Snow whipped around Vegia as she landed on the top of the mountain. The ferocious snowstorm had followed her all the way down, and it didn’t seem like it was going to abate any time soon. The world was buried in a blizzard of epic proportions, and even after just a few moments the young woman’s Royal Guard uniform was soaked through, the proud red material hanging limp and heavy on her shoulders.
Somewhere on the other side of that snowstorm was the sun, but right now, this was actually serving her purposes excellently. She knew that many of her allies would be doing exactly the same thing she was; searching for some sign of her fellow Saiyans whilst trying to give the World Trade Fleet the slip. No doubt the Arcosian scum were hot on their heels, which meant that they needed to lay low, or risk being sniffed out.
It was a new fear for her, being hunted. She’d spent most of her life in a position of strength – as would most of the Saiyans strong enough to have gotten out of Vegeta before the World Trade Fleet finished their work. The question, then, was whether they would be able to find each other before the Arcosians. Even if they did, they needed some kind of plan if they were going to overcome the gulf of power between themselves and their assailants.
And, being an honourable warrior, the last thing that Vegia wanted to do was risk bringing death and destruction to the major population centres of Earth.
A brilliant blue aura flared into life around her as she clenched her fist, and summoned her power. It was a risk, but it was a calculated risk; she didn’t have a scouter, and she didn’t know if her allies would… but she was going to need her strength to send her signal regardless, and if the World Trade Fleet were looking for them, they would probably be looking in the big cities first. That was where people would go to try and find help from the locals; it was where she would head before too long, but it wasn’t what they needed right away.
Right away, they needed to know how many of them were still around.
“HYAH!”
The brilliant blue erupted further, sending snow whirling around her in a wild dance as she cleared space. The rock beneath was exposed, and with a series of shouts, she began to throw balls of burning yellow power from her hands, burning away the snow and ice, shattering the tranquillity of this patch of mountain; ruining an environment that had remained stable for a hundred years or more.
Further down the mountain, there would no doubt be an avalanche with countless tons of snow freed to crush all that lay before it. That, however, was just a fact of life in this part of the world, and it was a price that she was willing to pay.
Because now, burned into the mountainside, was the unmistakable shape of the Saiyan word for ‘Family’. It wouldn’t last long, the snow would soon reclaim this patch of mountain, and the clouds would no doubt help obscure it even further from orbital view…
But if someone happened to be flying overhead, say, because they were looking for signs of their fellows scattered throughout the world, it would be obvious for a few hours at least. Long enough that she would get bored long before it was completely obscured.

| THE PLAN TO UNIFY THE SAIYANS |GAIN BONUSES: NONE | | PL MULTIPLIERS: NONE |
Well, Nashua was lost. She had no real idea where she was, given that she'd been on Earth maybe once before at the most. Now that she thought about it, she didn't think she'd ever been to Earth. It was a cool planet, rich with many different biomes, from lush and green forests filled to the brim with life, to snow-covered, desolate and dangeroys mountains, where few living creatures dared venture. Guess which one of these two Nashua had landed on?
Through grit teeth, Nashua steered her pod as carefully as she could, but the annoying and powerful blizzard that had overcome the area made it nigh impossible to see more than ten feet in front of one's self. "AAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Nashua found herself involuntarily screeching as the snow cleared out of her way just enough for her to see she was on a direct collision course with a cliffside. She tried with all her might to steer herr pod out of the way, but boy, was she bad at steering. Within a few seconds, her pod crashed directly into a rocky wall, and tumbled a ways down the mountain before finally coming to a stop.
A thoroughly-rattle Nashua burst out of the completely broken pod and immediately wrapped her arms around herself at the sudden freezing cold air. Of course she'd landed here when she was wearing something without sleeves. Well, it couldn't get any worse, right? As if to answer Nashua's question, she heard a massive rumbling from her left. Almost reluctantly, Nashua turned around and saw thousands of pounds of snow tumbling at breackneck speeds down the mountain, hurtling towards her. "Of course," she annoyedly mumbled to herself as she was incredibly glad that she knew how to fly.
Even as she soared above the avalanche that completely buried her already-destroyed space pod, she practically couldn't believe how powerful the tremendous avalanche was. It almost seemed suspiciously well-timed with her landing. Curious, Nashua decided to fly all the way up through the bracing cold, high up to the very peak of the mountain where the avalanche must have originated. She didn't expect to find what she did when she got there, though.
"Hey, you- You're-!" she stutter-shouted once she found one of the least things she'd been expecting to see after she'd gotten separated from the rest of the fleet. Another Saiyan, standing proud and tall atop the mountain with no other signs of life. She didn't recognize who they were at all, but it was definitely a Saiyan from Vegeta, given both the uniform Nashua could make out through the snow and the symbol they'd just burned into the mountain. After a few other failed attempts at speech through the frog in her throat, Nashua simply flew directly up to the other Saiyan and wrapped them up in a big hug.
"Oh, I'm so glad to see one of you! Er, see you! You, or anyone else, really!" Nashua exclaimed as she queezed the other Saiyan as tight as she could. "Do you know where anyone else is? Is it just you? How long have you been here?" she barraged them with questions as she still hugged them tight, refusing to let go both because she was vey glad to see them and because this other Saiyan was the only thing in a thousand miles that could keep her arms remotely warmed.

With a carefree whistle, the boisterous Saiyan Banzo sailed through the sky, looking about. He hadn't really seen any signs of civilization yet today, but he was sure he'd come across something if he kept looking. Lifting the metal cannister full of rum he had acquired from the crashed ship, he lifted it to his lips and took a long swig, casting his eyes about.
This was, comedically enough, when he noticed the word "Family" burned into a mountain and immediately spit out his drink. Eyes wide in a panic, he spun around in the air with his mouth open, managing to catch the majority of the precious rum in his mouth again. Taking a moment to swallow, he sighed and exhaled. "Well, tha was nearly a problem. Not got much a' this stuff left..." Indeed, the container was about a quarter full now. He would need to restock very soon.
Turning towards the mountain, Banzo touched down on the snow between the other two Saiyans, and put his hands on his hips. He was a large man, standing about 7 feet, with a wild mane of black hair reaching down to his shoulders and a reasonably trim beard on his face. A red bandanna was tied over his head, and he wore a pair of crimson pants that tucked into standard white battle boots. On his back was strapped a large metal keg, and he held another under one arm. Oddly enough, he seemed to have some sort of linear tattoo or mark on his skin as well.
Plopping down in a cross-legged position, Banzo nodded at the pair. " 'Ello there, lass and other lass. Th' name's Banzo! Privateer, adventurer, and currently stranded on this rock after a mysterious accident. What brings ye two to this place?" Lifting the keg, he took a hearty swig and set it down, exhaling again. Despite the notable scent of alcohol, he also seemed entirely sober.

Been and Soofa had made a return trip to Mt. Frappe to try to find Been's pod.Unfortunately for them, everything was covered by a blizzard. "Hey, Been! It was right there! I swear!"
Been turns around and goes to where Soofa is looking. Yep, that definitely looks like a crater a Pod would make... But it was filled with snow. "Damn it! There's too much snow! I guess we're gonna have to start making our way back to North City... Damn it! I had an extra set of Saiyan Armor in there!" Just as they began to make their way back down the mountain, a flash of blue light erupted out of nowhere! "What the hell?!" Suddenly, a word was burned into the mountain! It said "family". Immediately, several emotions bubbled up, joy, sadness, anger, and much more. Been could only focus on just that word. "Family".
Soofa was shaking Been back to reality. "H-Hey Been snap out of it!" Soofa points to the avalanche of snow barreling towards them!
"Oh shit." Been Soofa, and launches up into the air, just barely missing the cascade of snow. Been goes back to staring at the word. He's completely entranced by it. He drops Soofa into the large pile of Snow that has formed and starts flying off towards the word.
"Been! Are you kidding me?! Why does this keep happening to me, Kami!" Soofa shouts out to the sky, trying to climb out of the Snow.
Been flies towards the group of Saiyans that have gathered on the top of the mountain. "Finally! Other Saiyans! It's taken way to long to find these guys!" Been thinks to himself, he lands and begins speaking to them, doing a little salute. "Hello everyone, I am Saiyan Officer Been Onhio; it's great to see that others have arrived on the planet." He didn't recognize any of these other Saiyans, but he was happy to see he wasn't the only one who landed on the planet.

Basko stood proud at the foot of the pile of construction supplies he just carried all the way to the outskirts of the village. In front of him lay several large boulders, pieces of wood and other construction materials enough to probably set up a shabby building or two. When Basko entered the earthling village for the first time after landing nearby, he was met with apprehension and fear, coming from a people who don't see so many outsiders from the south, let alone an alien invader like him. He was able to befriend the locals quickly however, and decided to help with menial chores and even got cozy with one of the local women in town. He eventually discussed his plight with some of them and, having come to an agreement, decided to start construction on a small outpost just outside the village near the foot of Mount Frappe to establish HQ for the rest of the saiyan soldiers and start reconnaissance. A sudden interruption to his work came from the sudden rumbling of the ground and snow coming down in small droves further up the mountain. They probably weren't gonna be covered in snow or buried in an avalanche, but it was a disturbance to the peace of the place and the villagers nonetheless. Outwardly annoyed that his work might be undone but secretly also wanting to protect the village, he decided to investigate the ruckus. As Basko launched from the snow up the mountain, he saw what was the cause of it. Initially it seemed like a small figure who was haphazardly launching ki blasts at the face of the mountain, but several other people with the ability of flight also came and tried catching the attention of the person responsible. He finally approached to within earshot and slowed his ascent as he declared for what seemed to be a young girl. "Hey woman!" Basko shouted before noticing the girl's attire. It was definitely of saiyan noble make, a sight for sore eyes for the old man. He continued his scolding however. "You're disturbing the place. Do you want the Trade Fleet to see where we are? Still, it is good to see I'm not the only one who made it."((Did I go over your invitation limit? I can exit the next post if you dont need another fellow.))

“I… appreciate your enthusiasm.” Vegia said, stiffly, “But please. Let go.”
The girl’s voice was calm, controlled, and completely at odds with how she feels at this moment. She hadn’t expected things to progress so quickly, but it seemed like the Saiyans had just been waiting for someone to send up a signal before they came rushing out to find it. That was more than fine by her. She couldn’t be happier, even if her stomach was tying itself in knots. She was not sure what she had expected, but she was suddenly very aware that - having put out the call - now people were going to expect her to know what to do about their predicament.
Still, she didn’t show her nerves, as she roughly threw Nashua’s arms off her body (unless, of course, the other woman had released her at her request). She let her eyes take in each of her fellows in turn, from the overly enthusiastic young woman through to the older man. None of them were wearing noble’s armour, though she knew enough about the Elite to recognise one in Been when she saw them. One of them was clearly a mercenary, Nashua… was she a local? And the old man was crotchety. It wasn’t much to be working with, but it was a start. Better than nothing.
“I am Vegia of the Line of Karo.” She said, after extricating herself from Nashua’s grip. Her voice remained clear and firm, even above the terrible snowstorm raging about the mountain top. “It is good to see that so many of us managed to escape the attack on Vegeta.”
Her eyes passed over Nashua and Banzo, increasingly certain that neither of them had actually been there for that, but she wasn’t going to let a little thing like that stand in the way of getting new allies. If they were going to come out of this in one piece, they were going to need all the help that they could get.
Her eyes settled on Basko, then.
“The cloud cover should provide us with some safety from orbital recon, and avalanches aren’t unusual in this area.” She said, by way of explanation. “But your thinking is sound. The World Trade Fleet are not idiots. They might have made the biggest mistake in their soon-to-be-shortened lives by coming after us, but they aren’t fools.”
She pointed, suddenly, to the symbol she had burned into the mountain.
“I’m sure some of you are Low Class. One of you is actual military, which is great. But all of you came. That means, all of you are family, now.”
Her hand curled up into a fist. She might be young, but she was speaking with surprising eloquence. She didn’t know she had it in her until she tried, but there was a ferocity in her gaze as she stared down Saiyans far older and more experienced than she.
“The World Trade Fleet will be coming. They have hurt us. But we, are Saiyans. Knock us down, and we just get up stronger. So. I don’t care who you were before. As of this moment, we’re tied together by blood.”
Finally, the full intensity of that stare was levelled on the hard-drinking Banzo; the one she has marked out in her head as the most likely to object, being one of those mercenary types that generally tended to prioritise their freedom.
“That is what brings me here!”
Something in her intonation turns it into a challenge - as though to say, 'do you have a problem with that?!'

| THE PLAN TO UNIFY THE SAIYANS |
A surprising number of other Saiyans suddenly appeared shortly after Nashua had reached the Saiyan who carved the symbol into the mountain and caused the avalanche, so it seemed that if her intention was to gather up Saiyans, the attempt was successful. Nashua continued to queeze the black-haired woman until she was politely requested to stop, which she did so, with some reluctance, proceeding to wrap her arms around herself and shiver slightly in the cold of the mountain. How was nobody else being affected by the temperature? She glanced around at the others there, and nobody seemed even slightly bothered by the extreme weather. Were they just ignoring it or was it actually not as cold as she thought it was?
Either way, the Saiyan woman who'd just announce her name to be Vegia began to make quite a loud and determined-sounding speech. It was a little hard to hear the woman over the roaring blizzard that whirled around them, but Nashua got the gist of what she said: The World Trade Fleet was coming, and they would need to work together in order to fight them off. The golden-eyed woman glanced around at the others who'd come in response to the mark she'd left on the mountain, and they seemed to be responding positively to her spiel of loud and impactful words as far as she could tell.
It almost felt like Vegia was trying to get someone to try and challenge what she was saying off near the end of her tangent, but Nashua doubted anyone really disagreed with what she'd been saying, and the brown-haired Saiyan nodded her head in agreement. "I-It's definitely good to see there are more than just a couple of survivors from V-Vegeta," Nashua stated through chattering teeth. "I-I'm sure it'd behoove us to come up with s-some sort of plan of a-attack if they ended up f-following us here," she remarked.
Alright, no way was she going to be able to sit her without a coat and have a long, drawn-out conversation to help decide the fate of their crumbling kingdom. There was a time and place for such discussions, and while this may have been the proper time, it was hardly the proper place. "I-Is there maybe somewhere a bit less h-harsh we can go to talk about this, though?" she asked, nervously glancing back and forth between the others. "I can barely hear you all even if you're shouting, not to m-mention it's hard to see and it's freezing!"

As he stood there, several other male Saiyans showed up. One of them even had a mustache. Here he thought he was an outlier for his beard. Shrugging, he looked back when the initial person there began to speak. Banzo raised an eyebrow at her first words. Not that he had actually been there, but it was a moot point. He understood what she was going for. Pretty decent motivational bit, there. He hadn't been on the planet, but it still made him mad, and a bit excited. Mad was definitely part of it, though.
She made a good point immediately after, which explained her choice of location. She clearly wasn't just a loudmouth, which Banzo approved of. He was a little less than impressed with the whole "Low Class" comment, but meh. That kind of categorization bunk was why he left Vegeta, even if he would have been considered an Elite due to his family and power level. When she said the line about family, though, he quirked an eyebrow again. Interesting....
When she finished, she turned to stare at Banzo, as if waiting for his response. Well, who was he to disappoint? Lifting the bottle of rum, he tipped it back, emptying it, and then dropped it with one hand, eyes shadowed by his bandanna.
"Lass, I left Vegeta to be a privateer ages ago. I've traveled the stars, fought alongside dozens of different races. However..." He clenched a fist.
"I had friends there. Family. My mother may have been on the planet during the invasion. I hope not, but if she was I hope she took a pack of the bastards with them. One of my friends, Bana, was there on leave. Haven't heard from 'im since. I knew a good dozen of the staff in the office there, at least, for the Privateers I worked for. I chose to go elsewhere, not because I didn't like Vegeta, but because my heritage compelled me to see beyond it."
Thumbing back his bandanna, he stared her straight in the eyes, a fierce anger in them. "Believe me, ah' bloody fuckin' livid, and when those World Trade Fleet assholes show up, I'm gonna be tearin' them a new one. I just have one disagreement. We ain't family. Family's somethin' you build, or you're born into. It's what we got waitin' on the other end of this. Hell, we might be family at the end. We'll see. Family's what we're fighting for, but us? Right now, starting here, every one of us?"
He pointed a thumb at his chest. "We're Saiyans. We're the badasses that have taken over the galaxy because we were bored. We're the last people ye wanna fuck with. We're goddamn Warriors, and the WTF are gonna find out what that means again." He slapped a fist against his chest, and nodded. "Either way, semantics aside, I'm gonna be riling up as many people to fight with us as I can, and seeing just how strong I can get. I'm with ye, Vegia."
Then, he coughed. "Also, since it seems the lady over there is freezing, p'rhaps we should move somewhere less frigid."

Shortly after Been arrives, another Saiyan joins up. This one was older, with facial hair, like the drunkard. He starts talking about how the World Trade Fleet might see the message. " If they see the message, then let them come. I'll take em' all on!" The one who called them here, Vegia, she starts talking about how because they came here, that they're family now. Been thought about it for a moment, having a real family would be nice; uniting together would be nice. Her speech certainly came from the heart. She ended the speech, directing a challenging glance to the oldest one. The younger Saiyan pipes up, saying that it's cold. The older saiyan goes on with his own speech, about what he thinks family means. Been was starting to get pissed off, he had heard thousands of speeches from the King. He is sick of these speeches, Been didn't need a fire lighted under his ass when he already had one. Been speaks up, " Yeah, yeah, are we done with the long, boring speeches now?" Been has completely dropped the honorable soldier act now. " Listen, I don't give a damn where either of you is from! Right now there are only three things that should matter to us right now. Destroying the World Trade Fleet, getting stronger, and finding the Dragon Balls before the World Trade Fleet does! Now you can stay here and continue on with your grandiose speeches, or you can take action and help avenge your race. I don't care which." The Saiyan looks at the rest of the group. His words were confident and commanding, at least he thought his words were. The Saiyan turns around, looking down at the base of the mountain. " I'm gonna try to find someplace for us to set up headquarters. Like I said, come if you want. I don't care what you do." He starts slowly floating off down towards the base of the mountain. realizing that he has no idea how he is going to find a headquarters. Realizing that he ended up making a speech too.

While Basko listened in on his comrades as they gave their usual passionate speeches as saiyans, he took the time to observe well the soldiers and the mercenary he would be fighting with. Elites mostly, very good in fights and once let loose would cut swathes into the ranks of any pirate fleet, but from experience the elites are very bad at taking orders from other people. Vegia and Been would definitely be decent fighters, but the saiyan noble would need to step up in leadership to reel in not only them but also any other stragglers they might encounter as their force grows. Banzo was like him also, a battle scarred veteran of the stars who is probably more experienced than him. The woman Nashka is timid to look at at first, but Basko determined she would have the most potential if angered and sent into battle. From the get go they all seemed disparate and having their own ideas on how to run things, but in pride and fierce individuality do saiyans thrive in. "I'm gonna try to find someplace for us to set up headquarters. Like I said, come if you want. I don't care what you do." Been stated in a proud manner as most saiyan folk would. "I was already on it, Captain Onhio." Basko placed his fist on his chest and bowed before the saiyan descended. "Before this pleasant disturbance, I was already in the process of gathering materials to build a decent enough listening station at the foot of this mountain. The blizzards would provide good cover all year round. Of course, I had help from local earthlings who live just nearby. Would that be an issue with my superiors? The freezing woman would do well to also get some warmth there in the village." "Before we move though, I'd ask that woman's opinion first." Basko calmly stated as everyone chipped in on ideas on what to do next. "She's the one who brought us all together, no?"Partly, Basko also wanted to see how decisive the woman would be, not that he minded who was his commanding officer, but he would like to see what kind of leader would lead them into life or death very soon. He was not going to step on the woman's shoes or take any leadership position among the saiyan remnants, but perhaps his insight on survival tactics and living long enough would be of help to the brash saiyan blood among them. "By the way," Basko turned to Vegia and Nashka as he asked cautiously. "I have failed to state my name and rank. I am Basko of Vegeta, of no important lineage. I am a Low-Rank Warrior Class who served what was once the Saiyan Defense Force, and I swear I will be no burden. I have no news of the war situation for I have destroyed my shuttle. I would advise to do the same and enter into subsistence and survival mode. Where are the rest? Is our majesty the prince safe?"

Perhaps even a few days ago, Vegia would have been irritated by Nashua’s weakness. But, she couldn’t allow herself that luxury any more. Besides. More likely than not, she wouldn’t have been. She was, first and foremost, a member of the Royal Guard. That meant she swore to protect others, not belittle them for their failings.
Without a second thought, Vegia unclasped her cloak, and threw the long red garment across to Nashua. On the outside, the garment was soaked through; but she’d find that the inside was heated and warm. This may explain Vegia’s willingness to stand on the mountaintop for hours if it had been necessary. Thankfully, it had proven much quicker to gather her people than she had expected.
There was a grunt given towards Banzo, and a firm nod. She wasn’t going to engage in debate on the rhetoric she’d chosen, and his heart was in the right place. They were all on the same side, and perhaps it was presumptuous to assume that everyone would immediately gel as a family unit. That seemed unlikely.
But when Been made to head off, Vegia’s aura flared brilliantly about her. Bright blue light sent snow hurtling in all directions as she immediately burst from her standing position to float directly in front of the Saiyan soldier.
Truth be told, he had almost certainly seen more real combat than her. Most of those here would have. Her position in the Royal Guard limited her experience. She trained obsessively, but she’d never seen lethal combat herself until just a few short days ago. Regardless, the hard look in her eye speaks of a determination belied by her tender years.
“If you go running off without a plan, you’re just going to get yourself killed.” She spat, “And we don’t have the luxury of the numbers to let you be that selfish. Yes, we’re going to need a place to stay. But we’ll go there, together. Use the people around you. Don't try and solve everything yourself.”
Her eyes drifted towards Basko, then.
“The Prince… the King... all of the Royals… we don’t know where they are. It is probably safe to assume that most of them are dead. If they aren’t, then that’s something we can celebrate later. For now…”
She took a deep breath, and then let it out, clearly trying to steady her nerves. This was all rather more intense than she was used to, but she did have some good news.
“I have found a Prince. Not the Prince, but Prince Vocado of House Bone Moon made it to Earth. He’s also searching for Saiyans who survived the initial attack.”
Her finger suddenly lashed out towards Nashua. It was starting to shake just a little bit. Even a few moments without her warm weather gear and, yeah, she was starting to feel it. Maybe she’d been too hasty to judge that the environments of Earth wouldn’t measure up to the harshness found on Vegeta.
“I didn’t c-catch your name" She started, before making an effort to steady her voice against the chill. "But the way you spoke… are you a local? If not, there’s a village not far from here where I’ve rented a room, but if you have somewhere we can go… let’s go there.”

| THE PLAN TO UNIFY THE SAIYANS |
Further words were exchanged, and some brief, additional speeches made, but in the end, Nashua was just glad that Vegia had thrown her the coat. Though she would normally have rejected such an offer and insisted she was fine, Nashua was most certainly freezing cold and wasn't going to look this gift horse in the mouth. Without another word the young woman eagerly wrapped the soaking wet cloak around her shoulders and found the inside was warm and fuzzy. Were all the royal guards always this comfortable and warm? A pleased sigh escaped from Nashua's lips as the cold was battered away from Nashua's shivering shoulders and the snowflakes bounced off of the bright red cloak. She didn't really care quite as much about finding somewhere else to go now, but as Vegia suddenly became visibly freezing, she felt a bit bad about taking the coat now.
"Oh," Nashua began to respon as Vegia inquired her about her origins, "I'm Nashua. I'm not a local, actually. On Vegeta, I was an ambassador of foreign relations for the Saiyan Kingdom. I crash-landed just down the mountain, actually, so I'm a bit out of the loop." She chuckled a bit awkwardly as she mentioned her crashing, the golden-eyed woman a little embarrassed about her complete inability to properly land spacecraft without either wrecking the craft itself or the terrain around it. "Um, that also means I don't really have anywhere I know of around here we can go to, so, uh, sorry about that."
After an additional moment of hesitation, she slowly removed the coat Vegia had given her. "Thanks for the coat, but I'll be okay, especially since it looks like we'll be moving out soon. Besides, it looks better on you, I'm sure." Nashua then tossed it gently back over to Vegia, only for it to catch the harsh winds on the mountaintop and begin to fly off in whichever direction the wind decided to blow it in. "Shoot!" Nashua exclaimed in a panic as she ran after the coat and just barely caught it before it blew off a steep cliffside. Now even more embarrassed, she walked back over to Vegia with rosy cheeks and wrapped it around the woman's shoulders firmly so it wouldn't be blown away this time.
"U-Um," she stuttered as she averted eye contact and wrapped her arms around herself, "Wh-Whoever wants to lead the way to somewhere else can, I think."

As that other Saiyan who appeared to be one of the elites began to speak and complain about the whole situation, Banzo rolled his eyes and wished he had kept some of the bottle. He sounded pretty whiny, honestly. He also seemed to have missed the entire point of this. "Thanks for re-iterating the point, chuckles. Calm down and stop running off, we need a plan." He also refrained from pointing out that the lad had been, hypocritically, making a grandiose speech.
However, it seemed some of them were already making headway. This Basko fellow had started building down below, or at least gathering materials. Thinking for a moment, Banzo knelt and tapped the mountain they were standing on. "Y'know, if you got materials here.... This mountain is both materials and structure, eh? Maybe we head down there, make camp, and look at building a mountain fort?" Facing Basko again, he also wiggled a hand. "Also, maybe's let's hold off with the rank-based dickmeasuring? It's just gonna cause problems for now, with everyone trying to outdo each other. We can figure this out later. We got a royal guard, a merc, yourself, an Ambassador... the rank structure of old doesn't work. Don't kowtow yerself too quickly. We're all in this together."
He clapped his hand on Basko's back, giving Been another glance.
It was also interesting to hear that there was a Prince living. He didn't know much of the royal family right now, but having a leader would help. The exact rank-based complaining he was talking about would be settled somewhat by a prince, but if he was an unreasonable knobhead, the situation would be worse. He wasn't about to sign on for some pride-based suicide mission for the glory of some idiot war-hound with the grasp of tactics a three-year old would be ashamed of. Thankfully, Vegia seemed fairly sharp, if a bit idealistic with the whole family thing. She had responded well to his provocation, and honestly, he'd be alright with her leading if it came down to it.
He was a fighter, and a bit of a logistics bloke, but not a great leader beyond squad level. Basko seemed a bit hesitant. Been was full of himself, and Nashua was too timid. So, best choice was definitely Vegia at the moment. Nobody else really fit all that well, ant least not yet.
Speaking of Nashua, she had crashed just down the mountain. "You too, huh? Geez, does this mountain just magnetically attract Saiyans or something? Weird... Either way, it seems like we got some people settled here, and it makes a good landmark. I say we head down the mountain." Turning, he began to fly downwards towards the base of the mountain if the others would follow, moving to one side so Basko could lead the way to where he had begun gathering materials. "Y'know, something else... we should get some Blutz Generators." Having some Oozaru on their side when things went to hell would be extremely helpful, especially given how god-damn strong most Arcosians were.

The Saiyan heard what Basko said, " Good. We should start building that base then-" Then, Vegia stopped him. She told him to not leave, and that going without a plan could get him killed. Been was tempted to blow her away with a Destruction Cannon, right then and there. However, she did make some good points. He had no real plan at all. Been didn't like it, but they still had to come up with some strategy. So he landed back down, she was much more clear-headed and not as blinded by rage. She would make a better leader, for now. " My apologies, running off like that would've been foolish. I will not be doing it again." That's when she began talking about the Royal Family, and that they might be dead. The Saiyan began getting noticeably angrier. The saiyan mutters to himself, " Who gives a damn about the royalty..." That's when Vegia mentions that Prince Vocado of House Bone Moon had landed on Earth. The saiyan thought about it for a moment, " What? One of the Royals actually made it off of the planet alive? No matter, just another obstacle in my path to becoming king of the Saiyans!" Vegia asked the much shyer female Saiyan if she's local to Earth. Vegia also hands the girl a coat. The shy one revealed that her name is Nashua. She was the ambassador of foreign relations, apparently. She also didn't have anywhere to stay. " Well, at least we have an ambassador. Maybe we could be able to get some assistance from the humans with your help?" Nashua lost the coat for a moment, before getting it just before it went over the side of the mountain. Been thinks to himself again, " I hope she's not as clumsy with her words..." Nashua says that someone else can lead the way. The one who was drinking earlier also made some pretty fair points about Been's outburst. The part that made Been a little mad, was when he was called chuckles. Been was about to go off on another rant about how his name is Been, not chuckles. But, the Saiyan managed to subside his rage. The drunkard also said that ranks don't matter anymore, now that they're now in a war that they are losing badly. Been agreed, this wasn't the time to talk about being elites or low class. Then he brought up the materials. The idea of having a mountain fort was great. After all, how were they supposed to wage war without a headquarters? To Been's surprise, Nashua and the drunkard also landed on Mt. Frappe. " Hehe. You guys too? It is pretty weird that so many of us landed here. Must be fate or something." Then there were the Blutz Generators. " Oh yeah! That's a great idea! We could turn the tide of battle with those things!" Been was getting excited, they could actually turn the tide of war now! " Alright, let's get to building that base! Basko! Lead the way!"

Basko felt slightly disheartened by the news of the royal family missing. His actions up to now had been from loyalty to his reigning prince and though he can survive on his own tactics well, the bigger picture just got a little hazier without the generals and the royals to lead them. He was starting to think this was just all one wasted trip to a foreign planet they had no foothold in. He didn't even want to start on the mythical dragon balls, something he had been skeptical about ever since the plan was revealed. The wheels are already in motion, and it was too late to go back. Not now. He was intrigued by his comrades as he continued to get to know them. Each one of them would definitely help in the war effort and in gathering allies among the humans as well. Sticking together would be the best option, he thought. He was ready to follow this woman or the Bonemoon scion was, even though he hasn't been tested in mettle yet. If there's anything that would definitely win Basko's loyalty is a warrior's decisiveness. He was only a low ranking warrior with no dreams of ambition, but he had hope the one to lead them would be capable and strong-handed. "Prince Vocado of Bonemoon." Basko pondered as he listened on the noble woman. "When you meet him, tell him he has my support, for now. Like I said, the village I came from at the foot of the mountains have been tolerant to my presence. They even allowed me to construct shelter at the face of the mountain. Lady Vegia, this place, remote and covered by constant blizzards, would be the perfect region to set up our headquarters. We may establish several hideouts in this place as well as a town for the civilian saiyans once danger has passed. Lead the way to your lodgings, little lady." "You're welcome to help." Basko assured Been as he then turned to him. "This frigid region will be where we start our resistance. Come by the village later, but we should go with the woman Vegia and formulate a plan."
