harder than anyone.
After taking to meditating and uncovering his fathers secret Journals, Oboe found out that his father had once been a Nomad – a Pilgrim who traveled the sea of stars for hundreds of years. As such, he had a ship hidden upon the Planet. With renewed vigor to assist the Saiyan Ochra, Oboe rushed off to locate his father’s vessel with the idea to go to Planet Vegeta and help liberate their world and be a Nomad like his father. It was then that he met the Saiyan Tarch whom helped him find his fathers ship. With a quick farewell, Oboe launched into space and thought that he was going to Planet Vegeta by way of the ships auto nav. However, age and wear and tear had left the elder vessel dilapidated and unsafe – to the unawareness of the boy whom had never left the planet. Unknown to him, the ship had gone off course and was heading to its last destination; Earth.
As he traveled, Oboe had made use of the ships Training Room where he uncovered more about his secret heritage as well as knowledge on two advanced level techniques of the Gigun style. Without warning however, and under heavy fatigue from his training, Oboe crash landed on an Alien world – near death. Miraculously he was saved by the intervention of the planet’s Namekian Guardian – Chime and his Arcosian friend Hale. Having met both of these two individuals had changed his life for the better as Hale assisted him in locating parts for his ship and Chime and he built a relationship of friendship. Not too long after he was ready to leave to find Vegeta once again, Oboe uncovered a secret log in his Fathers Journals that detailed his fathers’ final days on Planet Earth and showed Oboe the path to his final technique – the Gigun: Kyokusha Taiho. Enlightened by the discovery, he Rushed home to Namek in response to an urge.
After a week home, and an encounter with a young Namekian named Vuzel; Oboe was ready to resume his position as Sage. However, as fate would have it – the Prodigy was to be chosen as the Planet’s New Guru; Our Story Continues…
