Kohlra's PL: 60,000
Welp, she was here again. Kohlra would let out a quiet huff as she walked through the streets that was the… city district? Town district? Eh, she didn’t know what this place was really, but she remembered destroying some of the buildings that were brought up. It seemed however that everything was rebuilt, or at least partially. Some buildings had holes on its roofs, some buildings had a chunk of it blown off… damn, did she and Vocado fight that hard? Luckily it seemed like nobody really cared about her presence as she walked through the streets, seemingly forgetting about the brawl she and Vocado had a week or so ago… or was it longer? She wasn’t exactly sure how long time had past since their battle, nor did she really care how long it’s been. All she cared about was meeting someone very important; someone who she abandoned a long time ago.
That person would be none other than the new Queen of Vegeta, Kayen.
Originally she was going to join her crew of pirates, or whatever it was she had, but ever since Sai came into her life, she didn’t at all bother doing what she was gonna do, which was to… kick Vocado’s ass? She wasn’t actually sure on her motives, but hearing about the possibility of having a fun, kickass job as a pirate was what interested her. But now that everything was over, like the whole war on Namek and whatnot, she decided to pay a visit to her old friend and hopefully give them an apology or two… and possibly join whatever Kayen was going to build. The reason why she never joined the Kingdom was because of Vocado, but now that he didn’t run everything here on Vegeta, she decided that it would be best to think about joining he people’s ranks for once and ACTUALLY use her power for something other than just training.
The saiyan would begin walking up some stairs before being introduced with the familiar building that, she assumed, was where Kayen now resided in. It looked kinda royal to her, so she would go ahead and approach the door that lead into the building, pushing it open and walking on inside. “Hey, Kayen!” Kohlra exclaimed whenever she walked inside, “Been a hella’ a long time since we last talk, huh?”

“This scouter has all the latests upgrades available my Queen, it should even be able to sustain itself against powers such as what you and Vocado were able to put out when you ascended” Barb explained briefly continuing on into a far more technical explanation of the scouter’s capabilities before she realized that the Queen was only barely paying attention “Sorry, its been a bit of a mess trying to bring the scouter’s back up to the level they were at during the last war" she said with an embarrassed laugh as she scratched the back of her head. “No problem, you and the others should be proud of your work. I’m just not the best person to wax about it to, I only really understood about a third of what you were saying” Kayen said offering the technician a grin, Barb was one of the few tech’s that was able to really talk to her without an undercurrent of nervousness plaguing their every word, half of the others were intimidated by her because of her past, and the others because of her power but Barb was driven to get what she needed for her work and as a consequence had become a sort of de facto go between with Kayen. “Lets fire it up and see how it works” Kayen said activating the scouter and placing it over her good eye, she was immediately met with all of the scouter’s usual startup information which she promptly breezed through until the device was finally working normally, another tap on its side and it began scanning the area for power signatures “It’s base range is roughly the size of the palace, you can expand it as you need in its settings” Barb explained knowing that Kayen was only vaguely familiar with scouter use due to the fact she had a natural sense for local energy signatures. The Scouter quickly produced Kayen and Barb’s own signatures and for the first time Kayen could put a real number to her strength, One hundred and four thousand, she might not have used scouters much but she knew enough to know that was, compared to average, absurd. Barb only clocked in at five thousand, and by her own admission that was a relatively recent development since she had to give some of her reports to Kayen DURING the Queens training. THe scouter followed up by picking up more and more of her guards, all within expected power ranges and with their scouters active her scouter was able to identify them as non-threats. Eventually however her scouter picked up a powerful signature that had nothing attached to it to indicate it belonged there prompting it to ping an alert to Kayen. “Hm.. either something is wrong or we have a visitor” Kayen said reaching out with her own senses and confirming the existence of the powerful signature, she found however that it was… familiar. “Huh, that’s a surprise. I thought I’d have to be the one to seek her out” Kayen muttered tapping the scouter again to clear it. “Well done Barb, I cant wait to see what you and the others whip up, right now though I have something to see to” Kayen said giving the technician a nod as she took off almost too fast for Barb to react. Kayen would arrive at the tail end of Kohlta’s shouting missing most of it but getting enough to get the impression Kohlra had expected her voice to have carried to her “You’re lucky I just got this, you’re loud but probably not loud enough I would have actually heard you” Kayen said gibing her a grin as she approached. “It has been a while though, I tried to get a message to you when we departed to take Vegeta so you could join in on that but that did not quite pan out” Kayen said with a shrug “to be fair though it would not have been worth your time unless you enjoy crushing people too weak to ever actually pose a challenge” the reclaiming of Vegeta had been terribly boring for her.

Her shouting would of course gain some attention, managing to have a couple of guards to actually glance at her in concern, believing that she was some sort of threat to the kingdom. That wouldn’t be the case however it seemed like, for she didn’t really do much of anything. Whenever Kohlra noticed the stares, she would just stare back, nodding at them and raising a hand to greet them. “What’s up? I’m looking for your, uh, queen. Her and I have to do some talking, so if ya could go and grab her, that would be nice.” The guards weren’t at all convinced, but before either of them could say anything however, the queen herself would arrive! Immediately the guards would go back to doing their duty, believing that the saiyan queen, the super saiyan, could handle this woman. A grin would spread across the saiyan’s face whenever she heard that familiar voice, letting out a chuckle. It felt as if she finally reunited with an old best friend, which was odd considering she barely knew the woman. “Heheh, I would’ve began shouting even louder if I didn’t get your attention. Damn, it’s been a long time since we talked.” She said, looking up at Kayen whenever they approached her.
The saiyan would nod once she was told that Kayen tried to get a message for her, “Yeah, I didn’t get no message or anything. I don’t really have a scouter so that might be the reason.” Kohlra chuckled, “And really? Damn, that sounds like a lot of fun.” She said jokingly, shaking her head. “Glad to hear that the Fleet couldn’t fight back. Y’know, I think they’re on Earth right about now, since I actually fought one just a couple of days ago. It was some squid guy named Kraktus if ya ever seen him on Namek or whatever.” She shrugged, “But I’m sure the Earthlings can handle the Fleet. They’re kinda strong enough to face ‘em, I think. I’m sure my mate can handle ‘em though, so it won’t really be all that hard to scare ‘em off.”
The woman would cross her arms, sighing. “Anyways, I came here to catch up with some stuff. I also came here to kinda… join this kingdom of yours. I’m done with the crap I needed to do, and I’ve been craving to do some actual work, y’know?” Kohlra was sick and tired of just training and training, believing that it would be far better to just join the Kingdom and possibly do something fun. Like beat up a few people or whatever. “Plus it’s about time I actually did somethin’ for our race instead of just doing normal Earthling crap.” Not only that, but it could prevent Tarch from actually doing work the Kingdom gave out. But speaking of Tarch… “Oh, and we need to have a little talk about my son, Tarch.” She would stop speaking for now and glare up at the saiyan, obviously not happy with something. “I don’t intend on fightin’ ya about it like I did with Vocado, but I just need to talk to ya about it.”
“I remember telling ya to keep him away from Namek, and you went and allowed him to stay. Not only that, but ya gave him a scar that’s been… messing with him badly.” She continued, “What I’m saying is… why would ya do that? He isn’t completely saiyan; he can’t handle shit like war and getting a fuckin’ slash on his chest or whatever. There’s a reason why I told you NOT to bring my kid into anything that was going on at the time.” She was honestly confused more than mad, which was a little surprising to say the least. Usually she would’ve decked Kayen across the face for it, but decided to settle it with a talk. Maybe she actually learned something from her battle with Vocado, and actually talk about something instead of blindly throwing out her fists… and lose even more of her pride when she loses the fight. “Speaking of Tarch actually, he’s gonna come up to Vegeta soon. So we’re both gonna have a little talk together, if you got the time.” She was focused on helping out her son with his scars, and thought maybe Kayen could help out just a little bit.
Now that she thought about it, that would be a major mistake. But it didn’t hurt to try, right?
“Sorry for bringing this up all so suddenly, Kayen. Just shit involving my kid is very serious to me.”

Yup, not having a scouter had definitely been a hindrance, even if this thing DID lead to some annoyance down the road it would probably be worth having, she would need to see about making sure her other relevant soldiers had their own scouters as well, Ramen and Nashua already had them so that was no problem, it would be the lower level fighters that she would really need to check on. “Kraktus? Hm..” Kayen muttered, she’d been hearing that name a lot more often now, almost more so than Chill, it seemed that the Zoonamite was doing quite well for himself since the last time they had met, she had not thought much of him back then but he seemed to be popping up more and more, perhaps he had managed to get himself a decent position in the Fleet with the death of Boreal. “I wish the battle had actually had SOME opposition, a decent fight would have made it more interesting but getting to reclaim the planet quick and get things started on setting everything right was probably for the best” Kayen said with a shrug, having Kohlra as an actual part of the KIngdom would be good, especially now that she was quite a bit stronger than when they had last met, perhaps that would even provide a chance for the brat to pop up. And as if on cue with her thoughts Kohlra directed a glare at her and brought up Tarch, Kayen was entirely unfazed by the glare that likely would have sent a lesser Saiyan fleeing but she did adopt a more serious expression to show the older Saiyan that she WAS taking her seriously as she spoke. “You wanted him kept away from the war, and I have no control of your kid other than keeping him from actual battle. Namek was safe enough, I’m pretty sure Boreal was dead before he ever popped up and he was the only Fleet member worth any worry back then.” Kayen explained, Namek had really ultimately been one of the safest places to be at the time with all of the Kingdom’s strongest fighters present. “As for the scar, your kid wanted to fight me after I challenged Vocado, he didn’t like what he saw out of the guy during our fight and thought it was because of me. I did my best to tell him I wasn’t interested specifically BECAUSE of our deal but he's… persistent” Kayen said deciding to say that rather than ‘a pain in the ass’ “I gave him some advice to keep him from getting himself involved in stupid shit and once he made it clear he had no actual interest in fighting in the war I agreed to a fight” Kayen said with a shrug. “As for the scar, shit happens, I made it clear to him I don’t fuck around and he knew I used a sword long before he challenged me. He might not be ALL Saiyan but his Saiyan side is definitely strongest even if he doesn't always act like it, fighting is going to be an inevitability for him. Better I be the one to show him what it’s like to fight someone with a weapon than some random enemy who will do a lot worse than leave him with a scar. I made sure to toss him in a healing tank after” Kayen wrapped up her explanation, it was good to know the brat would make his way here soon.

Well, the whole ‘reclaiming Namek’ bit appeared to be a breeze, so that’s a good sign. That might’ve meant that the Fleet as a whole are just weak as crap, and that Kraktus was… well, he might be a growing threat. He’s the only Fleet person she had met though so she wasn’t entirely sure what else the Fleet had in store. If anything the idea was kinda exciting, though for some weird reason, something would just poke her at the back of the head, as if saying ‘No’ or whatever. It was weird, and she shrugged it off as of now. “Well, glad to hear that Namek wasn’t too hard to reclaim. Must’ve been boring beating up cannon fodder, huh?” She chuckled quietly, shaking her head. Honestly she should’ve went and joined in on the fun, but all the things she needed to do on Earth was… too important. She believed Tarch was safe too from the whole war, but she thought wrong. That big ol’ scar on his chest was the biggest indication that he was, indeed, unsafe from that planet.
The topic of Tarch would soon arise, and sure enough Kayen had a point. She would nod, following it up with a ‘uh-huh’ and sighing. “So he was safe, yeah? Good. But again, about that scar on his chest- I’m sure none of those Fleet guys had swords and… well.” She would growl a little bit, snorting and looking away. Kohlra obviously was bitter with the fact that Kayen went and fought him, and it wasn’t even a fist-fight either. She was fine with bruises because they could heal, but deep cuts? No, they couldn’t. Soon enough the Queen began to describe on how he gotten the scar, nodding here and there. “Well, good to hear that you actually tried I guess.” Kohlra said, “And good to hear that he wasn’t into the idea of fighting in the war then. Plus it woulda helped knowing that he didn’t fight because… some shit happened.”
What Kayen said next was little than enough to aggravate the saiyan mom, Kohlra gritting her teeth. She came here with a cool head, but quite honestly she was fuming right about now. “But you know he’s my fuckin’ kid, right? I wanted him unharmed going to Namek, and he comes back with a nasty scar on his chest and, not only that, some other shit has scarred him.” Her tone shifted to a more aggressive one as she continued, her eyes narrowing. “We were sparring just a… ugh, week or something ago? Anyways, whenever I hit him on the chest, he went and gone berserk. He told me that scar of his scares him; the memories of Namek fuckin’ SCARES him. You scared and scarred him.” A growl escaped Kohlra, her muscles tensing up.
“He’s MY kid. My. Kid. We didn’t talk about giving him that damned scar on his chest. He’s too fuckin’ young to go through that sort of thing. And I regret EVERY second for leavin’ him up there on Namek, thinking this dumb Kingdom would protect him… especially with Vocado’s ass walking around.” The saiyan growled, remembering the exact moments of when she fought him. She felt a sense of deja vu with how she currently was feeling, a sense of overwhelming anger beginning to build up. “Speaking of Vocado, did he ever tell ya I fought him? I actually managed to give him a run for his money for a bit. But he-…” The saiyan would freeze momentarily, letting out a long sigh. “Y’know what? It ain’t worth getting pissy over this.”
She didn’t want to go risk her own skin because of her anger, remembering the aftermath of her fight with Vocado. When she got home and went over to Sai, she pretty much realized that she shouldn’t be going off risking her own tail by herself. “Just gonna let ya know now, I’m not gonna start anything. But if you do as much as lay a single finger, or sword, on my son, I’ll hunt ya down. I don’t give a shit that you’re a Queen, because hell, I gave zero shits when I fought Vocado.” She said, shrugging. “And about the whole joining the Kingdom thing? Mark that off too. I remembered I don’t have the time to bother with whatever things you guys do, as much as I want to. I need to start being a mom and not being a damned fighter, and I hope ya understand that. Maybe I’ll go help with smaller things, but for now my ass is remaining on Earth.”
“I’ll come and visit sometime if ya want. Sorry about the little threat too, but I have to make sure not to segregate people, y’know? I don’t care if you’re stronger than Vocado and me; I’ll fight ya just to prove that I actually care for my kid’s wellbeing, even if it means getting my ass handed to me.”
