Your PL throughout the thread will be what you start with when you post. As stated in the Round 2 main thread you can update your PL from round one as well as any techniques you have gained since. In character this match will have taken place a single week after the first round to explain any gains as a week to rest and prepare.
Like the first match you will take alternating turns with members of the opposing team.
Nashi wants to wait to post so Kaybe you are up first, unless you also want to wait then it passes to our team to start. Walking around to the other side of the tower where the other teams were waiting, Hale gave the mic a single tap to make sure it was still on as he pointed his arm towards his left and the crowd instantly started to cheer, causing Hale to look up a bit surprised. "It seems the crowd likes our first team here. Well then without further adieu, our first team in this second match. Pitted against the duo team of Arcosians, up against a raging beast of a man who was determined to take him out and still managed to not only take his best shot and keep on his feet, but took out of one the two Arcosians in the process; The Legendary Blue Super Saiyan, Naaaaashiiiiiiiii!" The crowd cheered but seemed a bit confused, but Hale still thought Nashi to be a blue Saiyan from their first fight, so his announcement was as sincere as he could be. "Standing next to him, his Saiyan apprentice who kept his chin up and put up one hell of a scrappy fight against not one, but two tough opponents and stood next to his partner to advance to round two; Kyaaaaaaaabeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Hale clapped towards the two teammates who had defeated him in the first round, giving them a thumbs up as the helicopter spotlight panned over to a fighter standing across for them by himself. "Standing across from them is a man who went into a fight of the Saiyan elite, the Saiyan Kingdoms strongest fighters and not only walked away, but came out the other side the sole victor; Kalabas!", clapping towards him and nodding with a knowing grin. Up to this point no one has been given any information on the matchup aside from it looked to be a two versus one strangely, but there was a second spotlight over an empty spot next to the Saiyan. "Due to unfortunate circumstances however, Kalabas lost his partner for this second, which meant he needed a new partner. It took a lot of deliberation during this week to figure out who would be best suited to stand next to the Saiyan, but only one person was deemed worthy enough." Pointing towards Muscle Tower's exit, the spot light panned over as if someone was about to come out, leaving a long pause when there was a suddenly loud, "Me!", and the spotlight panned over to Hale standing there with a massive grin, dropping the microphone and taking his time walking over, winking to Kalabas and standing next to him. All the while the crowd was booing about as loud as was feasibly possible. Giving a sudden look as if he remembered something, he jogged over and grabbed the Microphone bending over, "Start when you are ready, fighters.", tossing the microphone completely off the side of the stage and jogging back to the side of the Saiyan as he waved across at both Nashi and Kyabe. As said above, Kyabe you are up first since Nashi wants to wait, unless you too want to wait, then it passes to our team to start. @watanabekyabe NashiKalaboo

"Round two is startin' up soon...man, we really got ourselves into it, didn't we Nashi-sennin?" Kyabe sighed, joyous and excited to get on with this thing. They had been waiting some time to begin their round, as something occurred between one of the fighters and their partners, resulting in a changeup in teams and probably paperwork was involved and yadda yadda yadda. Who cared, Kyabe only wanted to go out and fight again. When he fought Hale and Vetur, he was so damn pumped it was hard to contain himself! His blood boiled at the thought of fighting more strong people. So, one could only imagine his hype when he and Nashi were called up once again. Calling out to his partner, Kyabe cried, "Yo!! Nashi-sennin, we're up! See ya out there, okay?!" Before darting out full speed and zipping out of the locker room to the stage. Excitement guided the boy's feet and his eyes were focused only on the opponent's he'd be facing off with. The sounds of the crowds and even Hale's announcing voice was drowned out and Kyabe was practically afflicted with a sense of tunnel vision.
Redressed, recharged, and most importantly: Reignited, Kyabe stood out on the field and waved his arms around for the crowd. Grinning from ear to ear, and throwing up peace signs, V-for-Victory signs, thumbs ups and cupping his ears to listen to the roars of the people, his hyper only became more and more amped up as he reintroduced himself. "Gyaaaaaagh!!" He cried out, charging his Ki up a great sum to show how much he grew from the first round of combat. He'd make sure he fought harder, faster, and far more valiantly this time! He'd make sure, Hale wasn't disappointed and an emphasis on teamwork would be displayed in full view! It was like his Saiyan lineage was making itself more known in this environment. Perhaps Saiyans knew a thing or two about knocking each other out and working in an arena, or coliseum, style environments. Dropping his hands from their showy positions, he then opted to crack his knuckles and smack his palm with his fist. Was it hard to see how pumped he was? Bah, he didn't really care all that much. He just wanted to get this show on the road. His opponents were: Hale and Kalabas. Hale again?! Perfect!!! Their tag-team revenge match could be realized! Plus, Kalabas! He remembered him: He was that strong Saiyan-Uncle from that siege he walked in on that one time! He hit hard, so he hadn't a fear in the world that Kalabas hadn't grown much stronger in their time since they last met. Yeah, there was no doubt in Kyabe's mind that this was gonna be a tough fight, but a fun one, nonetheless!
"Kakatte koi!! I'm ready for ya," Kyabe beckoned for his opponents to show themselves, now! He couldn't wait any longer! Them, and Nashi! He'd hoped his Teach didn't get cold feet or anything...! Kyabe's PL: 22,593Kalaboo

Legendary Blue Sup… Wait, Nashi wasn’t a saiyan! Much less a super one for that matter! He was by far the bluest eyesore Kalabas had ever seen, but everything else said in his announcement was utter, unadulterated poppycock! Hale was a strong fighter for sure, but either a terrible liar or a complete and crass ignoramus. Fortunately for Kyabe his entrance was free of deceit, if a bit lacking in praise. The boy had potential, as expected from a saiyan, perhaps enough to grow himself into a great warrior in spite of his terrible fashion sense. The superhero suit was bad, but blue bedsheets? He chalked up the clumsy monochromatic look to Nashi’s eccentricity, humans were weird like that, and human-animal hybrids ten times more. Superficial judgments aside, he had to admit, he was excited to clash with the master-student duo. Their synergy was great, and the kid’s enthusiasm contagious! When the spotlight over Kalabas lit up he… did nothing. He stood there, arms crossed, glowering the crowd into an uneasy silence. He felt that his victory in the first round was undeserved, having been carried by Ramen for much of it only to in the very end be bested by a single blast. It was a real super saiyan blast, his immediate defeat was certainty even to his ego-bloated self, but that did not ease the pain one bit. A desire to surpass such might, to stand as true equal to his comrades in strength rather than in title only, was why he had chosen to stay in the tournament… In spite of the unbelievably aggravating condition imposed upon him. He felt the arcosian smiling at him exactly like a mischievous lizard-rat hopped up on steroids, as if he knew something he didn’t. Kalabas knew the 'surprise' that awaited him, it was Hale himself who had briefed him while he was lotioning his arm stub. “Your cooperativeness dumbfounds me, arcosian.” he would say once his begrudged teammate returned after discarding the microphone a second time “Let us hope it dumbfounds them too.” A ferociously traditionalist saiyan and the friendliest frost demon on Earth? Any and all would think they’d spend the entire bout bashing each other instead of the enemy! Perhaps they would, there was still hope. For now, however, Kalabas was too busy transforming into an oozaru to be bothered about such trifling matters.
“Kyabe...” not only the crowd but the entire arena fell silent, each of Kalabas’ thundering growls echoed throughout Diablo Desert and beyond, his words were full of might, of purpose “For your aid in the rescue of my niece, I grant you what to me is most valuable!” A massive energy ball surged between his palms as his arms opened in a wide arc in the air. “Witness, young one…” “MY FULL POWER!”

”Not if I see you first!” Nashi told Kyabe, very Nashi-ly.
Nashi was surprised, to say the least, when he saw that his second match in Hale’s tournament was against Hale. It was a match he could only do due to his winning of his first match… against Hale. Nashi tended to assume the best in people but, yet, it felt kinda fishy. ”Long time no see, Hale.” Geddit? Because— yeah, you get it.
”Did us beating you the first time around make you decide to cheat yourself back in? Tsk tsk.” Nashi wiggled a finger scoldingly. Of course he didn’t really mean it, but it brought some drama to the match and would help the audience invent some deep conspiracies or whatnot about the relationships of the ring. In actuality, he was sure Hale’s reasons were entirely legitimate. ”And against us, of all teams! You must have a score to settle.” Nashi couldn’t complain. It made for good television, and good television was good fun, and good fun was the whole point. ”But the score shall endure!” Nashi turned around to face his audience and do some more passive posing— he didn’t want to like like he was trying to pose, but merely to pose as if it were entirely natural.
Not only could he not complain, he was actually not glad! Instead of the comparatively weak Vetur, Nashi would now be fighting against that Kalabas dude. Nashi did want a sort of rematch against him (not that what they did was much of a ‘match’), after having won or lost depending on the whims of the time-space continuum. Had Kyabe and Hale grown in power, like Nashi assumed he had? He could only assume it, but he certainly felt stronger. Maybe, if he came to blows with Hale, he might be able to tell if he had gotten stronger as well.
Then came a series of events that just about crushed Nashi’s hope for a fun round. Not necessarily in this order: Kalabas turned into a Great Ape. Nashi uttered ‘the heck’ under his breath. An audience member stopped eating her popcorn entirely.
Well, hey, if the audience likes it.
”AVAST, YE FOULE BEAST!” He wasn’t trying to make a call-back to the Faire, but heroes apparently used to talk like that, so…
And then two and two came together and made two squared. He’s gonna try to shoot that… towards Kyabe! The Great Ape was massive, and Nashi doubted Kyabe, for all his power, would maintain consciousness if hit by an attack from that thing.
”Hey, ya big ol’ nerd! Pick on someone your own size!”

It was no surprised how pumped Kyabe was as he seemed to be full of energy and fighting spirit since the first time he showed up to Muscle Tower. It was hard to picture Nashi as a teacher however given how the two had first met, reminding him of Kyabe in a lot of ways, and really he had to wonder how much older Nashi even was from Kyabe. Looking across at the two of them it didn't feel anything like the first round where he wasn't sure what to expect and he was with a completely unfamiliar Arcosian he wasn't frankly sure he could trust. He didn't know much more about this Kalabas to be fair, but he knew he was fairly strong and he had at least interacted with him, albeit in strange fashion, outside of the tournament at a market.
His face was focused, but he admittedly wasn't sure how to approach this given what had happened the week prior facing off against these two. Slowly his eyes shifted to the side as Kalabas spoke up, a single brow raising curiously. "Well these are the two I had to face off against last round. Got pretty unlucky due to the time limit and I got a bit carried away. Won't make that same mistake twice." The conversation didn't last long as suddenly Kalabas started to grow in size to an extent Hale wasn't prepared for, causing him to fully jump back some and just stare up on his guard. This was a bit of an odd sight as he had never witnessed an Oozaru up close before in all of his years, and from what he had heard they tended to rampage and given how he had done similar in his last bout, he was a bit worried. As soon as Kalabas began to speak with that deep booming voice his relaxed a bit and just started to laugh almost nervously, turning back towards the other two. "Oh I like this guy! hahaha!", clapping as he looked back up at his teammate who seemed ready to get things started in a major way.
Hale started to laugh a second time as Nashi started in on his typical trash talk, waving him off and shaking his head. "Beat me? The clock beat me. The only thing you did in the first round was keep me from fighting a tag match, getting mad I attacked your partner, then turning around and attacking mine.", narrowing his eyes at Nashi as he spoke. "I'll know better than to give you the benefit of the doubt this time around." He couldn't stop looking up at Kalabas and looking back to the other two, a look on his face as if he was really trying to decide something important, and finally just heavily sighed. "Ya know, I wanted to save this and pull it out to look cool, but if he can do it, then I think I should just do it too." Bending at the waist some he began to power up, letting the green aura engulf him completely as he powered up rather obviously and shifting into a form no one but Nashi would have recognized from their first fight. His body morphed and shifted in what looked like unnatural ways as he was near unrecognizable, again to anyone but Nashi, but his changing didn't seem to stop there. In the midst of his transformation he was growing in size, and not to the extent of his brute form, but more like what Kalabas had just done, and kept growing till he was a tall hulking version of his monster form standing tall beside the Oozaru. "That's better. Wow, you guys look so tiny from up here.", leaning down some towards Nashi and waving towards him.

Perfect! Everyone was here at last! Nashi joined up, Kalabas joined up, and so did Hale! It was awesome, and Kyabe's excitement truly could not contain itself within his form. But, it was odd. Kalabas spoke in a weird way, where he'd be rewarding Kyabe for aiding him in the rescue of Belle by showing him his true, and ultimate power. What could that mea- Oh. What was that? Kyabe's eyes were fixated on Kalabas and the orb he conjured forth. It was an interesting sight, and for some reason or another, Kyabe was disturbingly intrigued by it. His lips parting, and his jaw following suit by dropping slowly. Kyabe's sense of hearing going null and everything being nothing but a minor whine. He wasn't exactly Kyabe, all of a sudden. Exactly as Kalabas, this young man grew in size at a rapid pace. He couldn't hear anything Nashi said, but if he could he'd correct him and tell him he was picking on someone his own size, alright. Unfortunately, Kyabe's clothes weren't very elastic. So, as his size increased and his skin was littered by fur and hairs, his clothes tore and shred at the seams. The Oozaru-Kyabe nude but covered at the same time! The boy had quite literally lost his mind at that moment, his first instinct to pound rapidly on his bare chest and bounce from foot to foot. Bellowing,
"GYAAAAAAOH!!"
Thu-thu-thu-thud! The deep sound carried out as he pounded on his chest furiously. Another instinct ringing through his head was to fire out a multitude of unaimed blasts. Firing out balls of ki from his maw, towards the sky, towards the arena, and stray Ki blasts flung towards the outside crowd. Kyabe, though innerly and subconsciously, prayed he wouldn't harm anyone. However, Kyabe quickly "refocused". Locking his crimson red, solid eyes on Kalabas and Hale. The teenage ape snarling furiously, clearly insane with instinct and feral personality.
Kya-oozaru's PL [x5]: 112,965
Well, the fight was on. Kyabe's opening action to simply take charge like a brute and fling himself towards Kalabas and HAle. His large arms swinging about unabashedly and unaimed. He simply sought to hit something, anything, as hard as he could here. His lack thereof consciousness and advanced cognitive thinking only aiding him in utilizing nothing but his muscles solely. Hopefully he wasn't breaking any rules, though...that'd be a real bummer. Losing his mind was one thing, but being dishonorably disqualified? That'd be a real kick in the hind end. Kalaboo

Shock and awe! Kalabas revelled in the attention he was receiving, all cameras tracked his every move, everyone watched him with bated breath, what few jumbotrons didn’t show his frightening semblance instead focused on his imposing physique! How good it felt, this fear and admiration and praise! Fans chanted his name, idiots cursed it, but none were indifferent to him, The Duke of Strongbone! As expected Nashi was quick to stand between the giant and the student, even spouting two typically heroic lines. Kalabas didn’t consider what he was doing particularly villainous, per se, but pragmatic… Exploitative, perhaps, as his goal was to force Nashi to surrender much of his energy with a powerful blast of his own. The monster Duke grinned, knowing full well that neither of his opponents stood a chance against his full might. Already a pain on his tail, Hale irritated Kalabas even further with his transformation. Why the hell would he willing make himself a literally bigger target by tenfolding his height? And why wasn’t he using his full power? “Do you have ice between your hearing canals?” he sighed, turning his glare at the ever-exasperating teammate “By the ancestors, you reptilian fool, why are not in your true form!?... Bah! Keep your reasons to yourself, knowing them will torture my soul most likely.”He growled, turning again at his opponents… They did look tiny. Kyabe less so, as he appeared to be having a quite speedy growth spurt, what with the sprouting facial hair and his two new feet of height. Wait, he kinda looked like grandunc- He was transforming, the clever bastard! Kalabas hoped that the youth had already mastered his great ape form, lest he hurt himself or the audience. His hopes were dashed by the primal howl, which earned a distinct look of concern from Kalabas. “Bellowing demons below…” He reduced the size and power of his ki construct, now targeting Kyabe for real. Shutting off the ship could have also worked just as well, perhaps even better, but with the blue trickster cat around Kalabas wasn’t sure he’d be allowed the time to power up again. “He has gone feral... Not to worry, I will keep him away from danger.” With unarguably deadlier danger. Carefully, Kalabas aimed his blast at ground where the creature stood. It was his way to gauge Kyabe’s skill and power, and force him away deeper into the battleground's centers, away from the audience. As the more experienced saiyan and oozaru he felt obliged to be the one to bring down the kid, as many had done to him before he had learnt to control the beast. Hale gave a sensible explanation as to why he was in the tournament. It was logically sound and entirely sensible but didn’t fit with the face/heal dynamic he was trying to get the audience to pick up on, so Nashi could only reply to it with his tongue out in a silly face.
Then Hale began to push it, but Nashi was focusing on too many other things to return with a witty remark. He held to the idea that he thought Hale was trying to immediately knock the little guy out of the ring, and had no idea who he hit was Vetur when he hit him. But he was being a tad distracted by…
Wait, is he—?
Ah, yes. A really big lizard, on top of a really big monkey. Hale morphed, malformed, and turned in on himself, his muscles reforming and misshaping and growing— it wasn’t especially a pleasant sight, but Nashi couldn’t help but watch. Damnit, why did it have to be Hale entering as Kalabas’ partner? Little did Nashi know that if Ramen didn’t leave the Tournament, he’d be even more screwed.
”Well at least I’m not the only little guy.”
And then, with a terrific but not quite triumphant roar, Kyabe turned into an Oozaru as well.
”Oh come on!” He didn’t even know Kyabe could do that. Is Kyabe a Saiyan, like me? ”When I told him to pick on someone his own size, that was telling him to act on it, not you!” There Nashi was, a speck of blue among two King Kongs and a Godzilla. Then, the allied King Kong just went and kong’d over to... Oh, right. Giant baddies right there, preparing to blast and all that. ”Dammit. Today just isn’t my day.” But at least, he hoped, it would make for good TV. And, for that, there was only one thing to do. Well, a few things, actually, but only one of those things was saving his friend, so... ... Well. Nashi really had no idea about Oozaru etiquette, or whatever it was called, so perhaps it was best that he just attack one of the opponents, as opposed to defend the giant monkey that was barely Kyabe. No, for his decision, he’d need a degree of spontaneity. ”Think fast, Kalabas!”Nashi would charge up some energy and, quite quickly, throw a blue ball of energy towards the Great Ape’s maw! Hale didn't have to turn his head much to give Kalabas a sideways glare at his comments, rolling his eyes a bit. "Why are most of you Saiyans so unsportsmanlike? We have a crowd here after all, so have to play it up a bit at least. I mean my true form isn't even my strongest form.", shrugging a bit, as he realized how far his voice was likely carrying given his size. He gave a bit of a glance back as he saw the large formed amount of ki seem to visibly die down but not extinguish completely and raised a brow as he looked over towards the seemingly feral Saiyan in front of them. "Just don't kill the poor guy." Watching as the blast went near Kyabe but completely missed him, then looking right at the crowd and contorting his face a bit as he realized just how close to them Kyabe was at the moment. Kalabas seemed to know what he was doing so he wasn't gonna stop him, as he was the one who could transform into a giant ape, so he likely knew far better than someone who had never seen it is person would.
He had spent far too much of his attention on the two apes and while he hadn't forgotten about Nashi, he wasn't exactly a giant ape at the moment so it was hard to keep focused on him near as much. He heard Nashi below them though as he yelled out towards Kalabas and turned to see the infamous Blue Bro Ball, a name he likely wouldn't soon forget, being tossed right towards his partner. His first thought was simply letting it hit and seeing how it would play out, but if this was going to end up a proper tag battle he had to take the initiative and make it happen now. Taking a single large step forward, Hale punched forward and knocked the attack away with ease and pointed towards Nashi as if scolding him. "No."

Kyabe's cognitive mind truly was gone at this point. The youth, now oversized and experiencing more body hair than puberty promised, was feral and acting out in the most vicious ways. His stray blasts run amok and flying every direction, his arms swinging blindly and randomly. Discriminating against no one and willing to slam into any unfortunate enough to be near his destruction. It was such a strange experience, out of body even. Kyabe lacking the ability to act intelligently was something he didn't exactly appreciate for its worth. That said, it lacked any to begin with. As he began his rampage, with a heavy emphasis on began, the boy found Kalabas was keen on ending it right then and there. As a weaker, yet simultaneously strong, blast was fired off at the area near his feet. For whatever part of this beast was still Kyabe, he made sure he wasn't going to get hurt too badly here. At least. Snarling loudly, the humongous creature was quick. Moving deeper into the arena, but avoiding whatever damage he could. That nifty "Afterimage" thing that Kyabe picked up was really coming into play here. "YEOW!" The feral monster bellowing out again, restarting his assault on Kalabas once more. Nothing really special coming from the youth this time, as he simply sought to shove a fist or two into the other beastly Saiyan's maw! As he rushed forward, he'd run the risk of smashing into Nashi or Hale, however. Something he'd have to apologize for if anything less than sportsmanlike would happen. Contrary to what many believe, the oozaru is not a wild, solitary creature hellbent on destroying everything and everyone in its path. Rather, it is a wild, social creature living in a complex and dynamic net of connections, most of them ruled by fear and anger, whose acts of destruction are rarely done for any reason other than simple amusement or posturing. All in all, not that dissimilar to your average saiyan. Knowing, or at rather, having theorized this after a night of drunken revelry in the Philosophy section of Podcrater Fortress’ Library, Kalabas concocted a plan to prove himself as the biggest, meanest great ape around. If posturing and amusement was indeed what the feral oozaru sought, perhaps he could be bullied into giving up the fight or stepping out of the ring… Or who knows, step in the way of Nashi’s blasts? Kalabas’ eyes shimmered like two blood rubies, nostrils flaring in surprised delight as Kyabe dodged his attack. As he turned to face his younger, less handsome and more armful counterpart his ki sense picked up on something unexpected. An attack!? “Tch!” He turned, ready to counter, only to see the Blue Bro Ball being punched into orbit by Hale. Kalabas watched, shaking with anger. He was trying to contain a wild animal, to protect the audience, to make sure that Kyabe wouldn’t get beaten to death by a less understanding foe. While Kalabas still had vast reserves of patience when it came to the stupid kid, Nashi had wronged the Duke in such a way that any goodwill the saiyan had nurtured was not simply gone, but destroyed. “You blue bewitched backbiting bastard, you existential botched blunder, bereft of reason, sense, honor…” Kyabe socked him right in maw, but Kalabas sent him away with a ki-empowered backslap. He was getting good at these, having done them more in the past week than ever before in his life. Yes, earthlings and their culture were that irksome. “I go out of my way to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your student, but even still you dare attack me?” Hale’s aid went unthanked. Why shouldn’t it? Wasn’t he an arcosian, by nature a manipulator driven by a lust for power, for saiyan blood? Even if his methods were subtle than most, Kalabas knew that something dark prowled under that forthcoming, warm facade. Something he could not wait to tear and shred apart, along with that damnable, irritating facade. “To attack me is what you want? Truly? Then have at it, pussycat, give me your best SHOT!!” Kalabas disappeared in a blur of motion and reappeared behind Nashi with a stomping boot coming down on to flatten Nashi into cat pancake. The giant beastly lizard punched the Blue Bro Ball away with apparent ease, and suddenly Nashi was aware of how truly outmatched he and Kyabe were.. though, at the time, his partner wasn’t so much Kyabe as some animalistic, id-driven beast. ”’No’ yourself, matey!” He had to speak up as everyone being so much taller than him consequently meant that their ears were further away, too. He prepared for some good ol’ combat, until—
The heck? Situated on the ground, Nashi was but an ant to the raging, mindless ape above. He was more powerful than the ape by almost a factor of two, but he was an ant all the same, so he had to dash out of the way multiple times to prevent the moving beast from some accidental friendly fire. ”Oi, watch where you’re stomping!”
When the ape was clear, just as he thought he was going to get a breath of fresh air, Kalabas was… Nashi wasn’t sure what Kalabas was doing actually. Given the wording, it was almost as if Kalabas was angry about being attacked, in a martial arts tournament. Well, no, there was a bit more to it, but it was really rather silly. ”’Ensure safety’? You attacked him, ya dingus!” Perhaps it was a mistake to assume that Kalabas knew what he was doing. ”And of course I attacked you!” ”the random choosing wheel said so” ”This is a Martial Arts Tournament!” Also he suspected Hale would get cross at him if he only attacked one person.
Oozabas— Kalabu? Great Abas… Kalabape? Kalazaru. Yes.
Kalazaru disappeared from where he was and reappeared just over Nashi— well, behind, but given the difference in size between them they were basically the same thing. The Great Ape’s great foot fell down greatly, and suddenly Nashi was reminded of an idea he never got to act on…
”Have it your way. But just know one thing...” Nashi knelt down, holding the Power Pole, detracted, to the ground and along the vertical axis. And then, just as the Oozashoe was about to smash down on him, he’d suddenly extend the Power Pole straight into the shoe above with tremendous velocity!
”... He’s my student!”
One of three things could have happened as a result: either Kalabas would be blasted upwards, it would break through those expando-shoes and hit his feet with what might have felt like stepping on a needle, or he’d introduce more power to his foot and push the spear downwards (though that would deal quite a lot of damage to Hale’s block arena). Or maybe Hale would intervene, that was also definitely a possibility given past experiences.
Gee, these guys are tough… I guess Hale not using True Form, or that more powerful thing he mentioned, is a blessing, even though only that big form is too powerful for me. The entire scene was unfolding in a way Hale wasn't altogether expecting, but one that made him almost wish he wasn't a part of the fight so he could be in the crowd watching it. It wasn't until Kyabe had transformed that he even remembered this kid was a Saiyan, but it was pretty obvious he couldn't control this giant ape form, which didn't surprise Hale all that much. To him this was what the Oozaru were; mindless rage apes stomping around. It was the way Kalabas controlled his form that actually surprised him more than anything, and much like how Mollusc grew taller but did not lose his speed or agility in doing so, Kalabas seemed to be doing the same here.
Despite knocking the attack away so his partner could keep the raging Kyabe in check, he didn't even bother commenting on it, even going as far as to get angry at the fact. Hale was completely the opposite in how he looked at it, just happy there was some form of fighting between the four, though at the moment it was more of a mess than a tag team bout. "What a strange guy...", Hale muttered to himself looking over as Kalabas went off on Nashi, but more amused than anything as he suddenly ignored Kyabe and went right after Nashi, looking like he was about to step on him. The power poll move caught Hale a bit off guard and caught him to snicker a bit, but he didn't have much time to react, and wanted to see what would happen, despite his partner about to have an unpleasant if not hilarious time.
Sighing a bit he figured it was best to at least try and help, but he kept looking over at the raging Oozaru and back to the other two and gave a shrug. "Good luck with that!", he yelled towards the other two as he took off running towards Kyabe. Kalabas at least had the right idea trying to keep the kid from hurting the crowd, but Hale wasn't sure what to do to keep him from causing too much trouble but do what he did best and charge in. Diving towards him as he came in close, Hale tried to tackle him to the ground and simply sit on his chest and hold his arms down, as he kept glancing over to see how the other two ended up.

Kyabe was far from concerned with who he was fighting right now. It was an odd situation, wasn't it? Kyabe seemed to embody both views of what the Oozaru was. He was this sociable creature, a mindless ape that sought a thrill and good time. The sight of his opposition encouraged his behavior in an odd way. Oozabas and Hale being as large as him, and Kalabas being near identical to him made him feel far more comfortable with wreaking havoc and making some chaos unfold. However, at the same time his "socialness" was also a form of unmitigated power, unrestrained and not held by restriction. Either way, Kyabe reallly didn't lie this. He would have much rather been in control of his body, and at the same time be much weaker. He could live with that, no sweat at all. His large eyes watched as Kalabas took his punch, however a mighty backhand sent the young man flying back a great deal of distance. He didn't like that in the slightest, no sir. A hearty bellow erupting from his chest in response, as pain stung his cheek badly so. He could care less for his teacher and foes interaction right now, to be quite frank. Instead, his attention was directed towards Hale. The large Arcosian now a massive target in his eye, and an engagement made between the two giants. Kyabe going to tackle the tailed man, himself, but failing to pin him. Instead, it was Kyabe who was put to the ground and held in place by arms stronger than his own. More things for him to rage against. His large frame couldn't be contained! He needed to be freed, damn it! He struggled to his best strength, flailing about and squirming as best as he could. Not thinking to use his powers...wait, he had powers. Even a primitive caveman could realize when to use his abilities. Kyabe's brain switched into a flight-or-fight sense. His squirming coming to an end as he turned his face towards Hale, and dropped his jaw. His gaping maw opened and a large orb of Ki forming dead center, above his tongue. "HAAAAH!!"Kyabe subconsciously hoped Hale was paying good attention. Otherwise, he'd be in for a world of pain. Kyabe was ready to fire his laser!! Indeed, a mighty Haoh Shoukouken was ready to be fired, point blank at Hale! Kalaboo[UA2] Haoh Shoukouken prepped and fired at Alsetto for 62,130! KP: 0/3

Kalabas glared at the withdrawing lizardman with a look of confusion on his face. Instead of sandwiching the blue senbyo with a girthy bread slice attack of his own doing he decided to wish the two of them good luck - the perceived level of brainlessness of the action made the saiyan duke hate all of arcosiankind with that much fervor... Oh if only theirs wasn’t a televised bout, he would have bitten off the fool’s head and spat it as far his oozaru lungs allowed! Speaking of which, he froze with cadaverous stillness when the power pole pierced through his chest, unable to breathe or scream for ‘he’ was now an afterimage. “Student or not, I doubt he is able to tell the difference between you and the thousands other morsels around him.” rumbled his voice, oozing annoyance as he appeared next to the younger oozaru while his dud vanished with a zip. “Time is precious, a Duke’s more than anyone. Mayhaps we should hasten the inevitable?” Kalabas’ thick, hirsute arms yanked Kyabe from under Hale's buttocks and wrapped over the youth's shoulders, clawed fingers clasping behind his neck. The Full-Nelson, in the rare times it was performed by warriors of any caliber or martial school, was used only as a means to to restrict an opponent’s moves so an ally could attack with sometimes pyrrhic effects. Kalabas, however, was playing a more dangerous game. He steepled his fingers and from them conjured forth a great deal of energy. The point-blank attack would not allow itself much refinement, but that mattered little. “For what is worth, little bairn, even when beastly mad you still have more brains than that frost demon over there… WHO SHOULD BE READYING A FINISHING ATTACK BY NOW, I MUST SAY!” he barked at Hale while firing the Obliteration Beam mere meters, though for a creature of Kalabas’ size it felt like mere inches, away from Kyabe’s nape. Kalabas used [SU1] Quickstep (PL: 405,000) to evade Nashi's [A1] Power Pole (PL: 90,090)! Kalabas pins Kyabe with a non-KP Full Nelson and fires [UA2] Obliteration Beam (PL: 267,300)! KP: 3/3 -> 0/3
