PL: 64,000 It had been a little while since the climactic battle that had ended the miserable lives of the Federation of Rebels. Chill had been taking some downtime, and besides his failed investment in the revival of one of the Arcosians as part of 'Project Cold Iron', he had not been up to particularly much. Left with a lot of downtime and the shocking news report in which the King he'd met on Namek threatened Arcose, Chill had nothing to do but push his undivided attention towards strategy and formulating plans aimed at the most pressing threat; the Saiyan Kingdom. One such thread that he had chosen to chase up on was an elderly Saiyan named Yangcong. A treacherous plot against the kingdom was brewing, with him and his associates close to the center. Chill had been plucking at strings and searching the grape vine when he'd heard whispers of the plot. With a free day today, Chill had instructed a soldier of his to anonymously track him down and present him with a message. A squat Bas-seijin, the courier soldier was known well for his stealth. Sent on his way, he carried this message: "Yangcong. I have an interest in your plot. I carry weight in the Fleet, an enemy of the Kingdom. Seek me out at the Temporary Encampment on Mt. Paozu. Come alone." Setting up a temporary camp ground in the wilds of Mt. Paozu, Chill set comfortably and began to flick through various mission reports that he needed to sign off on as he waited to see if this seasoned monkey would actually show up. If he did, perhaps he might be the third monkey he'd ever met that was worth any of his time. KP: 3/3 small starter, sorry Yangcong

The past several days has been nothing but the worst for Yangcong. Ever since the meeting with the second in command Nashua and her loyalty towards Kayen, several of Yangcong's own soldiers decided to go turncoat and instead of working with Yangcong, they decided to serve Kayen has their new ruler. The issue on Yangcong's plate was desperate, he didn't have the strength, nor did Fang in order to stop these turncoats from talking. Nor did he trust any of the saiyan kingdom members to do the job in assassinating their own. He had no choice, no mercenary faction out there had the resources or the man power to do the job. So the only opportunity he had was going to the WTF for aide.
He didn't wear his saiyan armor uniform of the SK, he wore an oversize robe that represented no nation and decided to write a letter to Lord Chill himself and send it to him. He got a reply back, stating to meet him at a location and to come alone. He never would come alone, seeing as how Fang was his trusted comrade and he also wore the same clothes that he was wearing. They took their travels to the location and Fang was just up in a nearby tree branch just looking down on the location. Yangcong did arrive at the location alone, as the WTF troops that were there decided to pat search him and found nothing but a large brief case full of money. They allowed him entry and he stood within the place with a hood covering his head and a large brief case on his left hand with a tight grip.

PL: 64,000 Sitting comfortably in a small hover chair he'd commissioned for this site so that he could talk politics and business in comfort, Chill finished flicking through his mission reports and shut off the monitor. Buzzing through, a crackling voice with a thick accent echoed from the chair's speak, wired into his scouter. "LORD CHILL, SIR! THE 'PRIORITY A' SUBJECT IS HERE, AND WAITING FOR YOU. HE DID NOT COME ALONE AS INSTRUCTED, THOUGH I BELIEVE HIS COMPANION IS SIMPLY A BODYGUARD FOR HIS OWN ASSURANCE." Chill clicked the button on his chair. "Tsk tsk... very well, I shall be through shortly." Cricking his neck, Chill sat up from the chair and wandered to the door, pressing his hand on the lock to let himself through. Entering the room, he held his head high, and kept one arm behind his back and the other holding his yellow cloak down by his side so as to present his most dignified self. Nodding at the elderly hooded figure that he assumed was Yangcong, and then to the other, Chill whisked the arm by his side towards a set of chairs. There were only two, as Chill had expected to be alone. "Please, Monsieur... take a seat. Your friend was not anticipated, and so I regret not having somewhere for him to sit alongside us. I am sure he would be happy to stand nearby however, no?" A raised eyebrow cocked for a moment at the other figure, seemingly prompting the answer to whether or not he was simply a guard or someone more worth Chill's address. Taking a seat, he eyed the briefcase and waited for the elderly saiyan to sit opposite him. "Oh, and do remove your hood. I find it awfully rude to keep a hood raised in a meeting between the more dignified souls of this world, like myself." Once he was seated, Chill would prompt another question. "Now, tell me about this plan of yours." KP: 3/3 - Yangcong

Never in a million years would he even agree to meet a WTF member or even the boss themselves. However, due to his current predicament, he had three saiyan members in his unit that went rogue and plan to tell the Queen about his operations. He didn't know how long he had left until they were off this planet, so he decided to reach out and to find someone to do it. He waited just right outside the base, when one of the WTF members noticed Fang's power level just nearby. He raised a brow and started to speak towards him.
"I thought we told you to come alone."
"It's not because of you guys, its for my protect when I travel this whole planet. I don't exact have the power levels that even some of you grunts possess."
He was then invited into the place by Chill himself and after entering the room and sitting down at the chair with his briefcase in hand, he looked at him with a serious facial expression before speaking. He promptly removed the hood when he was told to and began to speak to him as he opened his brief case on the table.
"I'm a man of business and I wouldn't have came here if I wasn't serious."
Fang stood within the room and leaned against a wall with his arms across his chest and what appeared to be taking a nap, but really he was using his ears and nose. Yang then opening the brief case and showing the man one billion dollars in zeni, along with the three paper works of the three men.
"Those three individuals were on my payroll. We did jobs together such as smuggling, illegal activity to say the least that the saiyan kingdom wouldn't like at all. I couldn't go to them in order to execute these men due to the odds stacked against me. However, that's why I decided to come to you. I know one billion doesn't seem a lot, however, I will wire the rest of the money later once the job is completed which is two billion more, along with a shipment of brand new armor for your troops, along with weapons, and scouters. Which in total is 10 billion dollars.
I understand that you have a vast army and have the resources I assume in order to take these three down. So what do you say Lord Chill, is the offer to your liking?"

PL: 64,000 Chill's fingers crossed, running slowly along one another as he examined the briefcase. A 'man of business' this Yangcong seemed to be, this much was true... and Chill loved that. Counting the bills, there was at least 330,000,000 zeni in there on the surface. The elderly monkey's case also had three sets of documentation, that Chill lifted from the case and thumbed through with a look of intrigue. "So... these men. I understand that they are to be killed, this much I can handle. But I'd like to know a little more as to why you want them dead. I may be many things, but I'm anything but imprudent." Examining them in greater detail, he put the files regarding the Beppan recruit and the elite Gelboian scout. This Saiyan General was an interesting read indeed. Commendations for bravery and intelligence, and a history of thwarted assassinations due to his position. The rest of the information handed to him had been redacted, blacked out with a marker the old fashioned way. "We'll start with this man. General Tuber of house Moonhowl. I understand you ran illicit operations with him, but if I'm going to agree to kill someone - especially someone with a high ranking position who probably has tighter security - I'd like to know anything that might affect my ability to do the job. History, abilities, etcetera." KP: 3/3 - Yangcong

He began to fold his hands together like a man who was about to confess to murder. He sighed and shifted his eyes to Chill before giving him the information that he so desired.
"Whether he is a high ranking member or a brand new recruit, I employee all who wants the job of undercover and all of them start the same. We do jobs that consist of illegal activities such as finding traitors among our own ranks, smuggling items or a shipment from point A to point B. All the way up to paying others to do assassination jobs for us. My unit aren't fighters, they are the low down saiyan kingdom members that didn't have a place in the army. For instance, if they are a high ranking officer like Tuber is, they probably did an illegal activity during their soldier career that landed them in prison. Just like Tuber was. You see, Tuber committed a crime that sentence him to life in prison and that crime was the murder of his own brother that he was so jealous of for years. His brother was the same rank he was, the only difference is that his brother was about to get a promoted.
So Tuber decided to commit that crime. Moving on, he gets his life sentence and instead of going to prison, I get a "double" to stand in for him in prison. Now the double who is getting a typical salary from my unit due to agreeing to the deal. However, the double will also be freed from prison soon after. via escape tunnel or what have you. So for the most part, that's how I get people employed into my organization. Now that you understand all, the next step is what did this man did and its simple. Our former King Vocado was beaten and Queen Kayen took the throne. Now that she is Queen, those three men want to rat me out to the Queen in order to obtain a special privilege in removing their criminal records that they already have on themselves. New ruler and new loyal. After all, she was once a criminal so from one criminal to the other, she could probably pardon them."
After a few seconds of passing of silence and catching his breath, he began to speak once again.
"As for the other two on how they got here, they committed a crime together which involved smuggling. And the same process is how they ended up on my payroll. Those three decided to do this plan together and if it wasn't for my most trusted individuals, I wouldn't of found out that they plan to leave the planet in a few hours. So what do you say Chill? Do we have a deal?"
He stood from his chair and reached his hand in order to shake his.
as much as he didn't want to work with the WTF, he had no choice in the matter and in order to keep his business running, he needed his help.

PL: 64,000 Chill quietly mused to himself, twiddling with his fingers as the elderly criminal told his story and his stark-white lion guard watched on from the sidelines, seemingly ready to pounce should anything go wrong. The explanation of his organization's recruitment process was not exactly requested, but the excess of details was never something to be faulted when considering your options. With a simple nod at the end of the story, Chill regarded his companion. "Ah, so it is a matter of loyalty then... or rather, a lack thereof."Stepping from his seat, Chill began to pace back and forth, his eyes trained on the monkey like a hungry beast. It was becoming clear that Yangcong needed this deal to be handled quickly. It was also Chill's reckoning that he would not have stooped so low as to approach his nation's enemy for help were he not desperate. Chill pondered how to make the best of this situation for himself, and after a few moments of thinking, he stopped dead in his tracks and turned sharply to face Yangcong. "If I am to commit to these assassinations, I am to do so as I see fit. Is that clear?" Raising his arm into view from behind his back, he raised two fingers. "Additionally, I have two conditions. The first is simple; this exchange is to be wiped from your records completely. I do not need rumors of conspiracy with the Kingdom within my ranks." Dropping one finger, he moved in close to Yangcong, almost looming over him. "Secondly... You shall owe me a favor."Stepping back to give the saiyan his breathing space once more, Chill sat back in the chair across from him. "So, monsieur Cong." Resting comfortably in the chair he cracked his neck and splayed confidently before him, stretching his legs and arms before pulling back to sit normally. "I believe we have a deal, no?" Yangcong watched as the arcosian was looking at him like he was starting to show worry for a second. After he spoke about being worried about it being in Yangcong's file, he folded his hands together and began to speak right after in order to reassure him that it wasn't going to be the case.
"Every case that I ever perform is on paper or on the computer. This particular case we are doing now, wasn't even written down or documented on the computer. I don't even want people knowing that i'm here making a deal."
Then he had mentioned his second condition and this one didn't even shock him at all, like he was expecting it.
"You have a deal. I shall owe you one favor."
Yangcong raised from his chair and giving Chill a simple nod. He would walk towards the exit of the ship, while Fang promptly joined him as they both wore straw hats and their unique colored robes.
"It was nice doing business with you Chill. But I don't want to linger here so much that my own organization starts to wander where i'm at. or any unnecessary eyes just so happens to spot me here."
The business agreement was made and Yangcong would later then track if the assassinations would be performing their duties in getting rid of the traitors. With his ki suppression active and whenever Chill chose to do the assassinations, Yangcong would be there to observe to make sure the deal was made. The brief case would be left behind for Chill and if the entire agreement was carried out. The rest of the shipment and the money would be at his doorstep as well as agreed. There would be no sender or receiver on the shipment, as Chill didn't want anyone being able to track this business deal. The same would be for the money that was wired.
Exit and good thread.

PL: 64,000 With Yangcong confirming the deal, and the secrecy of their meeting affirmed, Chill nodded graciously as he spoke the affirmation aloud. Raising from his chair to meet Yangcong, the Arcosian gave a delicate and polite curtsy to signal the end of their meeting. "The pleasure is all mine. Your sentiment, too, I share. The less that know we have met today, the better." Chill walked with them to the door to make sure for himself that nobody had been loitering nearby that might be able to relay the curious meeting of these enemies to unwanted parties. With the door closed, Chill let loose a small sigh of relief. The tension of politics was always a discomfort he was made to bare, but when dealing with an enemy he had to stack that discomfort with anxiety that someone might catch wind and start talk of conspiracy among his ranks. Taking care to ensure his guards had not heard anything, Chill issued an order to destroy the temporary base at Mt. Paozu and delete any trace of the meeting ever occuring.
It was a difficult task, even for the Director of the Galaxy's largest militarized super conglomerate, to balance of the delicate art of assassination with his other duties. For a short while, Chill had pondered on whether or not it was best to delegate the work to his lessers, but he felt that this dealing was too important to leave up to chance. When dealing with those lesser than himself, he always felt it was merely a matter of chance whether they would fail or not. The general was his first approach, Chill had snuck aboard the ship he had planned to leave Earth on and sabotaged his engine so that when he would reach the upper atmosphere, a critical failure would occur causing the ship to explode and blaming the death on a manufacturing fault. The other two had, rather ridiculously given that they were under threat of death, decided to travel together. Their ship was much more heavily guarded as they had caught word quickly that the general had passed. Instead, Chill opted for a simple approach. Donning his assault gear, the blackened figure tore his way through their residence and permanently silence them. Forever. With his half of the bargain fulfilled, Chill began to wonder to himself. What might be the best use of that favor? KP: 3/3 Exit Thread. Yangcong
