BACKGROUND
Born from a magical fruit grown off of the Kaiju, Kiko's fruit was at first thought to be one of the golden ones that birth the future Supreme Kais. In actuality, hers was just a yellow fruit, but no one had the heart to really correct their mistake totally as Kiko now believed that she was special and destined for greatness. Her teachers did their best to manage her expectations, but by that point, it was already too late. Kiko believed that she was owed special treatment. When she found that she was not going to be given it among the Core People, she decided to take matters into her own hands and descend into the realm of mortals. Once in the realm of mortals, Kiko found that things continued to be a bit awkward and difficult because of her rather youthful appearance and demeanor. No one took her seriously when she said that she was a god and deserved to be worshipped. A little disheartened by these events, she eventually stumbled across a blind human boy named Basil who she befriended. She cured his blindness, which stunned Basil and gained his admiration. Since then, he became her follower, devoted and grateful for her miracle. Kiko treated him like a servant and came across as a stuck up and smug brat, but Basil never uttered a single complaint. Secretly, Kiko was glad for the companionship. The two traveled the world, trying to form something of a religion around Kiko. They didn't have a lot of success, but they did have a lot of fun and exciting adventures. Eventually, they came across a Majin named Bravo who was down and out on his luck. He couldn't manage to hold down a job because of his awkward clumsiness. Kiko hung out around him, played with him, ordering him about, and praising him for tasks well done. He became a lovable, big-hearted addition to their little group despite his size and sometimes scary looks. The now trio continued their adventures through the world. Kiko often rode on top of Bim's shoulders. By this point, Kiko's teachers were trying to wrangle her back into Otherworld. She, Basil and Bravo tried to evade their attempts to catch them, but eventually her elders caught up with her. As she was about to be taken away, a wandering Hakaijin named Brand intervened. He threatened Kiko's teachers away and as a reward got pestered incessantly to become a follower for it. After enough pestering, Brand eventually tolerated Kiko's antics, even secretly somewhat enjoying them. He remains the most resistant of her followers though and the least likely to simply follow blindly. With Basil, Bravo, and Brand, Kiko drew ever closer to fulfilling her dream of being worshiped as a god even though she wasn't entirely sure what a god's job entailed.

TECHNIQUES
OFFENSIVE
~~~ DIVINE RETRIBUTION: [A1] Smite: A burst of holy magic explodes near a given target, dealing 33% of Kiko's PL in damage to her enemies.
DIVINE INTERVENTION: [B1] Ward: Kiko conjures a ward of light to protect herself from attacks. This technique protects Kiko with power equal to 33% of her current PL. If an opposing technique beats her barrier, and Kiko's PL is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If Kiko's PL is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.
SUPPORT
~~~ MIRACLES:
[SU1] Minor Miracle: At the cost of 1 KP, Kiko can heal a target player for 100% of their Power Level by creating a miracle via her divine magics.
[SU2] Major Miracle: At the cost of 2 KP, Kiko can heal a target character for 200% of their Power Level by creating a miracle via her divine magics.
[SU3] Honest Miracle: At the cost of 3 KP, Kiko digs deep and gives all she has for an honest miracle that can heal a target character for 300% of the Power Level with her divine magic.
UTILITY
~~~ DIVINE EFFICACY:
Divine Creation [UT]: With a snap of her fingers, Kiko can materialize almost anything using her kai magic. This is often used for her own comfort.
Energy Sensing [UT]: Via some method you are capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, you have an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
Telepathy [UT1]: The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
Telepathy [UT2]: The limits on the range of your telepathy are significantly lessened allowing you to communicate with anyone you are familiar with on the same plane of existence as yourself (Living World, Otherworld, Demon Realm(?)) This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
TRAITS
KAI KAI: Once per month, you can travel between the realms near-instantly, visiting the Mortal Realms, Otherworld and the Kai Planets, or Hell. At the start, you can only teleport yourself, but your ability to take others along increases by 1 every 100,000 Power Level, capping at 5 extra "riders" at 500,000 Power Level. Bringing a non-living being back to the Mortal Realms will allow them to stay in the Mortal Realms for 24 OOC hours, and are unable to join DE threads. If they have accompanied you or other Shinjin once before whilst dead, they are unable to accompany you again. GODLY PROWESS: Shinjin start with two extra technique slots, which must be used for magic-based techniques. In addition, Shinjin also gain access to the "Mystic" Signature Technique Branch. HEAVENLY BIAS: If a Shinjin dies, they may skip judgment from Yemma and be sent to the Grand Kai worlds. Though they will still be considered dead, they can use Kai Kai to travel to the Mortal Realms for a mere 24 OOC hours with an inability to join Death Enabled threads before being sent back to Otherworld.

Kaio: (x2P) Using her innate divine energies, Kiko can give herself a boost to push herself beyond her normal limits.

Appearance:History:
A pirate in his younger days, Brand travelled across the cosmos in search of thrills, battle, and plunder. He could be quite temperamental in those days, attacking allies if they caused him even a slight annoyance (such as waking him from his days long nap). After his crewmates betrayed him and left him to die, Brand reconsidered his place in the universe. He became a drifter, floating from one planet to the next without much of a purpose. Whenever he would see one of his former crewmates, Brand would attack them. There were some he killed. One time, he seriously injured himself going up against his old crew in a small village on some distant world. When he woke after the battle, he found himself in the home of one of the villagers who thanked him for saving them. He refused to acknowledge their thanks. Afterall, he had only been out for revenge. Eventually, Brand came to appreciate the villagers’ gratitude. He wandered the galaxy, looking for other villages to help only to slip away before they could offer their thanks. Eventually, he ended on a world called Earth. Despite the relative prosperity of the planet, Brand found strife occasionally and put an end to it. This was how he met Kiko and was eventually strong-armed into becoming one of her “disciples.” |

Name: Majin Bravo Species: Majin Gender: Male Age: 334 Appearance: History:Life hadn't always been kind to Bravo. When he was younger, he got picked on for how much of a beanpole and wimpy he was. This led him to try and remake his body image by focusing on his physique. He felt a little better about himself as a result but was still the topic of ridicule in some circles. Despite that, he tried to keep his chin up. Bravo went in and out of several different jobs at candy stores, theme parks, convenience stores, and other places where a majin with only a high school diploma could get employed. The jobs never turned out well. Despite his size and stature, Bravo lacked the self-confidence to stand up for himself and got blame foisted onto him whenever someone needed a scapegoat. Other times, it would be that his clumsiness that got him fired. This vicious cycle continued endlessly. Until one day, Bravo met a very opinionated little goddess. Despite her attitude, Kiko helped Bravo find his self-confidence. He went on to become her bodyguard and just all around good buddy. He'd never felt like he had belonged anywhere before meeting her. So, when she offered to give him a place by her side, he took her up gladly. He still worries that he'll be fired if he doesn't do a good enough job, but a word from Kiko is enough to silence those fears for a time. |

MAX POWER: When using a Bulking technique, your Offensive Power is boosted by +x1 at the cost of -x2 to Defense rather than -x3.
MATERIALISM: Earthling minion's can, at the cost of three technique slots, gain a single Item Signature. They can only gain one Item Signature this way per minion and any benefits of that signature only apply to that minion. Minion's cannot acquire Medical Machine or Dragon Radar Item Signatures. As usual the minion must also first have the item they wish to make into a Item Signature.
Appearance:History:
Before meeting Kiko, Basil had acquired an illness that stole his vision. He visited several doctors, but none were able to cure his newly acquired blindness. Some years passed, and Basil slowly grew accustomed to a world without color or light or anything. He didn't like it. He didn't have to like it simply because there was nothing anyone could do about it. His parents died in a car accident, leaving him to be passed around by his relatives until his eighteenth birthday where he would be on his own in the world. Feeling lost and falling to depression, Basil wondered how he could even support himself with his disability. On a rainy day while taking a walk in a park near his current residence, he heard something quite strange. It sounded like a child demanding that he stop and look at her. He had to kneel down and explain to the child why it wouldn't matter if he opened his eyes. She just pressed a hand to his face and ordered him to open them. A little upset by how rude the kid was being, Basil humored her only to find that he could see again. He quickly learned that the child was actually a goddess from heaven above who had come down to Earth named Kiko. She demanded his worship, and Basil, overwhelmed with gratitude, agreed immediately. Since then, he has always been by Kiko's side as a stalwart protector, advisor, or whatever else she needed him to be. In his eyes, she had saved his life, and he was going to repay her with his eternal devotion. Even if he died, he would always love Kiko, his savior.
